간판의 정보화를 위한 표준 데이터 모델 설계 (Design of Standard Data Model for the Informatization of Signboards)

  • 간판은 점포의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 유형과 크기로 건물에 설치되어있다. 하지만, 지방자치단체에서는 잦은 점포의 개업·폐업과 부족한 관리 인원으로 간판을 관리하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 간판의 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 표준화하여 관리하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 옥외광고물 관련 시행령의 간판 표시방법을 분석하여 간판 표준 데이터의 속성 요소를 정의하였다. 또한, 선행 연구인 간판 인식 기술을 통해 간판의 물리적 정보를 얻고, 맨눈으로 판독 가능한 정보, 행정안전부의 건물통합정보, 도로명 주소를 통해 간판 표준 데이터의 속성 요소를 정의하였다. 간판 표준 데이터는 호환성을 위해 XML 형식으로 설계하였고, XML의 무결성을 위해 XSD를 정의하여 데이터의 유효성이 검증될 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로, 간판의 정보를 공간적 특성에 의해 표준화하기 위하여 국가 공간정보 표준에 따라 데이터 제품 사양과 메타데이터를 정의하였다. 이를 통해 간판의 정보화를 위한 표준 데이터 모델을 설계하였다.

마늘 및 양파 주산지 농업생산기반시설의 취약성 분석 - 전라도, 경상도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the vulnerability of the agricultural infrastructure based on the product of garlic and onions - Focused on Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do -)

  • In recent years, the proportion of arable land in the nation has grown from 36.2 percent in 1990 to 43.7 percent in 2013. The study first performed the vulnerability assessment of agricultural production, transportation, processing facilities, agricultural machinery leasing facilities, and water supply facilities. It was developed for the evaluation of the vulnerability of each gun of garlic and onions based on the distance from the three groups of arable bodies to the facility and the processing capacity of facilities. In view of these regional imbalances, the store, distribution and processing facilities in the main stream were found in Haenam, South Jeolla-do, and the relatively low regions of the gun were located in Goheung-gun and Hampyeong-gun. Among other regions, agricultural machinery rental facilities were high in Changnyeong-gun, Haenam, and two regions, while the water supply facilities were high in the southern area of Haenam and South Jeolla-do. The Gyeongsang-do showed relatively high levels of comparison vulnerability index compared to Jeolla-do regions. In particular, through the management plan to improve the facilities needed to improve agricultural production infrastructure, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of agricultural productuivity through the planning of the need for additional support through the rural readjustment project.

국내·외 전산화단층촬영 진단참고준위 설정 현황 리뷰 (A Review Study on National Diagnostic Reference Levels for Computed Tomography Examinations)

  • The use of CT examinations is increasing rapidly and radiation dose from CT examinations is much higher than other diagnostic radiography examinations including general radiography and mammography. DRLs used to optimize the radiation dose of patients by diagnostic radiology in each country. The objective of this study was to investigate and to analyze the status of DRLs from CT examinations in domestic and other countries. In other countries, DRLs were set for each age group and each examination considering the medical situation of each country. In Korea, DRLs were set for adults and children in 2017. For adults, DRLs were set for 13 examinations. Reported DLP values were 1119, 297, $472mGy{\cdot}cm$ for head, chest and abdomen pelvis examination, respectively. For children, DRLs were set for head examinations. Reported DLP values were 298 (0~1 years), 404 (2~5 years), 494 (6~10 years), 1,088 (11~15 years) $mGy{\cdot}cm$. DRLs of Korea were similar to other countries for head examinations. For chest examinations and abdomen pelvis examinations were relatively lower than other countries. As a major reason for relatively low radiation dose, it is considered to contribute the activity and management of medical radiation safety at national level.

