한국의 추잠기 병해에 관한 연구 (Studies on Silkworm (Bombyx mort L.) Diseases in Autumn Rearing Season in Korea)

  • 한국의 잠병피해율을 알고자 경북 전역에 걸쳐 1975년 추기 조사하여 분석한 결과 1. 병피해 농가비율은 18.5%이고 상자당 공판량은 무피해 농가가 27.0kg인데 비하며 18.2kg으로 변이의 폭이 크고 평균 미달농가가 상대적으로 많았다. 2. 한국의 총수잠량중 잠병에 의한 감산량은 약 838M/T으로 추산되며 피해율은 5.6%으로 추산되었다. 3. 농병ㆍ연화병이 각각 40.9%, 34.5%로 추잠기잠병의 대부분이었다.

원룸주거의 현실과 과제에 관한 연구 (A Study of Current Conditions and Future Tasks of One-room Housing)

  • This study tries to provide fundamental policy information for one-room housing by analyzing current living conditions of one-room housing near a university. For this purpose, this study conducts on-site survey as well as residents' survey. The main findings are follows. First, some one-room houses have been converted from single-family houses. Pilotis are often used as parking lots in newly built one-room houses. There are illegal equipments and illegal parkings around one-room village. Second, residents satisfy with proximity to workplace. However, they show strong dissatisfaction with physical environment such as noise, air flow, waste disposals. In particular, they feel very uncomfortable with gloomy lights and fear about potential crime. Third, residents like their independent lives, but complain about narrow living space and unprotected privacy. In addition, many of them feel lonely due to lack of public space in which residents can communicate.

대규모 음용수 저장시설의 수질평가 (Physico-chemical and Microbiological Analysis of Tap Water in the Apartment in Taegu City)

  • 대구시내 6개구에서 각 2개소의 아파트와 각 1개소의 단독주책을 선정하여 총 18개소의 가정상수를 1987년 5월 12일에서 10월 15일 사이에 봄, 여름, 가을 3회에 걸쳐 채취하여 이화학적 및 미생물학적 수질검사를 시행하였다. pH치는 최저 6.80에서 최고 8.10으로 모두 정상범위였으며, 잔류염소치 0.2ppm미만인 경우가 아파트군 16.7%, 단독주택군 5.6%였다. 아질산성 질소양성은 아파트군에서만 2.8%로 나타났다. 일반세균수가 $m{\ell}$당 100개 이상인 경우는 아파트군 11.1%, 단독주택군 11.1%였고, 대장균군의 MPN이 1.8%이상인 경우가 아파트군 27.8%, 단독주택군 33.3%였다. 잔류염소치, 아질산성 질소, 일반세균수 및 대장균군 검사에서 4가지 음용기준에 부적당한 것은 아파트군에서만, 2.7%였고, 3가지 검사에서 부적당한 것이 아파트군 2.7% 단독주택군 5.6%, 2가지 검사에서 부적당한 것이 아파트군 8.3% 단독주택군 5.6%, 1가지 검사에서 부적당한 것이 아파트군 25.0% 단독주택군 22.2%였다. 이화학적 및 미생물학적 검사성적의 상호비교에서 잔류염소치와 일반세균수 사이에, 그리고 대장균균수와 일반세균수 사이에 연관성이 있었다. 아파트의 건립년수가 길수록 수질이 좋지 않은 것으로 관찰되었다.

  • Korean Society have changed already an agricultural society to industrial society. and changed industrial society to the an information society now. Korea society is suffering from the process a lot of pain. In this situation, the housing condition in rural areas tend been getting worse. The purpose of this study is to establish guidelines for the architectural planning. Previous studies relating to housing is divided into a few theme, we can be considered. First, the study on rental housing industry development, research on housing policy, the study on housing supply, the study on management and residents of rental housing. According to this study, public housing in Hyogo each locality, climate, availability may reflect the complex consists of the design. For example, a single-family homes, 2 row houses, townhouses type. House Plans are similar to the urban housing. So this house as the city's life can be reflected. So the house plans to respond to people's lives. The house characteristics of the four housing complex is appropriate for rural circumstances, housing location, the roof shape, and the harmonious color. This house forms makes good the view with the surrounding natural environment.

