대학생의 가치관과 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Purchasing Behavior and Value of College Students)

  • The purposes of this study was to examine the college students'value and the status of their clothing purchasing behavior, and to compare the correlation between both of them. The questions were centered on 511 students who are attending the universities in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows. First, most students have higher value on politics, economy, and theory in the order listed. Male-students were interested in theory, while female-students were more interested in politics. Second, when they purchase their clothes, the factor of decision was based on design and their observation was another important factor. As for selecting shops, they considered the product as the most important factor and then the service & transportation. Third, I inspected the correlation between their value & the status of their clothing purchasing behavior. The students with lower theoretical value considered the quality as a purchasing factor, and the service as a purchasing factor, common shop as a purchasing shop, adn the convenient transportation system as a factor of selecting a shop.

쇼핑동기에 따른 의류점표내 구매상황이 구매행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of the Purchasing Situation in Store on Apparel Purchasing Behavior According to the Shopping Motivation)

  • The purposes of the study were to investigate the causal relationships between shopping motivation, purchasing situation in store, experienced affection, and purchasing behavior. We collected data from 430 consumers shopping in the apparel store of two department in Busan, and analyzed by factor analysis and regression analysis. The result of this study were as follows ; 1. Purchasing situations which influenced consumers'apparel purchasing behaviors in apparel store were consisted of four factors such as Physical factor, Product factor, Inter-personal Factor and Salesmen factor. 2. Experienced affections in apparel store were consisted of four factors such as Pleasure, Ignorance, Superiority and Insecurity. 3. The main causal course of the apparel purchasing behavior was the shopping motivation → the purchasing situation in store (→the experienced affection in store) → the apparel purchasing behavior. 4. Shopping motivation appeared to be the most important variable determining purchasing behavior in apparel store. Especially, the superiority experienced in store appeared to be positive effects. 5. The causal relationships of purchasing behavior in apparel store were significant differences between two relationships by shopping motivations. In conclusion, this study showed that purchasing situation in apparel store effected on purchasing behavior with the different causal relationships by shopping motivations.

계층분석과정을 이용한 소비자의 구매행태에 따른 구매요인별 중요도에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Weight of Purchasing Factors according the Purchasing Style Using the AHP)

  • 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 구매행태를 현장방문쇼핑과 재택쇼핑으로 대별하여 소비자들의 구매행태에 따른 구매요인별 중요도를 AHP기법을 이용하여 평가해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 소비자들의 구매요인을 1단계에서는 제품관련 요인, 구매편리성에 관한 요인, 구매에 따른 소비자 위험에 관한 요인, 구매 활동시 즐거움에 관한 요인으로 분류하고, 각 요인별로 세부요인을 설정하여 총 22개의 세부요인에 대한 중요도 산출을 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 응답자를 구매행태에 따라 재택쇼핑 경험이 있는 집단과 없는 집단, 재택쇼핑 경험이 많은 집단과 적은 집단, 재택쇼핑 방식으로 TV재택쇼핑 방식을 이용하는 집단과 인터넷 재택쇼핑 방식을 이용하는 집단으로 분류하여 각 집단별 구매요인의 중요도를 산출하여 실물시장과 재택쇼핑시장의 경쟁전략 수립에 지침을 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 집단별로 구매요인별 중요도에 차이가 존재하는 것으로 평가되었으며, 이러한 결과는 기업의 다양한 고객요구 충족을 위한 경쟁전략 수립의 기초로서 활용되어질 수 있을 것이다.

남자대학생의 점포이미지 선호가 의류제품 충동구매에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Impact of Store Image Preferences on Clothing Impulse Purchasing of Male College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of store image preferences on clothing impulse purchasing of male college students. The sample included 290 male college students, and an instrument was developed based on the previous studies. The statistical analyses used for this study were factor analysis and multiple regression. The result of factor analysis showed that store image preferences consisted of five factors : promotion, display, service, product, brand preferences. Clothing impulse purchasing consisted of product-driven impulse purchasing, situation-driven impulse purchasing, emotion-driven impulse purchasing. Multiple regression revealed that there were significant effects of store image preferences on dimensions of clothing impulse purchasing. For example, promotion preference factor had a positive impact on product-driven impulse purchasing and situation-driven impulse purchasing, but had a negative impact on emotion-driven impulse purchasing. The relative importance of store image preference factors were different according to different dimensions of clothing impulse purchasing.

인터넷쇼핑몰에 대(對)한 만족도(滿足度)와 의류제품구매의도(衣類製品購買意圖)의 차이(差異) - 의상전공(衣裳專攻)과 비전공(非專攻) 대학생(大學生)의 비교(比較) - (Satisfaction about Internet Shopping Mall and Purchasing Intention of Fashion Goods - Difference of Department of Fashion Design and Non Fashion Design -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the general characteristics of subjects, the utilizing realities and the degree of satisfaction in the shopping mall and purchasing intention between group I that specializes in fashion design and group II that doesn't specialize in it. The results are summarized as the following six aspects. First, as a result of the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, the most different variables were the visiting frequency and the goods purchasing frequency. The result indicated that group II took more interests than group I. Second, as a result of the degree of satisfaction according to the factors of the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities in the shopping mall, both group I and group II showed high degree of satisfaction in factor 1 (variety of event) whereas both groups showed relatively low degree of satisfaction in factor 3 (variety of goods). Third, as a result of the degree of satisfaction according to the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, group I showed significant differences in the degree of satisfaction according to a monthly allowance of pocket money and goods purchasing frequency and group II showed significant differences in the degree of satisfaction according to grade, the utilizing reason, goods purchasing frequency. Fourth, as a result of purchasing intention of fashion goods according to the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, group I showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods in group that the terms of payment was on-line payment than group that they was credit card. On the other hand, group II showed a significant difference in grade, which showed that group that was above third grade had the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than group that was under third grade. Fifth, as a result of purchasing intention of fashion goods according to the degree of satisfaction, group I showed significant differences in factor 1 and factor 3 among the degree of satisfaction. In other words, group that had high degree of satisfaction in factor 1 showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups and group that had medium degree of satisfaction in factor 3 showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups. In group II, on the other hands, group that had high total degree of satisfaction showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups. Sixth, as a result of relative influencing power of independent variable with respect to purchasing intention of fashion goods in group I, the higher degree of satisfaction in factor 1 and the lower degree of satisfaction in factor 3 showed, the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods showed. As a result of relative influencing power of independent variable in group II, however, the higher grade and the higher degree of satisfaction in factor 1 showed, the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods showed.

