우리나라의 현행 의약품분류체계에 대한 고찰 및 개선 방안 (Current Drug Classification System in Korea and Its Improvement)

  • Appropriate drug classification is important fur rational drug consumption. This study was conducted to evaluate the appropriateness of current drug classification system and suggest possible ways for improving the system. Nonprescription drug market has been decreased. Since total 27,962 products had been classified (prescription 17,187 vs. nonprescription 10,775 products, 61.5% vs. 38.5%) in July 2000 for implementing separation of drug prescribing and dispensing system, there are no classification changes. Reclassification is not motivated by product holder and regulatory system did not lead classification change either. Consumers' ease access to some nonprescription drugs is demanded. But point of public awareness and cultural and health environmental views, saff drug use rather than advantages from broad supply of nonprescription drugs is more critical. We concluded that current 2-categorized (prescription and nonprescription) drug classification system is appropriate, and addition of general sale category should be approached carefully with long term Preparations such as establishment of better nonprescription drug consuming infrastructure by public information provision and education for improving public medicinal knowledge and strengthening self medication guidance, and review of current classification status of marketed drugs and switching possibilities. For systemizing and encouraging reclassification, introduction of regulatory renewal system as a continuous reevaluation program which is the best way to review appropriateness of drug classification as well as provision of detailed guidance for industry including policy, requirement and process fer reclassification application, are necessary.

  • 온라인 환경을 통한 전자상거래 활동은 IT 기술발전과 더불어 급속하게 다양한 형태로 성장해가고 있다. 더욱이 온라인 시장의 확대는 온라인 쇼핑 운영업체들 사이에 경쟁을 더욱 가속화시키는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 또한, 온라인 환경에서 판매 전략을 위한 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 환경구성에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에, 반지와 관련되어 온라인 판매 활성화를 위한 마케팅 전략 개발이 필요하며, 이를 위해 본 논문에서 검색 상위에 랭크되어있는 업체들의 온라인 콘텐츠 구성요소 분석을 통해 반지 산업에 적합한 구성요소를 도출하였다. 특히, 젊은 고객 수요층을 목표로 온라인 구성 요소 개발과 이를 기반으로 구축 결과에 관하여 살펴보았으며, 향후 젊은 고객수요층을 대상으로 경쟁력 있는 반지 마케팅을 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper was able to indicate to the results the following thing that attempted a required potential development demand, through the contents and cost analysis in Rural Community Development Project. Nowadays, Rural Areas comparatively have a lot of development demands related to improvements environmental of residence life and construction of Urban-Rural Exchange Facility, on the other and, there is comparatively a few facilities demands regarding agriculture production. Demand is cold storage facilities and agricultural products direct sale facilities expansion to be able to raise value added of agricultural products as facilities related comparatively a little agriculture production, and an improvement of residence life comparatively has a lot of repair environmental uninhabited house repair, river-front and the roadside, rest shelter creation demands. However, that should be forecasted so that aging of rural, population decrease and development demand is caused by a lot of issues such as maintenances operation of many Urban-Rural Exchange Facilities and a similar program and content has a lot of them in bilateral adjacent zones. Therefore, in the future plan shall attempt efficiency operating facilities and a program through characterization and network of zone so that facilities and program can have complementary relation in the adjacent zones. And item development and an investor are necessary regarding new labor force supply for continuous value maintenance of space and returning to the farm that there were the reverse agriculture production and Amenity which are an rural village. Furthermore, developmental plan of rural village is necessary through the demand analyses that a citizen wishing for things.

'사과배' 원 조성사업의 경제적 타당성분석 - 중국 연변지역을 중심으로 - (Economic Feasibility Analysis of Applepear(Ping Guo Li) Farm Development in Yanbian Area in China)

  • The most representative fruit in Yanbian area is Applepear(Ping Guo Li). It has been a important resource of farm income. According to the economic growth and income Increase of individual consumers, food consumption pattern will be changed from grain to high value cash crops such as Applepear and vegetables. The globalization and adapt ion of free market oriented economic policy of China government have led to change the collective farming system to individual farm management system. The institutional transformation have brought about high productivity of farm products and incomes of farmers. Therefore the plantation area of Applepear and requirement of investment cost for establishment of Applepear farms have increased rapidly since the 1980's, the time of perestroika and glasnost in Chinese economy. In prosperity of Chinese agriculture, individual farmer's decision making as free selection of farmland use, selection of high pay-off crops, free sale of the products in free market and credit support for the project might be the most important factors. In case of Applepear farm development, net present value of the project net benefit was estimated at 55.518won per hectare and financial rate of return was 21%. The benefit/cost ratio of the project was 2.11. Considering 10% of discounting rate or the opportunity cost of capital in China the Applepear farm development project showed us economically feasible in the light of the above efficiency indices. The Chinese government has to support Applepear farm development project financially and institutionally considering the high-payoff benefit of the fruit and farmer's in come increase in the future.

