병원행정직종사자의 포괄적 전문직업성을 위한 측정도구 개발 (Development of Comprehensive Professionalism Measurement Tools for Hospital Administration staffs)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직에 적합한 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식인 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구는 부산·경남 지역 종합병원 및 병원에 근무하는 행정직 종사자들을 대상으로, 선행연구들에서 사용된 개인의 심리적·태도적 속성과 관련된 측정도구를 이용하였다. 분석은 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성 측정내용의 타당성과 내적일관성을 확인하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 타당성과 내적일관성이 확보된 5개 성분은 전체 신뢰도가 94.4%로 병원행정직 종사자들의 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구로 매우 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다. 따라서 각 성분은 측정내용의 공통성과 명확한 의미전달이 될 수 있도록 직무수행 자신감, 보수 적절성, 직무 자부심, 업무목표 달성 능력, 업무수행 자율성으로 정의하였다. 현대적 관점에서의 전문직업성은 전통적 전문직업성 보다 넓은 개념으로 자격 및 면허 여부와 관계없이 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식 등에 대한 가치를 포함하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구는 병원행정직 종사자들의 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성을 측정하는데 매우 적합하고 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

관광호텔의 대 고객 관계 마케팅 활동 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving the Relationship Marketing Activities of Tourist Hotels)

  • This study attempted to present the ways of improving relationship marketing activities of tourist hotels. The field survey was carried out at six deluxe hotels in Seoul to find out their relationship marketing activities and analyze the problems of the activities. The problems were analyzed as follow; 1) lack of adequate understanding of the importance of relationship marketing, 2) poor contents of customer file information, 3) insufficient service encounter management, 4) negative inducement of guests' complaints, 5) insufficient survey of guests' satisfaction, 6) insufficient relationship maintenance programs and regaining program of lost guests. This study relationship marketing activities should be improved with customer information file establishment, service encounter mangement, and communication enforcement as follow; 1. Customer Information File Establishment As relationship marketing Is marketing for individual, it needs customer file information. The guest information files should be made in detail in all the market segments. Hotels have to make use of the information strategically for establishing relationship with their guests. 2. Service Encounter Mnagement Because the guest-oriented mind and professionalism of hotel staff are prerequisite for relationship continuity, hotel should make efforts to make its staff keep the mind and cultivate expert service technique of the staff. 3. Communication Enforcement Communication enforcement consists of communication activities and communication programs which are focused on contact intensity and two-way communication.

중등교사가 인식하는 유능한 교사의 자질 (The Qualities of an Effective Teacher Recognized by Secondary Teachers)

  • This study examined the qualities of an effective teacher needed to accomplish educational reform successfully and prepare for a rapidly changing knowledge-based society. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following specific questions were looked into; (1) knowledge, skills, attitude of an effective teacher. (2) a proposal for staff development programs to improve the effectiveness of teachers. (3) a proposal to support teachers' efforts to improve their effectiveness. (4) the factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers' effectiveness. In this study, 'in-depth interview' was used for data collection because the study deals with the "subjective consciousness" of teachers, and qualitative research methods are useful to such a case. The research was done on teachers from secondary schools in Pusan City. According to the teachers interviewed, an effective teacher needed in the new age has such knowledge, skills, and attitude as; (1) knowledge in their major, general culture and common sense, psychology of educational counselling, social science, and knowledge and information related to curriculum. (2) effective instruction skills, skills to guide student behavior, skills related to administrative clerical work, using the computers, extra curriculum activities, educational evaluation, using teaching materials, developing educational programs, and good communication skills. (3) attitude relevant to willingness to understand and converse with students at their cognitive level, positive expectations and concern toward students, democratic problem solving, continuous self-study and development, thoroughgoing mission and professionalism, will for educational reform and innovation, neat appearance and refined language, and successful interpersonal relationships. The teachers also said that the current staff development system, as a program to provide necessary qualities for teachers, has improved in the last 3 years through diverse curriculum and systematic programs. However, due to the problematic promotion system, the staff development program has turned into just a 'point collecting' game from the role of in-service training program; teachers take training courses as the means just collecting points for promotion purpose. Factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers are (1) overload of formal paperwork over emphasizing outcome, (2) mannerism of teachers not perceiving their lack of professionalism, (3) the general attitude in the teaching profession resisting change and reform, (4) supervisory activities lacking rigid regulation, (5) research just as the means of point-collection only for promotion, and (6) staff development programs lacking efficiency. These factors, interacting each other, inhibited the improvement of teachers.

