  • Underground passage shopping center which is one of the underground space is a public facility. Therefore, underground passage shopping center needs physical environment that everyone (such as ordinary adults, seniors, disabled and ETC) could use it without any difficulties. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of universal design into main entrance space of underground passage shopping center. The scope of this research was adjusted as 8 underground passage shopping centers that are located in Seoul. Spacial scope of the research was set as public space such as main entrance space, slope way, stairway of underground passage shopping center and the content of scope of this research was the application of universal design. The conclusion of this research is as following. First, public space of underground passage shopping center needs physical environmental improvement for the convenient usage for seniors and disabled. Second, the application of universal design is needed for public space for shelter and rescue of underground passage shopping center. Third, Underground passage shopping center needs a plan to minimize the safety infringement of user by commercial activity of stores in it.

지하공간의 문화적 활성화를 위한 실내 환경계획요소의 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Elements of Interior Environmental Planning for Cultural Vitality of Underground Space)

  • In order to make an effective use of spatial resources in the city, detailed environmental plan strategies based on 'culture' are needed. An integral part of city spaces-'underground space' serves as one of the spatial resources with much effective usage potentials. Hence, 'underground space' needs cultural vitality. The purpose of this study is to propose an thorough indoor environmental plan guideline for the cultural vitality of 'underground space'. The methods used to conduct research include precedent study reviews and survey. Through this research, following conclusions are drawn. First, to promote cultural vitality at the 'underground space', it must be transformed into the cultural public place to be utilized for cultural activities by residents. Second, the 'underground space' requires 'concept of eco-friendly space for clean environment'. Third, 'safe environment' concept must be installed in the 'underground space' to promote the cultural vitality. Fourth, the 'underground space' requires 'complex/block level network plans between cultural spaces in addition to horizontal/vertical walking network between cultural environments in ground level and underground spaces. Fifth, the 'underground space' requires underground public cultural space plan through 'reasonable underground development with considerations of the facilities related to education, culture and history'. Sixth, 'public cultural space plan for various cultural spaces' and 'supply of space for cultural activities for residents and design plan for mutual culture exchange' are necessary.

Three-dimensional Mixed-use Complex Spaces and Setting Criteria for Road Sections for Three-dimensional Addressing

  • As cities continue to expand and additional underground structures are constructed, a policy is being planned to expand addresses, which are national framework data. In this study, the application scope of a proposed 3D (three-dimensional) mixed-use complex space for assigning 3D addresses was defined, based on past research on 3D address systems and by analyzing related laws. Underpass shopping malls, underground walkways (excluding underground shopping malls), and 3D mixed-use transfer centers with a gross floor area of 2,000㎡ or more are connected with each space by underground walkways or public paths. In addition, the detailed space corresponding to the public space of the 3D mixed-use complex space was presented and distinguished from the space to which the detailed address is assigned. The criteria for setting the road section were presented based on the intermediate space, which is a characteristic of 3D mixed-use complex spaces. The proposed criteria were applied to the Express Bus Terminal station (3D mixed-use transfer center) and COEX mall (underpass shopping malls). Thus, the road section was set for an unfamiliar 3D mixed-use complex space. However, by applying the proposed criteria to various 3D mixed-use complex spaces, additional and detailed criteria for different cases should be prepared.

지중온도를 이용한 지하공간 벽체의 난방부하 계산에 관한 연구 (A study about caculating the heating load of the wall of underground space to be used undereground temperature)

  • The energy crisis is culminating for the life of the fossil fuel in the future which is come to end at $30{\sim}40$ years. Moreover above 90% of the energy in our country depend on importing and the crisis is more seγious than it of other countries. So architects devote low energy house research and it means underground space research have become public opinion. But there is not an accurate and utility method calculating the heating load of underground space. In this study it is proposed that the heating load is calculated by setting adiabatic thichness of soil and predicting underground temperature. The prediction of the underground temperature is calculated by the latitude, the level, the distance from sea, the condition of earth surface.

  • 지하공동구의 도시 생명선 기능유지를 위해서는 24시간 모니터링을 수행해야 하며 부족한 인력을 대체하기 위한 기술개발이 필요하다. 일반적인 관리방법으로는 지하 공간 특성을 반영하기 어려워 본 연구에서는 지하공동구를 대상으로 공간정보 기반의 디지털 트윈 시스템 요구사항을 도출하였다. 물리적 공간과 가상공간으로 구분하였으며, 물리적 공간은 멀티모달 영상센서 체계 구축의 기반이 되는 센서의 종류와 배치도를, 가상공간은 지하공동구에 대한 시스템 아키텍처를 구성하였다. 그리고 업무에 따른 시스템 기능을 제시하였다. 지하공동구 디지털 트윈을 통해 재난을 예방하고, 조기에 대응하여 도시 생명선의 기능유지에 효과적일 것으로 예상한다.

  • Because effect about environmental effect that get to human visually is absolute, ability that mural of subway interior considers relation with space is required. Also, public environment element should be designed must intend agreeableness sex by same traitor effect of quality of the material and color and can be evaluated by cultural inheritance that is powerful enemy same time. Wish to accomplish access as meaning of city environment improvement of wall of subway station or underground space etc. through Japan course South Korea's illustration regarding environment landscaping features that is designed in wall of latest domestic building subway interior in this research. Various and new reading by that study and analyze manufactured wall environment landscaping features recently that could find and was approached in variouser technique, practical use of material than single material and is expressed according to history's special quality and planning know can. Underground space can give agreeableness feel and psychological sense of security by user though expression method, material, color plan etc. consist because is having image blockade enemy. Therefore, wall environment landscaping features of underground space to be cultural value and environment Dija because diversified research that is accompanied in element is gone subway interior space of our country and underground space etc. as new culture space develop be able to must.

