감각통합중재를 사용하는 작업치료사의 실무 역량에 대한 인식 및 교육 요구도 (Investigating Professional Competency and the Needs of Training for Occupational Therapists Using Sensory Integration Interventions)

  • 목적 : 감각통합중재를 하는 작업치료사를 대상으로 감각통합중재 역량의 중요도, 수행도, 교육 요구도를 분석하여 역량의 우선 순위를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 작업치료사를 대상으로 성별, 나이, 학력, 근무지, 작업치료 경력, 감각통합치료 경력을 조사하고, 감각통합중재 역량의 중요도, 수행도, 교육 요구도를 조사하였다. 역량의 중요도-수행도 분석을 통해 그 차이를 조사하고, 보리치 요구도 분석 방법을 사용하여 역량의 우선순위를 조사하였다. 결과 : 치료사들은 전문성 역량군을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 반면 수행도는 가장 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 모든 하위역량에서 중요도는 높지만 수행도는 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육 요구도 결과 전문성 역량군에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 중요도-수행도 분석 결과 전문성 역량군이 가장 시급한 중점개선 영역으로 나타났고, 보리치 요구도 분석 결과 모든 역량의 중요도와 실제 수행도 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고, 전문성 역량군에서 가장 큰 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 감각통합중재를 하는 작업치료사는 전문성 역량군을 가장 중요하게 인식하지만 실제 임상 수행에서는 가장 부족한 것으로 나타나 전문가 양성을 위한 교육과정에 우선 고려되어야 할 부분으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 역량기반 감각통합중재 교육과정의 가이드라인으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

간호학생의 보건교육 수행정도와 간호전문직 만족도와의 관계연구 (The Relationship between Health Education Competency and Satisfaction of Professional Nursing in Nursing Students)

  • A study was conducted to identify the perceptions about health education competence and satisfaction of nursing profession, and the relationship between health education competency and satisfaction of nursing profession in nursing students. The subjects were 118 nursing students who were third year at a diploma course. The results of this study are as follows : 1) In domain of health education process, the highest level of competency was the need assessment of the individual health education(mean : 3.62) and the lowest level of competency was the evaluation of heath education program(mean : 2.93. 2) In domain of health education method, the level of competency was estimated ordered as counselling and interview (mean : 3.53), health campaign(mean : 3.42), demonstration(mean : 3.30), role play (mean : 3.28), group discussion (mean : 3.25), lecture(mean : 3.10). 3) In domain of health education place, the level of competency was estimated ordered as of patient education while giving individually care(mean : 3.68), at home(mean : 3.67), in the classrom(mean : 3.67), in the community(mean : 3.35), while teaching with group patients at hosital(mean : 3.30). 4) In domain of activities of health educator, the level of competency was ordered as collaborator(mean : 3.59), coordinator(mean : 3.31), material developer(mean 3.14), program evaluator(mean : 3.13), program designer(mean 3.10). 5) Health education competency was found to be significantly related to satisfaction of professional nursing.

RI-Biomics 기술 직무역량 개발을 위한 역량모델 재정립 및 활용 (Competency Re-modelling & Application Plans for Development of Job Competency in RI-Biomics)

  • RI-Biomics technology is advanced convergence technologies that can be measured in real time and track in vivo behavior and metabolism of substances using characteristics of the radioactive isotope. Its application fields are increasing such as drug development, agriculture, development of new materials and their utilization, etc. In addition, according to domestic and international developments and changes in the RI-Biomics environment, RI-Biomics professionals are needed to train continuously. To develop systematic human resources basement and competency-based curriculum, we perform competency modeling of pedagogical perspective to targeted at high-performance on RI-Biomics. Furthermore, we redefine the competency model and verified by industry experts with focus group interviews. In the result, two general competencies and three professional competencies were extracted by interview. Each competencies are organized six sub-competencies and nine sub-competencies. In the finial steps, the same procedures were repeated to obtain the consensus of experts on derived competencies and behavioral objectives. The results of the study are applicable to enhance human resource management and to develop the curriculum for RI-Biomics expert training. It is expected to be used as reference material of long term-planning for RI-Biomics professional.

