This study was conducted to build frameworks for a guideline of community forest projects with respect to ODA of Korea (Official Development Assistant) in forest fields. Community forestry is a worldwide phenomenon which began in developing countries such as Nepal, Gambia, Guinea, and Indonesia and has been gradually recognized as an effective measure for ODA in forestry areas from ODA/DAC countries and the other international donors. This study investigated types of community forest status, mechanisms of community forest project conducted by ODA/DAC countries or the other international donors, and CFM (Community Forest management) success factors. As a result of our study, there are different types of resource users, having different economic and social status, perspectives, knowledge systems, values, understandings and objectives in community based forestry. Consequently, the clear forest tenure systems enabling communities to get motivated for the projects, the most appropriate agroforestry systems in different countries, capability of community to manage forest and etc must be considered carefully when the community forest project are implemented for ODA of Korea in order to gain successful results from ODA in forestry fields.

산업설비 분야는 건설 산업의 고도화에 따라 산업시설의 비중이 증대되고 있으며, 첨단기술의 접목을 통한 고부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 역동적인 분야임에도 단계별 정보 흐름의 관리와 지식 집약적인 업무 수행이 미흡한 실정이다. 향후 국제 산업설비 시장에서 건설 프로젝트 수요증대, 유지관리 분야의 확대가 예상되며, 이에 대응하여 국내에서는 지속적인 설계기술 및 노하우 축적이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 산업설비의 미흡한 부분을 객관적으로 파악하고, 주요 단계의 업무 모델을 제시하기 위하여 국내 산업설비 현행 업무프로세스로부터 프로젝트 관리 핵심요소를 도출하였다. 이를 해외 산업설비 수준과 비교해 봄으로써 국내공사 기술수준을 파악하고, 산업설비 주요 업무단계에 대한 업무모델을 구축하여 향후 개선된 업무모델을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 많은 기업들이 개개인의 인적자원을 기업 가치 창출의 핵심 자산으로 인식하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 역량기반의 인적자원관리 및 인재육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 종합건설회사의 건설기술자는 건설 프로젝트 생애주기의 각 단계에서 다양한 참여주체와 함께 공사관리 업무를 수행하며, 건설기술자의 역량은 건설공사의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 현재 국내의 건설기술자 능력 평가 방식은 자격 위주의 평가로서 실제 공사관리 업무에 대한 소화능력과는 거리가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 건설업의 기본관리 항목 중 하나인 원가관리의 업무 프로세스 및 세부 수행항목을 분석하여 원가관리 업무 숙련도 수준을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 건설기술자 직급별 요구역량 대비 현 수준 분석 및 업무 단계별 건설기술자 업무역량 분석을 실시하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

고층건축공사의 양중장비의 선정은 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 건설현장에서는 전문가나 경험이 많은 공사관리자가 2차원 도면 위에 타워크레인의 회전반경을 고려하여 위치를 이동시키는 방법을 통해 적절한 위치를 결정한다. CAD와 BIM, 가상현실 등이 건축설계와 시공단계에 많이 활용되고 있지만 가설계획이나 타워크레인을 선정하기 위해서는 사용되지 않고 있다. 이 연구는 적절한 타워크레인의 위치를 선정하기 위해 증강현실 기술을 이용하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. Vuforia와 Unity 3d를 이용하여 타워크레인의 위치를 선정할 수 있는 증강현실 프로토타입을 구현하였으며 실제 건축도면을 통해 활용성을 검증하였다.

본 연구는 농촌진흥청에서 기술시범사업으로 추진하고 있는 마늘주아재배 기술 사업에 대하여 농업경영체의 신기술 수용에 대한 태도, 신기술의 타당성 분석, 기술도입 전후의 경영효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 마늘주아재배 농가들은 농업 신기술에 대한 요인들 중 기술만족도(4.30)가 가장 높았으며, 그 다음 새로운 것을 적극적으로 선호하고자 하는 혁신성(4.21) 순으로 나타났다. 반면에 신기술에 대한 위험에 대해서는 관대한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, BMO 모델을 이용하여 마늘 주아재배 기술 사업에 대한 타당성을 평가한 결과에 따르면, 사업 매력도와 적사도가 각각 44점, 45점으로 사업 성공률이 80%이상으로 높았다. 마늘주아 재배기술의 도입 전후의 경영성과 분석에서도 이 사업 참여 농가들은 신기술을 도입 한 후 종구비 절감(43%) 및 수량증가(28%) 등 전반적으로 경영이 개선된 것으로 나타났다.

