이동약자를 위한 AI 홈케어 솔루션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the AI Home Care Solution for the Mobile Vulnerable)

  • 이동약자가 집에서 밖으로 나오는 순간부터 이동에 대한 어려움을 겪는 경우가 있다. 보호자들 또한 시간적 여유가 없어 사회적 약자인 가족을 보호시설에 위탁하게 되는 경우 피보호자의 위치를 알기 위해서는 보호자가 직접 확인할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 보호자의 불안감과 수고를 덜어주고, 보호시설 관계자와 이용자의 편의성을 제공하기 위해 AI 홈케어 솔루션에 대한 설계를 하게 되었다. 비영리재단, 보호시설에 서비스를 무료로 배포하여 사용하는 시설이 많아진다면 보호자의 걱정이 줄어들고, 시설 이용자들을 관리해야 하는 시설 관계자의 부담도 줄어들게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이동약자를 고려하여 이동과 관련한 모든 데이터인 보호자에게 피보호자의 위치, 상태 알람뿐만 아니라 위급한 일이 발생하면 보호자에게 긴급 알림서비스 기능을 제공한다. 나아가 시설 관계자의 편의와 부담을 덜어주기 위해 내비게이션 기능을 사용하여 최적의 경로를 추천해주는 서비스 기능도 제공할 필요가 있다. 이동약자가 이용하는 셔틀의 위치, 승하차 시간 등 보호자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하여 불안감을 덜어줄 필요가 있다. 또한 서비스를 무료로 제공하면서 시설 관리자는 봉사의 질, 이동약자는 서비스의 질을 높여주는 데 목표가 있다.

인진호탕합시호소간탕가감방(茵陳蒿湯合柴胡疏肝湯加減方)이 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The effects of Injinhotang-sihosogantang-gagambang on liver injury)

  • In order to investigate the protective effect of Injinhotanghapsihosogantang-gagambang on the liver injury of rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine, the serum transaminase(GOT&GPT) alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) for enzyme activities, triglyceride for serum component, liver weight and glutathione S-transferase(GST), Superoxide dimutase(SOD) were measured. All animals were divided into 5 groups, those were normal group(untreated), control group(treated with vehicle 0.9% Saline solution), sample I group(10mg/kg administrated), sample II group(30mg/kg administrated), Silymarin 200 administrated group. The results were as follows: 1. The inhibitory effects of the serum GOT activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in both sample I (p<0.001) and sample II group(p<0.001). In serum GPT activities, sample I (p<0.01) and sample II group(p<0.01). 2. The inhibitory effects of the serum LDH activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in both sample I (p<0.001) and sample II group(p<0.001). 3. The increased effects of the serum ALP activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were not recognized. 4. The inhibitory effects of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in only sample II group(p<0.05). 5. The increased effects of the liver weight level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in both sample I (p<0.05) and sample II group(p<0.05). 6. The inhibitory effects of the GST activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were not recognized. In SOD activities, both sample I (p<0.05) and sample II group(p<0.001) showed the inthbitory effects. 7. The inhibitory effects of in the serum GOT, GPT activities in rats induced by d-galactosamine were not recognized. 8. The increases of the serum LDH level in rats induced by d-galactosamine were noted in both sample I (p<0.01) and sample II group(p<0.001). 9. The inhibitory of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced d-galactosamine were noted in only sample II group(p<0.05). According to the above results, it is considered that Injinhotanghapsihosogantang-gagambang has protective effect against liver injury in rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine.

삼두해정탕이 사염화탄소(四鹽化炭素) 및 d-Galactosamine에 의(依)하여 유발(誘發)된 실험적(實驗的) 흰쥐의 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The effects of Samduhaejungtang on liver injury of rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine)