무료 및 유료 노인복지시설 노인의 건강상태와 생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Health Status and Life Satisfaction of Elders in Free and Charged Welfare Facilities)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing the health status and life satisfaction of elders in welfare facilities. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected randomly among those without cognitive impairment from free (140 persons) and charged (140 persons) welfare facilities in the Yeongnam area. Data was analyzed using t-test and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Health status and life satisfaction were 2.52 and 1.98, respectively, in the elders from free welfare facilities, and 2.67 and 2.08 respectively, in the elders from charged welfare facilities. In those from free facilities, life satisfaction and motivation for getting into the welfare facility were the influencing factors of health status. In those from charged facilities, life satisfaction, gender, motivation for getting into the welfare facility, limited service such as physiotherapy, age, and lack of staff and professionalism were the influence factors of health status. In those from free facilities, health status, relationship conflict with fellow elders, lack of staff and professionalism, insufficient facilities and inadequate environment, and indifference of sons and daughters were the influence factors of life satisfaction. In those from charged facilities, health status, education and age were the influence factors of life satisfaction. Conclusions: It was found that both health status and life satisfaction of elders in charged welfare facilities were higher than those in free welfare facilities.

교환당사자의 특성, 교환관계 지각, 관계품질 및 행동의도의 순차적 인과관계 : 미용서비스 이용고객의 관점에서 (Sequential Causal Analyses of Exchange Party's Characteristic, Exchange Relation Perception, Relationship Quality and Behavioral Intention : Customer's Perspective)

  • The research for exchange relationship in customer's perspective is meaningful especially in service, considering distinctive characteristics of service operations such as customer participation in the process whereas most of the recent related researches have been focused on employee's interaction with organization, leader, team and customer. In this study for beauty art service, the exchange party's characteristic is defined with beauty salon's reputation, staff's professionalism and customer's self-esteem. Also the exchange relation perception is classified into symbolism and interaction, Then the directional relations on customer's perspective are empirically investigated in the sequential order of the exchange party's characteristics, the exchange relation perception, the relationship quality and behavioral intention. In addition, the study examined the meditation effect via relationship quality between the exchange relation perception and the behavioral intention. Followings are confirmed from the statistical test with structural equation modelling:Symbolism is significantly caused by all of professionalism, reputation and self-esteem in the descending order of effect size whereas interaction is significantly influenced by only professionalism. The exchange relation perception has significant effect on the relationship quality, in turn which significantly affects behavioral intention. The exchange relation perception shows the significant indirect effect meditated by relationship quality and the insignificant direct effect on behavioral intention. This paper concludes with contribution of this study, managerial implication of the research findings and further research issues.

어린이집 품질 제고를 위한 핵심 평가지표 도출: DEMATEL 기법을 이용하여 (Derivation of Key Evaluation Indicators for Improving the Quality of Daycare Centers: Using the DEMATEL Technique)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive key evaluation indicators to improve the quality of daycare centers by identifying the relationships among the 18 evaluation indicators of the daycare evaluation system using the DEMATEL technique. Methods: In this study, the questionnaires are completed by 17 daycare center directors who have received accreditation of daycare center. They are requested to consider the level of direct influence between two evaluation indicators. A DEMATEL analysis was conducted based on the survey results. Results: The result of the study shows that the most important indicators of daycare center quality are directors leadership, institutional operations and professionalism of staff. Among evaluation areas, educational childcare curriculum & interactions is affected by all areas, and staff area affect all areas. Conclusion: The evaluation areas and indicators of the daycare center are judged to be well-balanced. It is expected that the findings of the key evaluation indicators that should be prioritized among the evaluation indicators will be helpful to those preparing for the evaluation of the daycare center.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this article is to review the key features and benefits with different methods which is suitable for a particular organization (in this article JTI Kazakhstan) as well as for assessing the capacity of a staff and identification. Research design, data and methodology - Current approaches were used to assess a staff capacity and classify groups. By comparing each other and marked different application methods, this article developed the method for the employment of personal potential and control management process. Results - Through this analysis, assessing labor capacity functioned as an evaluation and assessment for employee competence. Examples suggested practical recommendations for assessing employees' labor potential. Conclusions - It is important not just to bring together several techniques but adapt the conditions with existing organization with the professionalism and experience of specialists in managing the evaluation process. In terms of the implementation of this task, it is necessary to have knowledge in the field of psychology as well as business processes, objectives, and specificities of companies including the relevant personal qualities.

