휴대폰의 벨소리 감성만족도 평가를 위한 예비연구 (Preliminary Study on Human Sensibility Evaluation of Ringtone in Mobile Phone)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 무선 통신 사업자 간에 휴대폰에서 제공되는 휴대폰 벨소리 사운드의 음질차이가 있는지, 있다면 어느 요소에서 발생하는지를 조사하는 것이었다. 선두 무선 통신 사업자나 휴대폰 제조사가 가지는 브랜드의 영향 요소를 배재하고 음질의 차이가 생기는 요소들을 찾아내기 위한 일련의 실험이 계획되었다. 무선 통신 사업자, 휴대폰 제조사, 휴대폰 모델, 특정 장르, 음원 콘텐츠 제작자 등 음질의 차이가 발생 할 수 있는 요소들을 테스트 하였다. 연구결과 휴대폰을 통해 제공되는 벨소리 사운드는 무선 통신 사업자별로 음질 차이가 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다. 음질의 차이는 콘텐츠 및 휴대폰의 차이에서 발생하며, 동일휴대폰 모델의 경우에도 무선 통신 사업자 모델별로 음질의 차이가 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 음원 제작사 별 음질의 차이도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 음악 장르에 대한 음질의 차이는 명확하게 나타나지 않았다. 제한된 샘플을 이용한 실험의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 휴대폰 제조업체의 사운드 전문가를 통한 인터뷰가 시행되었다. 인터뷰 결과 제품 가격의 차이에서 오는 스피커 단품 및 미디, 앰프 등 하드웨어적 차이가 음질에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 조사되었고, 부품 및 기구의 튜닝 또한 중요도를 갖는 것으로 조사되었다.

제3자물류 서비스 품질 평가를 위한 AHP의 적용에 관한 연구: 화주기업의 관점에서 (Application of the AHP for Evaluating Third-Party Logistics Service Quality: Shipper's Perspective)

  • This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate service quality of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. For this, 3PL service quality is conceptualized and measured using SERVQUAL's five dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Then, the AHP method is applied to determining the relative importance of five service quality dimensions and eventually selecting the best 3PL provider. Finally, this study conducts an empirical case study on four companies providing 3PL services in Korea to demonstrate the basic idea suggested in this paper. The results obtained in the present study indicate that responsiveness to customers is the most important factor perceived by 3PL customers and 3PL C is the best 3PL provider according to the overall service quality scores. In contrast to some previous researches, this study examined issues of service quality from the perspective of 3PL customers as opposed to the perspective of 3PL providers. In order for this study to be more complete, future research is needed in establishing a set of metrics to quantify each dimension of 3PL service quality proposed.

소셜커머스와 서비스제공 업체의 서비스실패 심각성 지각이 재구매 의도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Perception Towards Service Failure Seriousness By Social Commerce Companies and Service Providers on Repurchase Intention and Revisit Intention)

  • 본 연구는 소셜커머스와 서비스제공 업체의 서비스실패 심각성 지각이 재구매 의도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한연구로, 연구의 결과를 3가지 측면에서 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 소셜커머스와 서비스제공 업체의 서비스품질의 영향을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 먼저 소셜커머스의 서비스품질은 소셜커머스 서비스실패(가설 1), 소셜커머스 재구매 의도(가설 3)에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스제공 업체의 서비스품질은 서비스제공 업체 서비스실패(가설 2), 서비스제공 업체 재방문 의도(가설 4)에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 소셜커머스와 서비스제공 업체의 서비스실패 심각성 지각의 영향은 다음과 같다. 소셜커머스의 서비스실패는 서비스제공 업체의 서비스 실패(가설 5), 서비스제공 업체 재방문 의도(가설 8)에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 반면에, 소셜커머스 재구매 의도(가설 6)에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 서비스제공 업체 서비스실패는 서비스제공 업체 재방문 의도(가설 7), 소셜커머스 재구매 의도(가설 9)에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 서비스제공 업체 재방문 의도는 소셜커머스 재구매 의도(가설 10)에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

고급 한정식 종업원의 조직 만족 및 충성도가 서비스 품질과 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impacts of Service Providers' Organizational Satisfaction and Loyalty on Customers' Repurchasing and Satisfaction in Korean Traditional Restaurants)

  • This is an empirical study on Korean traditional restaurant service providers and customers who get direct service from them. This study focuses on the service performance determiners; customer satisfaction, service quality, service providers' satisfaction and loyalty. In order to meet its purpose, we survey 1,000 customers who have visited Korean traditional restaurants. This survey uses the SERVPERF service quality measuring theory. The results are as follows: First, the service providers' satisfaction have an effect on service quality, so the supervisor of a Korean traditional restaurant should construct a HRM (Human Resources Management) system for increasing employees' satisfaction. Second, employees' loyalty is significant, but its effect is lower than their satisfaction. Third, service quality affects customers' satisfaction and loyalty significantly. Fourth, employees' satisfaction and loyalty considerably influences customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Consequently, restaurant managers put their effort into increasing employees' satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.

