도시 탄소데이터 통합관리를 위한 프로그램 설계 방안 및 UI 연구 (A study on the UI design and program development for integrated management of carbon data in city)

  • Studies on the regulation and measurement of greenhouse gases(GHGs) emissions have been carrying out for global wanning. In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, many countries have been promoting the Emissions Trading System and projects of the Joint Implementation(JI) and Clean Development Mechanism(CDM). These country's GHG emissions have been measured calculation criteria based on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC) Guidelines. In order to respond to GHGs regulation, in each country, it is planing to build a Low-Carbon City. The system has been developed for calculating GHGs emissions from companies and institutions in their respective countries. However, the system can monitor the GHGs per city, has not been developed. In this paper, it is studied to design the User Interface and to develop integrated monitoring program for Low-carbon city. This program will make possible monitoring and management, statistics, and reports written by using each data in units of cities.

산업 생태계 분석에 따른 전파 산업 발전 방향 (A Promoting Policy Direction of Radio Industry by Ecosystem Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 전파 산업의 생태계 분석을 통해 산업발전을 위한 정책방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전파 기술과 서비스의 발전에 따라 변화하는 전파 산업의 성장구조와 메커니즘을 제시하였다. 이 결과를 한국의 전파 산업의 생태계를 분석에 적용하여 계층적 구조에 의한 전파 산업 생태계 분석을 위한 평가지표를 제시하고, 산업 활성화에 영향을 미치는 정책요소를 도출하였다. 이들 결과로부터 전문가 인터뷰 조사를 실시하고, 미래 전파 산업 활성화를 위하여 필요한 5가지 요소의 활성화 정책 방안을 제안하였다.

  • 뇌과학 기반 lT융합 산업은 뇌과학을 IT기술과 융합하여 국민의 건강을 획기적으로 개선시킬 것으로 기대되는 뇌과학 기반의 IT서비스를 발굴하고, 이러한 서비스를 토대로 새로운 시장을 형성할 산업으로서 우리나라의 신성장동력 산업으로 발전할 것이 기대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 뇌과학 기반의 IT융합 신산업 육성에 관한 정책을 탐색적으로 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, 뇌과학 기반 IT융합산업 생태계를 정의하고, 둘째, 뇌과학 기반 IT융합산업의 서비스 유형을 구분하며, 셋째, 본 산업의 활성화를 위한 정책 방향 및 추진 전략을 제안한다.

Immunomodulatory properties of enzymatic extract of Stichopus japonicus on murine splenocytes

  • Red sea cucumber Stichopus japonicus is an invertebrate animal inhabiting in coasts of Korea, China, and Japan. They are traditionally used for food and medicine and well known for their distinctive biologically and pharmacologically important compounds. We investigated the effect of amyloglucosidase (AMG) enzymatic extracts of S. japonicus (AESJ) on the proliferation and cytokine secretion of murine splenocytes stimulated with concanavalin A (Con A). AESJ enhanced the proliferation of splenocytes and the production of IL-2 (Th1 cytokine), IL-1β (Th1 promoting cytokine), and IL-4, IL-10 (Th2 type cytokines) when treated alone. However, under Con A stimulation, AESJ suppressed the proliferation of splenocytes, attenuated the secretion of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, and enhanced IL-1β secretion. These results suggest that AESJ exhibits immunomodulatory effect by moderating the proliferation of splenocytes and the secretion of IL-2, IL-1β, IL-4, and IL-10 differently depending on the absence and presence of Con A stimulation. These data evidence the immunomodulatory potential of AESJ, which can be further developed into a functional food mediating homeostasis.

스마트농업 기술 및 표준화 동향 (Technology and Standardization Trends on Smart Agriculture)

  • At present, agriculture in Korea is experiencing difficulties, such as a stagnation in farm income, an increase in imported agricultural products, a decrease in arable land, a decrease in the self-sufficiency rate of grain, a decrease in rural population, and aging. To solve these problems and vitalize the rural economy, our government is promoting its 6th industrialization policy, which links agriculture with primary industry, secondary, industry and tertiary industry, and as well as smart agriculture based on information and communication technology. Smart agriculture is an agriculture form used to improve the quality of life in rural areas through making greater efficiency and intelligence by applying ICT convergence technology to the whole entire process of agricultural production, distribution, and consumption in the areas of outdoor agriculture, facility horticulture, and livestock. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the policy, technology, and standardization trends of domestic and foreign smart agriculture, and suggest ways to apply them to domestic smart agriculture during the in the introduction stage.

융합형 영재교육기관 설립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishment of Convergence Education School for the Gifted)

  • 현재 우리가 살아가고 있는 시대는 지식기반사회를 지나 창조사회로 진입하고 있으며, 창조사회에서 중요시되는 키워드들은 지식, 창의성, 융합 등일 것이다. 21세기 창조사회에 선제적으로 대응하기 위하여 창의적인 융합형 인재를 양성해야 하는 당위성을 찾을 수 있는 이유이기도 하다. 이와 같은 시대적 배경에 따라 교육과학기술부는 2010년 6월 과학과 예술의 통합 교육 실시에 관한 내용을 포함한 "창의성과 인성 함양을 위한 초 중등 예술교육활성화 기본방안"을 발표하였으며, 2011년 1월에는 초 중등 STEAM 교육에 관한 내용을 포함한 "제2차 과학기술인력육성지원 기본계획(안)"을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 창의적인 융합형 인재를 육성하기 위한 영재교육기관 설립 시에 적용 가능한 전략을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 융합형 영재교육의 필요성과 사례 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하고, 이를 적용하여 융합형 영재교육기관 설립을 위한 전략을 개발하였다.