의과대학 교수의 국제진료 경험에 대한 내러티브: 의료인문학 교육과정의 적용 가능성 (A Narrative of Medical School Professors' International Medical Experience: Applicability of Medical Humanities Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 외국인 환자의 국제진료에 대한 내러티브를 통한 의료인문학 교육과정의 적용 가능성에 대한 연구이다. 내러티브를 분석한 결과 첫째, 한국의 의료시스템과 수준은 세계적인 수준이며, 환자 진료를 위한 지식과 술기가 충분하다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 둘째, 한국의 의사상에서 강조하는 환자 진료에 대한 역량이 충분하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 한국의 의사상의 사회적 책무성 측면에서 봉사활동의 중요성을 알고 이러한 봉사활동을 의과대학 교육부터 체득화되고, 또한 다양한 문화권의 의료 현장 경험을 통하여 봉사활동은 의사로서 평생 할 수 있는 일로 이어지는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다. 전문직업성 영역에서는 의사로서 프로페셔널리즘을 발현할 수 있었고, 모든 과정에서 의료진들은 환자의 아픔을 이해하고, 공감하여 환자에게도 진심이 전달되었음을 알 수 있었다, 전문직업성은 최근 더욱 강조되고 있는 영역으로 의과대학 교육뿐만 아니라, 의사들에게도 전문직업성에 대한 교육적 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 국제진료 경험은 의과대학 의료인문학 교육과정에 적용 가능하며, 6년 교육과정 전체에 조화와 통합된 의료인 문학 교육과정이 운영될 수 있다.

반려동물병원의 이용만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect on the Satisfaction of Pet Hospital )

  • 본 연구는 반려동물병원의 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구를 위해 전국의 개, 고양이를 양육하는 보호자이면서, 반려동물병원을 이용하는 고객을 연구대상으로 하였다. 반려동물병원의 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 전문성, 인적 요인, 효율성, 물리적 요인, 반려동물 만족을 도출하였다. 이 중 인적 요인은 수의사, 스탭, 반려동물 미용사로 3개의 요인을 세부적 요인으로 포함시켰으며, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 전문성, 효율성, 물리적 요인이 이용만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 인적 요인의 세부적 요인인 수의사, 스탭은 이용만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 반려동물 미용사는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 전체적으로 효율성, 전문성, 스탭, 수의사, 반려동물 만족, 물리적 요인 순으로 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 반려동물병원의 이용만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로 인적 요인을 직군으로 구분하여 분석하고, 반려동물 만족 요인을 개발하여 분석했다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 반려동물병원에서 고객의 이용만족을 높이기 위한 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

교정치료환자의 일반적 특성에 따른 치과 병·의원 선택요인 (Factors influencing the choice of dental clinics by patients undergoing orthodontic treatment: Daegu, Gyungbuk area)

  • Purpose: This study examined the factors influencing the choice of dental clinics by individuals who received orthodontic treatment for malocclusion. Methods: Participants were 320 male and female college students in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do who had received orthodontic treatment in dental clinics for malocclusion. They were surveyed about their choices of dental clinics. Of the 320 questionnaires, 294 (91.9%) were used for analysis, and surveys with insufficient responses or errors were excluded. Results: The factors influencing the choice of dental clinics varied among the participants. Furthermore, factors that most commonly affected their choices were, in order, trust in dentists' skills and medicine used, information from community sources, friendliness of the dentist, friendliness of clinic staff, cleanliness of the hospital, availability of up-to-date medical facilities and equipment, convenience of location, and recommendations by acquaintances. Conclusion: Factors underlying the choice of dental clinics varied among the participants. Typically, these choices were strongly influenced by factors such as reputation, professionalism, and friendliness.
