  • 본 연구는 국내의 금속열처리 중소기업을 대상으로 필요한 정보를 현장에서 수집하고 발취하는 체계적인 방법을 결정하는데 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재한 중소기업을 중심으로 연구되었으며, 중요한 점은 열처리 공정 현장 데이터를 의미 있는 생산기술관리 정보 데이터로 변환하여 생산기술관리를 위한 금속열처리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 결론적으로 중소기업형 금속열처리의 생산정보시스템을 구축하였다.

  • In this paper, a model of an asymptotically reliable serial production line with quailty control devices is introduced and analyzed. By an asymptotic technique and Taylor series expansion, its average production rate is approximated in a closed form. The results are applied to a case study of a surface mount system.

  • This paper presents an approximate analysis of the serial production lines using decomposition technique. A serial production line consists of a series of unreliable machines separated by finite buffers. The serial production line is evaluated by approximation method, the results of which are compared with those examined by the discrete time event simulation, based on this approximation method, a gradient technique is proposed, which improves the efficiency of an operation of production line through the re-allocation of buffers.

  • This paper introduces the movement creation and control technique of an avatar, whose replacement of the user is increasing due to the rapid development of the internet and hardware that generalizes the VR. A 3D avatar´s movement is usually created through the key-framing technique or motion-capture equipment. This paper introduce the production of the avatar´s movement by constructing a articulated avatar whose speed and movement are automatically created by the neural oscillatory network and avatar´s joint is controlled by the use of kinematics and motion editor.

  • The improvement of the production capability of multi PCB assembly line can not be simply done by improving the capacities of each assembly robot cells but must be done by controlling the production line effectively with the line host computer which controls over the whole assembly line. A real time production control, a real time model change and a real time trouble shooting compose the specific concepts of this technique. In this paper, we present and analyze the definition and application method of real time assembly concept. The meaning of real time model change, troubles and error sooting and its algorithm will be introduced. Also, the function of the host computer which is in charge of all of many different tasks mentioned above and the method are presented. The improvement of the productivity is mainly focused on the efficiency of multi-PCB production control. The importance of this aspect is gradually increasing, which we have presented the analysis and the solution.

  • This paper discusses an application of discrete variable Servo Theory to the analysis of the effectiveness of production-inventory control system which uses exponential smoothing as a specific forecasting technique by establishing a new model which consists of such three departments as production planning, production, and inventory. The objective of the new production-inventory model is to keep the production to the optimal level of minimum production cost in production planning problem for obtaining, the stability of inventory subject to demand variation. On this basis, the dynamic characteristic of the system with the change of the parameters is clarified by the numerical analysis. The results of the numerical analysis show the effect that is obtained by the simultaneous stability of production and inventory as soon as possible.

  • The importance of plant factory which blend agriculture and manufacture has been discussed widely. This company has researched hydroponics technique for cultivation which has been mainly developed in the sites of Okinawa and Hyougo Prefecture. In 1987, we stopped the previous research there, and started a new one far plant factory at the Agricultural Research Center of Chiba Prefecture. In 1989, we built four experimental plant factories (120㎡) at Chiba Oil Factory Refinery in Ichihara-city, developing techniques of cultivation, equipment production and environmental control for cultivation system of tomato, strawberry and leaf vegetables.   • This paper deals with a modeling of manufacturing system and a model analysis by a SIMAN language. A flow of production process is analyzed, and a mathematical model on the basis of the analyzed data is simulated by a SIMAN language. An object of this study is to achieve an optimization of production a reduction of cost, and an improvement of quality by a applicable line-balancing technique and an optimization technique in a real factor induced an analysis and synthesis of the result of simulation.

  • This paper develops a standard time table using STD(Standard Tine Data) Technique in multi-product and one-unit production systems. STD leads to greater consistency between similar jobs. The constant-time and special elements will always be the same even though they pertain to different part numbers. Actually, the standards will very based on the size of the variable elements that are in control of the time. A real-field example is presented.

  • Production technologies for aluminum rolling stocks are mainly related to welding of aluminum alloys. Automatic welding of extrusion profiles and control of welding deformations are the important contents of the production technologies. Another production technology other than welding is the technique for surface treatment of aluminum carbody. In this paper, problems caused during construction of the test carbody are described and the remedies for the problems are suggested. The accumulated experiences and systematic data will be helpful for the mass production of aluminum rolling stocks in the furture.