Paranormal Beliefs: Using Survey Trends from the USA to Suggest a New Area of Research in Asia

  • Americans continue to have beliefs in the paranormal, for example in UFOs, ghosts, haunted houses, and clairvoyance. Yet, to date there has not been a systematic gathering of data on popular beliefs about the paranormal, and the question of whether or not there is a convincing trend in beliefs about the paranormal remains to be explored. Public opinion polling on paranormal beliefs shows that these beliefs have remained stable over time, and in some cases have in fact increased. Beliefs in ghosts (25% in 1990 to 32% in 2005) and haunted houses (29% in 1990, 37% in 2001) have all increased while beliefs in clairvoyance (26% in 1990 and 2005) and astrology as scientific (31% in 2006, 32% in 2014) have remained stable. Belief in UFOs (50%) is highest among all paranormal beliefs. Our findings show that people continue to hold beliefs about the paranormal despite their lack of grounding in science or religion.

Revitalization of Urban Regeneration through the Happiness Housing Project as Public Housing Policy

  • Urban space structure in South Korea when through drastic changes ever since public housing policies began their full-fledge implementation. That is, public housing policies represent the main cause for formation of the current urban space structure, as the public houses are constructed in accordance with changes of demographic/social structure, considering changes of housing demand, in urban spaces demanded by the end users. After rapid industrialization and urbanization in the 1960's, each government in different periods have implemented housing supply policies through massive urban developments, to resolve the issue of housing shortage and residential instability. Phase 1 New Towns were developed in the 1980's resulting in suburbanization of the Seoul Area, followed by urban sprawl due to construction of small-size New Towns after deregulation in the 1990's, and construction of Phase 2 New Towns for resolution of housing shortage in the early 2000's and the resulting urban problems. In the mid-2000's, construction of Bogeumjari houses in GB areas led to insufficient housing supply in downtown areas, and the period after 2010 witnessed continuous deterioration of existing urban areas and acceleration of the rental housing crisis caused by rental housing shortage in downtown areas. Moreover, the residentially vulnerable classes consisting of young, 1~2-member households is expanding, with the real estate market in recess. Therefore, the government is trying to achieve urban regeneration through public housing policies so as to resolve the urban space problem and the housing problem at the same time, and the Happiness Housing Project has been implemented as a policy to achieve that goal. The Happiness Housing Project for young, residentially vulnerable classes in downtown areas, is going through diversification aimed at conjunction with urban regeneration projects in downtown areas, as exemplified by conversion of rental houses in residential environment improvement project districts and redevelopment/reconstruction project districts into happiness housing, and supply of happiness housing in conjunction with small reorganization projects for deteriorated residential areas in such areas as those excluded from New Town designation. Continuous supply of Happiness Housing in conjunction with urban regeneration requires mixed-use residential development which includes convenience facilities and public facilities, along with improvement of rental conditions (rental period/rent) and diversification of project methods, considering that the project is implemented in downtown areas.

