옥상 방수에 있어서 폴리우레탄 도막방수의 하자발생 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Defect Causes Type for Poly-Urethane Waterproofing in Roof)

  • 방수공사의 중요성에 의해 그간 다양한 방수 재료 및 공법이 개발되었고 옥상바닥 방수공법으로 현재 합성고분자의 신장성, 탄성, 내구성 등이 뛰어날 폴리우레탄 도막방수재가 많이 보편화되어 성능이 높아지면서 시장점유율도 급증하게 되었다. 이에 방수성은 향상되었지만 이것 또한 방수결함이 빈번히 발생되고 있어 하자발생률이 감소되지는 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 옥상방수에 있어서 폴리우레탄 도박방수를 중심으로 방수결함 유형 및 하자원인을 분석함으로써 향후 하자 재발방지를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 순천지역을 대상으로 한 13개 현장 조사 결과 바탕의 평면불량으로 인한 물고임 현상이 $25\%$로 가장 많이 나타났고, 바탕의 건조불량으로 인한 부풀음 박리 현상이 $15\%$ 순으로 나타났으며 들뜸 $14\%$, 파단 $11\%$, 기타 순으로 결함이 발생되었다.

지역의 경관을 고려한 도막방수재의 색채별 사계절 차열 및 축열 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Four-Season Cooling Performance by Color of Water Proofing Membrane Materials Considering the View of Area)

  • This study comparatively analyzed thermal characteristics of the green color, which is currently used the most, and other various colors of a rooftop urethane water proofing sheet. This study also analyzed the cooling performance by color of the water proofing sheet that fused cooling paints, and presented the effective water proofing sheet color for building energy savings. The experimental results are as follows: (1) The value of L (brightness) diminished, and brilliance also became lower from the white color to the black color, and thus, it was confirmed that relatively more heat was absorbed. In a and b chromaticity, which is the color attribute that ignores brightness, no special relationship was identified. (2) Considering that the cooling performance effect is bigger in summer than winter, due to heat reflection, the white water proofing sheet is more effective in building energy savings than the green water proofing sheet that is currently used the most. (3) The water proofing sheet's color has an impact more on cooling performance than the color of the background side of a structure on which water proofing sheet is installed. The experiment object of gray, of which background side is similar to cement mortar, was lower by $5.7^{\circ}C$ than the white background side.

주민등록번호 기반의 온라인 본인확인서비스 기관 지정기준 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement method of designation criteria for Personal Proofing Service Based on Resident Registration Number)

  • Currently, online means of replacing resident registration numbers(RRN) include I-Pin, mobile phone, credit card, MyPin, and general-purpose certificate. In order to issue alternative means based on the RRN, it must be designated through the designation review by the Korea Communications Commission(KCC) through a designation review by personal proofing agency and be subject to annual management. However, the criteria for designation and follow-up of the designation of the personal proofing agency carried out by KCC have been used in 2010 without revision, and there are problems that do not conform to the evaluation standards of various alternative means. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method for improving the designation criteria and management system of the personal proofing service agency. The proposed method analyzes the characteristics of the alternative identification-based personal proofing service and proposes a follow-up management standard that can appropriately evaluate the analyzed characteristics and improves the designation criteria according to the emergence of new alternatives. Through the proposed method, it can be seen that it is possible to strengthen the safety of the personal proofing service based on the alternative means of RRN provided online and face-to-face and to protect the user's personal information.

  • The comprehensive performance of the water-proofing materials which are sealer, liquid and preformed membranes were investigated as basic experimental data for guide line of field workers. The water-proofing performance, shear strength and bond strength were tested under the ambient temperature of $20^{\cire}C$ and after 60 cycles of freezing and thawing ($-17.8^{\cire}C$~$4^{\cire}C$, 6cycle/day). The performance includes workability, permeability, cost and the influence of water-proofing materials to environment.

컬러교정인쇄에 대한 룩업테이블의 적용방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application Method of Look-up Table to Color Proofing Systems)

  • Recently, as the prepress mainstream is changed to the digital workflow, various digital proofing systems such as high price dye sublimation printers and low price ink jet printers are widely used in printing industry. However, most of the digital proofing devices have lower resolution than analog proofing systems and differ with actual color presses in the color gamuts. Therefore, proper color compensations are needed for digital color proofing in order to match colors between the proofs and the press sheets. This study shows the application method of Look-up Table to the digital color proofer of Rainbow, the analog proofer of Matchprint-II, and an actual offset press is effective on the color compensations.

직물 구조인자와 표면 가공특성이 스포츠 의류용 투습직물의 발수/방수/투습특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fabric Structural Parameters and Surface Finishing Characteristics to Water Repellency/Proofing/Vapor Permeability of Breathable Fabrics for Sportswear Clothing)

  • This paper examined the water repellency, water proofing and water vapor permeability of twelve types of woven fabrics for sports wear clothing. Their physical properties were compared and discussed with the fabric structural parameters and surface finishing effect. A water repellent property of 100% was obtained in the coated or laminated water repellent finished fabrics; in addition, cotton/nylon breathable composite fabrics treated with a laminated finishing and with low fabric density showed a 90% water repellency. Water proofing fabric above 6,000 mm H2O hydraulic pressure was achieved by coated or laminated finishing; however, high density fabric or medium-level coated fabrics exhibited 100% water repellent and low water proofing characteristics. Superior water vapor permeability characteristics with good water repellency and proofing properties were achieved at the 2.5 layered low density and with 0.7 - 0.9 cover factor nylon fabrics treated with hydrophilic laminated finishing. The regression analysis for examining the effects of fabric structural parameters and surface finishing such as coating and laminating to the water vapor permeability exhibited a high determination coefficient of fabric structural parameters of 63.5%; in addition,, main factors among fabric structural parameters appeared to be cover factor and fabric thickness per weight. Coating and Laminating factors exhibited determination coefficient of water vapor permeability parameters of 36.5%.