체육인재의 경력유형별 융합적 역량모델 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of Integrated Sports Talents' Competency Model By Career Type)

  • 이 연구는 체육인재 경력현황과 분석을 통해 체육인재의 경력유형별 역량모델을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 체육인재는 체육행정, 심판, 지도자, 스포츠정보분석가, 글로벌 스포츠인재로 제한하였고, 문헌분석, 경력개발 유형 및 경력경로 가이드 설계, 경력유형별 인터뷰를 연구방법으로 활용하여 전문가 적합성 검토를 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구 결과 공통역량, 전문역량, 글로벌 전문역량으로 구분되었으며, 공통역량은 글로벌, OA활용 등 6개, 전문역량은 5개 경력유형별로 29개, 글로벌 전문역량은 2개로 국제스포츠인재 대상 스포츠외교, 국제협회 및 연맹진출 준비로 구성되었다. 둘째, 모든 역량에는 역량정의 및 행동지표가 함께 개발되었으며 향후 체육인재 역량 수준 진단 및 역량기반 경력개발 아카데미 교육과정 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of Creation of Shared Value Activities of Professional Volleyball Team on the Team Trust and the Community Identification

  • This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.

보건교사의 학교보건 실무능력 인지도와 전문직 태도에 대한 조사연구 - 초.중.고등학교 보건교사를 대상으로 - (A Survey of School Health Nurses Competency and Professional Attitude)

  • Purpose: The study was aimed to assess the competency and professional attitude of school health nurses who are occupied with adolescent health, and to provide basic information for the development of continuing education programs for them to improve their competencies. Method: The self-reported questionnaire based on WHO assessment tool were used to assess the competencies of the school health nurses providing health care for adolescents. The subjects were 584 school health nurses and the data were collected from January 28 to March 5, 2002. Result: The school health nurses in middle schools showed significantly higher scores than the school health nurses in primary schools on the level of competency. The nurses were scored the highest in the area of dealing with sexual issues for the students, followed by providing them direct care and application of primary care concept to the field of school health nursing. The areas showing the lowest scores were counseling and utilization of the system. There was a significant positive correlation between competency and professional attitude of the school health nurses. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop various continuing educational programs for school health nurses using different teaching methods such as web-based program.

친환경 건설 전문 인력의 핵심 역량 요인 분석 (Key Competency Factors of Professional Engineer in Environment - friendly Construction Industry)

  • 전 세계적으로 환경 문제가 대두되면서 에너지 사용량 절감에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 있다. 우리나라 또한 에너지 사용량 비중이 큰 건축부문의 에너지 사용량 절감을 위한 친환경 건설의 필요성이 강조되고 지속적인 기술개발과 정부의 지원을 바탕으로 친환경 건설 시장은 빠른 속도의 성장을 보이고 있다. 친환경 건설시장이 성장하면서 친환경 전문기업들이 생겨나고 있지만 관련 지식과 노하우를 갖춘 전문가들의 수는 부족하다. 지속적으로 성장하는 친환경 건설 시장의 변화에 대비하기 위하여 전문인력 양성의 기반 마련이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 친환경 건설 산업의 전문 인력에게 요구되는 역량요인에 대한 설문을 실시하고 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 핵심 역량 요인을 도출하고 각각의 의미를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 총 4개의 역량 요인이 도출되었으며 그 중 2개의 요인인 '친환경 및 지속가능성에 대한 이해'와 '인적 관리 역량'이 핵심적인 역량 요인이라는 것을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 인력 양성에 필요한 역량 기준 및 평가에 대한 준비를 위한 기초연구가 될 것이다.

