Specially, the porcelain type insulator is required exchanging to polymer insulator acceding to the environmental consideration In this paper, we have developed the estimation system using the PD testing. The approach of PD has been very successful applied to the various practical insulator.

This paper presents an integrated sliding mode adaptive control scheme for general nonlinear uncertain systems, where structured uncertainty is assumed can be linearly parameterized and unstructured uncertainty is assumed be bounded by unknown constant A certain estimation scheme for this unknown constant is introduced to attenuate the unstructured uncertainty. Presented control scheme is shown to be stable and numerical expressions of bounds of all error signals are given, from which we can acquire some useful information about practical trade-off between tracking performance and parameter estimation property.

For on-line ARMA spectral estimation, the fast transversal filter algorithm of extended least squares method(ETS FTF) is presented. The projection operator, a key tool for geometric approach, is used in the derivation of the algorithm. ELS FTF is a fast time update recursion which is based on the fact that the correlation matrix of ARMA model satisfies the shift invariance property in each block, and thus it takes 10N+31 MADPR.

In this paper, a new detection scheme, the detectable maneuver set (DMS) scheme, is proposed by incorporating the trade-off property between target maneuver magnitude and detection time delay. With this new detection scheme, small maneuvers can be effectively detected without enlarging window size. Simulation results show that the proposed DMS scheme gives better tracking performance.

In SENSE, division process is used in order to get a raw sensitivity map. This process requires denominator which is estimated by "sum-of-squres". However, this image does not have uniformbrightness because of the non-symmetrical property of RF coil arrays. Thus, this study is focused on better estimation of the denominator image.

In this paper, a new algorithm for adaptive IIR filters based on equation error methods using the RLS algorithm is proposed. In the proposed algorithm, the concept of feedback of the scaled output error proposed by tin and Unbehauen is employed and the forgetting factor is varied in adaptation process for avoiding the accumulation of the estimation error for additive noise . The proposed algorithm has the good convergence property without the parameter estimation error under the existence of mea-surement noise.

The flash points of flammable liquids are a fundamental and important property relative to fire and explosion hazards. A new estimation method, based on statistics (mutiple regression analysis), is being developed for the prediction of flash points of pure flammable liquids by means of computer simulation. This method has been applied to alcohol liquids. The proposed method has proved to be the general method for predicting the flash points of alcohol liquids.

We study some estimation of the ${\theta}=P_r$(Y${\theta}$. We consider asymptotic property of estimators and maximum likelihood estimator is compared with unique minimum veriance unbiased estimator in moderate sample size.
