Under the circumstances of general use of Internet, the construction of on-line system has been made in various fields. We can use and share the informations will other people through the cyber communities and find many ways to promote communication tools. Project Room is a sort of Cyber Space which carry out design project using On-fine system. Users(Designers and Clients) will be able to develop their design project using Internet. The project content may be opened and will be critically contributed the construction of Knowledge-based industry. At the same time, the development of user-friendly tutorial should be fellowed. Tutorial is one of the most important factors to promote Project Room. This study presents the possibility of execution of Cyber community under the construction of Project Room and User-friendly tutorial in the On-line system.

Unlike housing development project that can ensure profit by selling built units, a hotel development depends on long-term business operation to be profitable due to characteristics of service industry. The expected cash flow has substantial uncertainty depending on room occupancy rate and room charge. Thus, even after construction is complete, business risk tends to rise. It is necessary to ensure strategic response to uncertainty in future value of a hotel. The objective of the study is to explore strategic measures to deal with risk and uncertain future value in hotel development project by adopting abandonment option, which is a type of real options. The case in analysis had sevenyears of project period: Two years for construction, and five years for operation; a plan was made to sell the hotel after five years' of operation. For the research purpose, option value ofrecoverable investment amount was estimated, and value of abandonment option was KRW 124.921 billion. When abandonment option is applied, the project value was deemed to be KRW 120.592 billion. Generally, the amount of loss is enormous when a real estate project like a hotel development fails, and therefore, application of option is expected to be an effective measure to leverage uncertainty of a project.

The number of clinics for Oriental Clinic is increasing sharply in Korea after the inception of National Health Insurance System in 1987. However there have been many troubles in making efficient plans for oriental clinic facilities because of the lack of proper guidelines related to the design of them. This research was conducted as part of the planning project for the "G" Oriental Clinic. The purpose of this project Is to place a optimal number of beds in a small oriental clinic and medical-environmental friendly design After arranging necessary spaces, such as the Director's Office, Herbal Medicine Preparation Room, Multipurpose Room, Medicine Cabinet, and Waiting Room in the clinic, partitions are used to differentiate the spaces and the storage area.

The title of this project is "A Simple Interactive 3D Interior Design Application for Living Room - Cost Management", focusing on developing an application that enables costing and designing to be executed concurrently in interior design phases. This is because any changes made at costing phase after design phase is completed, it will potentially lead to unnecessary increase in cost and time. Therefore, the objective of this project is aimed to devise a cost management module to be included in the proposed application, allowing interior designer to make cost-based decision at the designing phase itself. This can be achieved through its proposed functions which include total cost update, budget management, cost estimator calculator and material list generation. The methodology being proposed in this project is Prototyping Development, categorized under Rapid Application Development (RAD), by starting off with planning, analysis, design and implementation phases are performed concurrently and repeatedly in a cycle to produce a prototype until the application is completed. In the end of this project, the developed prototype is expected to contribute a better solution towards cost management in interior design.

Nuclear power plant(NPP) is a large-sacle national infrastructure with total project cost of 77 billion dollars and period of 10 years or more. Moreover, since it is operated over 60 years, NPP is a facility closely related to national economy and public safety. Therefore, accurate information and consistent physical configuration should be maintained to enable accurate and economical decision making in NPP project process such as design, construction, operation, and decommission. Since NPP industry is more complicate and regulated than other industries, the importance of configuration management(CM) has been widely recognized in the early days. However, there were limitations in implementing systematic CM due to unclear purpose and subject. Therefore, this paper suggests a room-based database for CM in NPP reflects design requirements and facility configuration information.

Low temperature test for half-wave resonator (HWR) cryomodule is performed at the superfluid helium temperature of 2 K. The effective temperature is defined for non-uniform temperature distribution. Helium leak detection techniques are introduced for cryogenic system. Experimental set up is shown to make the low temperature test for the HWR cryomodule. The cooldown procedure of the HWR cryomodule is shown from room temperature to 2 K. The cryomodules is precooled with liquid nitrogen and then liquid helium is supplied to the helium reservoirs and cavities. The pressure of cavity and chamber are monitored as a function of time. The vacuum pressure of the cryomodule is not increased at 2 K, which shows leak-tight in the superfluid helium environment. Static heat load is also measured for the cryomodule at 2.5 K.

This research is done to design and manufacture prototype clean room garments to improve the product yield of the clean room processing. To assist the research, other papers and references on the same subject were collected for analysis. Also the researcher made interviews with the workers at the clean room. The prototype garments made for this project was compared against the commercially available clean room garments used in the industry. A set of test was conducted to measure particle release from the garments. The prototype clean room garments was manufactured after having considered all the aspects stated above, and tested for the level of particle release. The test subjects performed 4 different movements(marching, arms stretch, squat and rise, and jogging) while wearing the prototype garments and commercially available clean room garments. Particle counts produced by each movement were measured. The data collected was statistically analyzed. The followings are the result of the test. 1) Overall, the prototype garments yielded less particle release.(p<0.001) 2) It showed greatest difference of particle counts for jogging(p<0.001) and squat and rise(p<0.001). In the arms stretch test. the prototype garments was also more effective in controling the particle, however, in the marching test. no significant difference was detected. 3) The prototype garments had less particle release in upper(p<0.001), middle(p< 0.001), and lower level(p<0.01) than the commercially available clean room garments. Manufacturing a new fabric for the clean room processing is important, but this research proves that the design of the clean room garments also determines the efficiency garments in the particle control. Therefore the same fabric can perform differently according to how it is designed. Improving the design will also improve the 7article control and reduce the cost of research. Eventually, the manufacturers will increase the product yield.

Many of hotel customers obtain information from hotel websites to find the best alternative. One of the crucial information for the choice is spatial/visual information of hotel rooms. However, hotel website provides photographs only showing representative room features that may not be sufficient to give a full understanding of hotel room to customers. HMD-based 3D virtual environments (HVE) created by 3D camera could improve customers' experiences of hotel rooms by providing full virtual tours of hotel rooms. However, to the best of our knowledge, whether HVE can adequately provide similar customers' perception on spatial/visual information remains unproven as physical hotel rooms. The present study thus aims to verify how similar and reliable information on physical hotel room HVE provides to hotel customers in comparison with hotel website with 2D photograph and display-based 3D virtual environment. For this purpose, this study conducted a comparative experiment to investigate perception of three environments. As a result, the study found that HVE is more effective to provide spatial/visual information as similar as an actual hotel room. In addition, HVE increases customers' perceptions towards the reliability of information, the quality of hotel room and intention to book.