  • In order to investigate the protective effect of Samduhaejungtang on the liver injury of rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine, the serum transaminase(GOT& GPT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) for enzyme activities and triglyceride, total bilirubin amounts for serum component were measured. In serum GPT activities, sample Ⅱ group(p<0.05) only showed the inhibitory effects. 2. The inhibitory effects of the serum ALP activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in both sample Ⅰ group(p<0.01) and sample Ⅱ group(p<0.001). 3. The inhibitory effects of the serum LDH activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in sample Ⅱ group(p<0.05). 4. The increases of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in both sample Ⅰ group(p<0.01) and sample Ⅱ group(p<0.001). 5. The increases of the serum total bilirubin content level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in both sample Ⅰ group(p<0.01) and sample Ⅱ group(p<0.001). 6. The inhibitory effects of the serum GOT& GPT activities in rats induced by d-galactosamine were noted in sample Ⅱ group(p<0.001), but sample Ⅰ group was not recongnized. 7. The significantly inhibitory effects of in the serum LDH activities in rats induced by d-galactosamine were note in sample Ⅱ group(p<0.05). 8. The increases of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced by d-galactosamine were inhibited in sample Ⅱ group(p<0.01). 9. The increases of the serum total bilirubin content level in rats induced by d-galactosamine were inhibited in sample Ⅱ group(p<0.05). According to the above results, it is considered that Samduhaejungtang has protective effect against liver injury in rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine.

β-Carotene과 Lycopene의 양자역학 및 화학적 항산화능과 세포 내 산화적 스트레스 보호 효과의 비교 (Comparison of Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship and Chemical Antioxidant Activity of β-Carotene and Lycopene and Their Protective Effects on Intracellular Oxidative Stress)

  • 본 연구는 ${\beta}$-carotene과 lycopene의 양자역학 및 화학적 항산화능과 세포 내 항산화 효과를 분석하였다. ${\beta}$-Carotene과 lycopene의 항산화능을 양자역학적으로 비교한 결과 lycopene의 항산화능이 ${\beta}$-carotene보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 항산화능의 차이는 FRAP로 측정하였을 때도 유사하게 관찰되었다. Trolox와 비교했을 때 ${\beta}$-carotene과 lycopene의 FRAP 수치는 유의적으로 낮았으나 LPS에 의한 세포 내 ROS 생성을 낮추는 데는 두 카로티노이드가 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 비교한 ${\beta}$-carotene과 lycopene의 양자역학적 항산화능은 화학적 항산화능을 일부 반영하지만, 실제 세포 내 ROS에 의한 산화스트레스 저하 효과와는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

사염화탄소로 유도된 간 손상에 대한 섬오갈피 추출물의 보호 효과 (Protective effects of Acanthopanax koreanum Kakai extract against carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury in Sprague-Dawley rats)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사염화탄소에 의해 유도된 간독성에 대하여 AE의 항염증 효과와 예방기전을 연구하는 것이다. 사염화탄소에 의해 간손상이 유도된 Sprague-Dawley 쥐에서 간독성 지표, 항염증 및 항산화 활성을 분석하였다. 우선 사염화탄소에 의해 간손상이 유도된 실험동물에서 Acanthopanax koreanum Nakai의 에탄올 추출물 및 acanthoic acid 섭취로 혈장 ALT 활성이 유의하게 개선됨을 보여주었다. 간조직병리학적 분석에서는 사염화탄소 처리된 대조군에서 거대한 브리징 경화와 심각한 지방변성을 관찰하였는데, 이는 사염화탄소에 의해 유도된 간손상이 성공적이었다는 것을 의미한다. 고용량군인 AE3이 저용량군인 AE1보다 간보호 효과가 더 좋은 것으로 보인다. AE는 단일물질인 AA보다 간독성에 대한 예방요인과 항염증 효과로서 중요한 역할을 하는데 더 우세한다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 사염화탄소에 의해 유도된 간손상에 대한 AE와 AA의 예방 효과가 항염증 성질에 부분적으로 관여하는 것을 제안한다. AE의 생화학학적 효과는 단일물질인 AA보다 우수하며 향후 연구에서 식이변경으로 AE에 대한 추가 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Protective effect of Macleaya cordata isoquinoline alkaloids on lipopolysaccharide-induced liver injury in broilers

