The study is to examine the mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the causal relationship between high-performance work system and organizational citizenship behavior. This study collected data from public organizations that are responsible for social welfare provision in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-Do, and Pusan in South Korea. This study employs confirmatory factor analysis in Amos 21 to find the discriminant validity of all constructs and regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986) to test that psychological empowerment is a mediator of the causal relationship between high-performance work system and organizational citizenship behavior. As the result of the analysis, psychological empowerment has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between high-performance work system and organizational citizenship behavior. The study suggests to the managers in social welfare organizations how they need to enhance organizational citizenship behavior through psychological empowerment themselves.

Considering that extant studies on safety behavior have paid insufficient attention to the impact of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on employee's safety behavior. This paper delves into the influence of CSR on safety behavior and its intermediating mechanism such as mediator and moderator. To be specific, the current paper examines the mediating effect of employee's psychological safety in the CSR-safety behavior link, also investigating the moderating effect of ethical leadership in the relationship between CSR and psychological safety. As expected in the hypotheses, the results showed that that CSR has a positive (+) influence on psychological safety, which has a positive (+) impact on safety behavior. Also, employee's psychological safety mediated the association between CSR and safety behavior. Lastly, ethical leadership moderated the CSR-psychological safety link.

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 대학생 406명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS, AMOS, Mplus를 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식, 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제, 내면화된 수치심, 거부민감성, 전위공격성은 모두 정적상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성 관계에서 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거부민감성은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 상황과 대상에 대해 과도하게 공격성을 나타내는 대학생들에 대한 이해를 높이고 전위공격성을 다루는 상담 장면에서 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 대학생의 낭만적 애착, 연인관계 유능성, 심리적 안녕감의 관련성을 알아보고, 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 연인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시에 소재한 대학교의 대학생 206명을 대상으로 낭만적 애착, 연인관계 유능성, 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낭만적 애착의 하위요인인 불안차원과 회피차원이 모두 낮은 안정애착유형일수록 연인관계 유능성의 수준과 심리적 안녕감의 수준이 높았고, 연인관계 유능성의 수준이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감의 수준이 높았다. 둘째, 대학생의 연인관계 유능성은 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대학생의 낭만적 애착은 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하였고, 연인관계 유능성을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위하여 애착과 같은 정서적 측면뿐 아니라 연인관계 유능성과 같은 관계기술 능력에 대해 이해하고 이를 계발시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안 및 프로그램 개발에 대한 필요성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among role conflict coping strategy and psychological distress of dual-career wives. In order to achieve the study purpose the theoretical model of this study was built on the basis of relevant theories and previous studies, Especially it was influenced by the ABCX model of family stress proposed by Hill, Data were collected from 229 dual-career wives such as professors doctors lawyers teachers pharmacists and nurses. The results were as follows: 1. Role conflict was negatively correlated to self-esteem and positively correlated to psychological distress. 2) in terms of a main effect coping strategy was positively correlated to self-esteem and negatively correlated to psychological distress. 3) In terms of interaction effect coping strategy did not show any significant effect against the negative impacts of role conflict on self-esteem and it on the whole did not whole a significant effect against the positive impacts of role conflict of psychological distress.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of family stress, coping, family resources on psychological distress and the interactions with family solidarity and coping in unemployed female head. The sample was 101 unemployed female heads(without husband) who are living in Seoul. The results of this study showed that family solidarity had significant buffering effect to moderate relationship between family stress and psychological distress. But the effect of coping on psychological distress was not significant. This means that the family solidarity was very important to decrease the psychological distress(somatization, anxiety, depression) of unemployed female head.

본 논문은 소진이 우울을 거쳐서 번영에 이르는 매개효과와 이러한 매개효과에 대한 심리적 분리의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 300명의 직장인 대상 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS Process Macro 부트스트래핑 분석을 통하여 통계분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소진은 우울과 정적상관, 번영과 부적 상관을 보였으며, 우울은 번영과 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 소진과 번영의 관계에 대한 우울의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 소진-우울-번영의 매개관계에 대한 심리적 분리의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 소진이 직장인들의 정서적 문제를 야기하고 결국 번영의 손실에 영향을 주는 매개관계를 통해서 소진에 대한 체계적인 관리의 필요성을 확인하였으며, 심리적 분리의 촉진을 통하여 소진의 부정적인 효과를 어느 정도 감소시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 향후 실험 연구를 통하여 조절효과에 대한 좀 더 세밀한 검증이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

This study was conducted to investigate children's emotional response, emotion regulation strategy, and emotion regulation effect (regulation effect of strategies), and to determine the relationships among emotion regulation strategy, emotion regulation effect and children's psychological well-being in anger, (ear, and disappointment situations. Emotion regulation strategy recomposed four strategies through factor analysis based on the children's direct answers to the question inquiring on the method used to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment. A total of 359 elementary school children in glades 5 or 6 selected one strategy use to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment. The effect of that selected strategy were estimated. Psychological well-being is evaluated by a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that most of elementary school children used the attention evocation strategy to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment, and this strategy was confirmed to be the most effective. Children's psychological well-being was associated with only emotion regulation effect in anger, fear, and disappointment situations.

The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The participants were composed of 243 elementary school 5th and 6th graders (of which 121 were boys and 122 were girls) from Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires on marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. It was observed that marital conflict (content) had an effect on children's depression. Parental psychological control was also found to have an effect on children's depression. However, parental behavioral control did not appear to have an effect on children's depression. In addition marital conflict (frequency/content) had an effect on parental psychological control. Additionally, marital conflict (resolution) had an effect on parental behavioral control. It was further found that paternal psychological control and maternal psychological control partially mediated the relationship between marital conflict and children's depression. These results clearly indicate that parental psychological control plays an important role in marital conflict and children's depression.

This thesis researched student pilots at certified flying school to prove several things as follows. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor's leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot's psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor's transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. I discussed implication from this study at the end and presented future research direction.
