중환자실 간호사의 직무 스트레스 관련 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석 (Structural Equation Model for Job Stress in Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to construct a structural equational model for explaining and predicting job stress of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses based on the Integrated model of stress of Ivancevich and Matteson (1980). Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 nurses at ICU. The data were collected from August 5 to 30, 2013 through self-reporting questionnaire survey. Results: According to the hypothetical model of this study, perceived nursing practice environment, perceived role conflict, perceived transformational leadership and perceived self-esteem showed statistically significant effects on job stress of ICU nurses directly. Professional self-concept indirectly affect job stress of ICU nurses. In conclusion, job stress of ICU nurses was directly influenced by nursing practice environment, role conflict, transformational leadership and self-esteem. Professional self-concept of the relationships among variables did not have a direct impact on job stress. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is needed to develop stress management measures and programs considering these variables in order to adequately manage job stress of ICU nurses.

청소년의 건강증진 생활양식과 관련요인연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors in Health-promoting Lifestyle of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study were to define the degree of performance in health promoting lifestyle and to identify the variable related to performance in health promoting lifestyle of adolescents. The subjects of this study were 469 adolescents in the 4 high schools. The sample data were collected using a purposive sampling method from July 1 to July 27. The collected data were analysed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS PC+ program. The results of this research were as follows. First, The means of performance in the health promoting lifestyle of adolescents revealed total 2.478 ; harmonious relationships 3.045, regular diet 2.236, professional health management 1.332, sanitary life 2.910, self regulation 2.558, emotional support 2.696, healthy diet 2.408, rest and sleep 2.651, exercise and activity 2.491, self actualization 2.466, diet control 2.408. The factor with the highest degree of performance was the harmonious relationships, whereas the one with the lowest degrees was the professional health management. Second, the relationship between the degree of performance in health promoting lifestyle and its related variable were as follows. (1) Performance in the health promoting lifestyle was significantly correlated with self esteem, self efficacy, health conception, perceived health status, mother's health promoting lifestyle, mother's health conception. (2) The most important factor that affects performance in the health promoting lifestyle of adolescents was self esteem. The combination of self esteem, health conception, mother's health promoting lifestyle, self efficacy, perceived health status accounted for 45.2% of the variance in health promoting lifestyle of adolescents.

R&D 인력의 사회적 네트워크와 자아존중감이 조직몰입과 경력지향성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of R&D Employees' Social Network and Self-Esteem on Organizational Commitment and Career Orientation)

  • The effective management of R&D employees is critical for a small or medium sized firm's sustainable growth. R&D employees have professional skills and choose expertise-oriented or management-oriented careers in the process of organizational socialization. This study synthetically verifies the direct and indirect effects of R&D employees' social network and self-esteem on their career orientation by organizational commitment based on social network theory and social recognition theory. The research model has been analyzed through structural equation modeling using survey responses from 220 R&D employees at small- and medium-sized firms in Korea. The analysis results show that internal network activities have direct and indirect impacts on organizational commitment and career orientation, but external network activities do not have significant effects on self-esteem, organizational commitment, or career orientation. There is no consensus in prior studies on whether expert orientation and management orientation are distinct concepts. In this study, these two types of orientation are verified as distinct concepts. It is also found that R&D employees' internal network activities are significant factors for a company's growth. A company should implement an educational system of roles and duties using which individuals can pursue career progression. In addition, it is necessary to provide career development programs such as job rotation, mentoring, and career counseling.

전문대학 신입생의 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Influential Relations between Depression and Smartphone Addiction among Freshman College Students: With a Focus on the Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학 신입생의 우울이 자기효능감과 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 G광역시에 소재한 2개의 전문대학교에 재학 중인 신입생 218명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0와 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구결과 대상자의 스마트폰 중독은 우울과는 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 자기효능감 및 자아존중감과는 부적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 자기 효능감은 스마트폰 중독에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 우울은 자기효능감과 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이에 신입생을 대상으로 우울검사를 실시하여 우울 정도가 높은 학생들에게 자기효능감과 자아존중감을 높일 수 있는 지원이 필요할 것이다. 또한 연구결과를 토대로 자기효능감과 자아존중감이 낮은 전문 대학 신입생들은 스마트폰 중독 가능성이 비교적 크기 때문에 스마트폰 중독 예방과 개입에 있어 자기효능감과 자아존중감 향상을 위한 프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 전공만족도, 자아존중감 및 간호 전문직관의 관계를 알아보고, 간호대학생의 바람직한 간호전문직관의 정립 및 전공만족과 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위해 나아갈 간호교육의 방향을 모색하고자 한자. 본 연구는 상관성 조사연구로써 간호과에 재학 중인 학생 195명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2014년 10월 1일부터 10월 31일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS Program 18.0을 이용하여 t값, Correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 자아존중감과 전공만족도는 순상관관계로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 자아존중감을 향상시켜 전공만족도를 높이고 바람직한 전문직관을 형성할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습 스트레스, 우울 및 자아존중감과의 관계를 알아보고, 간호대학생의 바람직한 간호전문직관의 정립 및 우울을 감소시키고 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위해 나아갈 간호교육의 방향을 모색하고자 한자. 본 연구는 상관성 조사연구로써 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 200명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 5월 1일부터 5월 31일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS Program 18.0을 이용하여 t값, Correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스, 우울 및 자아존중감은 순상관관계로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 자아존중감을 향상시켜 임상실습 스트레스와 우울을 감소시킬 수 있는 효율적인 실습교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

