According to the rapid progress of the altitude information society and various sensor technologies, The role of information and communication systems became important during social activities. In this paper, It is measured access and availability alongside parking and availability using an ultrasonic sensor and a pressure sensor. And the measuring data is sent to the controller by using the PLC (Power Line Communication). And it is implementing the parking management system made secure by controlling the LED and LCD with the received data.

Enhanced Geothermal System (EGS) among geothermal system types enables to produce sustainable energy even in non-volcanic region while conventional geothermal energy has been restricted to obtain only from hot and permeable formation such as in volcanic regions. Successful EGS project in terms of economy, however, can be expected only when the project is managed effectively considering most of influencing factors (e.g., tangible and intangible resources, cost, time, risks, etc.). In particular, well construction is of the utmost importance in geothermal project as it dominantly influences on time and cost in the whole project. Therefore, when it comes to viable geothermal project without abundant experience, managing drilling economically and efficiently is inevitable. In this study, a project management system for well construction in geothermal project based on project control system including work breakdown structure and cost account was developed to predict and assess the performance of drilling and to visualize the progress.

Currently, the existing schedule management of ship repair has depended on hand-written notes of engineering manager in the repair ship yard. Simple management based on the hand-written notes is inefficient because current states of equipments and staff are not graspable in real-time. To solve this problem, the ICT based scheduling method is required in ship repair industry. In this paper, we propose a system based on ICT which manages schedules for repairing ships. The proposed system solves the problem occurred by the management to use the hand-written notes. Because the system has a function to report the current state of ship repair, it is able to cope with various problems, such as delay, wrong repair and so on. Moreover, the system is able to maximize the efficiency of ship repair process due to efficient management to staff and equipment.

The study for ubiquitous computing infra is proceeding actively, it make possible to use service and access network anywhere, anytime because of wire/wireless communication technology and progress of hardware. Domestically, study for the network mobility support technology which is the key technology for future ubiquitous computing realization have progressed, but that is insufficient. Especially, there is no study for independent mobility support study about railway wireless network. So, this study propose network mobility management technology for mobile network infra in railway and proper network model in train.

The former consists of 8 steps which are divided into 2 main categories, work-contains and documentation, the letter contains work planning, progress management, walk through and quality control.
