  • This study provides suggestions of cultural product design contents by using the cloud-shaped gong in traditional temple culture in order to find a high value-added approach. The research herein is part of cultural design contents projects embedded with the spiritual value and symbolic connotation of temple culture. This would be meaningful to enhance its degree of utilization. This can also be a way to find a strategic alternative to a high value addition of temple stay and dissemination of temple culture. For the research methodology, literature was reviewed over temple stay and Bulgeonsamul. For motive design and development of cultural product design, both Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 were used as computer design program. The template image of cloud-shaped gong for basic motive design was selected from those available at the domestic temples for accurate depiction of its head and body. Finally, samples were adopted from those temples of Gounsa, Songgwangsa, Guinsa, Hwaeomsa, and Naesosa. For each motive, different colors were applied and ten basic motives were practiced in total. By repeating the process for these motives, three types of textile design were prepared. T-shirt designs used a round neckline as basic form, and it was designed for sleeved and sleeveless styles. Apron designs stressed V-neckline and two types were processed: one for the back seam line and the other for side seam line. Pendants were designed with modern and luxurious image so that so that it could be used in various types of accessories. Designs for the bedding applied pattern design of the motives and this was done in a way that gave the images a sense of stability and splendor.

Effects of Green Self-Expressive Motive and Fit on Intent to Purchase Bundle Product with Green Premium

  • Purpose - This study aimed at investigating the process of inducing the effect of green self-expressive motive and the fit between green premium and product on consumer's intent to purchase the bundle product with the green premium. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire for on-line survey built at Google Forms was spread out via popular social media sites. 243 responses from the on-line survey were used for testing the hypotheses. Structural equation model of Amos 21.0 was used to verify hypotheses. Results and Conclusions - Green self-expressive motive positively influenced on not only the perceived value for green premium but also attitude toward the bundle. However, the fit between green premium and product had positive impact only on the perceived value for green premium. The perceived value was proved to positively influence on the attitude toward the bundle, which in turn increased the purchase intention, even with the positive effects of the product attitude as covariate on the intention. Therefore, marketers should choose target customers who have high level of green self-expressive motive and feel the fit, and pay attention to the green premium to help the customers perceive more values for the green premium. They should develop green premium product for conducting marketing effectively.

  • Starting with the meaning of the word quality, diverse concepts connoted by the term are examined. Instead of a bathtub curve, the desirable shape of a failure rate covering the entire life of a good product, which might be called hockey-stick line, is introduced. From the hockey-stick line and the definition of reliability, two measurements are extracted. The terms r-reliability (failure rate) and durability (product life) are explained. The conceptual analysis of failure mechanics explains that reliability technology pertains to design area. The desirable shape of hazard rate curve of electronic items, hockey-stick line, clarifies that Mean-Time-to-failure (MTTF) as the inverse of failure rate can be regarded a nominal life. And Bx life, different from MTTF, is explained. Reliability relationships between components and set products are explained. Reshaped definitions of r-reliability and durability are recommended. The procedure to improve reliability and the reasons for failing to identify failure mode are clarified in order to search right solutions. And generalized Life-Stress failure model is recommended for the calculation of acceleration factor.

  • Test work is the press die branch at The Korea-China-Japan Grand Prize Contest. This study focuses on strip layout design for test work. A comparison is drawn between product shape and blank deployment line. During the forming analysis of the whole product, shape part of the total forming process is analyzed. As for forming part and flange deployment, forming analysis is carried out in part during the mid process. Material utilization is 42.6 percent and strip layout design is completed in 14 processes that are comprised of hourglass, slotting, embossing, drawing and trimming.

  • The domestic distribution environment of electronic goods has been placing more emphasis on securing each company's own interests and maintaining the existing customers as the most important purpose of marketing due to the change in consumption environment, the excessive cutthroat competition between retailers, the saturated number of branches for each company, weak revenue structure and declining competitiveness. In addition, the target of marketing has been shifted to specific consumers and the concept of a consumer is sub-divided into a "user" of a product and a "shopper" who buys a product. The purpose thereof is to increase the in-store purchase rate by analyzing the psychology and behavior of a shopper who actually visits a store for purchasing a product. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the correlation between the buying behavior of a shopper and product display based on "Digital Plaza" among the domestic electronic goods brand shops, which is selling products at various prices. This study is meaningful since it is utilized as data to plan store display for promoting purchase.