정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Success Factors for Information System Outsourcing)

  • 최근 기업들은 기술적, 경제적, 전략적 요인들을 고려하여 정보시스템 개발에 있어 아웃소싱을 하는 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 그러나 성공적인 아웃소싱을 위하여 아웃소싱은 적절하게 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 아웃소싱에서 서비스사와 고객사의 자원과 능력의 차이가 파트너십의 질에 영향을 미치게 되며, 최종적으로 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 끼치게 된다는 사실을 검증하였다. 가설 검증을 통하여 고객사의 재무능력이 서비스사의 재무능력보다 높을 때 그리고 서비스사의 IT 자원이 고객사의 IT 자원보다 우수할 때 파트너십의 질이 좋아지는 것이 판명되었다. 또한 파트너십의 질은 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 주며 특히 신뢰도가 아웃소싱의 성공에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

한국형 통합의료체계 모형 탐색 (In Search of Integrated Health Care System Tailored to Korea)

  • This manuscript treats a new paradigm for the Korean health care system. We give an account of innovative health care delivery and payment models widely discussed in the contemporary US accountable care organization and coordinated care organization. In doing so, we explore a new health care model amenable to foreseeable changes to the health care system. We propose creating an integrated health care system in which the network of health care providers delivers coordinated and comprehensive care for enrolled patients residing within the geographic boundaries served by the provider network; providers may participate voluntarily in one or more networks and assume shared responsibility for patient care and cost; provider networks compete with each other based on cost and quality; and consumers are allowed to choose a network. We expect that the new paradigm will create a financially-sustainable system that assures quality of care and improves patient experience, minimizing the existing system-wide inefficiency through cross-network competition and within-network care coordination.

Multimedia Service Discrimination Based on Fair Resource Allocation Using Bargaining Solutions

  • We deal with a resource allocation problem for multimedia service discrimination in wireless networks. We assume that a service provider allocates network resources to users who can choose and access one of the discriminated services. To express the rational service selection of users, the utility function of users is devised to reflect both service quality and cost. Regarding the utility function of a service provider, total profit and efficiency of resource usage have been considered. The proposed service discrimination framework is composed of two game models. An outer model is a repeated Stackelberg game between a service provider and a user group, while an inner model is a service selection game among users, which is solved by adopting the Kalai-Smorodinsky bargaining solution. Through simulation experiments, we compare the proposed framework with existing resource allocation methods according to user cost sensitivity. The proposed framework performed better than existing frameworks in terms of total profit and fairness.

산부인과 환자의 의료기관에 대한 이미지와 서비스 질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Images about Medical Organizations and the Quality of Medical Service on Customer Satisfaction in Obstetrics and Gynecology Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects images about medical organizations and the quality of service on customer satisfaction of obs and gyn patients. Method: The subjects of this study were selected conveniently 220 women among obstetrics and gynecology outpatients( who visited H- doctor's office of the first medical organ, P- hospital of the second medical organization, Chospital of the third medical organization). The data were collected from August, 20th 2004 using structured questionaires which included modified form of SERVPERF and customer's satisfaction scale by oliver & swan(1989), and modified form of image scale by kang(1997). Results: Image of hospital(45.3%), visiting frequencies(9.3%), service provider (3.9%) and convenient use(1.2%) of the quality of medical service were significant predictors to explain customer's satisfaction. Conclusion: To increase customer's satisfaction of obs and gyn patients, it is required to developed strategies that improve image of hospital and the quality of service to service provider and convenient use of hospital.

ASP 인증제도 개발 : 어플리케이션 인증 (Development of Certification Program for Application Service Provider : Application Certification)

  • The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

제3자물류의 실태분석 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the current status and ways of activating 3PL)

  • Despite the importance and necessity, the 3PL has not been activated to date. Among many views, customers claim that logistics service provider(LSP) are not prepared or capable of offering satisfactory 3PL services, while LSP emphasize the lack of mutual trust, closed corporate culture of the customer and excessive demand for reducing the costs. With this keeping in mind, it surveyed difference of perception between users and providers of 3PL services in terms of the actual status of using 3PL services, the degree of satisfaction and key factors for selecting 3PL provider through the questionnaire. As shown in this study, 43.3% of the respondents outsourced logistics services. However, Most company outsourced only inland transportation (49.5%) which is a simple and limited scope of 3PL services, but it also indicated that the percentage of users have ranged was less then 10% in outsourcing their whole logistics sector to 3PL provider and employing other logistics functions. Among respondents, a majority of the service provider stated that they offered satisfactory cost-saving to the customers, while users felt that the degree of satisfaction for using 3PL services was evaluated as at an average level and they more highly regarded the strong partnership of their 3PL provider rather than the saving of cost and improvement of customer's services. Moreover, in contrast to the 3PL providers which regard the most important factor for selecting 3PL service provider is the logistics cost quoted, users of 3PL services felt that the quality of services was more significant than the reduction of cost, and this tendency for selecting 3PL providers was shown in more advanced countries. While users of 3PL services indicated that the main reason for not using 3PL services was to avoid disclosing information of their business and it costs much for employing 3PL providers than doing themselves, 3PL providers thought it was due to reluctancy of opening information and resistance from the logistics division engaged in logistics activities concerned. Accordingly, providers and users of 3PL services should trust each other and prepare plan to activate 3PL services under the collaborative relationships as soon as possible.
