'Master Character Set-up' for Effective Management of 3D Animation Pipe Line (애니메이션 효율적 공정관리를 위한 캐릭터 셋업)

  • The current 3D CG animation pipe line, which is the production system, does not have an effective solution that all animation departments are able to start their jobs independently against other animation departments. It is generally acknowledged that we could not do animating task before the modeling and set-up task. This kind of process has caused loss of labour. We could expect lasting problems which is stopping marking animating process before the previous process done again in case of requiring editing the jobs which are modeling and set-up. We could solve these "bottleneck" situation with "master character" defined as standard, so that animate and retake the job independently against other departments. These new process could accelerate the animation pipe line system.

Inhibitory Effect on the Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Nitric Oxide Formation in RAW264.7 and on the Proliferation of HeLa Cell Lines by the Stem Bark Extracts of Abies nephrolepis (분비나무 줄기 수피 추출물에 의한 HeLa Cell Line의 증식억제 효과와 RAW264.7 세포에서 Lipopolysaccharide에 의해 유도된 Nitric Oxide 생성 저해효과)

  • Abies nephrolepis(Pinaceae) extracts were tested for determined immune system regulating activity based on antiinflammatory activity, antioxidant activity and anti-proliferative effect on HeLa cell line. The A. nephrolepis extracts increased dose-dependently anti-proliferation of HeLa cell line. The DM fraction of the extracts having anti-proliferatative effects of HeLa cell line was fractionalized four subfractions($D1{\sim}D4$). Inflammation-induced NO production was inhibited by D2 and D4 in LPS-activated RAW264.7 macrophages. And also, this fractions showed antioxidant activity examined by DPPH radical scavenging effects. These results suggest that the potential use of DM fraction of A. nephrolepis in chemoprevention and regulation overproduction of NO on pathogenic conditions. The mechanism of the inflammatory effects, however, must be evaluated through various parameters in the induction cascade of NO production.

  • The recent machine tools are requested so high-quality processing and productivity increasing. Therefore, it is so necessary to develop technology fur high-speed and high-precision. This thesis touches on the development of high speed and intellectual line center. At first, the line center is necessary that strong structure, compact structure and light weight design for high-speed processing and transfer. So, it is necessary that examination of new materials and structures for light-weight and control devices for precision processing. So. it is going to make mention of the process of 1st model production for the above-mentioned based on test model production and evaluation.

  • To investigate effect of water extract of PaIMuITang(PMT) on human cancer cell-lines and immunocytes, this research estimated proliferation of A431 cell line, KHOS-NP cell line, mouse thymocytes and mouse splenocytes, Nitric Oxide(NO) from macrophage, apoptosis and subpopulation of the mouse thymocytes. The results were obtained as follows; 1. PMT inhibited the. proliferation of A431 cell line, but it is not significant. 2. PMT inhibited the proliferation of KHOS-NP cell line, but it is not significant. 3. PMT stimulated the proliferation of mouse thymocytes, being compared Con A non-treated group. 4. PMT stimulated the proliferation of mouse splenocytes, being compared LPS treated group. 5. PMT l00g/mQ inhibited the production of NO from macrophages in vitro, being compared NPS IFN treated group. 6. PMT inhibited the production of NO from macrophages in vivo, being compared LPS|IFN treated group. 7. PMT accelerated the induction of apoptosis of the mouse thymocytes. 8. In subpopulation PMT decreased $T_H$ of the mouse thymocytes, but increased T /dT s of the mouse thymocytes.

  • Companies are pursuing the management of small quantity batch production or JIT(Just-in-time) system for improving the delivery response and LOB(Line Balancing) in order to satisfy consumers' increasing demands in the current global economic recession. And in order to improve the growth of production for reducing manufacturing cost, improvements of the Load Balancing have become an important reformation factor. Thus this paper is aimed at warehouse which procures materials on the assembly line in procurement logistics of automotive logistics and proceed with research on heuristic algorithm development which can increase the Load Balancing of workers. As a result of this study, when applied the primary target value, it was verified that the whole workers decreased from 28 to 24. Furthermore, when specified the secondary target value and applied algorithm once more, it was verified that the Load Balance Ratio was improved from 44.96% to 91.7%.