도심지 대심도 터널 건설을 위한 제도개선 방안 연구 (A study of measures to improve the system for the construction of deep tunnels in urban area)

  • 도심지 대심도 터널은 자동차와 열차가 다니던 지상공간을 친환경적인 공원으로 시민에게 돌려주고, 지하는 복합적인 교통인프라 시설의 구축이 가능한 미래지향적인 건설방안이다. 하지만 일부 언론과 영화에서 터널공사는 지반침하, 붕괴 등의 재난의 대상으로 묘사하는 경우가 종종 있었다. 실제로 대부분의 도심지 대심도 터널공사 진행 과정에서 노선 부근 주민의 굴착 반대 민원으로 인해 사업추진에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대심도 터널과 관련된 시민여론조사를 통해서 지하 공간개발에 대한 인식과 대심도 터널 공사에 대한 시민 우려사항을 파악하고 이해관계자의 손실보상에 대한 의견을 조사하였다. 대심도 터널공사와 관련된 현행법령을 검토하여 공사단계별 공공참여 가능성을 분석하고 지하공간의 보상과 관련된 구분지상권에 대하여 살펴보았다. 여론조사에서 시민이 우려하는 대심도 터널공사의 이슈사항이 현행기술로 해결 가능한 문제임을 파악하고 공공참여를 통해 터널공사의 안정성을 확신시키기 위한 제도적 개선 방향과 구분지상권 설정에 이해관계자의 협조를 증진하려는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

지하도상가의 리모델링 및 공간 특성에 따른 포름알데히드 농도 분석 (Estimation of the Formaldehyde Concentration of Subterranean Shopping Centers according to their Spatial Configuration and Renovation)

  • Underground shopping center has become a important commercial facility due to their good accessibility to the public transport. However, underground shopping center has high risk of air contaminants emission like formaldehyde and lowered indoor air quality. In this study, formaldehyde concentration of the underground shopping center was estimated according to the renovation and characteristics of space. It was found that newly renovated underground shopping center has low formaldehyde concentration. In case of closed entrance type, the formaldehyde concentration was 320 % higher than open type. Formaldehyde concentration was varied by product type and especially, high formaldehyde concentration was measured near the stores selling nail polish and cosmetics. It is important to apply appropriate ventilation system according to characteristics of space.

도심지 대심도 터널건설에 따른 갈등분석 및 대책 (Conflict analysis and countermeasures due to construction of very-deep tunnels in urban area)

  • 지하공간의 개발, 특히 도심지 대심도 터널은 지상의 부족한 공간을 대체할 수 있는 건설사업으로 개발 필요성이 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 복잡하고 장시간이 걸리는 설계 및 시공특성, 장대화 특성 등으로 인하여 관련 공공갈등이 더욱 심화되고 양상이 복잡해지고 있다. 또한, 주로 공적인 예산이 투입되므로 민원발생 시 소극적인 대응이 이루어져 갈등이 증폭되거나 교착이 장기화되는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 최근 발생한 도심지 대심도 터널 시공관련 주요 갈등의 진행상황을 분석하여 갈등 발생 원인, 장기화 요인 및 해결방안 등을 검토하고, 일반시민과 터널 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 대심도 터널건설에 대한 인식, 주요 갈등요인에 대해 분석하고 도심지 대심도 터널의 갈등 최소화를 위한 제언사항을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 도심지 대심도 터널건설에 대한 시민 공감대 형성을 위한 다각적인 홍보방안 및 사업추진 절차의 개선사항 등 대안을 수립하고 터널 건설관련 인식 제고방안을 마련하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

실내공적공간의 공공성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Needs for Privately Owned Public Space)

  • Recently, it appears several counterproposals about desirable figures of urban architecture. All of them proposes 'publicity' with cohernt tendency. The reason why it concentrates quantitative expansion of city without united design by urban plannar is that neglect quality values of city. As a solution of poor environment, there cue out the various efforts, about problem of each building, problem of city space, problem of laws and so forth. The reason why necessity of public space was embossed in that architecture extend the activity of citizen and make up the city space. But, each building pursues the private interest, so it is difficult to secure a public space with a high hand. Thus, architecture law has been revised in 1991 and bring the system of open space to match up the publicity and the private interest. Actually, western country brought it and obtained excellent results. While quantity of open space have increased since 1991, a lot of problems revealed in real usage and quality. By means of problem's solution, this study focus on the diversion of recognition for necessity of various open space. In result, on the occasion of approach and openess, except for several building, most glass a facade and the pedestrian can approach easily. Moreover, office buildings near the subway station connected with their low floor. So, the office buildings give openess to pedestrian and a people can approach easily to the buildings. On the occasion of amenity, most have bank and lobby on the first floor and have facilities on the underground floor. It leave open. But the reason why they have bank and lobby is that the space is dry and boring(without elements of nature and rest space). Hence, to make a space full of vitality, it have to plan various design elements and facilities. First of all, plan of indoor public space have to make up facility for the public interest. This study is basic investigation for necessity of indoor public space and through the survey of office buildings, it analyze the character of plan and find out the method of publicity's realization.
