IT아웃소싱 위험에 대한 고객과 공급업체와의 인식 차이 (Differences Between Client's and Supplier's receptions of IT Outsourcing Risks)

  • 국내 중소기업에 있어서 21세기 이후 정보 기술(IT) 아웃소싱은 주요 비즈니스 사항으로 자리잡아왔다. 선행연구들은 성공적인 IT아웃소싱의 주요 요인으로서 주로 고객과 공급자 중 한쪽에 치우친 단일 관점에서 논의하여 왔다. 단일 관점은 대리이론에서 제기되는 바처럼 다른 한 쪽이 중요하게 다루는 위험가능성을 배제하는 논리가 된다. 본 연구는 quasi-Delphi방법론으로 고객과 공급자간의 위험에 대하여 잠재적으로 불일치될 수 있는 사항들을 파악하여 아웃소싱 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 불일치되는 위험사항은 첫째, 고객은 공급자의 프로젝트 몰입 부족을 그리고 잘못된 공급자선정기준과 프로세스로 나타났다. 두 번째 고객의 입장과는 달리 불분명한 요구사항 및 프로젝트활동에 대한 전문성 부족을 공급업자에게서 나타났다. 고객과 공급자가 프로젝트 위험관리를 협업적으로 인식하고 관리하는 방안에 대하여 결론을 제시한다.

Framework for Continuous Assessment and Improvement of Occupational Health and Safety Issues in Construction Companies

  • Background: Construction industry is among the most hazardous industries, and needs a comprehensive and simple-to-administer tool to continuously assess and promote its health and safety performance. Methods: Through the study of various standard systems (mainly Health, Safety, and Environment Management System; Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 180001; and British Standard, occupational health and safety management systems-Guide 8800), seven main elements were determined for the desired framework, and then, by reviewing literature, factors affecting these main elements were determined. The relative importance of each element and its related factors was calculated at organizational and project levels. The provided framework was then implemented in three construction companies, and results were compared together. Results: The results of the study show that the relative importance of the main elements and their related factors differ between organizational and project levels: leadership and commitment are the most important elements at the organization level, whereas risk assessment and management are most important at the project level. Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that the framework is easy to administer, and by interpreting the results, the main factors leading to the present condition of companies can be determined.

  • While Korean construction companies are adapting themselves to rapidly changing business landscape at home and abroad, intensifying competition among competitors in local as well as global market deteriorates the profitability of construction industry, which leads to another problem. In response to such challenges, many construction companies continue to innovate their business portfolio and organization structure, with strong commitment to business process innovation. Furthermore, they need to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower overhauling business processes systematically and develop effective alternative strategies. This research aims to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower. Current operational practices of construction site organizations have been analyzed with focus on large construction companies in Korea and data gathered from project sites have been analyzed from a wide range of perspectives, In so doing, this research is expected to provide basic inputs for any subsequent attempt to estimate proper resource requirement for site management tasks in construction projects and analyze the management productivity of such resources by enabling construction companies to better understand the current operational status of site organization.

데이터 웨어하우징의 구현성공과 시스템성공 결정요인 (Factors Affecting the Implementation Success of Data Warehousing Systems)

  • The empirical studies on the implementation of data warehousing systems (DWS) are lacking while there exist a number of studies on the implementation of IS. This study intends to examine the factors affecting the implementation success of DWS. The study adopts the empirical analysis of the sample of 112 responses from DWS practitioners. The study results suggest several implications for researchers and practitioners. First, when the support from top management becomes great, the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects is more likely. When the support from top management exists, users are more likely to be encouraged to use DWS, and organizational resistance to use DWS is well coped with increasing the possibility of implementation success of DWS. The support of resource increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects while it is not significantly related to the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects. The support of funds, human resources, and other efforts enhances the possibility of successful implementation of project; the project does not exceed the time and resource budgets and meet the functional requirements. The effect of resource support, however, is not significantly related to the organizational success. The user involvement in systems implementation affects the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects. The success of DWS implementation is significantly related to the users' commitment to the project and the proactive involvement in the implementation tasks. users' task. The observation of the behaviors of competitors which possibly increases data quality does not affect the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the quality of data such as data consistency and accuracy is not ensured through the understanding of the behaviors of competitors, and this does not affect the data integration and the successful implementation of DWS projects. The prototyping for the DWS implementation positively affects the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the extent of understanding requirements and the communication among project members increases the implementation success of DWS. Developing the prototypes for DWS ensures the acquirement of accurate or integrated data, the flexible processing of data, and the adaptation into new organizational conditions. The extent of consulting activities in DWS projects increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects. The continuous support for consulting activities and technology transfer enhances the adherence to the project schedule preventing the exceeding use of project budget and ensuring the implementation of intended system functions; this ultimately leads to the successful implementation of DWS projects. The research hypothesis that the capability of project teams affects the implementation success of DWS is rejected. The technical ability of team members and human relationship skills themselves do not affect the successful implementation of DWS projects. The quality of the system which provided data to DWS affects the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects. The standardization of data definition and the commitment to the technical standard increase the possibility of overcoming the technical problems of DWS. Further, the development technology of DWS affects the implementation success of DWS. The hardware, software, implementation methodology, and implementation tools contribute to effective integration and classification of data in various forms. In addition, the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects increases the data quality and system quality of DWS while the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects does not affect the data quality and system quality of DWS. The data and systems quality increases the effective processing of individual tasks, and reduces the decision making times and efforts enhancing the perceived benefits of DWS.

