생산실적의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 POP시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Construction of POP System with Reliable Acquisition of Production Data)

  • Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

  • 생산시스템은 다양한 제품을 특정 공정에 따라 생산되며, 이는 다양한 생산 데이터를 발생시킨다. 이러한 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 제조실행시스템(MES)과 같은 생산관리시스템이 사용된다. MES에서 가장 중요한 항목은 생산설비에서 발생되는 설비데이터를 작업자의 간섭 없이 직접적으로 수집하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 생산현장에서 발생하는 다양한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하기 위한 데이터 수집 방법으로 범용기계에 적용 가능한 센서를 이용한 방법과 자동화 기계에 적용 가능한 PLC를 이용한 데이터수집 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 데이터 수집시스템은 실제 생산시스템에 적용하여 효율성을 검증하였다. 제조 현장에서 설비의 상태데이터를 수집하는 시스템을 활용하여 실시간으로 현장정보를 제공할 수 있는 MES를 구현할 수 있다.

Word-final Coda Acquisition by English-Speaking Childrea with Cochlear Implants

  • This paper examines the production patterns of the acquisition of coda consonants in monosyllabic words in English-speaking children with cochlear implants. The data come from the transcribed speech of children with cochlear implants. This study poses three questions. First, do children with cochlear implants acquire onset consonants earlier than codas? Second, do children's productions have a bimoraic-sized constraint that maintains binary feet? Third, what patterns emerge from production of coda consonants? The results revealed that children with cochlear implants acquire onset consonants earlier than codas. With regard to the bimoraic-sized constraints, the productions of vowel type (i.e., monomoraic and bimoraic) were more accurate for monomoraic vowels than bimoraic ones for some children with cochlear implants, although accuracy in vowel productions showed high proportion regardless of vowel types. The variations of coda production exhibited individual differences. Some children produced less sonorant consonants with high frequency and others produced more sonorant ones. The results of this study were similar to those pertaining to children with normal hearing. In the process of coda consonant acquisition, the error patterns of prosody-sensitive production may be regarded as articulatory challenges to produce higher-level prosodic structures.

Effects of age of L2 acquisition and L2 experience on the production of English vowels by Korean speakers

  • The current study investigated the influence of age of L2 acquisition (AOA) and length of residence (LOR) in the L2 setting country on the production of voicing-conditioned vowel duration and spectral qualities in English by Korean learners. The primary aim was to explore the ways in which the language-specific phonetic features are acquired by the age of onset and L2 experience. Analyses of the archived corpus data produced by 45 native speakers of Korean showed that, regardless of AOA or LOR, absolute vowel duration was used as a salient correlate of voicing contrast in English for Korean learners. The accuracy of relative vowel duration was influenced more by onset age than by L2 experience, suggesting that being exposed to English at an early age may benefit the acquisition of temporal dimension. On the other hand, the spectral characteristics of English vowels were more consistently influenced by L2 experience, indicating that immersive experience in the L2 speaking environment are likely to improve the accurate production of vowel quality. The distinct influence of the onset age and L2 experience on the specific phonetic cues in L2 vowel production provides insight into the intricate relationship between the two factors on the manifestation of L2 phonological knowledge.

50 kHz Split Beam 데이터 수록 및 처리 시스템의 성능특성 (Performance Characteristics of a 50-kHz Split-beam Data Acquisition and Processing System)

  • The directivity characteristics of acoustic transducers for conventional single-beam echo sounders considerably limit the detection of fish-size information in acoustic field surveys. To overcome this limitation, using the split-aperture technique to estimate the direction of arrival of single-echo signals from individual fish distributed within the sound beam represents the most reliable method for fish-size classification. For this purpose, we design and develop a split-beam data acquisition and processing system to obtain fish-size information in conjunction with a 50-kHz single-beam echo sounder. This split-beam data acquisition and processing system consists of a notebook PC, a field-programmable gate array board, an external single-transmitter module with a matching network, and four-channel receiver modules operating at a frequency of 50-kHz. The functionality of the developed split-beam data processor is tested and evaluated. Acoustic measurements in an experimental water tank showed that the developed data acquisition and processing system can be used as a fish-sizing echo sounder to estimate the size distribution of individual fish, although an external single-transmitter module with a matching network is required.

