As the budget size and complexity of 1T investment are growing, IT value measurement becomes more critical to the success of IT management In public organizations and private firms. It has been known that there are many factors such as IT costs, risks, qualify, and usage that should be taken Into consideration during the process of measuring IT value and making IT Investment decisions. However, little research has been done so far In order to analysis factors affecting the IT value and effectiveness. The purpose of this study Is to Investigate the impact of IT Project types and ownerships on IT value evaluation. The three research questions are as follows : (1) Does IT project type such as transactional, Informational, and infrastructure have any impact on 1T value measurement\ulcorner (2) Does the IT development ownership has any Impact on IT value\ulcorner (3) Does the IT operation ownership has any impact\ulcorner The empirical research was done at S-Electronics, world-wide known and the biggest manufacturing company in Korea, based on the method of structured interview. About 200 individual Information systems have been evaluated to calculate ROI measures, the dependent variable In this study. The results of statistical analysis show that two of three Independent variables, IT project types and IT development ownership, have statistically significant effects on IT value in terms of ROI measures.

본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 많이 발생하는 분쟁, 민원, 갈등에서 나타나는 원인과 문제점을 살펴보고, 특히 재개발사업에서 나타나는 추진단계별 갈등현황을 설문지를 통해 실증 분석하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 나타나는 갈등을 예방 할 수 있는 이론적 대안을 제시하고 재개발 사업이 보다 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 하는 데에 연구의 목적이 있다.

Gates for the purpose of drainage are classified following the types of structure as: Radial Gate, Sluice Gate, Rolling Gate, Drum Gate. In many cases of the reclamation project the sluice type of gates are applied. Different from this general trend, however the radial type of gate was adopted in the Saemangeum project. In this case the discharge coefficients which are used for the sluice type of gate was applied. To estimate the correct amount of discharge which will be evacuated through the gates, therefore the proper discharge coefficients should be estimated before the operation of the gates. The discharge coefficients were estimated through the physical hydraulic modeling, and we got the results as: $0.72{\sim}0.84$ for the submerged condition on the both sides of upstream and downstream, $0.62{\sim}0.83$ for the free surface condition on the downtream side only, and $1.04{\sim}1.12$ for the free surface condition on the both sides of upstream and downstream. The discharge coefficients obtained from the experiments are greater than those of the sluice gates in the design criteria. From the results of the study we may expect that in the Saemangeum project the radial gates could evacuate larger amount of discharge than the originally designed discharge, so that we may sure that the Saemangeum gates have enough capability to control the evacuation of water not only in the usual period but also in the flooding season.

본 연구는 기업현장교사 및 기업교육 만족도가 도제교육 만족도 및 학생의 직무 역량 함양에 미치는 영향을 NCS 직무 표준 및 산학일체형 도제학교 사업단 집단 중심으로 탐색하였다. 연구 결과 전기·전자 및 음식서비스 분야에서 기업현 장교사의 만족도는 학생의 직무역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향력을 미쳤으나, 경영·회계·사무와 정보통신 분야에서는 기업교육 만족도가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 사업단 유형별 분석에서는 공동실습유형과 산업계 주도 유형에서 기업현장교사의 만족도가 직무역량 향상에 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나, 거점학교형과 단일학교 유형에서는 기업교육 만족도의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업현장교사의 역량에 대한 재정의와 더불어 역량 제고에 정책적인 고민이 필요하며, 사업단 유형과 NCS 직무 표준 분류 간의 연관성을 염두에 둔 산학일체형 도제학교 운영계획의 수립과 실행이 필요하다.

Recently, PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Projects, which private companies invest in, plan, design, construct and operate, have become more popular around the world. The construction industry environment is becoming increasingly competitive. The PPP project is composed of various organizations, so it is very difficult to carry out the project successfully. In this environment, the construction companies are trying hard to secure a competitive advantage. In this study, we tried to identify the role of project manager's leadership and project citizenship behavior as a precedent for creating performance in PPP (Private-Public-Partnership) project. We examine the impact of PM's transformational leadership and transactional leadership on project citizen behavior and examine the impact of project citizen action on project management performance and completion performance. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on PPP project participants. As a result, the following results were obtained. First, transformational leadership and transactional leadership had a significant influence on project citizenship behavior. Second, project citizen behavior had a significant impact on both project management performance and project completion performance. The idealized influence of transformational leadership and the Active management by exception of transactional leadership were found to be very important in shaping PPP team's project citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study has academic implications in studying the effects of PM leadership and project citizenship behavior on the performance of PPP project. And it is expected that it will help selection and training of PM to secure a competitive advantage for construction companies that implement PPP projects practically.

