Nowadays, the issues of comprehensive formation of a person capable of self-education, self-development and creative self-realization in the conditions of distance education are relevant. There is a need to solve this problem, which is due to social, cultural, and pedagogical factors. This makes it necessary to find effective means of personality formation. In this matter, great importance is attached to the modern method of forming a creative personality - art therapy. Various approaches to the definition of art therapy have been clarified. They consider various forms of art therapy when working with children, adolescents and adults in the context of distance education. The most relevant are the two main forms of work - individual and group art therapy. Art therapy develops the individual's creativity. Therefore, during art therapy, attention is focused on the inner world, experiences, and feelings. Therefore, we believe that in the context of distance education, art therapy has everything for the powerful potential of personality formation. Scientists consider this therapy as therapy by means of art, which is based on experiences, conflicts that can be expressed in the visual arts and music. Art therapy helps to get rid of conflicts and experiences. This happens in the context of distance education through the development of attention to feelings, strengthening one's own personal value and increasing artistic competence. The article describes the signs that characterize art therapy. Art-therapeutic technologies in the context of distance education, which are now actively used by psychologists, teachers and art therapists themselves, are highlighted. The advantages of distance learning are considered. The characteristic features of distance learning and features of the use of art therapy by means of distance education in the process of professional training of specialists are determined.

The purpose of this study was to develop an inquiry-based professional development program for in-service secondary science teachers and to investigate it's application. The inquiry-based professional development program was reconstructed based on SSCS problem-solving model, which is composed of 4 stages of search, solve, create, and share. The 28 science teachers' understanding of the SSCS program were investigated as implementing the program. As a result of this study, 8 SSCS modules have developed as the science teachers have searched, solved, created, and shared various situated problems. The science teachers found themselves to have positive perception of SSCS program. The SSCS program was effective in changing the learners' teaching/learning attitude and to develop individual scientific thinking. To make the SSCS problem solving successful and more effective, both science teachers' professionalism and pedagogical knowledge for selecting topic as the levels of learner should be considered.

Teachers' cognitive understanding of subject matter content have direct impact on the quality of students learning. In order to understand this, we need to investigate the relationships between the teachers' level of knowledge about the content and the instruction teacher provide for students. Professional development programs for computer education teachers include courses in computer science, curriculum studies, and the application of computers in the classroom. Effective teachers, however, have expertise in the subject matter content, know curriculum, and understand contextual knowledge for teaching computers in the classrooms. Although computer education have evolved for last 20 years, we have not yet made significant progress on researching "what" is the professional knowledge of computer teachers, and "how" they could be trained. Teacher's knowledge includes pedagogical and contextual knowledge of teaching the specific subject. The purpose of this paper is to understand the professional knowledge of computer teachers, and the adoption of PCK (pedagogical content knowledge). As a result of this paper, I hope to initiate further discussions and researches on PCK and its' implication for computer teachers and teacher preparation programs in Korea.

As archivists are professional who is responsible for professional works related in archives, they are required to perform expanded roles including traditional roles in changed environment surrounding archives. To solve those requirements, reeducation program can be essential for improving archivists expertise. However, as compared with education quality and programs for professional improvement required to archivists, reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea is inadequate to deal with performing the extended roles required to archivists. This study analyzed the current situation and problem of reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea, as compared to domestic and foreign reeducation programs, and surveyed archivists' opinion about requirements to perform their extended roles in practice. Based on the results, this study improved a reeducation program in National Archives in Korea.

