Sw-BKP, Hw-BKP, PVA 섬유의 배합비에 따른 수초지의 물성과 파괴인성의 변화 (Mechanical Property Variations of Handsheets by Mixing Ratios of Sw-BKP, Hw-BKP, and PVA Fibers)

  • In order to improve the strength of paper, mixing ratio of Sw-BKP and Hw-BKP and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) fibers dosage were investigated. When the Sw-BKP fraction was increased, strength properties were increased because of average fibers length increased. When PVA fraction increased, paper strength was increased, but there was dissolution of PVA in water. The reason for improving handsheet strength that contained PVA was due to increased bonding action between the fibers by the PVA. The addition of PVA to kraft pulp would be helpful for packaging paper materials to increase strength and fracture toughness.

  • The explosion in creation and utilization of IP including Patent since 1980s has been regarded as typical trend affecting the environment for technological innovation. Korea also has shown massive creation of IP. These stimulate the focused interest on the effectiveness of IP for protecting the innovation output. We try to analyze the determinants of this effectiveness in Korean manufacturing sector in terms of the charactenstics of firm's innovation strategy. It is shown that, for protection for product innovation, as being larger, and as having made innovation, the IP protection is regarded as effective, and firms making cooperative R&D have a higher possibility of using IP protection. And larger firms give a higher recognition to effectiveness of IP protection irrespective of the types of innovation such as product innovation and process innovation.

  • The distinctive design of apparel product is the crucial factor that provides the powerful competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. However, knock-offs or copycats easily copy the design of apparel product and its problem tends to be assented in real world. Design right is one of intellectual property rights that would be produced by intellectual activity and the appropriate means to establish the exclusive rights to the design should be established. Legal protection to the design right is the system that can prelude copycats from eroding an exclusive position in the market place. The present study was to analyze the trend of registration of design rights in apparel products and to point out problems of current protection law to design.

동제련 슬래그 잔골재를 이용한 고강도 콘크리트의 물성에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Property of High Strength Concrete Used Copper Slag)

  • Slag product has the possibility as alternative aggregate and sand under the circumstance of natural resource shortage. Copper slag is the by-product produced in process of copper industry. Recycling the slag in construction industry could give positive effects on the environmental preservation. This study presents that the fundamental properties of high strength concrete which used copper slag as alternative sand. Testing factors are concrete's slump, bleeding, air contents and compressive strength. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Mixing of W/C 30%, substitution rate 25% shows the best slump. As substitution rates are going up, concrete slump is uprising and air contents are downsizing. (2) The bleeding of concrete becomes more serious as substitution rates are going up. (3) The best compressive strength of copper slag concrete is achieved in mixing of W/C 30%, substitution rate 25%.

  • As a survey-type article, the paper reviews various digital topological utilities from digital covering theory. Digital covering theory has strongly contributed to the calculation of the digital k-fundamental group of both a digital space(a set with k-adjacency or digital k-graph) and a digital product. Furthermore, it has been used in classifying digital spaces, establishing almost Van Kampen theory which is the digital version of van Kampen theorem in algebrate topology, developing the generalized universal covering property, and so forth. Finally, we remark on the digital k-surface structure of a Cartesian product of two simple closed $k_i$-curves in ${\mathbf{Z}}^n$, $i{\in}{1,2}$.

  • 본 논문에서는 행벡터의 집합이 이진 벡터합 연산에 관해 닫혀있는 모든 하다마드 (Hadmard) 행렬들은 서로 동치(equivalent) 임융 증명한다. 이를 이용하면, 최대길이 수열로부터 생성된 순회 (cyclic) 하다마드 행렬과 크로네커 (Kronecker) 곱에 의해 생성된 월쉬-하다마드 (Walsh-Hadamard) 행렬이 동치임을 간단히 보일 수 있다.

  • One of the factors influences on microstructure of semi-solid product is forging pressure. Generally, the more forging pressure makes the more fine microstructure in semi-solid compression test. The microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated according to the forging pressure. The applied pressure is 110MPa, 140MPa and 170MPa, respectively. Heat treatment conditions also influence to the microstructure and mechanical properties of semi-solid product. T6 heat treatment was performed and the evaluation of microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated according to the aging time in T6 heat treatment.

  • Idler of excavator are large product with diameter 500 - 600 mm and parts of a power transmit device. The object of the paper is developed large products by hot closed-die forging. The forging process which is proposed from numerical analysis and various tests is developed a large products with good quality. To estimate the design process parameters such as working load, temperature and flash thickness so on, numerical analysis are used by DEFORM 2D. To obtain a flow stress data and optimal forging temperature is carried out hot compression and tensile test at a various temperature range. Developed product is tested mechanical properties of elongation, hardness and tensile strength so on. Test results are presented excellent mechanical properties.

  • 최근 국가연구개발사업의 추진에 있어서 국제공동연구의 비중이 점차 높아지고 있으나 국제공동연구로부터 발생되는 지식재산권 등의 성과물 관리제도는 미흡한 실정이다. 국제공동연구의 대부분을 수행하고 있는 대학이나 출연(연) 등 공공연구기관의 자체적인 성과관리체계가 미흡하고, 정부차원의 관련 법령도 제대로 정비되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제공동연구 수행과 관련한 성과물 관리제도의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • Four multialkoxy-functionalized siloxane base-polymers (BP-1~4) were synthesized through either hydrosilylation or condensation reactions in order to prepare multi-networked siloxane polymers having appropriate physical properties for protective coating in fabrications of electronics. Formulations of 4 base-polymers gave coating materials A and B. Product A showed well-controlled flowing and leveling properties, and product A-2 was successfully applied to protective insulating coating for junction areas of connectors and chips in PDP controller. Tack free time, extrusion rate, dielectric breakdown voltage, hardness, thermal stability, water resistance and flame resistance of products A and B were examined.
