Korean cosmetic distribution channels were formerly divided into sales visits and specialty shops, which made up the entire cosmetics market. However, recently the market and cosmetic distribution channels have become much more diversified. Thus, research for this study focused on the usage and purchase situations of cosmetic distribution channels depending on cosmetic type perception. This study also focused on the intent to purchase cosmetics by a cosmetic distribution channel in order to provide a precise cognitive background of consumers regarding cosmetic distribution channels. In doing so, the competitiveness of those channels could be procured and the causal relationships between these variables can be investigated. To achieve these purposes, the research model and hypotheses were derived through literature research on the cosmetics industry, cosmetic distribution channels, and consumers' intent to purchase. A survey was implemented from September $1^{st}$ to $14^{th}$, 2014 for empirical testing. and was given to female consumers in their 20s. 468 out of 500 surveys were collected; a total of 415 were used for analysis while the others were excluded due to with unreliable responses. The SPSS 21.0 program was used for analysis of materials. The overall conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between perception of cosmetic distribution channels and intent to purchase. The above research results may stimulate establishment of marketing implications and research material when establishing marketing strategies to promote cosmetic distribution and consumption.

The questionnaire is provided to respondents via Google Form. The sample collection method is convenience sampling. Three hundred samples were collected, but 253 samples are used after filtering the responses with missing data. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and regression analysis are used for data analysis on SPSS software version 20. Results: The results show that product risk, security risk, time risk, and fraud risk of the seller negatively affect the intention to buy food via online shopping channels in Vietnam. Conclusions: The study provides several implications and recommendations for food companies and online food sellers. The four consumer groups are as follows: off-off type (offline research-offline purchase), on-on type (online research-online purchase), on-off type (online research-offline purchase) and on/off-off type (online and offline research-offline purchase), off-on type (offline research-online purchase) and on/off-on type (online and offline research-online purchase). Data were collected from adults over 20 years old who had bought clothes within one year. The questionnaire was carried out from July, 2019 using a professional internet research panel; in addition, 500 sets of useful data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-squared test, ANOVA and Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. The findings showed significant differences among the classified consumer groups for consumer demographics, shopping orientation, perceived risk, and purchase after satisfaction. Purpose: The furniture industry has a huge potential for growth in Indonesia. Due to Indonesia's vast natural resources, furniture designers, makers, and retailers are given ease of access. The research analyzes the influence of service quality, promotion, product, and price on brand image and purchase intention in Indonesia's furniture distribution channels. Research design, data, and methodology: The variables used are service quality, promotion, product, price, brand image, and purchase intention. This research is cross-sectional research, which will be conducted among the furniture consumers in Indonesia, from the Instagram followers of a community as of 31 July 2023 with 837.5 thousand followers. The tools that will be used are surveys, conducted according to the sample size and processed using SMARTPLS 4 and the SEM-PLS model. Results: The findings urge that some variables have a significant influence on purchase intention directly but become less significant when influenced by brand image. Some variables can influence purchase intentions significantly through brand image, even if the certain variable did not have a significant influence on purchase intention directly. Conclusions: By knowing the significance of the variables towards brand image and purchase intention, ones with major influence can be implemented as a strategy to improve marketing in Indonesian furniture distributors.
Some consumers prefer online and others prefer offline. What makes them prefer online or offline? There has been a lack of theoretical development to adequately explain consumers' channel switching behavior between traditional physical stores and new virtual stores. Through consumers' purchase decision processes, this study examined the reasons why consumers changed channels depending on purchase process stages. Consumer's purchase decision process could be divided into three stages: pre-purchase stage, purchase stage, and post-purchase stage. We used the intention of channel selection as a surrogate dependent variable of channel selection. And some constructs, that is, channel function, channel benefits, customer relationship benefits, and perceived behavioral control, were selected as independent variables. In buying look-and-feel products, it was identified that consumers preferred virtual stores to physical stores at pre-purchase stage. To put it concretely, all constructs except channel benefits were more influenced to consumers at virtual stores. This result implied that information searching function, which is a main function at pre-purchase stage, was better supported by virtual stores than physical stores. In purchase stage, consumers preferred physical stores to virtual stores. Specially, all constructs influenced much more to consumers at physical stores. This result implied that although escrow service and trusted third parties were introduced, consumers felt that financial risk, performance risk, social risk, etc. still remained highly online. Finally, consumers did not prefer any channel at post-purchase stage. But three independent variables, i.e. channel function, channel benefits, and customer relationship benefits, were significantly preferred at physical stores rather than virtual stores at post-purchase stage. So we concluded that physical stores were a little more preferred to virtual stores at post-purchase stage. Through this study, it was identified that most consumers might switch channels according to purchase process stages. So, first of all, sales representatives should decide that what benefits should be given them through virtual stores at the pre-purchase stage and through physical stores at the purchase and post-purchase stages, and then devise collaborative channel strategies.
This study empirically verified the effect of the characteristics of live commerce on consumer trust and purchase intention. An online survey was conducted targeting adult women in their 20s and 30s who watched videos relating to fashion products on the NAVER shopping live channel; 281 questionnaires were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics 23 and AMOS 21 software packages. Consequently, the four factors of interactivity, attractiveness, price discount, and playfulness were identified from the data as characteristics of live commerce. Whereas interactivity and playfulness positively affected trust in both the seller and the product, attractiveness did nor significantly affect trust in the seller and the product. Furthermore, price discount had a significant positive effect only on trust in the seller and had no significant effect on trust in the product. In addition, trust in both the seller and the product had a significant positive effect on consumers' purchase intention; in particular, trust in the seller had a greater influence on consumers' purchase intention than trust in the product did. Research on the characteristics of live commerce can contribute to extend the theorical framework of live commerce research. Finally, fashion companies using live commerce channels will be able to develop live commerce channels that can elicit positive consumer perceptions based on the results of this study.
