  • Since the traditional designing approach of forming processes is based on trial and error it consumes much time and needs cost to design successful processes. Today for higher marketability of products a manufacturing system is required that can reduce production time and enhance product properties greatly. In order to implement the system a computerized design-supporting tool is indispensable for the design and supply of optimized production process for high product quality in short time In this study a design supporting system is developed and implemented to ballstud die. Using the developed system the designer can rapidly produce layouts of dies for each process sequences with consistency.

  • To maintain the freshness of produce, because of stand away between produced and consumer, we need refrigeration system that can supply to consumer at cold chain as soon as gathering. General refrigeration system consist of refrigeration chamber or low temperature store. But the vacuum technology can rapidly refrigeration without refrigerator. This precool system possible to get low precooled temperature, suitable for the fishes, the meat, the vegetables, the fruit etc. Especially get advantage that quality maintain through rapid refrigeration of ferment directly generate heat. Vacuum precool system's principle is that water saturated temperature reduce according to pressure is get to vacuum area, so product temperature reduce as water evaporation at product. In vacuum suction, unit, on early experiment period run the rotary type vacuum pump at purpose pressure, then maintain pressure by water-diven ejector. As the results, cabbage took about 60 minutes to reach from $23.2^{\circ}C$ to $4.5^{\circ}C$at 5mgHg abs.

  • The objectives of this study were to find development process and strategies for school lunch program using environmentally friendly agri-products (EFA). In order to improve the quality of school lunch program from elementary school to high school, the demand of EFA is increasing step by step such as a parent's association and the citizen group. For that reason, establishment by regional ordinance for school lunch program using EFA is rapidly expanded throughout the country. To develop school lunch program using EFA, we have to consider WTO regulations and product reliable EFA under the demand-supply stabilization. Moreover, environmentally friendly agri-policy to be more focused on the promotion the consumer's interests and food safety need.

  • The study was performed to investigate the present situation of sourceseparation, recycling of domestic waste and citizen's attitude to them. The selected study area were Dobonggu in Seoul, Siheung city, Kimpogun. The result showed that most of the citizen in the selected area is performing source separation effort by group activity basis. However, there is no strong economic incentives for continuous source separation effect since the price of the recyclables is relatively low. For the recycled products, most people appears to think that the diversification of the product should be necessary for a bitter market competativeness. For the disporsable product, most citizen feels that free that supply in the public facilities should be prohibited.

  • South Korean self support rate for the grain product is less than 25oyo, and depends on the imported product for the national food supply. Therefore, there is imminent need for development of agricultural decision support system using GIS which provides various useful informations for a more accurate agricultural policy making. Agricultural decision making processes are complex due to complicated current international political situations, and the erratic weather condition like that Elnino, flood and drought etc. Hence, global scale GIS and analytical applications has implemented for solving the agricultural problems above mentioned in this study. As the results, the executable decision process with GIS developed well adopted for the rice cultivable area estimation in the world.

  • A POP system, which collects manufacturing data from the shop floors and supply them to higher level systems, should be maintained and upgraded according to the change of production environment such as new product introduction. This situation leads to the need of a cost-effective system development methodology. In this paper, a methodology based on the classification and the similarity comparison of manufacturing processes is proposed. In this, a new product is classified according to the similarity of its manufacturing processes, which enables recycling of existing system modules. The proposed methodology has been tested in the case of an electronics parts manufacturing company, where a POP system is implemented. The result shows that the proposed methodology can save time and efforts for system implementation.