심리적 자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 조직몰입의 매개효과에 대한 연구 : 건설업 종사자를 중심으로 (A Study on Effect of Psychological Capital on Turnover Intention & Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment: Focusing on Construction Industry Workers)

  • 본 연구는 건설업체 종사자들을 대상으로 심리적자본과 조직몰입 그리고 이직의도와의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하며 이직의도를 낮추거나 완화시키기 위한 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 주어진 환경에서 조직 구성원들의 태도나 행동이 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하기 위해 심리적 자본을 희망, 복원력(탄력성), 자기효능감, 낙관성의 4개 요인으로 구분하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 건설업 종사자를 대상으로 310부를 분석에 활용하였으며 심리적자본이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는지, 조직몰입이 이직의도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지, 조직몰입이 심리적자본과 이직의도의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내는지 검증하고자 하였다. 심리적자본과 이직의도의 관계를 분석한 결과, 희망과 자기효능감은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 복원력과 낙관성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적자본과 조직몰입의 관계를 분석한 결과, 희망, 복원력, 낙관성은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 심리적 자본의 하위요인 중 희망과의 관계에서 이직의도에 유의한 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 기존 선행연구들은 건설업 종사자들의 이직의도에 대한 외부적인 측면을 주로 고려하였다면, 연구를 통해 심리적인 측면에 접근하여 조직몰입을 더 높이고, 이직의도를 완화시키고자 했다는 점에서 학문적 시사점이 있다. 실무적 시사점으로는 건설업 종사자들의 심리적 요인 중 자기효능감과 조직에서의 직무에 대한 희망이 높을수록 심리적 안정 속에서 직무를 이행하기 때문에 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 자기효능감과 희망을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 직무 자율성 부여, 유연한 근무 등과 같은 다양한 제도 정비가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다.

외식사업 신규창업을 위한 사업계획서 작성방법 사례와 투자경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (Case Studies on Preparing a Business Plan for the Foundation of Food Service Business and Analysis of Investing Economy.)

  • This study was performed as placing stress on business plan preparation and investing economy analysis centered to cases upon presenting the premises of study for new foundation of food service business. The summarized results are as follows: 1. In the aspect of carrying out process of practical project, establishing the promotion strategy, the facility project program, the menu program, the facility and furniture program, organization & manning schedule, the business operation schedule, review of all laws & provisions and the allout promotion schedule in order were deployed. 2. Analysis of investing economy for review of profitability 1) In case of investment, excluding 600million for the real setate lease among the total investment of 1billion, it was required by 161, 235, 000 for interior project, 161, 110, 000 for facility & equipment, 19, 235, 000 for fittings, 27, 600, 000 for menu plate & uniform, 27, 600, 000 for furniture, 13, 800, 000 for sign article. 2) In case of loss & profit presumed the annual turnover is to be 1, 115, 856, 000 the contigent profit(before tax) is to be 148, 966, 000 which is 13.3% in comparson to the sales amount and the net profit(after tax) for this term s to be 104, 276, 000 which is 9.3% against the sales and the profitable ratio to the equity investment( 500 million) is 20.9% and it satisfies 20% of the premises of study. 3) In case of the payback period will be approximately two(2) years which indicated within three(3) years that is standard of new project evaluation term of ordinary enterprise. 4) In case of internal rate of return it will be 21.5% which is favorable profitability as taking into account of 15% that is standard of new project evaluation by ordinary enterprise based on general downtown money interest. That the investing value of Happy Day profitability is hinted as it is sufficient enough as the case under this study based upon such results and considered that securing supremacy is competitive power in case of commitment will be possible.

임상간호현장에서의 실행연구 여정 (A Journey to Action Research in a Clinical Nursing Context)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Action Research (AR) approach in nursing. Methods: Participants were 64 perioperative nurses recruited from C hospital in Gwangju, Korea. The nurses were engaged in the project through 2 cycles of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. A mixed-methods design was used to examine changes in participants and their knowledge management practice. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program and qualitative reflection data underwent content analysis. Results: During the project, participants developed standardized pre-operative checklists and opened an Internet Cafe to better manage their perioperative nursing information. At the end of the project, there was a significant increase in nurses' knowledge management (p=.015) and the rate of surgical material prescription errors decreased from 8.0% to 2.9%. Core AR project team members' teamwork skills and organizational commitment increased significantly (p=.040, p=.301, respectively). The main themes that emerged from the qualitative data were learning how to solve problems in practice, facilitating team activities through motivation, barriers of large participation, and rewarded efforts and inflated expectations. Conclusion: The AR project contributed to empowering participants to solve local problems. AR is a useful methodology to promote changes in practices and research participants.

