La 변성 $Pb(Sc_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})O_3-PbTiO_3$계 요업체의 전계유기변위와 분극특성 (Field-Induced Strains and Polarization Switching Mechanisms in La-Modified $Pb(Sc_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})O_3-PbTiO_3$ Ceramics)

  • Electrically-induced strain(S) and polarization(P) for Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3(1-x)PSN-xPT) crystalline solutions were studied. From the compositional dependence of S and P we could observe two maximum values at x=0.10 and x=0.425. It is considered that PSNT10(x=0.10) composition is the structural phase boundary to indicate the variable order-disorder[VOD] region. PSNT(x=0.425) composition is the morphotropic phase boundary[MPB] to indicate the rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition. Higher S (0.437%) and P (0.3974$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$) values were attained by the La substitution (5 wt%) at Pb site in the MPB composition of 57.5PSN-42.5PT.

Novel Synthesis and Characterization of Pt-graphene/TiO2 Composite Designed for High Photonic Effect and Photocatalytic Activity under Visible Light

  • The degradation of methyl blue (MB) catalyzed by platinum (Pt)-graphene/$TiO_2$ in dark ambiance was studied. Pt-graphene/$TiO_2$ composites were prepared by simple hydrothermal method. Characterizations of composites were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), specific surface area (BET) analysis, and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. UV-spectroscopic analysis of the dyes was performed by measuring the change in absorbance. The degradation of the organic dyes was calculated based on the decrease in concentration of the dyes with respect to regular time intervals. Rate coefficients for the catalytic process were successfully established and reusability tests were performed to test the stability of the used catalysts.

  • We have investigated the ferroelectric properties of multi-layered SrBi$_2$Ta$_2$$O_{9}$Pb(Zr,Ti)O$_3$, SBT/PZT, thin film capacitors. Specimens were prepared onto Pt-coated Si wafer by sol-gel method. Ferroelectric properties of these finns could be obtained only for thin SBT layers below 50nm in thickness. The values of dielectric constant and remnant polarization depend mainly on the thickness of SBT layer, which arises from the paraelectric interface layer between SBT and PZT due to the thermal diffusion of Pb. The value of remnant poarization of PZT/SBT is greater than that of SBT, and the plarization fatigue behaviors of PZT/SBT/Pt capacitors are somewhat improved as compared with those of PZT/Pt.t.

  • The heterolayered PZT/PT thick films were fabricated by two different methods - thick films of the PZT by screen printing method on alumina substrates electrodes with Pt, thin films of $PbTiO_3$ by the spin coating method on the PZT thick films and once more thick films of the PZT by the screen printing method on the $BaTiO_3$ layer The structural and the dielectric properties were investigated for effect of various stacking sequence of sol-gel prepared $PbTiO_3$ coating solution at interface of the PZT thick films. The insertion of $PbTiO_3$ interlayer yielded the PZT thick films with homogeneous and dense grain structure with the number of $PbTiO_3$ layers. The leakage current density of the PZT/$PbTiO_3-1$ film is less that $4.41{\times}10^{-9}\;A/cm^2$ at 5 V.

전극의 두께와 소성 온도에 따른 DSSC의 효율 특성 (DSSC Efficiency Characteristics by Annealing Temperature and Thickness of Electrodes)

  • P25와 Dyesol $TiO_2$ (Titanium dioxide)를 사용하여 두께와 소성 온도가 다른 전극을 제조하여 염료감응형 태양전지(Dye Sensitized Solar Cell, DSSC)를 제조한 후 광 변환 효율을 측정하였다. 소성 전 후의 $TiO_2$ 작업 전극의 두께 변화는 FE-SEM을 사용하여 시편의 cross section을 확인하여 비교하였다. 또한 상대전극인 Pt의 소성 온도에 따른 DSSC의 효율 변화도 측정하였다. P25를 활용한 DSSC는 doctor blade로 1층으로 도포 후, $500^{\circ}C$에서 30 min 동안 소성한 작업 전극(${\sim}20.4{\mu}m$)과 $350^{\circ}C$에서 30 min 동안 소성한 Pt 상대 전극으로 제조한 셀이 3.8%의 광효율을 나타내었다. Dyesol $TiO_2$를 활용하여 1층으로 도포 후, $500^{\circ}C$에서 30 min 동안 소성한 작업전극(${\sim}9.1\;{\mu}m$)과 $450^{\circ}C$에서 30 min 동안 소성한 Pt 상대 전극으로 제조한 셀이 5.8%의 광 효율을 나타냄을 알았다.

  • Multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC) were prepared by laminating the layer of composition with dif-ferent Curie temperature to improve temperature coefficient in the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 binary system. Green sheet was formed by tape casting using Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 and PbTiO3 synthesized with solid state reaction of PBO. Nb2O5 MgO and TiO2. Green sheet with electrode of 70Ag-30Pd was laminated under 300 kg/cm2 at 70$^{\circ}C$ and sintered at 1100$^{\circ}C$ for 2hr. Curie temperatues for MLCC with 10 layers of pure PMN and 0.9PMN-0.1PT were lowered to -22$^{\circ}C$ and 36$^{\circ}C$ respectively. MLCC with 7 layers of PMN and 3 layers of 0.9PMN-0.1PT showed nearly zero temperature coefficient of capacitance in the range of -20∼30$^{\circ}C$ and sum of dissipation factor of each layer.

  • (S $r_{0.85}$/C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_3$(SCT) thin films at various deposition temperature and rf power were grown by rf magnetron sputtering method on optimized Pt-based electrodes (Pt/TiN/ $SiO_2$/Si). The crystallinity of the films increases with increasing deposition temperature. SCT thin film is depend on the surface morphology and crystallinity of Pt films for bottom electrode. Dielectric constant of (S $r_{0.85}$C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_3$ thin films deposited on Si wafer substrate are larger with the increase of deposition temperature and gain size.in size.

(Pb, La)$TiO_3$계를 이용한 적외선 센서용 초전박막의 연구 (A Study on the Pyroelectric Thin Films based on (Pb, La)$TiO_3$ for Infrared Sensors)

  • 적외선 센서의 재료로 활용되고 있는 PLT박막 (두께:8000$\AA$-9000$\AA$)을 Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si와 Pt/M\ulcorner의 하부 구조상에 50$0^{\circ}C$, 55$0^{\circ}C$$600^{\circ}C$에서 스퍼터링 증착하여 결정성 및 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. $600^{\circ}C$로 in-situ 성장된 PLT박막은 Si기판을 이용한 경우 randomly oriented perovskite 결정구조를 나타내었으며, Pt/MgO 구조위에서는 c-축(00ι)방향으로 배향 성장되었다. $600^{\circ}C$에서 in-situ 성장된 PLT박막의 비유전상수($\varepsilon$r)와 유전정접(tan $\delta$)을 10kHz-100kHz의 주파수에서 측정한 결과 Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si 구조상에 증착된 박막은$\varepsilon$r=90과 tan $\delta$=0.02의 값을 Pt/MgO 구조상에 증착된 박막은 $\varepsilon$e=35와 tan$\delta$=0.01의 값을 나타내었다. 잔류분극량(2Pr)과 초전계수(${\gamma}$)는 상온부근에서 Si 기판을 이용한 경우 각각 0.6$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$.。C과 0.5x10-8C/$\textrm{cm}^2$.。C정도로 매우 작게 나타났으나 PLT/Pt/MgO 구조에서는 2Pr=5$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$, r=4x10-8C/$\textrm{cm}^2$.。C로 비교적 양호한 초전박막의 전기적 특성을 나타내었다.

  • In this paper, xPb(Zn$_{1/3}Nb_{2/3}$)$O_3$-yPbTiO$_3$-zPbZrO$_3$-(0.5wt%)MnO$_2$ ceramics were fabricated by the mixed oxide method sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 2[hr] and then the deielectric, electromechanical coupling factor($K_{p}$ and mechanical coupling factor(Qm) properties were investigated. In 0.1PZN-0.45PT-0.45PZsample, dielectric properties and electromechanical coupling factor were 829 and 29%. In the case of 0.5PZN-0.45PT-0.50PZ sample, that was 101 according to mechanical quality facotr. molphotropic phase boundary(MPB) certained area which $PbTiO_3$addition quatity 40∼50[㏖%].

Pt/TiO2 촉매의 H2 SCR 반응 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Reaction Characteristics of H2 SCR using Pt/TiO2 Catalyst)

  • $TiO_2$를 담체로 한 Pt계 촉매를 이용하여 저온($80{\sim}150^{\circ}C$) 영역에서 적용될 수 있는 $H_2$ SCR의 촉매 반응 특성을 조사하였다. 실험은 반응가스 중 수분, 산소, 촉매의 소성온도, $H_2$/NOx 몰비, 공간속도에 대하여 수행하였다. Pt/$TiO_2$를 이용한 $H_2$ SCR 반응에서 수분은 inhibition으로 작용하였으며, 배가스 중 산소 농도가 희박할수록 반응활성이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 하지만 산소가 존재하지 않을 때에는 NOx와 $H_2$가 반응하여 $NH_3$ slip이 발생하였다. 또한 촉매의 상전이 문제에 의하여 $600^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 소성하는 것이 가장 유리하였으며, $H_2$/NOx 몰비가 증가할수록 반응 활성이 증가하였다. 하지만 $H_2$ slip은 몰비가 증가하여도 $H_2$$H_2O$로 산화되어 나타나지 않았다.