  • 최근의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 요구되는 새로운 패러다임의 소프트웨어인 적응형 소프트웨어는 외부 환경 즉 문맥의 변화를 인식하고 자신의 운영 상태를 평가하여 스스로 동작행위를 바꾸는 능력을 가진 소프트웨어이다. 적응형 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해서는 문맥에 대한 분석 및 설계와 더불어 동적인 문맥에 따라 적절히 대응할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 구조 및 행위를 설계하는 과정이 필요하다. 이것은 일반적인 소프트웨어보다 소프트웨어가 적응해야 하는 상황을 모델링 하는 기술이 필요하기 때문에 더 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 재사용을 통해 개발의 효율성을 높이고자 적응형 소프트웨어를 위한 프로덕트 라인 아키텍처와 아키텍처 산출물의 템플릿을 제안한다. 아키텍처 산출물들은 프로덕트 라인의 공통성과 가변성을 명시적으로 표현하여 체계적인 핵심자산의 재사용 활동을 지원한다.

  • 고객과 시장의 요구에 맞는 제품을 신속하게 개발하고 효율적인 유지 보수를 위해 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학의 관심이 확산되고 있다. 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학은 도메인을 분석하여 공통적인 부분과 가변적인 부분을 식별하여 공통적인 부분을 재사용 하면서 가변적인 부분을 선택적으로 적용하여 차별화된 프로덕트 라인을 생성 할 수 있는 재사용 패러다임이다. 이 논문의 목적은 국방 분야에 필요한 유도무기체계의 재사용성을 높이기 위해 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학을 적용하여 동적 재구성이 가능한 유도무기체계 아키텍처를 설계하고 재구성의 기본 단위인 기본 컴포넌트를 개발하는 것이다. 먼저 SPL을 통해 유도무기체계 아키텍처 설계하고, 이를 토대로 재구성이 가능한 기본 컴포넌트를 정의한다. 그리고 아키텍처와 기본 컴포넌트를 기반으로 물리와 행위 컴포넌트를 구성하여 물리 컴포넌트뿐만 아니라 OneSAF의 행위모델을 기초로 한 행위 컴포넌트에 대한 재구성기를 개발하였다.

QFD 및 Stage-gate 모델을 활용한 국방분야 개발단계 품질관리 방안 연구 (A Study on the development quality control by application of QFD and Stage-gate in defense system)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose adoption of QFD and Stage-gate in order to analyze the quality of korea defense system. Methods: Drawing change data of initial production phase in korea defense system were anlayzed and a practical method was proposed. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Off line Quality Control should be introduced in development phase. Specially, in case of defense system, the best method is QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process. At first, QFD 1 step defines product planning from VOC(Voice Of Customer), QFD 2 step specifies part planning from product planning, QFD 3 step defines process planning from part planning, QFD 4 step defines production planning from previous process planning. Secondly, Stage-gate process is adopted. This study is proposed 5 stage-gate in case of korea defense development. Gate 1 is located after SFR(System Function Review), Gate 2 is located after PDR(Preliminary Design Review), Gate 3 is located after CDR(Critical Design Review), Gate 4 is located after TRR(Test Readiness Review) and Gate 5 is located before specification documentation submission. Conclusion: Off line QC(Quality Control) in development phase is necessary prior to on line QC(Quality Control) in p roduction phase. For the purpose of off line quality control, QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process can be adopted.

PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 데이터 변환 시스템 구현 (Data Transformation System Implementation for the Automation of PCB Product)

  • 본 논문은 PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 데이터 변환 시스템을 구현한다. CAD로 설계한 데이터는 PCB 생산라인과의 데이터 호환을 이루지 못하기 때문에 데이터 호환을 갖는 자동화 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 PCB 부품 정보를 분석하고 IC 부품 정보를 DB로 구축한다. CAD 설계자의 Human error 검출 알고리즘을 개발하고, PCB 생산 라인에 적합한 데이터로 변환하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. PCB 생산라인의 부품의 정보 추가, 수정하기 위한 데이터 변환 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현한다. 기존의 수작업 공정을 자동화함으로서 처리속도를 대폭 개선하였으며, 신뢰성 있는 칙적화된 데이터로 PCB 생산 자동화에 일조를 할 수 있다.

컨베이어 라인 변경시 U - 라인 설계의 효율적 방안 - K전자 사례를 중심으로 - (The Design of the U-Shaped Assembly Line to Replace Conveyor Systems)

  • Generally, the assembly system relied on conveyor lines is efficient for mass production. But it is not efficient when the product types are often varying and their lot sizes are small. Especially, it is much inefficient for the assembly lines for the electronic products whose types are varying very often. This paper suggests the design of U-shaped assembly lines to replace the existing conveyor systems. The assembly line for the mini-cassette production is dealt with as a case study. The proposed procedure was successfully applied for the design of U-shaped lines. The developed method resulted in the improvement of the productivity such as the decrease of the man power and the cycle time, and the increase of the line utility.
