열처리온도에 따른 SBN 세라믹 박막의 특성

  • The $Sr_{0.7}Bi_{2.3}Nb_2O_9$(SBN) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode($Pt/Ti.SiO_2/Si$) using RF sputtering method. The dielectric constant of SBN thin films were increased with the increase of annealing temperature. The maximum dielectric constant of SBN thin film is obtained by annealing at 700[$^{\circ}C$]. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss had a stable value within -5~+5[V].

  • The A $Sr_{0.7}Bi_{2.6}Ta_2O_9$(SBT)thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/$TiO_2/SiO_2$/Si) using RF magnetron sputtering method. The electrical properties of SBT capacitors with top electrodes were studied. In the XRD pattern, the SBT thin films in all annealing temperatures had (105) orientation. In the SEM images, Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized at $750^{\circ}C$ and grains largely grew in oxygen annealing atmosphere. The electrical properties of SBT capacitor with top electrodes represents a favorable properties in Pt electrode. The maxim urn remanent polarization and the coercive electric field with Pt electrode are $12.40C/cm^2$and 30kV/cm respectively. The dielectric constant and leakage current density with Pt electrode is 340 and $6.8110^{-10}A/cm^2$ respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 BaTiO3에 Sr과 Pb를 치환시켜TiO3 조성의 세라믹 유전체를 제조한 후 페로브스카이트형 Ba(Cu, Mo)O3를 저융점 flux 로 첨가하여 120$0^{\circ}C$ 이하의 여러온도에 서 소결을 행하였으며 flux 첨가량의 변화에 따른 소결거동 및 유전 특성의변화를 조사하였 다. 이러한 저온 소결용 유전체 세라믹스가 MLCC의 응용시 Pt-Pd계의합금을 내부전극으로 사용가능성을 검토하였다. Flux를 4mol%첨가한 TiO3-0.04Ba(Cu,Mo)O3 조성의 유전체는 120$0^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 2시간 소결했을 경우 소결밀도는 이론밀도의 95% 에 근접하였으며 이때 의 비유전율은 8000이상을 나타내었다. 이러한 소결 온도의 감소는 저융점인 ba(Cu,Mo)O3 계의 flux가 첨가되면서 비교적 낮은 온도에서 액상을 형성하여 소결을 촉진시켰기 때문으 로 사료된다.

  • Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are toxic carcinogenic compounds found in wastewater. VOCs require rapid removal because they are easily volatilized during wastewater treatment. Electrochemical advanced oxidation processes(EAOPs) are considered efficient for VOC removal, based on their fast and versatile anodic electrochemical oxidation of pollutants. Many studies have reported the efficiency of removal of various types of pollutants using different anodes, but few studies have examined volatilization of VOCs during EAOPs. This study examined the removal efficiency for VOCs (chloroform, benzene, trichloroethylene and toluene) by oxidization and volatilization under a static stirred, aerated condition and an EAOP to compare the volatility of each compound. The removal efficiency of the optimum anode was determined by comparing the smallest volatilization ratio and the largest oxidization ratio for four different dimensionally stable anodes(DSA): Pt/Ti, $IrO_2/Ti$, $IrO_2/Ti$, and $IrO_2-Ru-Pd/Ti$. EAOP was operated under same current density ($25mA/cm^2$) and electrolyte concentration (0.05 M, as NaCl). The high volatility of the VOCs resulted in removal of more than 90% within 30 min under aerated conditions. For EAOP, the $IrO_2-Ru/Ti$ anode exhibited the highest VOC removal efficiency, at over 98% in 1 h, and the lowest VOC volatilization (less than 5%). Chloroform was the most recalcitrant VOC due to its high volatility and chemical stability, but it was oxidized 99.2% by $IrO_2-Ru/Ti$, 90.2% by $IrO_2-Ru-Pd/Ti$, 78% by $IrO_2/Ti$, and 75.4% by Pt/Ti anodes The oxidation and volatilization ratios of the VOCs indicate that the $IrO_2-Ru/Ti$ anode has superior electrochemical properties for VOC treatment due to its rapid oxidation process and its prevention of bubbling and volatilization of VOCs.

  • BaTiO$_3$thin films were deposited on Pt/SiO$_2$/Si substrates by RF sputtering technique. The structural and crystallographic properties were studied with deposition conditions and annealing temperatures. Deposition rates and structural properties of BaTiO$_3$thin films were investigated by the SEM, XRD and AFM. The thickness of BaTiO$_3$thin films deposited with optimized conditions was 5200[$\AA$]. The grain size was found to increase remarkably with increasing sputtering power and independent on the sputtering pressure.

  • In this study, the structural, dielectric and electrical properties of $0.85Pb(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-0.1BaTiO_3-0.05PbTiO_3$ ceramics were investigated with respect to the variations of $La_2O_3$ addition amount. The specimen with 0.2 [wt%] $La_2O_3$ addition amount, which has the coupling constants with the value of $k_p$=44.8[%]. $k_{31}$=25.4[%] and the piezoelectric constant with $d_{31}=100{\times}10^{-12}$[C/N] respectively, exhibits the relatively good values in the applications of electrostriction actuators.

  • The BST thin films to composite (Ba$\sub$x/Sr$\sub$l-x/)TiO$_3$ using sol-gel method were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrate. The thin film capacitor to be ferroelectric materials was investigated by structural and electrical properties. BST solution was composited by moi ratio, and then spin-coated (from 3 times to 5 times coating on Pt/SiO$_2$/Si substrate. Thickness of BST ceramics thin films are about 2600∼2800[${\AA}$] in 3 times deposition. The property of leakage current was stable when the applied voltage was 3[V]. Leakage current of 3 times coated BST thin film was 10$\^$-9/∼10$\^$-11/[A] at 0∼3[V].

  • The (S $r_{0.85}$C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_3$(SCT) thin films were deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/TiN/ $SiO_2$/Si) using RF sputtering method according to the deposition condition. The optimum conditions of RF power and Ar/ $O_2$ ratio were 140[W] and 80/20, respectively. Deposition rate of SCT thin films was about 18.75[$\AA$/min] at the optimum condition. The composition of SCT thin films deposited on Si substrate is close to stoichiometry (1.102 in A/B ratio). The capacitance characteristics had a stable value within $\pm$4[%]. The drastic decrease of dielectric constant and increase of dielectric loss in SCT thin films were observed above 200[kHz]. SCT thin films used in this study showed the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency.ncy.
