BSC관점에서 수산정책자금이 경영성과와 신용등급 변화에 미치는 영향 (AThe Effects of Public Loan Programs in Fishery Industry on Management Performance and Credit Rating Change from a BSC perspective)

  • This study investigated the difference of the effects of public loan programs in fishery industry on management performance from a balanced score card (BSC) perspective depending on the type of loan, scale of fund, period of support and business category, using the financial data of fisheries firms having the balance of loan at the end of 2014. The key factors influencing credit rating change were also analyzed after public loan support. From a integrative perspective, results show that the firms supported by working fund have higher management performance than the firms supported by facility fund. The firms received large scale fund showed higher management performance than the firms received small scale fund. While management performance was decreasing or slowing down over time after financial support, management performance of the firms supported by facility fund improved over time. From a non-financial perspective, the firms received facility fund invested more in education and growing perspective than the firms received working fund. As the size of fund increased, the investment in education, growing, internal process and customer increased. Personnel expenses and employee benefits for education and growing has increased over time. However, the firms with facility fund restricted the expenses of education, personnel expenses and employee benefits as time goes by. Because the effects of public loan on credit rating of fisheries corporations have no statistical significance, it has become known that the financial support of public loan program has no influence on the change of credit rating of fisheries corporations. This study attempted performance analysis from a BSC perspective which combine factors of non-financial perspective with factors of financial perspective. Findings from this study suggest the direction of microscopic performance analysis of public loan in fishery industry.

  • The Study investigated economic effects and the conditions in the public Shipping e-marketplace. For efficient operation of the public Shipping e-marketplace, this study analyzed how do the participation and community actualize in the public Shipping e-marketplace actualize. According to the research results of the Shipping Cooperations, For Promoting participation in the public Shipping e-marketplace, the Cyber-intermediary operating public Shipping e-marketplace provides timely shipping information, needs publicity strategy generating more benefits than offline transaction, and gives a conviction of the searching costs and transaction costs decrease. Second For promoting community, the Cyber-intermediary must playa major role in electronic community and drive forward continuous publicity strategy in the public Shipping e-marketplace.

Reference Architecture and Operation Model for PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Cloud

  • The cloud has already become the core infrastructure of information systems, and government institutions are rapidly migrating information systems to the cloud. Government institutions in several countries use private clouds in their closed networks. However, because of the advantages of public clouds over private clouds, the demand for public clouds is increasing, and government institutions are expected to gradually switch to public clouds. When all data from government institutions are managed in the public cloud, the biggest concern for government institutions is the leakage of confidential data. The public-private-partnership (PPP) cloud provides a solution to this problem. PPP cloud is a form participation in a public cloud infrastructure and the building of a closed network data center. The PPP cloud prevents confidential data leakage and leverages the benefits of the public cloud to build a cloud quickly and easily maintain the cloud. In this paper, based on the case of the PPP cloud applied to the Korean government, the concept, architecture, operation model, and contract method of the PPP cloud are presented.

  • A DAS(Distribution Automation System) enhances the efficiency and productivity of a utility. It also provides intangible benefits such as improved public image and market adventages. This paper discusses an approach to the integration of NDIS(New Distribution Information System) and DAS that will allow benefits from both technologies to support a common database and distributed computing architecture, thereby improving the ability of many functions to justify implementation of integrated systems based on transferring' data comparisons.

생활체육 활성화를 위한 이용자 편익에 관한 연구 (Study on User Benefits for Activating Lifestyle Sports)

  • 본 연구는 생활체육 이용자의 무형적 편익과 생활 체육 활동의 신체적, 정신적 효과 검증과 지도자 역량의 역할을 살펴보고 무형적 편익의 실질적인 기초 자료를 제공하여 생활체육의 가치를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 성인 남성과 여성을 중심으로 신체적 편익, 정신적 편익, 사회적 편익, 자아 효능적 편익, 여가문화적 편익, 신체적 효과, 정신적 효과, 지도자 역량의 구조적 관계를 검증하기 위하여 Anderson & Gerbing(1988)이 제시한 2단계 접근방법을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 중심으로 연구한 결론을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 편익과 여가문화적 편익은 지도자 역량에 정(+)의 직접적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 편익, 자아효능적 편익, 여가문화적 편익은 신체적 효과에 정(+)의 직접적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아효능적 편익과 여가문화적 편익은 정신적 효과에 정(+)의 직접적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지도자 역량은 여가문화적 편익과 신체적 효과와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 여가문화적 편익과 정신적 효과와의 관계에서도 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 생활체육의 양적 확대 및 질적 향상과 생활체육 이용자의 무형적 가치를 극대화하기 위한 체육시설 확충, 역량 있는 지도자 양성, 다양한 프로그램 개발 등의 민간 자본 투자와 공공분야의 투자 지원으로 신체적 건강과 정신적 건강 함양의 복지가 함께 공유되는 새로운 복지서비스 전달체계의 역할이 제공되길 기대한다.

