An Address Autoconfiguration Algorithm of Mobile IPv6 through Internet Gateway in Ad-Hoc networks (Mobile IPv6기반 Ad-Hoc 네트워크에서의 Internet Gateway를 통한 IP주소 자동 할당 방법)

  • In this paper, we propose the address allocation algorithm in hybrid Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET). Most of proposed address autoconfiguration algorithms are node based. Node based address autoconfiguration algorithms are inefficient. Because the node based algorithms waste bandwidth and consume much battery in mobile ad-hoc networks. we present the address allocation algorithm using internet gateway based address autoconfiguration by modifing the IPv6 stateless address autoconfiguration protocol. We use the network simulator NS-2 in our experiments. The simulation result shows reducing network traffic and saving battery.

  • 본 논문에서는 대표적인 산업용 프로토콜인 DNP(Distributed Network Protocol) 3.0과 TETRA(Terrestrial Trunked Radio)의 Gateway System Architecture를 제안한다. TETRA는 재난망 무선통신 기술로써 여러가지 타입의 무선 인터페이스를 제공한다. 이러한 TETRA 기술을 이용해서 원거리에 있는 각 산업용 장비들의 감시 제어를 보다 효율적으로 수행 할 수 있다. 하지만 아직 TETRA의 국내 표준이 이루어지지 않은 상태이기 때문에 본 논문에서는 다양한 산업용 장비와 인터페이스를 할 수 있는 표준을 제공하고자 한다.

An Architecture for Home-Oriented IPTV Service Platform on Residential Gateway

  • In order for end-users in home networks to receive opportunities for useful services that go beyond legacy Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) services, this paper proposes a service platform that resides on the residential gateway (RG) for interworking between the home network and IPTV. This proposed service platform is called the home-oriented IPTV service platform (HISP) on the RG (HISP-RG). The proposed HISP-RG provides open architecture and functionalities to enable 3rd party IPTV service providers to locally and directly deliver home-oriented IPTV services to end-users in home networks. The HISP-RG can be an "add-on" and not a "built-in" solution for the existing standard RG. This paper introduces several home-oriented IPTV services that can be executed and delivered locally through the HISP-RG. Then, the open architecture and functionalities of the HISP-RG are defined and their requirements are specified. Finally, use cases of the HISP-RG for home-oriented IPTV services are presented.

  • 무선통신은 어디에서나 쉽게 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 하지만 주파수를 이용하여 무선통신을 하기 때문에 Data가 Sniffing Attack에 취약하다. 이러한 취약점을 개선하기 위해 Data를 보호하기 위해 보다 안전한 프로토콜이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 환경에서 사용자 위치정보 값을 Beacon의 RSSI와 삼변 측량법을 이용하여 Home-Gateway와 User 간 상호 인증 및 key 교환 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 보안성 평가를 통해 안전성을 검증하였으며 제안하는 프로토콜을 통해 Sniffing Attack으로부터 안전한 통신이 가능하다.

  • This paper proposes the shuttle protocol that can gather management information from managed systems in an efficient way. In this paper, we implement the protocol and evaluate the performance by simulation. The major feature of the shuttle protocol is a chained logical connection through managed systems, and management informations to be collected are circulated among specified managed systems in circular order on a logical ring connection. The data generated by an managed system are relayed to a neighbor managed system and the system sends its data which has additional management information to received data. Finally, a manager stationman get all of data generated by every managed system. we will show the analysis of management traffic patterns using conventional polling schemes and the shuttle protocol implementation viable to TCP/IP network and improving existing polling mechansims. Additionally, it is performed to evaluate the packet processing time and its distribution of a manager system and a gateway, and the queue length of packet and bit length of gateway against conventional polling schemes by simulation using OPNRT, a simulation-dedicated package.

  • In case of communication method and protocol applied to the industrial field, various kinds and methods are applied to the field according to the environment and hardware configuration specifications. In order to develop and construct an industrial monitoring system, the development of the equipment is carried out through hardware system analysis and communication protocol analysis each time, so that a lot of development costs and time are being entered. In this paper, we proposed a programmable protocol conversion algorithm to support the integrated monitoring of industrial equipment using various protocols. This method can extract the necessary data from the data transmitted by serial communication, NMEA, CAN, Modbus communication method and transmit it to Ethernet. We implemented a communication gateway module that supports various communication methods, and experimented with data conversion and transmission.

  • 인터넷과 무선 이동통신 등이 보편화되면서 두 기술을 접목한 WAP (Wireless Application Protocol)[1]이 등장하였으며, 다수의 사용자 요구를 동시에 효율적으로 처리하면서 다양한 무선 단말기로부터 요청을 신속하게 처리할 수 있는 WAP 게이트웨이(gateway)에 대한 연구가 여러 연구 그룹에서 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Java의 기본적인 서비스인 멀티쓰레드를 이용하고, 컨테이너 유효 리소스의 효율적 관리를 위해 접속 풀링(connection pooling) 기능과 우선순위 큐를 적용하여 WTP (Wireless Transaction Protocol)[2]를 구현한다. 우선순위에 입각하여 구현된 트랜잭션 서비스를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 RFC 1771에 기반한 BGP4 라우팅 프로토콜개발 후 시험운영과 테스팅 시뮬레이터에 관한 개발 과정을 기술하였다. 시험운영 및 테스팅 시뮬이터는 RFC1771 A Border Gateway Protocol 4 (BGP-4)를 바탕으로 하여 메시지 전송, Path attributes 전송, Route Selection, Finite State Machine , Error 처리 기능을 검증 시험한다. 본고에서는 이에 대한 간략한 망의 구성 방법과 이에 대한 시험시뮬레이터, 및 테스팅 라우터의 환경 설정방식을 제시한다.

  • In the case of mobile internet service using WAP it was connected to http protocol using WAP Gateway, So users take increased cost of mobile internet service. And it was generated inner security problem because it watched user information in the WAP Gateway. To solve this problem we use java language Which is independant of platform and low cost and intensely security an downloadable application. Additional , Using socket connection. Wire.Wireless Messaging system(WWMS) will connect real time between PC-Client and Mobile-Client, Mobile-Client and Mobile-Client, and so on. In this paper, as design and implementation of multi-platform wire.wireless messaging use J2Me. It will be foundation do develop various mobile application in the future.
