Online reviews we encounter commonly on SNS, although a complex range of assessment information affecting the consumer's preferences are included, it is general that such information is just provided by simple numbers or star ratings. Based on those review types, it is not easy to get specific information that consumers want and use it to make a decision for purchase. Therefore, in this study, we propose a prediction methodology that can provide ratings broken down by evaluation items by performing sentiment analysis on restaurant reviews written in Korean. To this end, we select 'food', 'price', 'service', and 'atmosphere' as the main evaluation items of restaurants, and build a new sentiment dictionary for each evaluation item. It also classifies review sentences by rating item, predicts granular ratings through sentiment analysis, and provides additional information that consumers can use to make decisions. Finally, using MAE and RMSE as evaluation indicators it shows that the rating prediction accuracy of the proposed methodology has been improved than previous studies and presents the use case of proposed methodology.
This study aims to classify the dimensions of the sales information of secondhand clothing goods on the C2C secondhand trading platform and to systematically analyze the components of each dimension. To this end, the NVivo 12.0 qualitative data analysis software was used. The content analysis showed that the sales information of secondhand clothing goods was classified into four dimensions: detailed information of the sale goods, information specific to secondhand clothing goods, seller opinion information, and service information. The components of each dimension were as follows. The detailed information of the sale goods included size, sale price, item, design, brand name, material, color, wearing season, fit, gender, etc. The information specific to secondhand clothing goods included the number of times the item was worn, its purchase history, and product condition. Seller opinion information included product review, sales motivation, notes for the transaction, coordination proposal, and usage proposal. The service information included the transaction mode, exchange·return·refund, and promotion. The frequency analysis showed that the highest frequencies were sale goods(37.47%), information specific to secondhand clothing goods(24.63%), seller opinion information(20.54%), and service information(17.37%). This study will help C2C secondhand trading platform managers or sellers establish clear standards for presenting sales information and developing ideas toward constructing differentiated platform contents.

As for the price of seafood, the wives over 40s thought seafood was more expensive than did those wives in their 30s. The younger the individuals were, the lower was the perceived degree of safety was 49.8% of the subjects reported that the main concern for purchase was 'freshness'. The perceived degree of safety for imported seafood was better for the wives in their 60s and 70s than that for those wives in their 30s, 40s and 50s. The confidence level for local Korean seafood was higher for the wives in their 60s than that for the wives in their 50s. The degree of preference for seafood was moderate overall, except for Jellyfish. Age was positively correlated with conception for safety and dietary attitude (P<0.01), whereas age was negatively correlated with monthly food expenditure, nutrition knowledge and intake requirements (P<0.01). Preference for seafood was positively correlated with conception for safety (P<0.05), nutrition knowledge (P<0.05), dietary attitude (P<0.01), awareness for nutritive value (P<0.01) and intake requirements (P<0.01). Laws and regulations should be reinforced in order to promote eating more seafood and periodic research to determine the actual amount of consumed seafood and people's preferences should be conducted.

With the decrease of sequencing price, many national projects that analyzes 0.1 to 1 million people are now in progress. However, large portion of budget of these large projects is dedicated for construction of the cluster system or purchase servers, due to the lack of programs or systems that can handle large amounts of data simultaneously. In this study, we developed NGSOne, a client program that is easy-to-use for even biologists, and performs SNP analysis using hundreds or more of Whole Genome and Whole Exome analysis without construction of their own server or cluster environment. DRAGEN, BWA / GATK, and Isaac / Strelka2, which are representative SNP analysis tools, were selected and DRAGEN showed the best performance in terms of execution time and number of errors. Also, NGSOne can be extended for various analysis tools as well as SNP analysis tools.

This study investigated how women in their 20s to 60s think about the relationship between environmental pollution and the fashion industry and categorized their perceptions. Through this, I tried to find out the direction of the fashion industry to improve environmental problems. There were four types of perceptions of fashion and environmental pollution. Type 1 recognized that the process of producing and consuming clothing causes environmental pollution, but it was a type that preferred fast fashion and valued trends. Type 2 thought that the fashion industry pollutes air and water quality, and if the price was high, recycling clothes were not purchased. Type 3 thought that the fashion industry was not the main culprit of environmental pollution, and that if you purchase clothes, you should protect the environment by wearing them for a long time. Type 4 was a type of effort to reduce environmental pollution by considering the environment first, purchasing old clothes, and changing clothes. As the importance of the environment has grown, various efforts are needed to reduce environmental pollution in the fashion field.