어군에 의한 광대역 음향산란신호의 시간-주파수 분석을 위한 chirp 데이터 수록 및 처리 시스템의 성능특성 (Performance Characteristics of a Chirp Data Acquisition and Processing System for the Time-frequency Analysis of Broadband Acoustic Scattering Signals from Fish Schools)

  • A chirp-echo data acquisition and processing system was developed for use as a simplified, PC-based chirp echo-sounder with some data processing software modules. The design of the software and hardware system was implemented via a field-programmable gate array (FPGA). Digital signal processing algorithms for driving a single-channel chirp transmitter and dual-channel receivers with independent TVG (time varied gain) amplifier modules were incorporated into the FPGA for better real-time performance. The chirp-echo data acquisition and processing system consisted of a notebook PC, an FPGA board, and chirp sonar transmitter and receiver modules, which were constructed using three chirp transducers operating over a frequency range of 35-210 kHz. The functionality of this PC-based chirp echo-sounder was tested in various field experiments. The results of these experiments showed that the developed PC-based chirp echo-sounder could be used in the acquisition, processing and analysis of broadband acoustic echoes related to fish species identification.

PRICE모델을 이용한 적정 획득비용 추정 방안 (A Study on Proper Acquisition Cost Estimation Using the PRICE Model)

  • This paper deals with the application of PRICE model in estimating the proper acquisition cost for weapon budgeting phase. The PRICE(Parametric Review of Information for Costing and Evaluation) Hardware model is a computerized method for deriving cost estimates of electronic and mechanical hardware assemblies and systems. The model can be used in obtaining not only initial cost estimates in conceptual phase, but also detailed cost estimates in budgeting phase depending on available historical and empirical data. We analyzed first step cost estimate parameters and derived cost equations using PRICe output dta. Using weight and complexity, We can find cost variation. Sensitivity analysis shows that cost increases exponentially as complexity increases exponentially as complexity increases. We estimated KAAV\`s (Korea Amphibious Assault Vehicle) production cost using the PRICE model and compare with engineering cost estimates which is based on actual production data submitted by the production company. The result shows that tow estimates are close within $\pm2%$ differences.

소형 센서 데이터 수집 및 전송 시스템 설계 (A Design of Small Size Sensor Data Acquisition and Transmission System)

  • 본 논문은 Cortex-M4 기반 소형 데이터수집, 융합 및 고속 전송시스템 대해서 기술하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 데이터 수집 및 전송 시스템은 산업현장에서 발생되는 각종 데이터를 실시간 수집하여 서버 컴퓨터로 직접 자료를 전송할 수 있으며 간단한 필드-프레임을 개발해서 데이터 전송 속도를 향상 시켰다. 또한 각종 센서에서 수집된 여러종류의 데이터를 데이터 수집장치로 쉽게 전달할 수 있도록 디지털 신호 입력부와 아나로그 신호 입력부, 디지털 신호 출력부와 아나로그 신호 출력부가 별도로 구성되도록 설계하였다. 이러한 소형 데이터수집 시스템은 실시간으로 각종 데이터의 수집 및 고속 데이터 전송이 실시되어 산업현장에서 정밀한 제품들의 품질향상에 크게 기여하리라 판단된다.

STM32 프로세서를 이용한 고속 데이터 수집 및 융합 시스템 설계 (Design of High Speed Data Acquisition and Fusion System with STM32 Processor)

  • 본 논문은 Cortex-M4 기반 STM32 프로세서를 이용한 고속 데이터수집 및 융합 시스템 설계에 대해서 기술하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 데이터수집 시스템은 산업현장에서 발생되는 각종 데이터를 4 종류까지 실시간으로 수집하여 서버 컴퓨터로 자료를 전송할 수 있으며, 각종 센서와 연결이 간편하여 설치가 간단하고 간편한 필드-프레임을 개발해서 동작 속도를 매우 향상 시켰다. 또한 각종 센서를 쉽게 연결할 수 있도록 디지털 신호 입력부와 아나로그 신호 입력부를 별도로 두어서 서로 다른 센서에서 입력된 신호를 융합할 수 있게 설계되었다. 이러한 융합형 데이터수집 시스템은 실시간으로 각종 데이터의 동시 수집과 모터제어에 잘 동작하였으며 정밀제품의 품질향상에 크게 기여하리라 판단된다.