모바일 서비스 환경을 이용한 쇼핑 플래너 시스템 (Shopping Planner System in Mobile Service Environment)

  • 스마트 폰의 보급에 맞추어 대형 백화점 및 대형 할인점들도 잇따라 애플리케이션을 출시하고 있다. 그러나 이들의 애플리케이션은 기존의 웹(web)을 바탕으로 했던 상품 정보 리스트, 검색, 장바구니 등의 기능을 단지 모바일 디바이스에 맞추어 그대로 이식하는 수준에 머물고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대성과 이동성의 장점을 가진 모바일 서비스 환경을 이용하여 대형 상점을 이용하는 고객이 상품의 현재 위치를 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있도록 도와주는 쇼핑 플래너 시스템의 개발 내용에 대해 기술한다. 본 시스템은 기존 상품을 단순 검색하는 방식에서 더 나아가 상품의 현재 위치를 대형 상점의 지도상에 표시해주고, 지도상에 표시된 상품의 행사 유무를 알려주며, 고객이 구매 계획했던 상품과 비교하여 구매하지 않은 상품을 구별 할 수 있도록 해준다. 스마트 모바일 환경에서 실행될 수 있는 이러한 기능들을 통해 고객은 좀 더 쉽고 빠르게 구매하려는 상품을 찾을 수 있으며, 더이상 상품의 위치 또는 재고여부를 파악하기 위해 고객이 직원을 찾아다니는 불편함을 해결 할 수 있게 된다.

제품조형의 내구적 속성에 관한 연구 -장기간 판매 제품의 사례를 중심으로 (The Study on the formal durability of consumer products - focused on the cases of long-selling products)

  • 환경오염이라는 인류의 총체적 위기는 인간 중심적 패러다임을 인간과 자연의 공존을 목표로 하는 생태학적 패러다임으로 변화시켰고, 이에 따라 디자이너 역시 인류의 과제인 환경문제 해결에 동참하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 사회적 책임과 디자이너 자신의 윤리적 책임은 디자인 방향을 환경을 위한 디자인(Design For Environment)으로 전환하게 하였다. 본 연구는 디자인을 통한 환경 문제 해결이라는 측면에서 그 하나의 실마리를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 즉, 제품의 조형에서 내구적 속성을 파악하여 이를 제품에 부가함으로써, 경제적 손실과 환경오염을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 것이다. 제품의 형태를 결정짓는 디자이너의 입장에서 제품 조형의 내구적 속성을 파악하여 이를 제품에 부여한다는 것은 제품의 수명(Product Life Cycle)을 연장시키는 데 도움을 줌으로써, 제품의 폐기를 유보시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 제품이 제 수명을 다하기도 전에 새로운 형태의 제품에 밀려 폐기되는 일을 감소시켜 과잉 생산에서 오는 에너지 낭비와 자원의 소모를 막고, 오염물질의 방출과 쓰레기를 줄여 환경오염을 최소화시킬 수 있는 것이다. 이것은 기본적으로 기업의 과도한 경쟁 의식에 의한 무분별한 제품개발과 소비자의 소비 지향적인 태도에 반발하는 것이다. 이 가정 위에서 제품 조형의 내구적 속성을 밝히는 것이 이 논문의 궁극적 목표라 하겠다.

리테일 산업에서의 구매단계별 사물인터넷 활용과 가치 창출 (The Internet of Things(IoT) applications and value creation in the retail industry: focusing on consumer decision-making stages)

  • 본 연구는 소비자 관점에서 리테일 분야의 사물인터넷 기반 제품 및 서비스 활용 현황을 파악하고 각각 서비스의 역할과 소비가치에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 의사결정과정을 구매이전, 구매, 구매이후 단계로 나누고 사물인터넷 제품 및 서비스 사례를 단계별로 분류한 후, 각 재품 및 서비스의 특징 및 소비가치를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 의사결정과정에 이용되는 사물인터넷 제품 및 서비스는 구매 이전 단계에서 정보제공, 대안비교 기능을 수행하며 구매단계에서는 상호작용, 자동결제시스템에 활용되고 있다. 구매 이후 단계에서는 반복 구매를 유도하고 사후서비스를 제공한다. 의사결정 전반에서 스마트 리테일은 인식 가치, 기능적 가치를 제공하고 구매 이전 단계에서는 상황적 가치 및 사회적 가치를, 구매 이후 단계에서는 상황적 가치를 추가적으로 제공한다. 본 연구는 기존의 기술·산업중심으로 이루어졌던 사물인터넷 연구에서 나아가 소비자중심에서 소비가치를 고찰함으로써 소비자의 만족도 향상과 스마트 리테일의 발전을 위한 조언을 제공함에 있다.