  • Objective: This experiment aimed to explore the protective action of dietary supplementation with isoquinoline alkaloids (IA) from Macleaya cordata on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced liver injury in broilers. Methods: Total 216 healthy broilers were selected in a 21-d trial and assigned randomly to the following 3 treatments: control (CON) group, LPS group, and LPS+IA group. The CON and LPS groups were provided with a basal diet, whereas the LPS+IA group received the basal diet supplemented with 0.6 mg/kg Macleaya cordata IA. Broilers in LPS and LPS+IA groups were intraperitoneally injected with LPS (1 mg/kg body weight) at 17, 19, and 21 days of age, while those in CON group were injected with equivalent amount of saline solution. Results: Results showed LPS injection caused systemic and liver inflammation in broilers, inhibited immune function, and ultimately lead to liver injury. By contrast, supplementation of IA ameliorated LPS-induced adverse change in serum parameters, boosted immunity in LPS+IA group. Furthermore, IA suppressed the elevation of hepatic inflammatory cytokines and caspases levels induced by LPS, as well as the expressions of genes related to the toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation primary response 88 (MyD88)/nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathway. Conclusion: Dietary inclusion of 0.6 mg/kg Macleaya cordata IA could enhance immune function of body and inhibit liver damage via inactivating TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in broilers.

흰쥐의 적출심장에서 HTK 용액의 심근보호 효과 (The Effect of the Histidine-Tryptophan-Ketoglutarate (HTK) Solution on Myocardial Protection in Isolated Rat Heart)

  • 배경: HTK 용액은 우수한 심근보호 효과를 나타내는 것으로 알려져 왔다. HTK 용액은 비교적 낮은 농도의 칼륨으로 심정지를 유도하고, 저농도의 나트륨을 함유하며, 혈액보다 우수한 완충능을 제공하는 생물학적 완충제인 histidine을 다량 포함하는 것이 특징이다. HTK 용액의 심근보호 효과는 우수하여 1회 주입으로 상당한 시간(120분) 허혈로부터 심근을 보호한다고 보고되었다. 이 연구는 두 가지 다른 심근온도(10∼12$^{\circ}C$, 22∼24$^{\circ}C$)하에서 심근 허혈이 120분을 초과할 때 HTK 용액의 심근보호 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 체중 300∼340 g의 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐의 심장을 적출 하여 Krebs-Henseleit용액으로 100 cm $H_2O$의 압력으로 관류시켰다. 안정화 후에 심박동수, 좌심실내압, 관 관류량을 측정하였다. 상행대동맥을 통하여 HTK 용액을 1회 주입 후 적출 심장을 각기 다른 4가지 방법으로 보존하였다. 제1군(n=10)은 10∼12$^{\circ}C$의 저온에서 2시간, 제2군(n=10)은 22∼24$^{\circ}C$의 저온에서 2시간, 제3군(n=10)은 10∼12$^{\circ}C$의 저온에서 3시간, 제4군(n=10)은 22∼24$^{\circ}C$의 저온에서 3시간 보존하였다. 보존을 끝낸 후 적출 심장을 다시 관류 장치에 연결하여 재관류 후 15분, 30분, 45분에 각 각 심박동수, 좌심실내압, 관 관류량을 측정하였다. 미세구조 변화를 평가하기 위하여 심근을 생검하여 사립체 점수를 측정하였다. 결과: 심박동수는 제1군과 2군, 제1군과 3군의 비교에서 차이가 없었다. 제4군에서 재관류 후 15분에서 심박동수가 제1군에 비하여 유의하게 감소하였으나(p<0.05 by ANCOVA), 30분, 45분에서 심박동수는 회복되었고 제1군과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 좌심실내압은 제4군에서 재관류 후 15분, 30분, 45분에서 제1군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.001 by ANCOVA). 관 관류량은 제4군에서 재관류 후 15분, 30분, 45분에서 제1군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.001 by ANCOVA). 미세구조 변화의 평가에서 심근의 평균 사립체 점수는 제1군 1.02$\pm$0.29, 제2군 1.52$\pm$0.26, 제3군 1.56$\pm$0.45, 제4군 2.22$\pm$0.44였다. 걸론: HTK 용액은 2시간의 심근 허혈에 대하여 심근 온도에 관계없이 우수한 심근보호 효과를 나타내나, 허혈시간이 2시간을 초과하면 심근의 혈역학적 기능과 미세구조의 변화는 중등도의 저온(22∼24$^{\circ}C$)에서 유의하게 악화되었다. 이 같은 결과로 볼 때 심근 허혈시간이 2시간을 초과한다면 심근 온도를 낮추어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Nafamostat Mesilate: Can It Be Used as a Conduit Preserving Agent in Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery?