중국 소비자들의 한국 마스크팩에 대한 인식 분석 (Chinese consumers' awareness of Korean mask packs)

  • 본 연구는 최근 중국 뷰티 시장 내 마스크팩 판매율 10위권내를 차지하고 있는 한국 마스크팩에 대한 중국인들의 인식, 선택속성, 만족도를 조사하여 향 후 한국 마스크팩의 국외 시장 진출을 위한 마케팅 자료를 제공 하고자 하였다. 연구결과 한류에 대한 인식정도, 특히 연예 음악 선호는 한국 마스크팩 선택속성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(${\beta}=.323$, p<.05). 또 만족도, 재구매 의도 모두 한류의 영향이 매우 크게 작용한 것으로 나타났고 중국여성들의 소비증가와 사회진출로 인한 외모관리도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 아직 한국 상품의 안전성과 효능에 대한 신뢰가 확립되지 못하고 있어 향 후 이러한 기술 부분의 개선과 국내 화장품 회사들의 구체적인 대안이 마련된다면 우리나라 K-뷰티 산업은 중국뿐 아니라 국내외 시장에서 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 판단된다.

생명보험자료를 이용한 계약유지기간에 대한 생존분석 (Survival analysis for contract maintenance period using life insurance data)

  • 최근에 생명보험 산업은 보험계약의 장기 연장에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들에 관심을 두고 있다. 예를 들어 모집 설계사의 장기간 고객관리의 필요성, 상품상담, 투자측면의 개선 등이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 생명보험사의 장기계약을 유지하는 중요한 요인들을 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 모 생명보험사의 2011년 1월 1일부터 2016년 12월 31일까지의 계약건의 내용에 대한 데이터를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터를 사용하여 벌점화 콕스 비례위험모형 접근법을 통해 계약유지기간에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다. 분석결과 설계사의 변경 유무, 연금 상품군, 그리고 안정적 투자성향과 같은 세 가지 변수가 계약건 유지에 주요한 요인으로 선택되었다.

In-vitro meat: a promising solution for sustainability of meat sector

  • The in-vitro meat is a novel concept in food biotechnology comprising field of tissue engineering and cellular agriculture. It involves production of edible biomass by in-vitro culture of stem cells harvested from the muscle of live animals by self-organizing or scaffolding methodology. It is considered as efficient, environmental friendly, better ensuring public safety and nutritional security, as well as ethical way of producing meat. Source of stem cells, media ingredients, supply of large size bioreactors, skilled manpower, sanitary requirements, production of products with similar sensory and textural attributes as of conventional meat, consumer acceptance, and proper set up of regulatory framework are challenges faced in commercialization and consumer acceptance of in-vitro meat. To realize any perceivable change in various socio-economic and environmental spheres, the technology should be commercialized and should be cost-effective as conventional meat and widely accepted among consumers. The new challenges of increasing demand of meat with the increasing population could be fulfill by the establishment of in-vitro meat production at large scale and its popularization. The adoption of in-vitro meat production at an industrial scale will lead to self-sufficiency in the developed world.

  • Recently, with the development of technologies for the fourth industrial revolution, convergence and complex technology are being applied to aircraft, electronic home appliances and mobile devices, and the number of parts used is increasing. Increasing the number of parts and the application of convergence technologies such as HW (hardware) and SW (software) are increasing the No Defect Found (NDF) phenomenon in which the defect is not reproduced or the cause of the defect cannot be identified in the subsequent investigation systems after the discovery of the defect in the product. The NDF phenomenon is a major problem when dealing with complex technical systems, and its consequences may be manifested in decreased safety and dependability and increased life cycle costs. Until now, NDF-related prior studies have been mainly focused on the NDF cost estimation, the cause and impact analysis of NDF in qualitative terms. And there have been no specific methodologies or examples of a working-level perspective to reduce NDF. The purpose of this study is to present a practical methodology for reducing NDF phenomena through data mining methods using quantitative data accumulated in the enterprise. In this study, we performed a cluster analysis using market defects and design-related variables of mobile devices. And then, by analyzing the characteristics of groups with high NDF ratios, we presented improvement directions in terms of design and after service policies. This is significant in solving NDF problems from a practical perspective in the company.