Somatic Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration with Embryogenic Tissue Lines in Pinus densiflora (소나무 배발생조직 라인 별 체세포배 유도 및 식물체 재분화)

  • This experiment was conducted to evaluate growth rate among 15 embryogenic tissue lines (ETLs), comparison of maturation on somatic embryos (SEs) with 13 ETLs and efficiency with various concentrations of gelrite on SEs germination in Japanese red pine (Pinus densiflora). In comparison of ETLs growth rate (folds) with 15 lines, the 05-4 line (5.3 folds) showed the highest rate, on the other hand, the lowest one was recorded in the line of 05-37 (1.4 folds). The 13 ETLs were tested for the extent of SEs production. The best production was recorded in the line of 05-4 (39.8/90 mg F.W.). However, most of ETLs, except 5 lines (05-4, 12, 21, 29 and 37), did not produce SEs at all, therefore, big differences in the ability of SEs production existed among the ETLs tested. Effects of various gelrite concentrations for SEs germination with 3 ETLs were also compared. The highest result was obtained from 0.2% gelrite concentration with 05-4 line (47.3%), there was a inclination that the rate of germination was gradually declined over 0.2% gelrite concentration with the 05-4 and 29 lines. respectively. In contrast, in the line of 05-37, no SEs germination occurred on medium with 0.1 or 0.2% gelrite. In conclusion, the growth rate, SEs production and germination frequency were appeared to deeply depended on the ETLs.

But nowadays, cause of technology extension and oversupply and price down, yield improvement is the most important point on growth. This paper describes the computer mode]ing technique as the solutions to analyze the problem, to formalize the semiconductor manufacturing process and to build advanced manufacturing environments. The computer models are built referring an existing 8' wafer production line in Korea.

  • Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a disease in which thrombocytopenia occurs because of immune-mediated platelet destruction and decreased platelet production. Although many pediatric patients with ITP experience spontaneous remission or reach remission within 12 months of first-line therapy, approximately 20% progress to chronic ITP. Patients who do not respond to first-line treatment or experience frequent relapses are of great concern to physicians. This review summarizes recent treatments for second-line treatment of pediatric chronic ITP.

  • Mixed-model production technology is a method of producing multiple products with one production process and production line in order to reduce wasted manpower and adjust to market trends. In other words, mixed-model production is a flexible production system that changes production volume by model according to market demand. This study has developed a progressive laminated stamping die technology to enable flexible production of a motor core consisting of attaching and detaching the Cam on the back of the punch so that two kinds of stator and two kinds of rotor could be produced in one progressive die.

  • Defects of corrugated board were limiting factors to the corrugated industry's growth. On-line detecting systems of defects are beneficial to increase profits of the corrugated board companies by reducing base paper consumption, increasing process reliability, and increasing productivity. By replacing naked eye inspection of defects to a defects detecting system, continuous inspection without fatigue may guarantee final products quality. The system was developed, which was consisted of line scan CCD camera, lens, illuminating parts, high speed image processor, software, various input parts, and output parts. First installation location of the system was at before fluting process after base paper unwinding, and surface of liner board was inspected by the system. Second installation location was after fluting process and combining process for liner board. Production loss includes ragged appearance of edge, irregular flute shape, wrong combination of flute, score cracking, defects in base paper, and flute cracking. The production loss was analyzed before and after the system installation at a commercial domestic mill. The production loss ratio was defined as a production loss weight per total production weight. The production loss ratio before the installation was decreased a lot from 1.28%(during 3 months before installation) to 0.76%(during 12 months after the first installation) and to 0.25%(during 6 months after the second installation).
