  • The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. The analysis of information and communication technologies of education used in higher educational institutions of Ukraine confirmed that for the effective use of special teaching methods, as well as software and technical teaching aids, it is necessary to have a trained teaching staff and students.

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of personnel security in the context of the public administration system. Today the civil service is the central link in increasing the efficiency of the public administration system. One of the most important directions of reforming the civil service is strengthening personnel security, since the level of formation and implementation of managerial decisions depends on the staff of professional employees with the necessary qualities, competencies and competencies. As a result, the main aspects of personnel security in the context of public administration were analyzed.

전문가 구강위생관리가 장기요양시설 재원노인의 구강상태에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Professional Oral Healthcare Program on the Oral Status of Elderly Residents in Long-Term Care Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 장기요양시설 재원노인을 대상으로 2016년 3월부터 2016년 5월까지 전문가 구강위생관리 프로그램을 적용하고 재원노인의 구강위생상태 개선 효과를 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 전문가 구강위생관리와 노인구강보건 교육을 제공받은 요양보호사에 의한 일상 구강관리를 중재한 32명의 실험군 I, 노인구강보건교육을 제공받은 요양보호사에 의한 일상 구강관리를 시행한 30명의 실험군 II, 요양보호사에게 일상구강관리를 제공받은 32명의 대조군으로 구분하여 치면세균막 지수, 구취, 설태, 타액 분비량의 개선 효과를 보고자 하였다. 치면세균막 지수는 반복측정분산 분석 결과 실험군 I, 실험군 II, 대조군 사이에 유의한 차이가 있었으며 중재기간에 따른 변화에도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 중재 방법에 따라서 치면세균막 지수의 변화 양상은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 구취는 실험군 I, 실험군 II, 대조군 사이와 중재기간에 따른 변화에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 중재 방법에 따라서 구취의 변화 양상은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 설태는 실험군 I, 실험군 II, 대조군 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 중재기간과 중재 방법에 따른 설태의 변화 양상은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 타액 분비량은 실험군 I, 실험군 II, 대조군에 따른 변화와 중재기간에 따른 변화에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 중재 방법에 따라서 타액 분비량의 변화 양상은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 전문가 구강위생관리와 요양보호사에 대한 노인구강교육 실시가 재원노인들의 구강위생 상태에 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었기에, 재원노인의 구강위생 상태를 개선하기 위해 치과 촉탁의 제도와 병행한 전문가 구강위생관리를 주기적으로 수행할 필요가 있으며, 직원을 포함한 간호 인력을 대상으로 노인 구강위생교육을 제공할 필요가 있다.

병원간호사의 인지적 정서조절전략이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies on the Professional Quality of Life in Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 병원 간호사의 인지적 정서조절전략과 전문직 삶의 질의 정도를 확인하고 전문직 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 일개 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 일반 간호사 176명으로, 2020년 3월 3일에서 16일까지 구조화된 온라인 설문지를 통하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN version 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis 로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공감만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략(β=.501, p<.001)이었고, 설명력은 24.8%였다. 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인은 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략(β=-.435, p<.001), 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략(β=.427, p<.001), 학력(학사)(β=.188, p=.046)이었으며, 설명력은 36.8%였다. 대상자의 이차 외상성 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략(β=.502, p<.001)이었으며, 설명력은 24.4%였다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 습득하고 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 덜 사용하도록 하는데 초점을 맞추어 병원 간호사의 전문직 삶의 질 향상을 도모하기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

일부지역 간호사의 간호전문직에 대한 태도 조사 연구 (A Study on Attitude of Clinical Nurses Toward Professional Nursing)

  • As society has changed, the demand for improved health care has increased. To keep up with this type of social need, professional nursing care is seeking to efficiently satisfy the care needs of human beings. The goal of clinical nurse is to meet nursing care needs of patients. This study was designed to survey attitudes of nursing profession of clinical nurses. The following specific 5 objectives were investigated and the attitudes of clinical nurses were determined. 1. The social position of nursing as a profession. 2. Factors influencing the development of nursing. 3. The future of nursing. 4. Their work. 5. Job satisfaction. The subjects consisted of 120 nurses who are working at 5 general hospital over 150 beds Ill CHONG NAM. The nurses were surveyed by means of a questionnaire from May 24 to Jun 15, 1992. The tool used for this study was based on earlier work by Lee, Nam Hi(1978) and Kim, Myong Hee(1984). Computer was used for Data Analysis. Frequency and Percentage were used to examine the genera] characteristics of the subjects. ANOV A and t.test were used to test the relation in characteristics of the subjects and attitudes Loward nursing prfession. The finding of this study were as follows; 1. Social position of nursing as a profession; The response with the highest agreement was "The professional nursing organization is less power. ful than the other professional organization" 3.333 points, and the response with the lowest agreement was "Nursing get a big salary" 2.225 points. 2. Factors influencing the development of nursing; the response with the highest agreement was "Hospital environment should be improved" 4.267 points, and the response with the lowest agreement was "Nurses satisfaction with salary"2.175 points. 3. The future of nursing; the response with the highest agreement was "Along the deveiopmem of science technique will be elevated educational state and graduate to needed in nursing" 3.958 points, and showed generally positive response toward the future of nursing. 4. Their work; the response with the highest agreement was "Work loading due to nursing staff insufficient" 4. 308 points, the response with the lowest agreement was "Nurses are unkind to patient" 2.508 points. 5. The subject's view regarding job satisfaction;it showed that "Interpersonal nursing staffs" 3.508 points, showed generally unsatisfactory response toward job satisfaction. 6. The relationship between the subject's attitudes toward professional nursing and general characteristics showed a significant difference statistically in regard to the field of work(P<.05). 7. The relationship between general characteristics and the subject's attitudes toward factors influencing the development of nursing showed a significant difference statistically in regard to the age and the status of position(P<.05). The subject's attitude toward the future of nursing showed a significant difference statistically in regard to the age and the period of nursing career and the field of work(P<.05, P<.005). The subject's attitude toward the job satisfaction showed a significant difference statistically in regard to the age and the period of nursing career and the status of position and the field of work(P<.005).