공정관리는 건설 프로젝트에서 가장 중요한 프로젝트 성공 요인 중 하나이다. 그러나, 기존의 공정계획 기법은 건설 프로젝트에서 상당한 수작업과 관리자의 판단이 필요하기 때문에 신속한 공정계획과 운영에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 공정계획을 자동화하고 시각화하기 위한 새로운 공정계획 기법과 알고리즘을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 가산 그리드 공정계획 기법(CSM)이라고 한다. 이 기법은 시각화된 도구를 통해 작업 범위를 정의하면 각 작업의 생산성과 작업 가능 조건에 따라 일정계획이 자동으로 생성된다. 날짜별 작업의 위치를 그리드 기반 접근방식으로 시각화할 수 있다. 또한 작업 일정은 진행 상황에 따라 자동으로 갱신할 수 있다. 제안된 기법의 산업적 활용 가능성을 건설프로젝트의 샘플 데이터를 가지고 사례 연구를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구는 공정관리 프로세스를 자동화하여 건설 산업에 기여할 수 있을 깃으로 기대한다.

This study aimed at proposing a RD&D good practice policy guidelines for energy technology innovation in electric power industry, we identified the success factors on energy RD&D through representative case analysis such as energy RD&D demonstration project and strategy plan, technology road map, etc. Based on a successful case study, we have identified the key elements needed to suggest when setting a RD&D technology innovation policy framework for technological competitiveness in the power industry sector. We have presented guidelines for energy technology innovation direction from the full cycle perspective of RD&D. The energy RD&D innovation system that we have established is meaningful in that the implications are derived and reflected through the case analysis of developed countries. The results of this study are as follows; Enhancement of R&D investment performance, commercialization of research achievements, promotion of export industrialization of electric power industry, establishment of RD&D governance system of power energy, etc.

이 논문은 생명공학 연구개발, 특히 인간유전체 기능연구사업의 가치를 평가하기 위해 실물옵션방법과 일반적인 DCF법을 사용한 결과를 비교한다. 평가에 사용된 모형은 구체적으로 옵션트리모형, 다이나믹DCF모형, 옵션방법DCF모형이고 일반적인 DCF모형은 실물옵션모형과의 비교를 위해 사용하였다. 평가 결과 7단계의 옵션트리모형이 가장 큰 금액으로 추정되어, 장기간이 소요되고 대규모의 연구개발비가 투자되는 신약개발의 초기 연구개발 가치를 평가절하하지 않는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 옵션트리모형의 평가과정에서 사용된 다양한 변수들이 변화시키는 민감도 분석을 수행한 결과, 매출액이 가치금액에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했다. 다음으로는 후보물질 수, 단계별 성공확률이 평가금액에 영향을 미치고 있었다.

The threads of this thesis are several theoretical issues of modern urban ideals. Modern architects and urban designers conceived their individual artifacts, which assumed to be laid out on the new settings totally different from the existing urban fabrics derived from inherently medieval ones. In the discussion of modern ideal society, the Industrial Revolution and the Enlightenment was a pivotal point. Innovations in technology and expanded living territories since the double revolution have been critical factors in the evolution of new ideas of urbanism. The tremendous success in science and technology led a way to the 'science-fiction' environment as a destined apocalyptic world. The dream, whether it was socialist or in any other believes, to a pastoral utopia beyond the capitalist society was represented through the ideal cities, which were modern versions of arcadia in the other approaches. Two sides of revolutionary ideas are presented as a futurist city and a garden city, which are on the separate notions but co-existed or overlapped in a single urban project such as in Le Corbusier urban schemes or even Tchumi's recent work, Parc de la Villette. Urban ideas in the twentieth century are based on urban naturalism, the notion of which was consistant from abbe Laugier to Le Corbusier, as well as machine aesthetics interpreted in terms of archeological research and modern technology.

It is generally thought that the quality management and the six-sigma management innovation are not applicable to service industry, which might be derived from some differences between service and manufacturing industries. However, both are substantially alike in some intrinsic attributes. KT is leading the quality management and the six-sigma innovation activities in service industry, especially among telecommunication companies in Korea. Six sigma management innovation has been fostered in KT within short period of time and played an important role in helping KT privatized successfully. The successful cases of six sigma innovation activities in KT could be introduced to other Korean companies in service industry. Five key factors for the success of six-sigma innovation activities are suggested, The hidden factory in all the fields of company should be eliminated. Six-sigma projects need to be connected with the company strategy. The project should be carried out intensively in a short time. The innovation activities in the field need to be integrated. The best practice of six-sigma should be disseminated in the field.