공공빅데이터를 활용한 1인당 주거면적 추정에 관한 연구 - 서울의 단독 및 다세대 주택을 중심으로 - (A Study on Estimating Housing Area per capita using Public Big Data - Focusing on Detached houses and Flats in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구는 건축물대장, 주민등록대장 등 공공빅데이터의 활용성을 탐구하기 위해, 비교적 간단한 구조를 가진 맨큐-와일(MW)모형을 활용해 1인당 주거면적 추정을 시도하였다. 그 결과 공공빅데이터를 활용하여 정기조사 방식에 버금가는 모형을 수립할 수 있고, 기존 정기조사 방식으로는 어려웠던 기초자치단체별 모형수립도 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 공공빅데이터로부터 일반단독주택과 다세대주택 샘플을 판별하는 과정을 설계하여, 10세 연령대별 1인당 주거면적을 추정하고, 인구주택총조사, 주거실태조사 등 기존 정기조사 자료를 활용한 결과와 비교해 일치시킨 후, 서울시 25개 자치구별 1인당 주거면적을 도출하였다. 공공빅데이터는 지식영역을 확장시켜주는 장점이 있지만 본래의 작성의도와 다른 목적으로 생성된 자료를 활용한다는 점에서 근본적 한계는 존재한다. 또 개인정보 접근이라는 어려운 과정은 분석을 보다 신중히 진행해야 하는 부담을 주고, 비식별화를 거친 자료를 분석함에 따라 연구설계가 어려워지는 문제도 있다. 향후 공공빅데이터가 기존 통계조사를 보완하거나 대체할 수도 있도록 가공하는 방법 등에 대한 꾸준한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • This study aims to investigate the eco-friendly planning methods for a sustainable apartment houses in the Metropolitan area of Seoul. Eco-friendly plans that considers the environmental issues were attempted from the beginning of 2000s, and since then, many apartment houses in Korea were built using this concept. They were, however, generally focusing on the physical and spatial aspects of the site plan. After the Seoul C40 weather summit conference in 2009, the low carbon green housing standard has been emphasized and thus the chemical concept was added to the existing physical planning methods. Under such a background, this study intends to investigate the eco-friendly plans for the apartment houses in the 2000s. This includes an ecological network plan, an ecological base plan, a building greening plan, a water treatment plan, and an energy saving plan. Based on the analysis and synthesis of these planning methods in the early 21st century, it would be possible to set up a proper future plan to enhance the sustainable built environment in the housing industry in the coming years.

분자생물학적 방법인 PCR-REBA를 이용한 대중목욕탕 수질 중 수인성병원성미생물 검출 (Detection of Waterborne Pathogens in Public Bath Houses by PCR-Reverse Blot Hybridization Assay (PCR-REBA))

  • 수인성 병원성 미생물에 의한 공중목욕탕의 오염은 질병발생의 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 공중목욕탕내에 존재하는 수인성 병원성미생물들을 확인하고자 하였다. 서울지역내의 30 곳 공중목욕탕에서 욕조수 시료를 채수하여 진행하였다. 수인성 병원성미생물의 검출은 0.45 ${\mu}m$의 여과막을 이용하여 전통적인 배양방법으로 분리 및 동정하였다. 분자생물학적 기법을 사용하기 위해 미생물학적인 배양을 하지 않고 핵산을 추출하여 16S rRNA유전자를 표적으로 polymerase chain reaction-reverse blot hybridization (PCR-REBA)을 실시하였다. 미생물학적 배양방법에서는 지표세균인 Escherichia coli와 Shigella spp.가 검출되었으며, 분자생물학적 기법인 PCR-REBA을 수행한 결과 E. coli, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Pseudomonas spp., Mycobacterium spp. 등의 수인성 병원성미생물이 7곳에서 검출되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 공중목욕탕의 욕조수내에 수인성병원성미생물에 의한 감염을 줄이기 위해 적절한 위생관리과 E. coli를 포함한 유해미생물을 선정하여 지속적인 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

부엌의 변화과정을 통해 본 일식주택 공간적 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Transformation through the Process of Spatial Changes of Dining-Kitchen for Japanese Houses in Korea)

  • When Korea opened its ports and underwent Japanese colonization, many Japanese style houses were built in Korea. Following Korea's independence from Japan, Koreans began to reside in these houses. The objective of this study is to examine the current state of Japanese style residence areas and Japanese style houses in Korea, and to determine the change in the characteristics of dining kitchens that have taken place since Koreans have lived in them. In the process, while assimilation occurred, there was also a conflict between the residential lifestyles of the two cultures, developing into a state where two housing cultures co-existed. The dining kitchens showed the most sensitive adjustments to social changes, facilitating a number of important changes in the process of modernizing houses. In this regard, the intention is to determine how the dining kitchens responded to other areas within the house as they were being transformed. Research for this study is based on previous studies that were carried out in 1991 on Japanese style houses, in order to clearly define the process of change chronologically rather than from a single examination. In consequently, From the process of changes where from a conventional kitchen to DK anger, 1) The public space - wooden floor, living room, etc - had been formed in house spaces. 2) In the lifestyle, privacy secured. It was separated each functional spaces that greeting space for guests and family's space in the lifestyle. 3) The cause of variation could be summarized that differences of living style, a change of life and fuel.
