한국의 제조기업 혁신전략에 대한 체계적 문헌 연구 (A Systematic Literature Review of Manufacturing Companies' Innovation Strategies in Korea)

  • 제조기업의 혁신전략은 기업의 기술경영활동에 있어서 기술의 확보, 연구개발, 제품혁신 등 다양한 방식을 통해 궁극적으로 경쟁우위와 연결되기 때문에 기업의 기술경영을 논하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그동안 국내 제조기업 혁신전략 연구는 기업 규모별·산업별 혁신전략, 혁신 성과, 혁신을 위한 자원 확보 등 다양한 측면에서 연구되어 왔으나, 이들 연구결과를 종합적·체계적으로 분석하는 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 국내 학계의 제조기업 혁신전략 논의를 종합하고자 2005년부터 2021년까지 한국학술재단 등재 학술지에 게재된 국내 제조기업 혁신전략 연구 51편을 대상으로 체계적 문헌 연구를 실시하였다. 연구대상 문헌에 대한 분석 결과를 토대로 크게 세 가지 측면(분석대상, 연구초점, 혁신전략 유형)에서 논의 결과를 종합하고 국내 제조기업 혁신전략 연구의 특징을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 제조기업 혁신전략 연구는 위 세 가지 측면을 기준으로 보았을 때 일부 분야에 편향된 연구가 이루어져 온 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 국내 제조기업 혁신전략 연구의 미래 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

친환경 패션 마케팅 믹스 전략 연구 (A Study on the Strategy of the Environment-friendly Fashion Marketing Mixes)

  • Environmental protection has become more important than ever because of increasing environmental pollution and abnormal climatic changes caused by the depletion of resources from industrial activities. Fashion products can create various environmental pollutants during the production process. Since they are in direct contact with the body, the environment-friendly features for the fashion industry will become increasingly important and the necessity to execute a detailed study regarding the environment-friendly fashion marketing will also become increasingly important. The purpose of this study was to segment the levels of environment-friendly fashion marketing mixes, that analyze the relationship between consumer decision-making factors and purchasing intentions. We propose effective several marketing strategies. A total of 457 questionnaires were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA in SPSS. The results are as follows: First, environment-friendly fashion products were segmented into four groups, environment-friendly materials, environment-friendly production, environment-friendly management, and recycling/ disuse of products. Second, the promotion of environment-friendly fashion products were highly ranked, followed by materials used, distribution methods, and production management. Third, women considered usage, management, and price for environment-friendly fashion products as more important than men did. Finally, a total of 39.4% of the respondents had purchased environment-friendly fashion products, with a preference to buy environment-friendly underwear, outerwear, bags, shoes, and accessories. By establishing and executing the environment-friendly fashion marketing mixes, fashion companies execute successful marketing activities in both domestic and international markets.

개인소비가치가 글루텐 프리 가공식품에 대한 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumption Values on Attitudes and Purchase Intentions of Consumers towards Gluten-free Products)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influence of the consumption values on the attitudes and purchase intentions of consumers towards gluten-free products and compared consumption values, attitudes and purchase intentions according to the degree of health consciousness of the consumer. Methods: The data was collected from July 20, 2016 to August 2, 2016 through a questionnaire survey from three hundred and six consumers who had knowledge of gluten-free products. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and an independent sample t-test using the SPSS program. Results: The regression results showed that the exploratory value (p<0.01) had a negative influence on the attitudes, and the functional value (p<0.001) and emotional value (p<0.001) had a positive influence on the consumers' attitudes. In addition, the attitudes (p<0.001) toward gluten-free products had a positive influence on the purchase intentions. Finally, the high health consciousness group answered with a significantly higher score on the consumption values, attitudes and purchase intentions than the lower group. Conclusion: These results highlight the causal relationship among consumption values, attitudes, and purchase intentions of consumers towards gluten-free products, and can provide a basic understanding of gluten free products regarding both marketing strategy and consumers' needs. The potential implications for gluten-free products manufacturers, limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품 제품태도에 미치는 영향 : 명품광고 제작시사점을 중심으로 (The Impact on the Korea Characteristic influence on the Attitude of Luxury Product : focus on Strategic Implication in Luxury Ad)

  • 본 연구는 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품 제품태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 선행연구 결과를 토대로 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품소비행동과 관련성이 있을 것으로 추론되었으며, 따라서 이러한 한국인의 심리적 특성이 명품 제품태도와 어떤 관계성이 있는 가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 한국인의 우쭐성향은 요인분석 결과 6개의 하위요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국인의 체면성향은 요인분석결과 3개의 요인으로 나타났다, 셋째, 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향 중 명품 제품태도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 확인한 결과 우쭐성향이 명품 제품태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 우쭐성향 중 자기중심, 열등감, 자존감, 과시성향 요인이 명품 제품태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 한국인의 우쭐성향에 대한 요인구조를 확인했다는 점에 가치가 있으며, 향후 명품광고를 제작하는 실무자에게 우쭐 심리적 특성의 하위속성을 고려해야만 하는 시사점을 제공해 주었다.

섬유패션기업의 SCM 성과 측정을 위한 Scor Model과 BSC 연구 (A Study on Scor model and BSC to estimate SCM Performance in Textile and Fashion Business)

  • To survive competitive global market, textile and fashion business incorporated Supply Chain Management strategy to make product and information flows fast and correct. Especially textile and fashion industry involves many complicated channels from up stream, middle stream, to down stream for delivering their production. Evaluating SCM performance is very critical to make better business profit model. Representative Scor model and BSC method are well fitted into textile and fashion business because of distributional complexity, non-financial factors to be considered, and innovative product characteristics. But there was little study to compare these two methods for textile and fashion business. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the Scor model and BSC method based upon review of literatures. The results of this study were as follows: Scor model had some strengths which were availability to apply for various industries due to standardized process, operation process emphasized, various customizable factors to compose for the company, and premise on SCM strategic execution. BSC method had some strengths which were the balance including financial and non-financial factors, qualitative analysis, and considering the goal and vision to convey organically from top to bottom of organization. The main differences between them were different scope to deal with performance estimating index from qualitative to quantitative analysis, the scope of human resources to manage, and possibility of performance comparison among companies.