융합 기반 스마트공장 보안의 위협과 대응 동향 (Convergence-based Smart Factory Security Threats and Response Trends)

  • 4차 산업혁명 등의 영향으로 제조업의 환경이 최신 IT기술을 기반으로 변하고 있으며, 여러 산업 분야와의 연계가 이루어지는 ICT 기반의 융합이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 이유에서 보안 분야에서도 변화되는 환경을 기반으로 하는 융합보안이 새로운 이슈로 대두되고 있으며 융합보안에 대한 다양한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 산업 환경의 변화는 융합 환경이 가지고 있는 장점만을 제공해주는 것이 아니라, 다양한 융 복합적인 보안문제를 발생시키고 있다. 특히 정부는 2020년까지 1만개의 스마트공장을 구축하기 위한 정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있으며, 2014년부터 2016년까지 2,800개사에 대한 스마트공장 구축지원 사업을 수행했다. 이에 기존의 폐쇄형이 아니라 ICT를 기반으로 개방형으로 구축되고 있는 스마트공장에 대한 보안의 위협과 대응 경향을 살펴보고자 한다.

공공데이터 융합역량 수준에 따른 데이터 기반 조직 역량의 연구 (A Study on the Data-Based Organizational Capabilities by Convergence Capabilities Level of Public Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public data convergence capabilities of administrative organizations and to explore important variables in data-based organizational capabilities. The theoretical background was summarized on public data and use activation, joint use, convergence, administrative organization, and convergence constraints. These contents were explained Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. The research model was set as the data-based organizational capabilities effect by a data-based administrative capability, public data operation capabilities, and public data operation constraints. It was also set whether there is a capabilities difference data-based on an organizational operation by the level of data convergence capabilities. This study analysis was conducted with hierarchical cluster analysis and multiple regression analysis. As the research result, First, hierarchical cluster analysis was classified into three groups. It was classified into a group that uses only public data and structured data, a group that uses public data on both structured and unstructured data, and a group that uses both public and private data. Second, the critical variables of data-based organizational operation capabilities were found in the data-based administrative planning and administrative technology, the supervisory organizations and technical systems by public data convergence, and the data sharing and market transaction constraints. Finally, the essential independent variables on data-based organizational competencies differ by group. This study contributed. As a theoretical implication, this research is updated on management information systems by explaining the Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. As a practical implication, the activity reinforcement of public data should be promoting the establishment of data standardization and search convenience and elimination of the lukewarm attitudes and Selfishness behavior for data sharing.

IPA를 활용한 보육지원서비스에 대한 창업성장 단계별 개선방안 (Improvement of Supporting Services of Business Incubators by the Entrepreneurship Growth Stages Based on the IPA)

  • The government focuses on promoting start-ups, fostering ventures, and creating an ecosystem of start-ups through the formation of a strong growth environment for small businesses. This study provides academic and practical implications about ways of improving our business incubator's support service across stages of growth through IPA. To this end, an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to analyze relationship and differences in importance and satisfaction of business incubator's support service support at business incubation center. These results present to provide the following academic and practical implications. The academic implications are the need for differences in support services for each phase of start-up growth. As factors that could increase the likelihood of successful start-up were identified in each phase of the start-up growth, important information needed for policy and strategy was provided. As a practical suggestion, the managers and expert groups are presented with sections to be opened for each start-up growth stage, minimum effort input, and areas to be maintained continuously. A systematic support plan is established and a foundation is provided for improvement measures in efficient start-up business incubator's support service.

지속적인 디지털 전환을 위한 소상공인 디지털 리터러시 측정지표 개발 연구: 3차 산업(숙박 및 음식점업, 도·소매업, 서비스업)을 중심으로 (Development and Study of Digital Literacy Indicators(Checklist) for Micro Business Owners for Continuous Digital Transformation: Focusing on the Tertiary Industry)

  • As the DT of micro businesses emerges as an important task, the government is also promoting support projects such as policy establishment and micro business education. This study aims to develop a new index (checklist) that can objectively measure the level of digital literacy required for DT in the tertiary industry, which accounts for the largest share of micro business owners. In this study, indicators were derived through review of existing studies and FGI, and the validity and reliability of Likert 5 were measured for decision makers in the tertiary industry. In the field of digital literacy for micro business owners, a total of 22 indicators were developed, largely composed of basic technology environment competency, information utilization competency, information dissemination and production capability, and mind recognition capability. This study has academic significance in that it can contribute to accurately understanding the digital capabilities of micro business owners by developing a digital literacy index for micro business owners, a specific group lacking in research.
