The trend of Development Projects has been changing through a few recent years. Small-scale development projects in the past were usually for building residences or officetel in a big cities. making lots of profits. These projects made not only lots of profits but also unbalance between the urban centers and the suburbs. So government made some regulations to prevent the things from being worse anymore, planned to develop the country in balance and began to lead large-scale development project such as Inno city and Newtown. At first, in this study, the phases and the characteristics of development project's change will be looked around. And then, after overview about PFV(project financing vehicle) used a lot in large-scale development projects will be seen, the better ways to use PFV in large-scale development projects are going to be proposed by considering the problems in PFV's conformation.

Purpose - The study was designed to explore and examine the business relationships of the owners and the employees of Market Basket to analyze the implications of their recent turbulence and decisions. This article focused on two issues - business profit and labor union - to describe the uniqueness of this case. Design, methodology, data, and approach - This article, based on its purpose, applied all three approaches of case studies that are identified and described by Stake (1995), instrumental, intrinsic, and collective, to present the core nature of the issue and to improve and gain a clear understanding of this particular phenomenon. Results - The analysis of this case clearly indicates that seemingly dichotomous concepts of profit and employee welfare are not necessarily antithetical to each other Conclusions - The instant case of Market Basket serves as a testimonial for the rejection of the basic premises of corporate profits and labor unions. This case serves as a model and a practical example for many large retailers, especially the family operated retailers, and workers throughout the world.

Most of the work done in developing Z39.50 was carried out in the basic protocol framework. It becomes apparent that some problems would be quite unacceptable in implementing and reinforcing the networked information retrieval and that it needs some other arrangement such as ISP. This article discussed the current modifications like ISPs by reviewing the unique characters of Z39.50 and the overall design of a client-server search systems, and also distinguished the Z39.50 clients that have been developed as non-profits from those of profits in the perspective of Z39.50 function-expanding.

Recently, Korea's electric industry is in the midst of a period of profound changes in the structure and function, including the introduction of market competition in the generation sector. Korea is in the early stages of market competition, so the market price is chosen by generation costs but will be chosen by bids in future. Therefore, the profits of generators is determined by market pool price and the prospects of pool price are very important for new capacity investment determination of generators and IPPs. This study analyzes hourly marginal costs and LOLP considering basic generation mix and characteristics, develops the relationship of pool price using the above in competition market, and proposes basic direction for profits variation and supply-demand analysis in the electric market in future.

This study came up with a comparison analysis between the average results of Whole National Cooperatives and Kyonggi cooperatives from 2000 to 2005. 15 Kyonggi Agricultural Cooperatives which are nearly the same in the aspects of size and local conditions, - Songpo, Shindo, Ilsan, Jido, Migum, Dongduchon, Bucheon, Ojeong, Naksaeng, Seongnam, Suwon, Kunja, Banweol, Ansan, Suji- are selected as comparable ones while the cooperatives of Kwangmyung, Kungpo, Anyang, Euiwang represent as Kwachon neighborhood cooperatives. The analysis result proposes some desirable ideas to activate the business of local cooperatives as follows. First, the top limit of allotting profits seem to require having the lower adjustment which takes into account the interest rates. Second, the system allotting the profits in proportion to the record of the use should be improved. Third, In order to activate the business of semi-members, allotting profit system in proportion to the record of the use should be established.

In an oligopolistic market, only a few firms account for most or all of total production, e.g., automobile, steel, and computer industries. For a dynamic oligopolistic market with two firms competing in quantities, we show that supervisory control theory of discrete event systems provides a novel approach to solve the dynamic oligopoly problem with the aim of maximizing the profits of both firms. Specifically, we show that the controllability, observability, and nonblocking property (which are the core concepts in supervisory control theory) are the necessary and sufficient conditions for two oligopolistic firms in disequilibrium to eventually reach equilibrium states of maximizing the profits of both firms.

Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

The private brands (PB) of corporate retailers are booming in Korea. This paper examines the effect of the rise of PB on Korean retail and manufacturing. By utilizing both store-level data and firm-level data, I find that the expansion of PB elevates the profits of corporate retailers but does not significantly affect, and in some cases even reduces, those of subcontracting manufacturers. This occurs not only because sales of national brands (NB) decline due to the launch of similar PBs but also because the imbalance in the bargaining positions of the two parties has caused retail margins to be set high while manufacturers' operating profits are set low. The paper provides policy recommendations for fair contracts and cooperative development between retail and manufacturing companies.

In an electricity market with an imperfect competition, participants make plans of bidding and transaction strategies to maximize their own profits. The market price and the quantity are concerned with the operation reserve as well as the bidding system and demand curves in an electricity market. This paper presents a market model combined by an energy market and an operating reserve market. The competition of the generation producers in the combined market is formulated as a gaming of selecting bid parameters such as intersections and slopes in bid functions. The Nash Equilibrium(NE) is analyzed by using a hi-level optimization; maximization of Social Welfare(SW) and maximization of the producers' profits.