실무수행능력 중심의 교육모형 및 측정도구 개발 (The Development of Nursing Education Model and The Instrument for Improving Clinical Competence)

  • The revolution of nursing curriculum has been focused on clinical competency for nursing graduates to flexibly respond to changes in societal health needs and disciplinary requirements. In this trend, the study was designed to identify basic concepts of nursing education that reflects the changes in societal needs and nursing discipline, and to develop the instrument to measure performance level in each dimension of clinical competency. The study was conducted in two phases. In phase 1, principal concepts consisted of nursing education were determined through literature review as well as series of discussion sessions on nursing philosophies and educational objectives among researchers. Though the process, the conceptual framework of competency based nursing curriculum was constructed with nursing process and professional role as horizontal threads, client, health needs, and nursing interventions as vertical threads. Then, items were developed to represent each dimension of competency : client and health need, nursing process, professional role, and nursing interventions. The total of 273 items were included as to represent clinical competency required for BSN graduates. In phase 2, questionnaires were distributed to nursing faculties of 41 BSN programs to validate the 273-item Instrument developed to measure competency. The total of 34 subjects returned the questionnaire with 81% of response rates. The subjects of the study had an average of 42 months of clinical experience and 13 years of education experience in various nursing areas with an age range of 30 to 52 years. The data were analyzed by utilizing SPSSWIN and the results are as follows. 1) The mean score of the nursing process dimension was supported most with the mean of 3.60(SD=0.32) compared to client and health need dimension(M=3.49, SD=.40), professional role(M=3.41, SD=.44), and nursing interventions(M=3.57, SD=.34). 2) The dimensions of competency were moderately correlated to each other with a range of r=.433 to r=.829, confirming that four dimensions of competency were related but distinct concepts. 3) The items of each dimension were analyzed based on its appropriateness. 'Assessing risk factors of the clients' were most highly supported in client and health need dimension. Most items of nursing process dimension were considered appropriate, while items related to efficient communication were well supported in professional role dimension. In nursing intervention dimension, items on basic nursing skills were highly supported while items on specific nursing interventions such as music therapy or art therapy were considered relatively inappropriate to competency for BSN graduates. The findings clearly showed that the current nursing education more emphasizes nursing interventions based on nursing process than other dimensions of competency. There is a need to reconceptualize nursing curriculum that is able to reflect more of nursing professional role and client/health need dimensions. Further research to validate the instrument by confirming competency dimensions of nursing graduates who are currently working at the hospital has been suggested.

간호실무현장에서 요구하는 간호대학 졸업생들의 간호핵심역량 (Nursing Core Competencies Needed in the Fields of Nursing Practice for Graduates in Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide information on issues of nursing core competencies needed in the fields of nursing practice for graduates in nursing, from the perspective of nursing managers, and to make suggestion for improving nursing education programs. Methods: Ten nursing managers participated in this study. They were in charge of clinical nursing education in the fields of nursing practice. Data were collected using focus group interviews and analyzed with the content analysis methodology of Downe - Wamboldt's. Results: Six types of nursing core competency - therapeutic nursing competency, professional nursing competency, administrative nursing competency, humanistic nursing competency, relational nursing competency, and personal nursing competency - were identified as nursing core competencies needed in the fields of nursing practice for graduates in nursing. Conclusion: Results of the study show important evidence for decision-making about nursing curriculum revision based on nursing core competency, both in the classroom and in nursing practice areas. These results should contribute to the development of evaluation indicators for nursing students or new nurses. Further research is required to measure degree of nursing core competency in graduates of nursing and to identify the effect of competency-based education for improving nursing core competency.

간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량이 간호전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Critical Thinking Disposition, Self-esteem, Creative Convergence Competency on Professional Self-concept in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량이 간호전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 연구 대상자는 간호학과 3, 4학년 재학생 326명이었다. 자료수집은 자기보고식 설문지로 2020년 7월1일부터 7월 30일까지 실시하였으며, SPSS19 program을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, oneway-ANOVA, Cronbach's-α 계수, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생들의 비판적 사고성향은 5점 만점에 3.39±0.02, 자아존중감은 5점 만점에 3.46±0.03, 창의융합역량은 5점 만점에 3.33±0.02, 전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 3.07±0.02이었다. 대상자의 간호전문직 자아개념은 비판적 사고성향(r=.748, p<.001), 자아존중감(r=.642, p<.001), 창의융합역량(r=.707, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 전문적 자아개념에 대한 주요영향 변인은 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량으로 67.8%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념을 향상시키기 위해서 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감 및 창의융합역량을 강화하는 전략이 필요함을 제언한다.
