  • The quality of a precision product, in genera, relies on the accuracy and precision of its manufacturing and inspection process. In many cases, the level of precision in the manufacturing and inspection system is also dependent on the positioning capability of tool with respect to the workpiece in the process. Recently the positioning accuracy level employed for some of precision product has reached the level of submicron and long range of motion is required. For example, for 1GDRM lithography, 20nm accuracy and 300nm stroke needs. This paper refers to the lithography stage especially fine stage. 전동차 횡댐퍼 내구성 향상을 위한 오일씰 형상 개선 (Improvement of Oil Seal Geometry to Improve Durability of Lateral Damper of Electric Multiple Unit)

  • As the result(also after it's been carried out the damping force test with 800ea lateral dampers of 50ea trainset from entering heavy maintenance workshop to implement heavy maintenance inspection cycle, there were 86.25%(650ea) which were out of $350kg{\pm}15%$ of the standard value of damping force compared to the reference value. After the implementation of heavy maintenance inspection cycle, it's been examined damping force test with total samples 32ea(samples 8ea per a trainset) from actual running EMU 4ea trainset. As the result, percent defective was 84.4%(27ea), which was a very high level. System. The lateral damper's the failure cause of damping force defective was oil leakage caused by tearing crack of oil seal and foreign material in oil iron 473 ~ 1932 times higher than that of new oil, copper 36 ~ 98 times higher than that of new oil reduced oil amount cycling damping valve. It resulted from the change cause of damping force. In the static analysis on the shape of lateral damper oil seal's the existing and improved product, the stress of the improved product was smaller than that of the existing product. In the fatigue analysis, the existing product showed a low life in the upper area. However, in case of the improved product, it could be confirmed that the destruction did not occur up to the specified 1.0e + 006 cycles and the lifetime was further improved in most areas.

  • 본 논문에서는 플라스틱 제품의 공정 과정에서 발생하는 미성형, 이물질, 찍힘 등의 제품 불량을 검사하기 위한 비전 검사 시스템을 개발한다. 본 시스템의 검사 알고리즘은 플라스틱 제품의 곡면구조를 고려한 영상 2치화, 모폴로지 연산을 이용한 영상의 노이즈 제거 및 후보영역 구분을 위한 레이블링 기법, 최종 결함 유무 판단을 위한 영상 필터링 및 캘리브레이션(Calibration) 방법 등으로 구성된다. 또한 사용자를 고려한 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 기반의 고속 영상처리 알고리즘 개발을 통해 검사 효율 및 성능을 향상시킨다. 본 검사 시스템의 정확도, 검사 알고리즘 처리 시간 등의 평가를 통해 시스템의 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • 기존의 조준 감사는 외국에서 수입한 조준 감사기재를 사용하는 실정이다. 하지만 그 수량이 매우 부족해서 조준 감사에 많은 시간이 소요되고 유지보수가 어렵다. 때문에 시스템을 국산화 시켜 조준 감사시간을 줄이고 유지보수와 보급을 원활하게 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 논문에서는 표적 탐지 딥러닝 모델을 통해 표적을 탐지하고 사격 결과에 대한 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 표적의 실시간 탐지가 가능하고 먼 표적에 대한 여러 전처리를 통해 식별률을 크게 상승시켰다. 또한 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하여 사용자의 카메라 조작과 훈련결과 데이터의 저장 및 관리를 용이하게 하였다. 이 시스템으로 현재 사용되고 있는 조준 감사기재와 비사격 훈련을 대체할 수 있다.

브레이크패드 검사 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A study on inspection system for brake pad)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 브레이크 패드 생산 공정에서 컨베어벨트 실려가는 차종별 패드의 유형을 자동 판별하고 표면의 균열을 검사하는 시스템을 개발한다. 브레이크 패드는 여러 혼합제로 고열, 고압 성형하여 만든다. 패드생성과정에서 패드 표면의 균열 및 손상이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 불량품을 검출하는데 적합한 시스템 구축하고 응용소프프웨어 개발을 한다. 패드 표면의 균열이나 손상 부위는 인공조명을 비출 때 그림자를 생성하게 되며 이를 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 활용하여 검출한다.

  • The seniconductor, which is precision product, requires many inspection processes. The surface conditions of the semiconductor chip effect on the functions of the semiconductors. The defects of the chip surface is crack or void. Because general inspection method requires many inspection processes, the inspection system which searches immediately and preciselythe defects of the semiconductor chip surface. We propose the inspection method by using the computer vision system. This study presents an image processing algorithm for inspecting the surface defects(crack, void)of the semiconductor test samples. The proposed image processing algorithm aims to reduce inspection time, and to analyze those experienced operator. This paper regards the chip surface as random texture, and deals with the image modeling of randon texture image for searching the surface defects. For texture modeling, we consider the relation of a pixel and neighborhood pixels as noncasul model and extract the statistical characteristics from the radom texture field by using the 2D AR model(Aut oregressive). This paper regards on image as the output of linear system, and considers the fidelity or intelligibility criteria for measuring the quality of an image or the performance of the processing techinque. This study utilizes the variance of prediction error which is computed by substituting the gary level of pixel of another texture field into the two dimensional AR(autoregressive model)model fitted to the texture field, estimate the parameter us-ing the PAA(parameter adaptation algorithm) and design the defect detection filter. Later, we next try to study the defect detection search algorithm.

Ball Grid Array Solder Void Inspection Using Mask R-CNN

  • The ball grid array is one of the packaging methods that used in high density printed circuit board. Solder void defects caused by voids in the solder ball during the BGA process do not directly affect the reliability of the product, but it may accelerate the aging of the device on the PCB layer or interface surface depending on its size or location. Void inspection is important because it is related in yields with products. The most important process in the optical inspection of solder void is the segmentation process of solder and void. However, there are several segmentation algorithms for the vision inspection, it is impossible to inspect all of images ideally. When X-Ray images with poor contrast and high level of noise become difficult to perform image processing for vision inspection in terms of software programming. This paper suggests the solution to deal with the suggested problem by means of using Mask R-CNN instead of digital image processing algorithm. Mask R-CNN model can be trained with images pre-processed to increase contrast or alleviate noises. With this process, it provides more efficient system about complex object segmentation than conventional system.

자동시각검사환경하에서 공정 목표치의 설정 (Determination of Target Value under Automatic Vision Inspection Systems)

  • This paper deals with problem of determining process target value under automated visual inspection(AVI) system. Three independent error sources - digitizing error, illumination error, and positional error - which have a close relationship with the performance of the AVI system, are considered. Assuming that digitizing error is uniformly or normally distributed and illumination and positional errors are normally distributed, respectively, the distribution function for the error of measured lengths is derived when the length of a product is measured by the AVI system. Then, Optimal target values under two error models of AVI system are obtained by minimizing the total expected cost function which consists of give away, rework and penalty cost. To validate two process setting models, AVI system for drinks filling process is made up and test results are discussed.

  • Recently, enterprises have focused on quality improvement for delighting their customers. Especially, all business sector have checked, analyzed their consumer complaints in detail on their products and made a plan to reduce them. But there is a limitation not to solve them. This paper presents one of tools to reduce non qualified product on their operation line directly by modernized IT technology after analyzing and making the plan.