A Study on the Quantified Point System for Designation of Personal Identity Proofing Service Provider based on Resident Registration Number

  • In this paper, we propose to improve the designation examination criteria of agencies that provide personal identity proofing based on the resident registration number (RRN), a 13-digit number uniquely assigned by the government to identify Korean citizens. In online commerce, etc., the personal identity proofing agency (PIPA) is a place where online users can prove their personal identity by presenting an alternative means instead of their RRN. The designation examination criteria for PIPAs established in 2012 is a revision of the relevant current laws, and there is a problem in applying the designation examination for alternative means of RRN as the current examination standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to make the current examination criteria applicable to the newly designated examination of the personal identity proofing service provider based on the current RRN alternative method. According to the current designation examination criteria, only those who satisfy all the examination criteria are designated as the PIPA. However, in reality, it is not in line with the purpose of regulatory reform to require that all examination criteria be satisfied. In the proposed method, it is proposed to apply the standard score system for designation of PIPAs, to make the law current, to secure legal compliance, and to establish a new examination standard to provide a new alternative means of personal identity proofing service. By applying the proposed method to the PIPA designation examination, various alternative means of RRN can be utilized in the online commerce service market.

Improvement of Digital Identify Proofing Service through Trend Analysis of Online Personal Identification

  • This paper analyzes the trends of identification proofing services(PIPSs) to identify and authenticate users online and proposes a method to improve PIPS based on alternative means of resident registration numbers in Korea. Digital identity proofing services play an important role in modern society, but there are some problems. Since they handle sensitive personal information, there is a risk of information leakage, hacking, or inappropriate access. Additionally, online service providers may incur additional costs by applying different PIPSs, which results in online service users bearing the costs. In particular, in these days of globalization, different PIPSs are being used in various countries, which can cause difficulties in international activities due to lack of global consistency. Overseas online PIPSs include expansion of biometric authentication, increase in mobile identity proofing, and distributed identity proofing using blockchain. This paper analyzes the trend of PIPSs that prove themselves when identifying users of online services in non-face-to-face overseas situations, and proposes improvements by comparing them with alternative means of Korean resident registration numbers. Through the proposed method, it will be possible to strengthen the safety of Korea's PIPS and expand the provision of more reliable identification services.

포토샵 프로그램과 사진용 잉크젯 프린터를 이용한 인쇄 교정 (Proofing for Offset Printing Using an Inkjet Photo Printer and Photoshop Program)

  • RGB기반의 사진이미지를 오프셋 인쇄로 출력할 때 색역의 차이에 의한 색 손실이 발생하는 것은 상식이다. 따라서 사진가는 사진을 인쇄의뢰 할 때 일정정도의 색 손실을 감안하고 인쇄를 시행해야 한다. 이때 원본과 최대한 가까운 결과를 얻기 위해 시행하는 작업이 교정이다. 이러한 교정은 디지털기술이 도입되면서 관리가 용이해졌다. 즉 교정에 디지털장비를 사용하게 되어 교정의 질을 일정하게 유지 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 교정에 관한 연구이다. 기존에도 교정에 관한 연구가 있었지만 이는 인쇄분야에서 시행한 연구로 인쇄소 시스템을 기반으로 하고 있다. 즉 사진가가 거의 사용하지 않는 인쇄용 립(RIP)과 고가의 인쇄전용 장비를 필요로 하는 연구이다. 따라서 사진가 스스로 자신의 기준에 맞춘 교정을 시행하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사진가가 직접 사진용 시스템을 이용하여 교정 작업을 시행할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 시행하였다. 즉 사진가가 주로 사용하는 포토샵 프로그램과 사진용 잉크젯 프린터 그리고 사진용지를 이용한 교정에 관한 연구이다.

온라인 서비스의 본인확인 요구사항 분석 기반의 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안 (A Study on Differentiated Personal Proofing Service Based on Analysis of Personal Identification Requirements in Online Services)

  • 최근 온라인 서비스가 확대함에 따라 비대면 거래에서 본인을 확인하기 위한 주민번호 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스의 적용이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 온라인 서비스 제공 사업자(Internet Service Provider: ISP)들은 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스를 무분별하게 적용함으로써 이용자의 개인정보가 과도하게 제공되는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 온라인 서비스에서 본인확인이 필요한지 여부와 또 필요하다면 어떤 보증수준의 본인확인 인증수단을 적용하는 것이 적정한지에 대한 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본인확인 관련 요구사항들 분석하여 각각의 요구사항들에 대해 위험을 분석하고, 해당 위험을 최소화하기 위한 보증수준에 따른 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 방안을 통해 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스 적용을 최소화하여 인증비용 감소와 개인정보 제공 최소화를 통해 이용자 개인정보보호에도 도움을 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