본 연구에서는 환경영향평가 사업을 대상으로 개발사업의 분포 추이와 실태 분석을 하고자 하였다. 이 연구 결과에 따르면, 연도별 분석에서는 협의 건수와 면적이 전반적으로 증가하는 추이를 보였다. 유형별 분석에서는 도시의 개발사업, 산업입지 및 산업단지 조성사업, 체육시설의 설치사업, 관광단지 조성사업, 도로의 개발 등이 전반적으로 많이 개발되었다. 도시별 분석에서 협의 건수는 상위 5개 도시에 약 53%, 협의 면적은 75%가 집중되었고, 경기도 남부지역의 도시에 집중 분포하였다. 개발축은 2004~2006년 C형에서 2010년까지 O형으로 확대되었다. 따라서, 앞으로 동부의 자연보전권역, 산림지역으로 개발은 확장되고, 서울시의 주변의 개발밀도가 더욱 고도화되어 외곽의 개발제한구역은 점차 사라지고, 인접 도시간의 연담화가 가속화될 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 이에 개발 사업이 입지할 때에는 도시별 기존 개발 사업의 유형, 규모, 집중 정도의 차이를 환경용량을 토대로 검토하여야한다.

This study investigates the decision criteria used in the context of IT investment decision making and empirically analyzes the impact of IT project size and types on the importance of decision criteria. 5 criteria which have been extracted from the previous studies and industry practices are budget, financial benefits. strategic value. risk, and the degree of proposer's eagerness. Data of 120 IT project proposals have been collected from 5 companies including bank, insurance. and stock trading company. As results of ANOVA test. 7 out of 10 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. That is. the bigger the project size. the higher the evaluation weight of project budget and risk criteria and the lower the weight of proposer's eagerness. And in case of the infrastructure investment type. the emphasis is placed more on strategic value and risk criteria and less on financial benefit and proposer's eagerness. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.

Numerous reports show that alternative project delivery systems (PDSs) such as design-build (DB), construction management at risk (CMR), and design-build-maintain (DBM) are increasingly used in many countries. This study compared characteristics of each PDS (design-bid-build (DBB), DB, CMR, or DBM) by analyzing quantitative data from 9 research articles. In order to compare characteristics between DBB and alternative PDSs, the study is based on principal 3 factors - Time, Cost, and Quality. DB shows the best performance in the time part and also the cost performance depending on facility type and project size. The performance of quality has minor difference among different PDSs. These results support the fact that using an appropriate PDS by the characteristic of a project makes high value of efficiency and productivity.

Although extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ entry through the voltage-dependent $Ca^{2+}$ channels plays an important role in the spontaneous phasic contractions of the pregnant rat myometrium, the role of the T-type $Ca^{2+}$ channels has yet to be fully identified. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of the T-type $Ca^{2+}$ channel in the spontaneous phasic contractions of the rat myometrium. Spontaneous phasic contractions and $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ were measured simultaneously in the longitudinal strips of female Sprague-Dawley rats late in their pregnancy (on day 18 ${\sim}$ 20 of gestation: term=22 days). The expression of T-type $Ca^{2+}$ channel mRNAs or protein levels was measured. Cumulative addition of low concentrations (< 1 ${\mu}M$) of nifedipine, a L-type $Ca^{2+}$ channel blocker, produced a decrease in the amplitude of the spontaneous $Ca^{2+}$ transients and contractions with no significant change in frequency. The mRNAs and proteins encoding two subunits (${\alpha}$ 1G, ${\alpha}$ 1H) of the T-type $Ca^{2+}$ channels were expressed in longitudinal muscle layer of rat myometrium. Cumulative addition of mibefradil, NNC 55-0396 or nickel induced a concentration-dependent inhibition of the amplitude and frequency of the spontaneous $Ca^{2+}$ transients and contractions. Mibefradil, NNC 55-0396 or nickel also attenuated the slope of rising phase of spontaneous $Ca^{2+}$ transients consistent with the reduction of the frequency. It is concluded that T-type $Ca^{2+}$ channels are expressed in the pregnant rat myometrium and may play a key role for the regulation of the frequency of spontaneous phasic contractions.

Recently the formation of the project team to construct a MIS system is generalized and the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team should be important factor in the effectiveness of the team. However, the systematic research about the personality typology of the user and the system personnel is scarcely verified. Considering this necessity, this study is, using the IS personality typology, tried to find the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team. One of Jung(1924)'s personality typology is introvert and extrovert, however, this typology is founa to have many facets related with personality category. Recently Ackoff(1996) has tried this category more meaningful, which are subjective-internalizer, subjective-externalizer objective-internalizer one objective-externalizer. Moreover, he has proposed the methodology which could find the assimilarity among the team members. On the basis of this typology, this research is attempted to find the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel. Through this research, we can understand the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel and this understanding can make help us operating the team more effectively. The result has suggested that the effectiveness of the team has relied on the personality type of the user and the system personnel. Especially the personality type of new member who will join into team is an important factor in the effectiveness of teaming. Therefore, when we have a new member into team, we have to consider the personality type of new member. Moreover, the personality type of the management is an another critical factor which should be considered.