  • 지방자치시대의 도래와 함께 각 지자체에서는 중앙정부로부터의 분권, 분산을 통한 국토의 균형적 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 이러한 연장선상에서 각 지역에서는 지역적 활성화를 도모하기위한 방법으로 지역적 아이덴티티의 중요성을 인식하기 시작했고, 이러한 인식에서 지역의 자원을 이용한 브랜드가 개발되었다. 그러나 상당수의 브랜드들이 지역적 아이덴티티에 대한 분석과 전략적 차별화를 고려하지 않는 개발로 유사 브랜드가 난립하게 되는 요인을 제공하는 것 또한 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그 지역의 특산물 브랜드개발에 있어서 고려해야할 지역적 특성과 소비자 의식 등을 여수시의 지역성을 대표하는 수산물 브랜드개발 사례를 통하여 제시하고자 한다. 지역적 특성을 브랜드개발 전략과 브랜드 아이덴티티요소에 적극적으로 적용하고, 그 지역에서 개발된 브랜드가 파워 브랜드로 포지셔닝 하기 위한 사후관리 및 홍보방안을 제시함으로서 수산물 브랜드화의 효과적 방향 설정에 기여하고자 하였다.

제과제빵 기술의 발전과 베이커리 시장의 분석 (Development of Baking Technology and Analysis of Domestic and International Bakery Market and Trends)

  • Although the technology of breadmaking simply goes through the process of mixing, fermentation, and baking, it is very hard to make a same product every day. The reason is that baking science begins with the very first process of breadmaking which is mixing, and every steps and working environments are so closely connected. The baking science has developed in short time since the theory of fermentation has released. If you check the development of baking technology synthetically, it is consisted of the discovery of nutritional and functional ingredients, the optimization process of new machines, and the maintenance of the quality as fulfilling social demands. Because the baking business is making and selling the product, baking itself is a business, and it has the form that manufacturing and service business coexist. In today's current domestic bakery market, the supply exceeds the demand. Moreover, the concept of bakery itself has been changing from the fixed image of bakery which is selling the bread to the differentiated bakery with others. As we look at the general bakery's trends, it is focused on going back to the basic or traditions, going to the functional, and working with automations. To conclude, the baking has a long history, but it actually has the short history in the technological development. Baking business can be viewed as the simple business, but many factors are related to the business. It has a few basic kinds of products in baking, but it has diverse kinds of products with the base of infinite creativity. Even though it is physically a hard working business, it is also a business that can face with fun. For managing a bakery, finally, the differentiated strategy with other bakery that maximizes the customers' value is needed.

콘텐츠의 융합요소 및 융합경로와 융합유형 분석 (An Analysis of the Convergence Factors, Convergence Passes, and Convergence Types in Content Industries)

  • These days a great mix of traditional and digital contents such as movie, broadcasting, advertisement, e-books, music, game, animation, cartoon, character, knowledge information, and art performance are widely available. Many more are yet to come, with improved quality and added features. It is expected that all these contents will be evolved into a new breed of convergence content through the process of consolidation, expansion, integration, and recreation. Across the digital ecosystem, a new formula is being added to the industrial structure : 'Information/Content-Platform/Device-Goods/Service.' In the near future, as a result of technological innovation and convergence, the business sector will lose its boundaries as well, as businesses will be forced to look beyond the product itself and focus more on multi-functionality. Especially, in the era of creative economy, more policies need to be crafted in order to procure a new growth engine for the future with the agenda for convergence between humanities and technology. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the concept, factors, elements, types, and cases of convergence, which are the essence of content convergence. This analysis, with its focus on the convergence process, will help identify the effects and limits of content convergence as well as the prospects for convergence contents in the smart ecosystem under the creative economic system.

  • 충북지역의 공예산업은 청주국제비엔날레 등 우수한 인프라를 구축하고 있음에도 타 지역에 비하여 낙후되어 있다. 이와 같은 현실을 직시하고 충북 관광문화상품의 활성화를 위한 충북공예산업의 현재와 미래를 연구 분석하여 부가가치창출과 지역 공예문화의 발전에 기여하고자한다. 시장 조사를 통하여 현재 유통판매 되고 있는 관광문화 상품 대한 만족도와 잠재 고객의 선호도를 파악하여 세부적인 마케팅 전략을 수립, 디자인 및 제작기술, 마케팅 능력 등 현실적인 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구해 본다.

  • In this study, the effects of anticipated regret and perceived uncertainty on price sensitivity or purchase hesitation in overseas purchasing are analyzed along with the effects of price sensitivity on purchase hesitation. The survey was conducted among internet fashion consumers with experience in overseas purchasing and 480 responses were used in the data analysis. The results showed the psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced the price importance, and the service, product and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced the price search. The preference and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the price importance, and the information and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the price search. The price importance positively influenced payment stage hesitation and shopping cart abandonment, and the price search positively influenced purchase hesitation in overseas purchasing. The functional, service and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced payment stage hesitation, and the service and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced shopping cart abandonment and overall purchase hesitation. In addition, the perceived uncertainty positively influenced the payment stage hesitation, and the information and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the shopping cart abandonment and overall purchase hesitation. The results of this study will be helpful for developing the marketing strategy for customer relationship management for overseas internet shopping web-sites.