Given the recent pace of development and expansion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, the influence and ripple effects of AI technology on the whole of our lives will be very large and spread rapidly. The National Artificial Intelligence R&D Strategy, published in 2019, emphasizes the importance of artificial intelligence education for K-12 students. It also mentions STEM education, AI convergence curriculum, and budget for supporting the development of teaching materials and tools. However, it is necessary to create a new type of curriculum at a time when artificial intelligence curriculum has never existed before. With many attempts and discussions going very fast in all countries on almost the same starting line. Also, there is no suitable professor for K-12 students, and it is difficult to make K-12 students understand the concept of AI. In particular, it is difficult to teach elementary school students through professional programming in AI education. It is also difficult to learn tools that can teach AI concepts. In this paper, we propose an educational model for elementary school students to improve their understanding of AI through play or experience. This an experiential education model that combineds exploratory learning and discovery learning using multi-intelligence and the PLAY teaching-learning model to undertand the importance of data training or data required for AI education. This educational model is designed to learn how a computer that knows only binary numbers through UA recognizes images. Through code.org, students were trained to learn AI robots and configured to understand data bias like play. In addition, by learning images directly on a computer through TeachableMachine, a tool capable of supervised learning, to understand the concept of dataset, learning process, and accuracy, and proposed the process of AI inference.
Nurses in today's challenging health care settings need to be skilled critical thinkers and clinical experts. The nurse must be able to use a broad knowledge base to mobilize resources, coordinate actions and evaluate outcomes in complex new situations. So the national licensing examination for registered nurses is change to improve the quality of professional competency of nurses in Korea. Prior to this, learning objectives should be developed and improved periodically. The purpose of this study is to describe the nursing competency to provide base line data for developing learning objectives in adult health nursing. This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire which was developed by the researcher after reviewing the literature. The questionnaire was based on learning objectives which were developed by a nation-wide nursing faculty majoring in adult health nursing. The subjects were 45 nurses in a middle level hospital. The collected data were treated using SPSS Win 7.5 Statistical Package so as to obtain such descriptive statistics as mean score, frequency, and to test reliability test, nonpar-Friedman test. To summarize the major findings in this study, it showed the scope of nursing competency and can guide the direction of study and methodological criteria to develop learning objectives. Recommendations for further research are: firstly, it is necessary to state learning objectives with learners' behavioral terminology; secondly, to overcome locality in scope of this study, there is a need to analyze with nation-wide sampling by an in-depth statistical analysis; thirdly, because the subjects of this study are mostly three-year graduate nurses, there is a need to compare this study with other studies of different subjects.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the action learning-based spiritual care education program on nursing students' spiritual needs, spiritual well-being, and spiritual care competence. This study was a pre-post test design with single group and participants were recruited from second-year nursing students at a University. From September to December 2014, the students participated in the action learning-based spiritual care education program, which were held 16 times, had decreased their spiritual needs and improved spiritual well-being and spiritual care competence. The data were analyzed using paired t-test with the SPSS WIN 23.0 statistics program. The results of this study indicate that the action learning-based spiritual care education program was effective in decreasing spiritual needs and improving spiritual well-being and spiritual care competence for nursing students. The nursing students, which provide a holistic care, will grow up to be a professional nurse by learning the nursing process including spiritual care. Also, an action learning-based education program should be developed in the various fields.

In this paper, Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was developed and recommended in order to foster convergent talents armed with practical competences and real cooperative capabilities. In this era of convergence and creativity, the fashion world needs human resources with cooperative skills and true professional abilities. A case analysis, an in-depth interview, and 1,2 test method were used for data acquisition and analysis. The summary of this study is described below. First, this program needs to complement the NCS fashion design learning module. Second, material changes to creativity and practical competencies - knowledge, skills, and attitudes - of the students are assessed after applying Capstone Design to the NCS fashion design learning model. Third, the process of converging fashion curriculum with IT and electronic technology, developing a fashion design learning program, and applying the Capstone Design was tested to prove the effectiveness of convergent fashion design education. Among the changes observed between the trial and control groups, it was confirmed that sub-factors of creative personality, i.e. self-assurance and openness, were increased along with knowledge, core competences including communication capability, and self-directed learning capability. The greatest improvement on the technological side was observed in IT literacy while ability to respond to changes was also increased. Besides, effects were demonstrated in behavioral factors such as initiative, spirit of challenge, experience, and openness. Lastly, the Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was proposed in order to foster convergent talents in the fashion world.
This study investigates Active Learning and Facilitation Convergence Education Program which can improve core competency to cope with vocational education in the fourth industrial revolution era. I applied the integrated advantages of Active Learning which enhances 'problem solving skill' and those of Facilitation for creative thinking idea to application design process coursework and verified the effectiveness of such education method through student satisfaction survey. I also designed application contents for the students who are familiar with the mobile environments and UI contents for data visualization which can help those students to improve their skills in software. Every coursework was conducted as a team project. As a result, Active Learning and Facilitation Convergence Education Program is found to be helpful in improving the basic skills and competencies required in college education. I hope this work helps to reduce the educational gap between industry and professional colleges.

Study analyzes whether the 3D CAD class using the flipped learning-based PBL is effective in acquiring professional knowledge and nurturing talent. A Flipped Learning-based PBL class was implemented for 3rd grade students of Robot and Automation Engineering Major, Dong-Eui University, and a survey was conducted on satisfaction and effectiveness. The students seemed to be generally satisfied with the class, and the flipped learning-based PBL appeared to be effective in improving the competency required by companies. In particular, it is hoped that it will contribute to the use of video education in practical subjects in the future by proving that practical classes can be operated effectively even in non-face-to-face learning. Moreover, this study is an important indicator for future research and will be used as a quantitative indicator for class improvement.