여고생의 라이프스타일에 따른 신발 구매 행동과 착용만족도 (Shoes Purchasing Behavior and Wearing Satisfaction Related with Lifestyle of High School Girls)

  • Teenagers are considered as one of important consumer groups by marketers because of their high purchasing power and impulsive purchasing propensity. Especially high school girls are most significant purchasing group of them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of high school girls' lifestyle on shoes purchasing behavior and shoes wearing satisfaction. This study surveyed 428 high school girls in Seoul and Chonbuk area. Data were statistically analyzed using SAS 9.1.3 for Window. Major statistical methods are factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, cluster analysis, frequency analysis, Chi-square test, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The shoes purchasing behavior is significantly different according to students' lifestyle. Activity-pursuing group's major shoes purchasing factor is practical use and fashion & scholar-pursuing group's major shoes purchasing factors are fashion and brand. Relationship between lifestyle and shoes purchasing pattern is as follows. Activity-pursuing group and fashion & scholar-pursuing group purchased shoes more frequently than family-pursuing group. Fashion & scholar-pursuing-group purchased shoes for the harmony of suit and shoes. As for wearing satisfaction, design is the primary factor and price was the least significant factor in sports shoes, while durability is the primary factor and material is the least significant factor for the casual shoes.

의복관여에 따른 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Buying Behavior by Clothing Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of clothing involvement and clothing buying behavior of women. A questionnaire was developed to measure clothing involvement, clothing purchasing motives, clothing purchasing criteria, fashion information sources, store selection criteria, and demographic characteristics. The questionnaire was administered to 430 female adults in Taegu. The data were analyzed using percentage, frequency, factor analysis, and t-test. The results of the study were s follows: 1. Subjects were divided into low clothing involved and high clothing involved groups. 2. Three dimensions of clothing purchasing motives were derived by factor analysis such as Aesthetic dependant, Impulsive, and Practical motive. Clothing purchasing criteria were factor analysed as Aesthetic, Qualitative, External, and Economical criterion. Fashion information sources were factor analysed as Printed & audio-visual oriented media, Marketer intensive search, Store search, Observation & Interpersonal search, and Experience. Store selection criteria were factor analyzed as Merchandise & Store atmosphere, Store convenience, and Brand & fashion. 3. There were significant differences between high involved and low involved consumers in clothing purchasing behavior. The high involved consumers showed more importance than low involved consumers about purchasing criteria expecially in aesthetic dependant. The high involved consumers put more importance to aesthetic, qualitative, and external criterion as clothing purchasing criteria. The high involved information sources. The high involved consumers were more concerned about merchandise & store atmosphere, and brand & fashion than low involved consumers in store selection criteria.

인터넷 커뮤니티를 통한 소비자 정보탐색 -혼수용 한복을 중심으로- (A Study on Marketing Strategy according to Exploration of the Consumer Information through Internet Community)

  • The first purpose of this study was to compare the factors of information searching before purchasing with the factors of information offering after purchasing of the products, which were communication contents about the wedding Hanbok in internet communities. The second purpose was to propose marketing strategies for internet wedding Hanbok marketer. To accomplish the goal, the content analysis method which considered references and opinions of internet community members was used. Two hundred cases from WEDDING CLUB(62,893members), WEDDING GONGBU (18,649members), and WEDDING DOUMI (17,326members) in Daum internet portal site were selected from August 1 to September 21, 2003. The results were as follows: First, the information factors which were considered seriously when consumers purchased wedding Hanbok, were design, the level of sewing, price, store location, cognitive power, service level, and manufacturing time. Second, the consumers considered the price as the most important factor when they searched internet information. Third, the service factor was also considered importantly, and it was recognized important factor so much after purchasing as before purchasing wedding Hanbok. Fourth, the factors such as cognitive power, manufacturing time and store location were seriously considered as the information searching factors before purchasing. It showed higher rate when compared with information offering factors of after purchasing the wedding Hanbok. Fifth, the factor of sewing was considered as lower rate than other factors. It showed similar results before and after purchasing the wedding Hanbok.

거주지별 쇼핑 성향이 의복 구매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shopping Orientations on Clothing Purchasing Behavior according to Residence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of shopping orientations on clothing purchasing behavior according to residence. The data was obtained from questionnaires filled out by 530 females living in Seoul and Jecheon. For data analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test, Cronbach's $\alpha$, Duncan's multiple range test and cluster analysis were used. For shopping orientation, five factors of orientation were found and labeled as hedonism, brand and store loyalty, conformity, economy and rationality factor. Based on five shopping orientation factors, women were classified into five clusters(self-centered and rational, recreational, economy and shopping low involvement, economical and conformative cluster). Each cluster showed significantly different clothing purchasing behaviors (problem recognition, information search and evaluative criteria) and had different demographic variables(age, income, marital status and school career). Finally, residence and shopping orientations have influenced various clothing purchasing behavior. In conclusion, residence was the important factor which influenced on shopping orientation and clothing purchasing behavior.