An Analysis of the Effect of Logistics Efficiency on the Export of Korean Agricultural Products to New Southern Countries

  • Purpose - This paper analyzes the effect of the agricultural export market for Korea's new southern countries in consideration of logistics efficiency. In order to expand Korean agricultural exports, the logistics performance index, national income, per capita income, consumer price index, distance and FTA are included. Through empirical analysis, the impact of logistics efficiency on Korean agricultural exports is derived and measures are proposed to expand exports in the future. Design/methodology - The analytical model of this study takes into account the import demand factors of the new southern countries for Korean agricultural exports. A research model was established based on prior research based on the gravity model, which is widely used in international trade effect analysis. In particular, logistics efficiency measures the effect on Korean agricultural exports using the logistics performance index and examines the effect by deriving factors for export expansion. Findings - The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: The higher the logistics efficiency of the new southern countries in exporting Korean agricultural products, the more directly they have an effect on expanding exports. In addition, it was analyzed that the expansion of Korean agricultural exports has a positive effect on the other countries' national income, per capita income, consumer price index, population, and FTA. Based on these results, the importance of efficient logistics management in agricultural exports has been emphasized. Originality/value - There are not many studies on the export of agricultural products by logistics efficiency. However, prior studies that have adapted to manufacturing and other areas suggest that logistics efficiency has a direct effect on exports. This study suggests that Korean agricultural products are directly effective in exporting to new southern countries in terms of logistics efficiency. This can be an important time point in recognizing that logistics capabilities are important to ensure new books and the safety of agricultural products.

어업용 씨앵커의 사용실태 분석을 통한 표준화 연구 (A study on standardization through the analysis of the survey on the use of fishery sea anchor)

  • Fishery sea anchor is widely used for many fishing vessels. However, standardization of the dimension and terminology of the fishery sea anchor has not been achieved, reducing the reliability of the performance and safety of the fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study researches the reality of usage of fishery sea anchor and then attempts to suggest the development direction of the standard draft as basic data. As a result of the survey on the reality of usage show that various terms were used for each part of the fishery sea anchor (including the incorrect form of non-standard words derived from Japanese) and that the production of this product in the fishery sea anchor market was concentrated on one specific manufacturer. In addition, the main specifications of the fishery sea anchor are set and manufactured based on conventional experience without standards. In the field, there was no standardized drawing for fishery sea anchor and users had low awareness of the main specifications of fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study suggested the following regarding the fishery sea anchor: standard terms for each part including Korean and English names and standard drawing of sea anchor. It is hoped that this study will contribute to research for the standardization of fishery sea anchor, which will increase in reliability and lead to increased interest in standardization in the fishery field.

  • 인터넷에 연결되는 사물의 수가 급격히 증가함에 따라 센서와 통신 기능을 포함해서 단순 모니터링 기능을 하거나, 서버로 전달하는 기능에서 벗어나 점점 인간에게 직접 가치를 제공하는 지능형 디바이스 개발 사업이 확장되고 있다. 따라서 디바이스가 주변 센싱 정보를 분석해서 주변 환경을 사용자들의 기호나 안전을 고려해서 변경하는 기술을 개발할 전망으로. 공기를 이용하여 다양한 효과를 가져올 수 있는 개발 제품에 생체신호 측정 시스템을 구축함으로써, 착좌 시 압력 분포의 변화 패턴을 통해 사용자의 상태를 파악할 수 있게 할 예정이다. 온도측정 센서와 사용자의 접촉을 통해 에어카시트 사용에 쾌적함을 높이고, 본 논문에서는 생체신호 측정 데이터에 의한 에어펌프 제어 시스템을 연계하여 구축하여 측정된 생체신호는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 통해 보호자가 확인 및 조절을 할 수 있도록 하여 효과적으로 관리가 가능한 구축 시스템을 제안한다.