  • Background: Graft vessel preservation solution in coronary artery bypass surgery is used to maintain the graft conduit in optimal condition during the perioperative period. Nafamostat mesilate (NM) has anticoagulation and anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, we investigated NM as a conduit preservative agent and compared it to papaverine. Methods: Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat thoracic aortas were examined for their contraction-relaxation ability using phenylephrine (PE) and acetylcholine (ACh) following preincubation with papaverine and NM in standard classical organ baths. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured to check for the endothelial cell viability. Histopathological examination and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling assay were performed on the thoracic aortas of SD rats. Results: The anti-contraction effects of papaverine were superior to those of NM at PE (p<0.05). The relaxation effect of NM on ACh-induced vasodilatation was not statistically different from that of papaverine. Viability assays using HUVECs showed endothelial cell survival rates of >90% in various concentrations of both NM and papaverine. A histopathological study showed a protective effect against necrosis and apoptosis (p<0.05) in the NM group. Conclusion: NM exhibited good vascular relaxation and a reasonable anti-vasocontraction effect with a better cell protecting effect than papaverine; therefore, we concluded that NM is a good potential conduit preserving agent.

계지약침(桂枝藥鍼)이 Streptozotocin 유도 당뇨 흰쥐의 췌장세포 손상에 미치는 보호 효과 (Protective Effects of Cinnamomi Ramulus Herbal Acupuncture on $\beta$-cell Damage of Streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Rat)

  • Objectives : For evaluation of preventive and anti-diabetic activities of Cinnamomi ramulus(CR) herbal acupuncture on pancreatic islet damage in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rat. Methods : CR herbal acupuncture was performed at Bisu($BL_{20}$) for 3 weeks subcutaneously starting1 week before STZ i.p. injection. SD rats were divided into four groups(n=10 for each group); 1) NC group, non-treated normal control group, 2) STZ group, STZ administered control group, 3) CR125 group, CR(125mg/kg) + STZ administered group, and 4) CR250 group, CR(250mg/kg) + STZ administered group. Results : Both of CR250 and CR125 groups showed increase in insulin secretion and decrease in the level of serum triglyceride and non-esterified fatty acid in a dose-dependent manner compared to the STZ group. Only CR250 group showed decrease in the levels of glucose and total cholesterol compared to the STZ group. CR herbal acupuncture prevents $\beta$-cell damage of pancreatic islet, showing round figure on the sections of the pancreas. In the pancreatic cells, expressions of iNOS, JNK-2, P-JNK-1/2 and ERK-1/2 were decreased compared to the STZ group. CR herbal acupuncture solution did not show any cytotoxicity by MTS assay and inhibited expressions of iNOS and COX-2 in the STZ-induced diabetic rats. Conclusions : Therefore, we suggest that CR herbal acupuncture may act as a prophylactic as well as a therapeutic modality for diabetes mellitus.

주조용 Al합금의 내식성에 관한 전기화학적 평가 (An Electrochemical Evaluation on the Corrosion Resistance of a Al Alloy)

  • Al is a active metal that owes its resistance to a thin, protective, barrier oxide surface layer, which is stable in air and neutral aqueous solution. Thus Al alloys are widely used in architectural trim. cold & hot-water storage vessels and piping. However Al and most of its alloy may corrode with some forms such as pitting corrosion, intergranular corrosion and galvanic corrosion in the case of exposure to various industrial and marine atmosphere. Therefore a correct evaluation of corrosion resistance for their Al and Al alloys may be more important in a economical point of view. In this study. a relative evaluation of corrosion resistance for three kinds of Al alloys such as ALDC2, ALDC3, and ALDC8 series was carried out with electrochemical method. There is a tendency that corrosion potential is shifted to positive or negative direction by alloying components regardless of corrosion resistance. Moreover the data of corrosion properties obtained from cathodic Polarization curve, cyclic voltammogram and AC. DC impedance respectively showed a good correspondence each other against the corrosion resistance but variation of corrosion potential. passivity current density of anodic polarization curve and corrosion current density by Tafel extrapolation and Stern-Geary method didn't correspond with not only each other but also considerably the data of corrosion properties discussed above. Therefore it is suggested that an optimum electrochemical evaluation for corrosion resistance of Al alloy is to calculate the diffusion limiting current density of cathodic polarization curve, impedance of AC or DC and polarization resistance of cyclic voltammogram.