공무원교육훈련정책의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 분석: 계층의사결정방법(AHP)을 활용하여 (Analysis of Relative Importance and Priority of Civil Servant's Education Training Policy: Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method)

  • 본 연구는 공무원 교육훈련정책의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 분석을 통해 공무원교육훈련정책의 방향성을 모색해보고자 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP 방법론을 적용한 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정영역별 평가요소에 대한 상대적 우선순위를 보면, 교육훈련운영시스템, 교육훈련프로그램, 교육인프라, 교육훈련평가관리 중에서 교육훈련운영시스템이 가장 중요한 평가요소로 분석되었다. 둘째, 평가항목의 관점에서 보면, 교육훈련프로그램에서는 Acting Learning 교육프로그램, 교육훈련운영시스템에서는 교육훈련기관 예산확충, 교육훈련평가관리에서는 교육훈련과 인사제도 연계, 교육인프라에서는 교수요원 확보 등이 상대적으로 가장 중요한 우선순위로 평가되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 공무원 교육훈련정책을 경험적으로 설명하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

RELATIONAL CONTRACTING: THE WAY FORWARD OR JUST A BRAND NAME?

  • Accounts of the development of a successful construction project often stress the importance of team relationship, project environment and senior management commitment. Numbers of studies carried out in the past decades indicate there needs to be a change of culture and attitude in the construction industry. In order for a turn around in the industry, relational contracting approaches have become more popular in recent years. However, not all relational contracting projects were successful. This paper details the fundamental principles of relational contracting. It further reports findings of a research currently taking place in Australia, how effective is relational contracting in practice. The problem addressed in this research is the implementation of relational contracting: • Throughout a range of projects • With a focus on client body staff The context within which the research was undertaken is: • Empowerment, regional development and promotion of a sustainable industry • The participating organisations have experience of partnering and alliancing • Success has been proven on large projects but performance is variable • Need has been identified to examine skill sets needed for successful partnering/alliancing The practical rationale behind this research is that: • Partnering and alliancing require a change of mind set - a culture change • The Client side must change along with contracting side • A fit is required between organisation structure and organisation culture Research Rationale: The rationale behind this project has been to conduct research within participating organisations, analyse, rationalise and generalise results and then move on to produce generic deliverables and "participating organisation specific" deliverables. This paper sets out the work so far, the links between the various elements and a plan for turning the research output into industry deliverables.

북한 지역을 대상으로 한 조림 CDM 사업의 경제적 타당성 연구 (An Economic Feasibility Study of AR CDM project in North Korea)

  • 본 연구는 교토의정서에서 인정하고 있는 조림 CDM을 북한 지역에 적용하였을 때의 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 기존의 북한 산림면적 추정에 관한 연구결과를 활용하여 조림 CDM을 적용할 수 있는 잠정 대상 면적을 추정한 결과 북한에는 조림 CDM 사업이 가능한 황폐임지가 약 51만 ha가 존재하는 것으로 추정되었으며, 경제적 타당성 검토 대상지로 선정된 개성지역에는 약 8,000 ha의 CDM조림사업이 기능한 황폐임지가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 개성지역의 산림황폐지에 북한의 주요조림수종 가운데 하나인 아까시나무(Robinia pseudoacacia)를 인공조림하고 20년 동안 유지함으로써 기존의 토지이용에 비하여 탄소고정을 증가시키는 사업을 조림 CDM사업으로 설정하였다. 수목의 탄소흡수량을 추정하고 사업을 시행하는데 필요한 산림조성 비용, 사전행정비용, 배출권 관련 행정비용을 포함하는 비용을 분석함으로써 조림 CDM사업의 경제적 효과성을 평가하였다. 개성지역 황폐임지에 아까시나무를 조림하여 20년 동안 유지하는 CDM 사업을 통해서 흡수할 수 있는 이산화 탄소량은 ha당 약 $376\;tCO_2$로 추정되었으며 배출권 판매 시나리오별로 생산할 수 있는 배출권량은 총 사업기간을 통해 tCER이 503 tCER/ha, lCER이 265 lCER/ha로 나타났다. 총 투입된 비용을 기준으로 tCER 한 단위를 생산하는 데 투입된 비용은 US$ 4.04로 나타났고 lCER 한 단위를 생산하는 데는 US$ 7.67로 나타났다. 그러나 tCER과 lCER은 시장 가격이 다를 수 있기 때문에 단순히 배출권량만으로 그 경제적 수익성에 있어서의 우위를 가름하기는 힘들다.
