이 연구는 필름 사진에서 디지털 사진으로의 변화를 경험한 직업사진가들이 겪은 경험과 인식에 대해 현상학적 접근을 통해 직업사진가들의 노동과 창작 환경의 변화 의미와 맥락을 찾아보려는 데 있다. 디지털 기술의 발전은 사회에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 사진도 디지털 카메라의 보급으로 커다란 변화를 겪었다. 아날로그 사진에 비해 디지털 카메라는 어렵고 복잡했던 사진 제작 공정을 카메라 안에서 촬영과 동시에 완성되도록 만들었다. 조작이 쉬운 디지털 카메라는 대중에게 빠르게 보급되었고 사진의 창작과 소비 형태도 크게 변해 갔다. 반면, 기존의 전문 사진 업계는 어려움을 겪기 시작했다. 광학 기반의 사진 산업은 붕괴되고 직업사진가들은 수입의 감소나 소외감을 겪기도 했다. 연구를 위해 연구자는 디지털 사진과 디지털 산업에 관한 선행연구들을 찾아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 직업사진가 12명을 만나 심층인터뷰를 실시했고 수집된 자료들로 현상학적 분석을 적용했다. 이러한 접근을 통해 필름 사진에서 디지털 사진으로 변화된 이면에 사진가들이 느끼는 불안과 소외감, 그리고 새로운 방식에 적응하기 위한 노력 등을 통해 디지털 사진 시대에 직업사진가들이 겪은 경험과 사회적인 의미를 탐색해 보고자 했다.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

Virtual world technology is driving major advances in education, entertainment, and professional training. Metaverse and extended reality (XR) technologies maximize immersion to enhance learning, provide global learning environments, and expose students to situations that are difficult to experience in real life. Career exploration is an important developmental task in adolescence, and virtual training maximizes learning by providing life-like experiences with imagery training. Virtual training overcomes spatial, financial, performance, and situational constraints and is effective in a variety of fields, including military and disaster training. It provides customized learning for various users such as youth, job seekers, and people with disabilities, deepening their understanding of professional activities and improving their problem-solving skills. It also improves the quality of learning through repetitive learning and contributes to the improvement of teamwork and communication skills, and helps to solve financial problems by using unlimited internal resources and space in virtual space, and enables people with disabilities to perform in various professions. This paper investigated the value of virtual training as a comprehensive educational tool through an economical and efficient learning experience.

본 연구는 서예 진흥의 관한 법률이 시행됨에 따라 서예 교육 전문인력을 양성 방향을 검토해 보자는 의미에서 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 연구의 목적은 서예분야 인력 양성이라는 방향을 도출하고, 기존의 서당식, 도제식 방법과 다른 교육 전문인력 양성방향을 제안하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 서예분야 인력현황을 실태조사와 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 2022년 3월 기준 한국 대학 서예학과의 교과과정 현황 전체를 분석하여 그 특징을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향과 지정기관을 통한 전문인력 양성 방향을 제시하였다. 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향은 교육 구성원이 함께 협업하여 참여자들의 역량 강화를 도모할 수 있는 자율연수방안을 선택하였으며, 서예교육 전문성 강화를 위한 직무연수 운영방안을 기본, 전문, 심화과정으로 제시하였다. 지정기관을 통한 전문인력양성 방안은 교육·전공·운영·소통역량에 총 26개의 프로그램을 제시하였다.

At a time when mathematics is becoming more important in our everyday lives and more relevant in applications in industry and the emerging technologies, there are signs of a decrease in numbers of students and their interest in the subject. Teachers must be encouraged to take a new approach to generating enthusiasm amongst students by showing them that mathematics is an integral part of the future. To achieve this, opportunities for renewal of teachers' knowledge and updating of skills should be made available. In this paper, emphasis is placed on mathematics in the real world and how it can be used to develop the more general skills such as self-teaching and communication which are an essential part of preparation for entry into higher education or the workplace.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

Purpose: This study was to identify factors that influence the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Method: The data were collected from 1st, August until 7th, August, 2005. The subjects were 238 nurses from a general hospital in Busan. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS program. Result: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction was significant positive correlations with flexibility, satisfaction, competence factors and significant negative correlations with empathy factors and centralization factor. The most powerful predictors of Nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction was managerial strategy of organizational characteristics. And, satisfaction factors of professional self-concept, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative- dominant culture and innovative-dominant culture were powerful predictor factors. The Other powerful predictors of nurses's job satisfaction were satisfaction factors of professional Self-concept, communication and centralization factor of organizational characteristics, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative-dominant culture, professional image factor of nurse image. Conclusion: This study revealed that important factors for nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Consequently, the manager should be make effective managerial strategy and encourage that nurse have more satisfy to professional self-concept. And the manager make constant efforts to create an affiliative culture in hospital.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preceptor preparation education on the preceptor's role recognition, role conflict and professional self-concept. Method: A Quasi-experimental design with non-equivalant control group was used. The subjects included 39 nurses, 19 in experimental group, and 20 in the control group. The program consisted of introduction of preceptor education program & curriculum, change of hospital management environment, the newest trend of nursing course, concept of preceptorship, steps of preceptorship, role of preceptor, attitude of preceptor, role of education, etiquette in nursing situation, policy of clinical education ability improvement, communication, conflict management, nursing ethics, contents concerned nursing professionalist, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and medication. The data was collected from September 29 to November 17, 2007 using a structured questionnaire. Result: Preceptor's role recognition was increased significantly in the experimental group. However, role conflict and professional self-concept weren't significantly changed in the experimental group, compared to the control group. Conclusion: This study provides evidence for potential and beneficial effect of preceptor preparation education program on nurses.

Under the WTO system, global standardization of professionalism in architecture practice calls for transformation of curriculum in architectural education in Korea. This paper compares the curriculum standards of international accrediting authorities such as NAAB and RIBA based on UIA accord which defines fundamental knowledge and abilities of an architect. As a result this paper extracts 51 achievement oriented criteria of architectural education in Korea. It can be categorized as communication, design, cultural context(history and theory, human behavior and social aspects), technical systems(structural systems, environmental control systems, construction material and assemblies) and practice(project process, project economics and business management, laws and regulations). Based on this recommended Korean curriculum standards, current curriculum is analyzed focusing on the 5 architectural programs in Seoul. Through this analysis, it became clear that some area - social and economic aspects in architecture, sustainability in architecture, understanding and selection of construction material, assemblies and environmental control system, recycling of existing building, professional liability, professional rules of conduct, project economics and project management - need to be covered and emphasized to meet the international standards in professional education in architecture. The result in this paper will be used as a basic data in the process of finding the direction of restructuring curriculum for professional architectural education in Korea.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the correlation between self-concept and organization of socialization in professional settings among dental hygienists. Methods: Statistical analysis was carried out on the collected data to identify any correlation between frequency and percentages. Cronbach's alpha value and one-way ANOVA were conducted. SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct a correlation analysis on self-concept and socialization in professional settings. Validity of the research tools was also confirmed. Results: There was a correlation between the identity and job satisfaction, with the figures showing great variance. Satisfaction was correlated with the nature of the corporation and job performance. In addition, communication had a negative correlation between job characteristics and identities, job performance, while, organizational commitment and positive correlation showed a statistically significant difference. Conclusions: The study reviewed the impact on organizational socialization. The dental hygienist is believed to be on going research into developing more effective and systematic training programs so that they can be effectively socialized society organizations to improve the professional self-concept.