공유관리와 간호단위문화에 대한 조사;세개 종합병원 대상 (A Comparison of Shared Governance and Nursing Unit Culture in Three Hospitals)

  • The primary purpose this descriptive study was to identify, describe, and compare the patterns of shared governance and nursing unit culture in the hospital settings. The secondary purpose of the research was to identify, describe whether the participation style or responsibility style of nursing management activities shared through nurses in a consistent way. Methodology included survey and in-depth interviews with a total 145 members of 15 nursing units in 3 hospitals. One was a national hospital, another was a corporation hospital and the other was a teaching hospitals. Conclusions from this research included the following: 1. The degree of shared governance in nursing management activities was the highest in the corporation hospital. 2. In the participation style of nursing management activities, 'all participation' was the highest in the corporation hospital. 'Nursing administration only' was the highest in the national hospital. 3. Distribution of responsibility style differed from that of participation style. Three hospitals showed high in nursing management activities such as 'nursing administration only' and 'head nurse only' style. 4. Five experts surveyed showed that the ideal level of nurses' participation in nursing management activities was a traditional nursing governance pattern. 5. There was a distinct difference in the nursing unit culture throughout the institutions in the professional growth. 6. There was no significant difference in the same nursing units of three hospitals in nursing unit culture. According to these results, the following implications can be made; 1. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on preparing staff nurses' potential decision-making ability through continuing education so that staff nurses' autonomy and responsibility will be developed and increased. 2. It is necessary to develop a strategic nursing unit for improving nursing quality in hospital setting. 3. The relationship of shared governance, nursing unit culture and nursing outcome should be researched further.

간호간병통합서비스 병동 입원 환자의 만족도와 서비스 평가를 위한 ICT 기반 통계분석 (Statistical Analysis Based on ICT for the Satisfaction and Service Evaluation of Patients Admitted to a Nursing Care Integrated Service Ward)

  • 간호간병통합서비스는 적정 간호인력 배치를 통한 팀 간호체계의 총체적인 전문 간호 제공과 병동 환경개선 및 환자 안전관리 등 제반 여건을 갖춘 병동에서 제공하는 입원 서비스이다. 연구 대상은 경기도내 일 종합병원의 해당 병동 입원환자로서 연구 목적을 이해하고 참여하기를 동의한 92명이며, 연구방법은 ICT 기반의 설문 자료를 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA을 적용하였으며, 사후검정은 Scheffe test를 하였다. 또한, 간호만족도와 서비스 평가의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 본 논문은 만족도의 중요성을 재확인하고 간호간병통합서비스 병동 입원 환자들의 서비스의 질 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

축사 화재의 현황과 그 방지 대책 -전라북도를 중심으로- (The Present Situation and Preventive Measure of the Fire in the Cattle Shelter -Based on Jeonbuk Province-)

  • 근래에 축사가 화재로 인하여 큰 피해가 발생하고 있다. 또한 화재로 피해를 입은 축사를 재건축하기가 매우 어렵다. 이러한 화재로부터 축사를 보호하기 위해서 철저한 재검토가 필요하다. 소방서에서 화재를 예방하는 대에는 한계가 있다. 무엇보다도 축사를 운영하는 사람이 어떻게 예방할 것인가를 아는 것이 중요한데, 축사를 화재로부터 예방하는 것을 명백히 세분할 필요가 있다. 화재로부터 축사를 안전하게 보호하는 것이 중요하다. 축사관리자는 화재를 진압하는 장비를 갖추어야 한다. 대부분의 축사화재는 전기에서 기인된다. 따라서 전기시설의 재정비가 필요한데, 소방서나 한전과 같은 기관의 도움이 필요하다. 축사소유자나 그 종사자들에게 화재발생 원인을 소방 교육을 통하여 알려야 한다. 소방서는 매년 발생하는 축사화재에 대비하여 소방도로나 장비, 경보시설 등을 정비하고 소방훈련 등을 실시하는 것이 화재예방에 도움에 될 것이다.

간호단위문화와 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Nursing Unit Culture, Efficiency on Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.

노인복지시설의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Activation of Senior Welfare Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 현대 산업사회에서 노인인구의 고령화와 가족구조가 변화함으로써 전통적인 가족기능의 약화, 여성의 경제활동, 가치관의 변화, 노인의 위치와 역할 등의 문제를 유발시키며 그로 인한 노인부양을 기대하기는 더욱 어려워져 가고 이에 많은 노인복지시설이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 노인복지시설의 활성화를 위해서는 다음과 같은 방안이 요구된다. 첫째, 시설의 확충은 국가정책차원의 지원이 이뤄져야 한다. 둘째, 지역의 관련 기관간 지역 네트워크를 구축하여 주민들에게 지역특성에 맞는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 제공되어야 한다. 셋째. 노인복지시설 환경의 개선이 이뤄져야 한다. 넷째, 후원자 개발을 통한 고객특성에 맞는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 다섯째, 노인복지시설 전문 종사자에 대한 처우 개선과 적정한 전문 인력의 증원이 이뤄져야 한다.
