  • The purpose of this work is to introduce the Remote Control System for KSR-III Liquid Rocket Propulsion System. We developed the high reliable Fire control System that needed for long distance control. We carried out a real time remote control and measuring for KSR-III lust Liquid Propulsion Rocket in Korea using TCP/IP Ethernet network method and Fiber-optic communication method. Also HMI operation program developed guarantee confidential control, monitoring and analysis for Fire control operation.

  • There have been many changes in Subway train types since SeoulMetro opened the Line No.1 in 1974. Propulsion control device has changed many times following the generations of control method from resistance control method which uses large resistor for the traction motor control to chopping control which uses power semiconductors and finally to inverter control. Railroad vehicle propulsion control device refers to devices such as converter/inverter which supply power for subway operation, power conversion equipment like small switching-mode power supply and traction motor. In this paper, we will analyze every part of railroad vehicle propulsion control device of SeoulMetro so we can find problems in the subway operation. And we will present propulsion control device model which makes minimized failures, efficient maintenance possible when replacing railroad vehicle later. By doing this, we hope to ensure stability and improve energy efficiency to the top.

  • 고체추진기관의 지상연소시험시 점화통제시스템은 추진기관의 점화를 위해 착화기에 점화전류를 공급하여 추진기관을 연소시키는 것이 기존의 주요기능이었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 방식의 점화 이벤트와 비행 시퀀스를 제어하고 검증할 수 있는 지상연소시험용 점화통제시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다.

  • 한국형발사체 각 단 추진기관시스템의 성능 검증을 위해 나로우주센터에 추진기관시스템 시험설비(PSTC, Propulsion System Test Complex)가 구축되었다. 본 논문은 PSTC 지상설비와 발사체 운용 및 제어를 위해 개발된 통합제어시스템(MCS, Main Control System)의 설계, 개발 현황, 시운전 결과에 관한 내용이다. MCS는 시험대상체와 지상시스템의 인터페이스에 활용될 예정이며, 시험책임자에 의한 시험운용 및 시퀀스 처리를 수행하게 된다. 또한 시험책임자 모의시험운용에도 활용될 예정이다.

  • 고체추진기관은 구조가 비교적 간단하고 장기적 저장성이 우수한 반면에 일반적으로 추력의 조절 등에 한계성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 핀틀 밸브 등과 같은 특수한 노즐을 사용하는 가변추력 고체추진기관의 압력 및 추력 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해 질량보존만을 고려한 추진기관의 연소기 내 압력변화 모델에 대하여 고전적인 비례-적분 제어기와 모델의 비선형성을 피드백을 통해 제거하고 이를 선형모델로 대치하는 피드백 선형화 제어기를 설계하고, 압력제어모델의 추력계산식을 얻어내어 추력제어모델을 제시한다. 운용점에 대해 선형화하여 비례-적분 제어기를 설계하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 모델의 성능을 분석한다.

  • The closed cycle diesel propulsion system is free from the problem of the intake air, exhaust gas and their control that are associated with the conventional diesel propulsion system. The system is composed of a main engine, an exhaust cooler. a $CO_2$ scrubber and a $O_2$ mixer. In this paper, a hardware using microprocessor is proposed in order to monitor and control the oxygen and ratio of specific heat for underwater diesel propulsion system. Also simulation is carried out to ascertain the performance of proposed system.

  • The TBO of main unit of propulsion control devices on high-speed railway vehicles proposed by the makers is appropriated 10 years cycle, but the maintenance of internal device are proceeding before coming to the particular period of time. In the Future, increasing of the failure probability occurred by increasing train service and obtaining spare parts are predicted that it would be difficult. the propulsion control devices develop is needed in other to the ease maintenance, cost savings and ensuring related domestic technologies when considering operating on long term of high-speed railway vehicles. In this paper, we proposed development a way that current-controlled type propulsion control devices using the newest power semiconductors which is easy to supply and demand through identifying performance and characteristics of existing current-controlled type propulsion control devices of high-speed railway vehicles.

  • This paper designed the railway vehicle running device with a proto-type for the railway vehicle maintenance training and developed a propulsion control device simulator equipped the imitation steering wheel. In addition, this paper applied a multi-thread technology in order to implement the staged fault and the propulsion control device protected operation test and an implementation of the failure that occur in actual rail vehicle and confirm the validity as the propulsion control device simulator for the maintenance training.

  • 본 논문은 우주발사체에 사용되는 추진기관의 성능평가를 수행하기 위한 지상연소시험설비의 이중화 또는 삼중화 제어시스템의 구축 방안을 다루고 있다. 이중화된 제어시스템의 경우 수동제어 콘솔을 설치하여 삼중화 제어시스템을 모사할 수 있었고, 운용자들의 무분별한 조작을 통제하기 위한 제어실 내 제어 콘솔의 배치 안을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, the propulsion control of a high-speed maglev train is studied. Electromagnetic suspension is used to levitate the vehicle, and linear synchronous motors (LSM) are used for propulsion. In general, a low-speed maglev train uses a linear induction motor (LIM) for propulsion that is operated under 300[km/h] due to the power-collecting and end-effect problem of LIM. In case of the high-speed maglev train over 500[km/h], a linear synchronous motor (LSM) is more suitable than LIM because of a high-efficiency and high-output properties. An optical barcode positioning system is used to obtain the absolute position of the vehicle due to its wide working distance and ease of installation. However, because the vehicle is working completely contactless, the position measured on the vehicle has to be transmitted to the ground for propulsion control via wireless communication. For this purpose, Bluetooth is used and communication hardware is designed. A propulsion controller using a digital signal processor (DSP) in the ground receives the delayed position information, calculates the required currents, and controls the stator currents through inverters. The performance of the implemented propulsion control is analyzed with a small maglev train which was manufactured for experiments, and the applicability of the high-speed maglev train will be explored.