공공도서관 서비스 성과 평가 - 일상생활에서의 공공도서관 서비스 혜택에 대한 전국 성인들의 인식을 중심으로 - (A National Study of Perceived Outcomes of Public Library Services: Measuring the Perceived Benefits of Public Library Services among Korean Adult Library Users)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도서관의 성과를 도서관 서비스가 국민 개인의 삶에 미치는 영향을 통해 종합적으로 파악하려는 Vakkari와 Serola(2012)의 성과측정지표에 근거하여 한국 공공도서관의 서비스 성과를 평가하는 것이다. 우리나라 성인들의 인구사회학적 분포에 기반하여 전국의 성인 1,000명을 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하여 지난 1년간 공공도서관을 이용해 본 경험이 있다고 응답한 629명의 응답을 분석하였다. 조사 결과, 일상생활 19개 영역 가운데 응답자의 약 2/3 정도가 "소설 및 비소설류 독서", "교육 및 학습 기회제공", "여가 중 자기 계발" 등 세 영역에서 공공도서관의 혜택을 가장 크게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 나머지 16개 영역에서의 혜택은 상대적으로 낮게 인식되고 있었다. Vakkari와 Serola성과척도의 요인구조를 우리나라 연구 참여자에게 적용한 결과, 원래의 구조와는 다른 구조가 발견되었다. 기존의 "일상생활"과 "여가활동" 영역은 유지한 가운데, "일/업무"와 "학습"이 하나의 요인으로 결합되었고, "여가활동"에서 분리되어 나온 "독서/자기계발" 영역이 새로운 요인을 형성하고 있었다. 마지막으로 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 공공도서관 서비스 혜택에 대한 인식차를 조사한 결과, 남성은 일/학습, 여성은 독서/자기계발 영역에서 혜택을 더 크게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타나 성별 차이가 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 인구사회학적 분포에 비례하여 표집한 전국 성인을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 도서관 서비스의 혜택을 조사함으로써 2014년 현재 우리나라 공공도서관 서비스의 전체적인 성과 수준을 파악하려 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영아를 위한 어머니의 로타바이러스 예방접종 이행과 관련 요인: 건강신념모형을 중심으로 (Factors Associated with Rotavirus Vaccination Behavior among Mothers of Infants: using the Health Belief Model)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the sociodemographic characteristics and health belief related to rotavirus vaccination behavior among mothers of infants. Methods: Data collection was performed through an on-line survey between 13 and 16 October, 2016, and the subjects targeted were 240 mothers with infants between the ages of 8 months and 12 months. The collected data were analyzed using $X^2$ test, Fisher's Exact test, ANOVA, and Logistic Regression with SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The complete rotavirus vaccination rate was 76.7%, the incomplete vaccination rate was 9.2%, and the non-vaccination rate was 14.2%. Factors associated with complete rotavirus vaccination were the mother's age (OR=3.306, 95% CI=1.087 to 10.054), the perceived benefits (OR=6.500, 95% CI=2.163 to 19.528) and the self-efficacy (OR=11.568, 95% CI=2.921 to 45.818), and approximately 40.8% of explanation power was observed. Conclusion: To increase the rotavirus vaccination rate, counseling and education by nurses should be performed to increase the self-efficacy and public awareness of the benefits of rotavirus vaccination for mothers with infants.

Readability, Suitability and Health Content Assessment of Cancer Screening Announcements in Municipal Newspapers in Japan

  • Background: The objective of this study was to assess the readability, suitability, and health content of cancer screening information in municipal newspapers in Japan. Materials and Methods: Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) and the framework of Health Belief Model (HBM) were used for assessment of municipal newspapers that were published in central Tokyo (23 wards) from January to December 2013. Results: The mean domain SAM scores of content, literacy demand, and layout/typography were considered superior. The SAM scores of interaction with readers, an indication of the models of desirable actions, and elaboration to enhance readers' self-efficacy were low. According to the HBM coding, messages of medical/clinical severity, of social severity, of social benefits, and of barriers of fear were scarce. Conclusions: The articles were generally well written and suitable. However, learning stimulation/motivation was scarce and the HBM constructs were not fully addressed. Practice implications: Articles can be improved to motivate readers to obtain cancer screening by increasing interaction with readers, introducing models of desirable actions and devices to raise readers' self-efficacy, and providing statements of perceived barriers of fear for pain and time constraints, perceived severity, and social benefits and losses.

공유 모빌리티 서비스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting Intention to Use Mobility Sharing Service)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about many changes in our daily lives and in industries as a whole. The most notable change was the spread of the untact culture to minimize face-to-face contact. The spread of the untact culture has changed the use of public transportation. Looking at the results of previous SARS and MERS studies, it was found that as the pandemic spreads, the use of public transportation decreased. Recently, the mobility sharing service is attracting attention as a personalized means of transportation instead of public transportation. Therefore, in this study, the factors affecting the intention to use the mobility sharing service were to be identified by the actual users. In this study, economic benefit, convenience, sustainability, and sense of belonging were set as independent variables based on previous studies. In addition, the relationship between the perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure of these factors of use on intention to use was empirically analyzed through PLS-SEM. As a result of the study, it was found that economic benefits, convenience, sustainability, and sense of belongingness had a significant effect on intention to use through perceived usefulness and enjoyment. This study was meaningful in that it was verified through the study that economic benefits, convenience, sustainability, and a sense of belongingness were significant variables affecting the intention to use through usefulness and pleasure.

페이스북 브랜드 팬 페이지 사용자들의 융합된 편익이 브랜드 애착과 브랜드 몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on The Influence of Convergence Benefit of Facebook Fan Page in Brand Attachment and Brand Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 페이스 북 브랜드 팬 페이지 사용자들이 추구한 편익을 기능적, 정서적, 상징적 편익의 세 차원으로 분류하여 이들 편익이 브랜드 애착과 브랜드 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 구조적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 기능적 편익에 비해 감성적 편익이 브랜드 애착을 형성하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상징적 편익과 기능적 편익 간의 비교에서는 상징적 편익이 브랜드 애착 형성에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 감성적 편익과 상징적 편익은 차이가 없이 브랜드 애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드 애착은 브랜드 몰입에 영향을 주는 선행 변수라는 점이 확인되었다.
