A Recommender System Model Using a Neural Network Based on the Self-Product Image Congruence

  • This study predicts consumer preference for social clothing at work, excluding uniforms using the self-product congruence theory that also establishes a model to predict the preference for recommended products that match the consumer's own image. A total of 490 Korean male office workers participated in this study. Participants' self-image and the product images of 20 apparel items were measured using nine adjective semantic scales (namely elegant, stable, sincere, refined, intense, luxury, bold, conspicuous, and polite). A model was then constructed to predict the consumer preferences using a neural network with Python and TensorFlow. The resulting Predict Preference Model using Product Image (PPMPI) was trained using product image and the preference of each product. Current research confirms that product preference can be predicted by the self-image instead of by entering the product image. The prediction accuracy rate of the PPMPI was over 80%. We used 490 items of test data consisting of self-images to predict the consumer preferences for using the PPMPI. The test of the PPMPI showed that the prediction rate differed depending on product attributes. The prediction rate of work apparel with normative images was over 70% and higher than for other forms of apparel.

PVC재질 프로파일의 생산, 발생 및 재활용, 처리에 기반한 물질흐름도 검토 (Investigation on Material Flow Diagram for PVC(poly vinyl Chloride) Profile Based Production, Generation, Recycling and Treatment)

  • 본 연구에서는 현실적으로 실현가능한 플라스틱 제품의 재활용률을 산정하기 위하여 PVC프로파일에 대한 물질흐름도를 작성하는 것을 목적으로 연구가 수행되었다. 이를 위해 합성수지 및 제품별 생산 현황 조사, 폐기물 발생 및 재활용 현황 조사, 재활용 실태 현황 조사, 제품별 물질흐름 검토를 거쳐 내구성 플라스틱의 발생부터 폐기까지의 조사를 실시하여 물질흐름도를 작성하였다. 제품별 재활용이 가능한 비율을 산정한 결과, PVC바닥재와 PVC프로파일의 경우 국내에서 사용된 제품의 내수량의 합이 525,448톤이고, 폐기물 배출량은 105,853톤으로 나타났다. 재생제품과 재활용원료의 생산량 합계는 76,004톤으로 제품의 내수량에 대비하면 2009년 의무량 8.5%에 비교하여 연구를 통한 재활용량은 추정량 14.46%로 산출되었다. 향후 각 품목의 연도별 사용량은 해당제품의 생산량이 현재와 크게 차이가 없을 것으로 가정하고 연도별 생산량에 대입한 후 5~20년 뒤의 물질수지도를 작성한 결과, 재활용률은 지속적으로 상승하여 바닥재 및 프로파일은 2013년에 20% 수준의 재활용률에 도달될 것으로 예측되었다.

3,000psi급 소형 퀵 커플러 내부유동에 관한 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis of the Internal Flow of Small Quick Coupler at 3,000psi)

  • This study is a numerical analysis of the flow characteristic of a quick coupler. The quick coupler is a popular coupling tool for pipelines in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In this study, the flow characteristic of a quick coupler outlet is conducted about the flow coefficient. The quick coupler is analyzed for improving flow and confirmed with the study results. The velocities with pressure distribution according to inlet and outlet pressure drop of the coupler are also compared. The flow coefficient is analyzed according to the flow analysis result for each pressure drop. When the pressure drop is 1 psi, the flow coefficient (Cv) matched about 98% of the value provided by the actual product.

가미자음단 에센스가 인체 피부 생리에 미치는 영향 (Physiological Effects of Jaeum-Dan Essence on Human Skin)

  • Jaeum-Dan was reported new anti-aging effect formula previously. We investigated the physiological effects on human skin with Jaeum-Dan essence (JED). We made a skin application product as essence form contained oriental herbs, and measured various physiological effects such as skin moisture contents, red blood cell flow rates, skin surface temperature, corneocyte exfoliation and skin intensity when volunteers(female, n=40) used the application product for 4 weeks. The results were as follows: The skin moisture contents were not only increased in human face skin through using the product, but also red blood cell flow :rates in face skin were increased. After using the essence, the face skin temperature rose and corneocyte exfoliation was decreased. Furthermore the upper dermis intensity of skin in female face was subsequently increased 4 weeks later. The results indicate that the application product containing JED was improved the physiological effects of human facial skin..

  • 이 설계 과정은 보통의 더지탈 하아드웨어 담계에 복합 기계 개념을 응용한 일설계 기법을 소개한 것이다. 이 과정은 계산기용 소프트웨어 설계의 경우와 마찬가지로 새 시스템을 흐름도에 의해 표현시키는 것으로 부터 시작되며, 이어서 흐름도를 분해하여 발산형 요소를 얻고, 이 발산형 요소를 근거로 소기계를 작성하게 되는데, 이렇게 소기계의 작성이 끝나게 되면. 이번에는 통합 과정을 통해서 복합체와 지시기를 만들고, 논리자로를 완척함으로써 전휴의 설계 과정을 완료하게 된다. This is an introduction to an art of digital hardware design using polymachine image as a target structure of the product. As in the case of software design of a computer, the design process begins with a sketch of planned system in flow chart description and the flow charts is partitioned into divergent elements. Each of the element machine is derived from those divergent elements. We can build a complete digital system with the preparation of an index, and a polymer of these element machines.