학업을 병행하는 임상치과위생사의 직무만족도 영향 요인 (Factors influencing job satisfaction of clinical dental hygienists in schoolwork)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to understand the influencing factors of job satisfaction of clinical dental hygienists in schoolwork, and use the basic data to enhance their job satisfaction. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 210 dental clinic hygienists from June 10 to August 30 of 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, and Pearson correlation coefficient were reviewed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: The scores of subjects' professional self-concept, self-esteem, job stress, and job satisfaction were 3.37, 3.80, 2.79, and 3.37, respectively. The influencing factors of job satisfaction of clinical dental hygienists in schoolwork included marital status, support in workplace, professional self-concept, and job stress, with 41.6% of the explanatory power. Conclusions: The stronger the professional self-concept, the lower the job-stress and higher the job satisfaction. The job satisfaction was also higher in the group in which the subjects were married and getting support in the workplace compared to the other group with no support in the workplace. Therefore, support systems and institutional support are required for clinical dental hygienists to be continuously educated in the workplace.

임상 간호사의 자율성과 전문직 자아개념 (A Correlational Study on Professional Autonomy and Self-Concept of Clinical Nurses)

  • Nurses experience role conflict between nursing theory that they learned in school and clinical nursing practice. This conflict lead to lower self-image, self-esteem, job dissatisfaction. Also, the professionalism of nurses is estimatable by the grade of autonomy. The professional autonomy requires individual and professional obligation about her decision and performance. A lack of professional autonomy results in the Job dissatisfaction. Job dissatisfaction leads to absenteeism, increased proneness to mental and physical illness and higher turnover rates. The purpose of this study was to investigate professional autonomy and self-concept of clinical nurses. Data were collected from 262 clinical nurses in P city from June 1 to June 30, 1996. The instruments used for this study were made by Arthur(1990) and Schutzenhofer(1983). The data were analyzed for frequency and percetage, mean, SD, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise mutiple regression, using SAS $PC^+$ Program. The findings were as it follows : 1. The mean of professional autonomy and self-concept were $152{\pm}18.48,\;70.65{\pm}8.20$(2.62), respectively. These showed mid level of professional autonomy and self-concept. 2. Professional autonomy of clinical nurses was found to vary significantly according to total years of clinical experience(F=4.49 p<0.01), position(F=3.49 p<0.05), and state under study for the degree(F=3.83 p<0.05). Professional self-concept was found to vary significantly according to age(F=3.52 p<0.05), marital status(F=7.39 p<0.001), total years of clinical experience(F=3.59 p<0.05), position(F= 5.22 p<0.01), the expectant period being on the duty as clinical nurse(F=8.34 p<0.001), and motivation of choosing nursing(F=5.17 p<0.001). 3. The statistical relationship between clinical nurses' professional autonomy and self-concept was found as positive correlation(r=0.42246 p<0.001). 4. Professional autonomy was the highest factor predicting professional self-concept(17.85%). Professional autonomy and marital status accounted for 20.60% in professional self-concept of clinical nurses. In conclusion, Professional autonomy and self-concept of clinical nurses showed significantly positive relationship. Therefore, nursing education needs to develop programs and policies to increase professional autonomy and self-concept of clinical nurses.

탈북청소년의 적응유연성이 사회적 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Resilience of the North Korean Adolescents on their Social Problem-Solving Ability: Focused on Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 탈북청소년이 자신을 어떻게 바라보고 대처해야 하는가를 알아보기 위해서 탈북청소년의 적응유연성을 살펴보고, 이러한 적응유연성이 탈북청소년들의 자아존중감과 사회적 문제해결능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 현재 남한에 거주하고 있는 탈북청소년(10세-25세) 223명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 탈북청소년의 적응 유연성은 자아존중감과 사회적 문제해결능력에 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 적응유연성은 자아존중감과 높은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감은 사회적 문제해결능력과 높은 상관이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 탈북청소년의 적응유연성과 사회적 문제해결능력 간의 관계에서 자아존중감은 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 북한이탈 청소년들의 자아존중감이 특히 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 북한이탈 청소년들의 자아존중감을 강화시킬 수 있는 청소년 지도사 및 상담사 등의 전문가를 활용하여 전문적인 보호 및 지원을 제공해야 할 것이다.