영국의 일반의약품(Over-the-counter drugs) 관리법의 의료정책적 함의 (The NHS Over-the-Counter Drugs Policy in UK: Its Experiences and Implications)

  • Changes in a drug's availability from prescription only to over-the-counter (OTC) status is of concern to physicians from both public health and individual patient perspectives. Government has generally been supportive of changes in medications from prescription(Rx) to over-the-counter (OTC) status in Korea, however, recognizing that there are both benefits and risks to any health care intervention, health care professionals are conservative in implementing changes to either the process or structure of health care. Changes in status of a drug from Rx to OTC can represent a change in both structure and process. Cost and convenience seem to be major factors in determining whether, given the choice, patients purchase a medicine over the counter or obtain it on prescription. With current arrangements, exemption from prescription charges provides an incentive to continue to obtain products on NHS prescription even when they are available over the counter. There is therefore no simple relation between the availability of over the counter medicines and the level of prescribing of deregulated products. The appropriate use of over the counter medicines-particularly those that have only recently been deregulated-places a burden of care on community pharmacists and calls for closer working relationships with general practitioners. In particular, systems for referral and for recording details of both prescribed and over the counter medicines need to be developed, and a direct route needs to be established for community pharmacists to report adverse drug reactions to over the counter products. Reclassification of prescription medicines-by making them available through pharmacies without a prescription-provides the opportunity for consumers to purchase a wider range of medicinal products without making a demand on NHS resources. There is, however, no simple relation between availability of over the counter medicines and demand for NHS prescriptions. In the late 1980s the UK government fuelled the over the counter market by making it easier to reclassify certain medicines from prescription only status to allow over the counter sale in pharmacies. To explore the influence of deregulation of medicines on NHS prescribing, this article presents analyses of consumer behaviour in using medicines and prescribers' attitudes to over the counter medication and collates findings from research. Policy makers should be aware that patients' expectations in relation to OTC medicines may be in conflict with evidence-based practice.

탈모(脫毛) 고객(顧客)의 제품이용실태와(製品使用實態) 관리(管理) 및 만족도(滿足度) 조사(調査) (A survey of the status of hair loss product use, hair loss treatment and satisfaction level)

  • The domestic market for scalp care and hair loss management reached 1 trillion won. The market for hair loss management is expected to expand further. Systematic scalp and hair care services, such as scalp scaling, scalp massage, equipment maintenance, scalp care products sale, and care program based on scalp and trichology are provided. This study examined the status of hair loss management and use of hair care products by people experiencing hair loss and the level of their satisfaction. In addition, this study presents basic data for the effective hair loss management and marketing strategies for scalp and hair loss clinics. The results are as follows. 41.2% of the study subjects were in their 20s, and 66.6% of the study subjects were women. As for the hair loss symptoms, 45.2%, the largest percentage, had thin and wispy hair and more women had thin hair than men. 80.0% of men had oily hair. As for the scalp condition, 39,3% had oily scalp. As more women experience hair loss, 39.6% had female pattern hair loss and 31.0% had male pattern hair loss. As the largest percentage of people experiencing hair loss was in their 20s, 33.4%, the largest percentage, had the onset of hair loss in their early 20s. 34.1%, the largest percentage, reported having used the clinic for less than 1 month. The older the subject, the longer the length of hair clinic use. As for the average number of monthly hair loss clinic visits, 28.2%, the largest percentage, said 3 times. As for the hair loss management product use, 61.9%, said they do not use it and 38.1% said they use it. 5.6%, the largest percentage, used Davines at home and 9.6%, the largest percentage, used Kerastase at the clinic. As for the experience of hair loss product previously, 84.5% said they had no experience and 15.5% said they had eThe following are related to the satisfaction level of hair loss management. xperience. 5.0%, the largest percentage, reported having used Daenggimeori. The following are related to the satisfaction level of hair loss management. 32.8%, the largest percentage, said the effect of hair loss management lasted less than 6 monthas. As for the satisfaction levels on hair loss management program, service, skill of the hair specialist, hygiene, and hair loss management products, most people indicated between average and somewhat satisfactory levels. As for the satisfaction level on the cost of hair loss management, most people indicated average satisfaction level. As for the element essential to hair loss management, 39.0%, the largest percentage, indicated development of effective and specialized programs, 28.2%, indicated low price, 25.1%, indicated systematic and professional education of the hair specialist, 4.6%, indicated marketing and promotion, 2.5%, indicated service quality, and 0.6% indicated others.

서울지역 유통 한약재 중 잔류농약 실태조사 (Pesticide Residues Monitoring of Medicinal Herbs in Seoul)

  • 서울지역에서 유통되는 1,565개 한약재에 대하여 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 100종의 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 농약의 회수율은 71.0~119.7%이였다. 전체 시료 중 잔류농약 검출률은 5.3%이고, 0.9%가 MRLs를 초과하였다. 잔류농약 검출률이 높은 한약재는 택사, 진피, 구기자, 대추였다. 농약잔류허용기준을 초과한 한약재는 택사(4), 천궁(4), 구절초(1), 진피(1), 지골피(1), 박하(1), 오미자(1), 포공영(1)이였다. 검출빈도가 높은 잔류농약은 cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos, phenthoate, endosulfan, isoprothiolane, chlorothalonil, chlorfenapyr였다. 검출된 농약의 EDI와 ADI를 비교한 %ADI 값으로 위해성 평가를 실시하였다. 천궁에서 검출된 ethoprophos가 26.85로 가장 높은 %ADI를 나타내었다. 그리고 천궁에서 pyraclofos와 endosulfan, 택사에서 endosulfan과 isoprothiolane, 포공영에서 cyprodinil이 1 이상의 %ADI를 나타내었지만 그 이외 한약재는 모두 1이하의 %ADI를 나타내었다.