고정층 반응기에서 합성가스 생성에 미치는 반응온도와 반응물 유속의 영향 (Effect of Temperature and Reactants Flow Rate on the Synthesis Gas Production in a Fixed Bed Reactor)

  • The effects of reaction temperature and flow rate of reactants on the methane conversion, product selectivity, product ratio, and carbon deposition were investigated with 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst. Reaction temperatures were changed from 600 to $850^{\circ}C$, and reactants flow rates were changed from 100 to 200 mL/mim. There were no significant changes in the methane conversion observed in the range of temperatures used. It is possibly stemmed from the nearly total exhaustion of oxygen introduced. The selectiveties of hydrogen and carbon monoxide did not largely depend on the reaction temperature. The selectivities of hydrogen and carbon monoxide were 96 and 90%, respectively. Carbon deposition observed was the smallest at $750^{\circ}C$ and the largest at $850^{\circ}C$. It is found that the proper reaction temperature is $750^{\circ}C$. The best reactant flow rate was 150 ml/min.

Prediction and Measurement of Residual Stresses in Injection Molded Parts

  • Residual stresses were predicted by a flow analysis in the mold cavity and residual stress distribution in the injection molded product was measured. Flow field was analyzed by the hybrid FEM/FDM method, using the Hele Shaw approximation. The Modified Cross model was used to determine the dependence of the viscosity on the temperature and the shear rate. The specific volume of the polymer melt which varies with the pressure and temperature fields was calculated by the Tait\`s state equation. Flow analysis results such as pressure, temperature, and the location of the liquid-solid interface were used as the input of the stress analysis. In order to calculate more accurate gap-wise temperature field, a coordinate transformation technique was used. The residual stress distribution in the gap-wise temperature field, a coordinate transformation technique was used. The residual stress distribution in the gap-wise direction was predicted in two cases, the free quenching, under the assumption that the shrinkage of the injection molded product occurs within the mold cavity and that the solid polymer is elastic. Effects of the initial flow rate, packing pressure, and mold temperature on the residual stress distribution was discussed. Experimental results were also obtained by the layer removal method for molded polypropylene.

인산 알루미늄의 합성조건과 유동학적 특성 (Synthesis Conditions and Rheological Characteristics of Aluminum Phosphate)

  • Aluminum phosphate gel was synthesized by reacting aluminum sulfate as a soluble aluminum salt to tribasic sodium phosphate in this study. The optimal synthesis conditions based on the yield of product were investigated by applying Box-Wilson experimental design. It was found that optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: Reaction temperature; $61~71^{\circ}C$, concentration of two reactants; 12.27~13.83%, concentration ratio of two reactants; [AI$_{2}$(SO$_{4}$)$_{3}$]/[Na$_{3}$PO$_{4}$]= 0.5, reaction time; 10.9~12.1 minutes, drying temperature of product; $60~72^{\circ}C$. Aluminum phosphate gel prepared by the optimal synthesis conditions was suspended with four types of natural and synthetic gums at the concentration of 0.375~1.5wv%. Their Theological properties of aluminum phosphate gels were examined with Haake-Rotovisco RV 20 rotational viscometer. It showed that the higher concentration of suspending agents and lower temperature, the higher viscosity. Aluminum phosphate gel suspended by pectin and agar showed plastic flow with rheopexy, and their gels suspended by sodium alginate and sod. CMC showed plastic flow with thixotropy.

Simulations of fiber spinning and film blowing based on a molecular/continuum model for flow-induced crystallization

  • This paper describes the application of our recently developed two-phase model for flow-induced crystallization (FIC) to the simulation of fiber spinning and film blowing. 1-D and 2-D simulations of fiber spinning include the combined effects of (FIC), viscoelasticity, filament cooling, air drag, inertia, surface tension and gravity and the process dynamics are modeled from the spinneret to the take-up roll device (below the freeze point). 1-D model fits and predictions are in very good quantitative agreement with high- and low-speed spinline data for both nylon and PET systems. Necking and the associated extensional softening are also predicted. Consistent with experimental observations, the 2-D model also predicts a skin-core structure at low and intermediate spin speeds, with the stress, chain extension and crystallinity being highest at the surface. Film blowing is simulated using a "quasi-cylindrical" approximation for the momentum equations, and simulations include the combined effects of flow-induced crystallization, viscoelasticity, and bubble cooling. The effects of inflation pressure, melt extrusion temperature and take-up ratio on the bubble shape are predicted to be in agreement with experimental observations, and the location of the frost line is predicted naturally as a consequence of flow-induced crystallization. An important feature of our FIC model is the ability to predict stresses at the freeze point in fiber spinning and the frost line in film blowing, both of which are related to the physical and mechanical properties of the final product.l product.
