기업에 있어서 기술혁신의 동태적 모형 (Models of Technological Innovation at a Project And a Firm Level)

  • This paper reviews various models of technological innovations at different levels: project level and productive segment level. Firstly, it examines a number of significant factors influencing the success and failure of technological innovation at project level. Specifically, the role and characteristics of technical information for the success of innovation is analyzed. Secondly, the paper discusses in detail the relationship between technological innovation and the evolution of a firm. Product and process innovations are analyzed in accordance with a three stage model; the stages are performance maximizing (uncoordinated), sales maximizing (segmental) and cost minimizing (systemic). Various implications of the model are presented in terms of the business policy variables such as diversification, standardization, productivity improvement, marketing, etc. The applicability of the model to a developing country is sought and a few suggestions to develop new model of technological innovations in LDC are discussed.

  • Rapid changes in the period has altered the changes in consumption. The concept of consumption changed from simply being supplied with goods to the one that considers values' or buying images such as services and information along with the product. Diversification or individuality of values caused demands in store differentiation for companies in industrial activities and due to such demands, a necessity of visual merchandising needed for strategic image plans has been emphasized. Therefore, an objective of this research was to clarify differences of demographical variables of clothing purchase behavior according to the response level of department store VMD and to investigate about the correlations with clothing purchase behavior to provide fundamental guidelines in establishing strategies of VMD according to consumption motivation as a new perception about life style.

  • Korea furniture industry is the difficulty of producing manpower supply and demand together with rising raw material and are facing severe difficulties as a diversification of consumer needs. It located so close through the International Furniture Fair in China and to identify the status of the domestic furniture industry. It also overlooks want to move forward in the direction. China International Furniture Fair was the head of the leading exchanges for furniture production worldwide. Market demand as households, yet the center is fully equipped with the chance to cooperate with the furniture production.   • The productive products are required diversification of product development and advanced for competitiveness. A lot of methods to fix architecture wrapping panels and stone materials are developed in domestic area very much. In this paper, it is very important that a fixing device of slate and molds were developed to reduce the production cost and improve safety. Therefore new model was suggested to reduce manufacturing cost and structure design and FEM analysis were performed to manufacture die press dies for mass production.

  • Recently the environment which besieges distribution system is changing suddenly. With opening the distribution market together the advanced various nations new multinational discount stores are introduced and the competition from this market is growing in intensity. Like this change is raising the recognition of the enterprises against the strategy importance of the distribution channel. Consequently, from under competing which is deepened from the hazard where the discount point industry exists what, it will not be able to do the customer-oriented management which it sees. To lead a customer satisfaction finally and it is important to put out. As only low price standing sale it will not be able to create a competitive advantage and raising the quality also it is demanded with the diversification of product assortment together. It does a customer loyalty degree further firmly and compared to the long-range strategy is necessary.

Breaking Limitations: Constraints and Strategies of Indonesian Migrant Entrepreneurship in Taiwan

  • As migrants develop businesses abroad, entrepreneurship needs specific strategies due to some barriers when establishing and doing businesses. This paper examines the kinds of problems that have been faced in Indonesian migrant entrepreneurships in Taiwan and how the entrepreneurs cope with the difficulties. They use structural and cultural strategies for survival, seize the opportunities for self-development, and develop future careers. Research result shows that the limitations of Indonesian entrepreneurships in Taiwan are related to institutional issues, migrant status, business regulations, resource-providing institutions, language barriers, competition among migrants and locals, and capital. Hence, migrant entrepreneurs must conduct strategic actions to continue their businesses by developing innovations to grow and survive. Some measures include changing from offline to online marketing especially when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, product diversification using migrants and local people's assistance and networks, and setting competitive prices. This paper is based on qualitative research. The data were obtained through interviews in East Java-Indonesia and in Taiwan in 2022. The data were analysed using the descriptive analysis with sociological perspectives.

브랜드이미지가 구매태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Brand Image on the Purchasing Attitude of Customer)

  • 시대변화에 따라 제품에 대한 소비자의 구매 결정기준과 제품 공급방법은 끊임없는 변화가 거듭되었다. 디지털기술을 응용한 on-line 시스템이 상품에 대한 정보를 전달하고 생산과 구매가 동시적으로 일어나는 시장체제가 형성하게 되었다. 그 결과 소비자 중심의 브랜드 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 따라서 실증조사를 통하여 경제 사회 환경 변화에 따른 소비자의 의식구조를 파악하고, 이 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매결정 기준을 이해하고자 한다. 소비자의 구매태도를 만족, 선호, 재구입, 추천으로 기준을 설정하고, 이들 4개의 기준에 미칠 수 있는 브랜드 이미지의 요인들의 영향을 파악하였다. 브랜드 이미지의 효율적 형성을 위하여서 생성되는 소비자(고객) 중심의 브랜드 가치는 실증분석을 통하여 얻어진 결과를 보면 사회생활가치, 정서가치, 개성적가치 수용하여 브랜드이미지에 적용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에서 도출된 브랜드 이미지의 공통적 요인으로는 차별성가 고객 중심의 일관성 및 개성적, 감성적 요인들을 부각 시를 수 있는 행태로 브랜드 이미지화를 도모할 필요가 있다는 결과가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 미래 지향적이고, 소비자에게 인지 연상되는 기능을 보다 효과적으로 증대시킬 수 있도록 고객 중심의 브랜드 창출을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

리츠의 투자위험 분산화 효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Risk Diversification Effect of REITs)

  • 서브프라임 금융위기 이후 주택시장이 침체되면서 2000년대 초반과 같이 주택투자로 고수익을 올릴 수 있는 시기는 앞으로 찾아오지 않을 가능성이 이제 점차 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 과거 고수익의 원천이 되었던 부동산 시장은 점차 수익형 부동산 등 안정적 수익을 획득할 수 있는 투자시장으로 변모하고 있다. 이에 따라 대표적인 간접투자상품인 리츠의 시장규모는 더욱 커질 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 아직까지 리츠시장은 일반적인 주택투자시장 및 금융시장보다 훨씬 더 그 성장이 미미한 실정이다. 하지만 포트폴리오 이론을 토대로 한 위험관리의 중요성이 투자의 매우 중요한 개념을 자리잡고 있는 바 리츠의 안정적인 수익 창출은 포트폴리오의 위험관리에 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문에서는 주식시장의 다양한 업종들 중 상대적으로 안정적인 수익을 확보할 수 있는 리츠가 포트폴리오에 편입되었을 때 위험 분산 효과를 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과에서 확인할 수 있듯이 대표적인 경기방어주인 음식료업종과 마찬가지로 리츠업종 역시 전체 시장을 나타내는 코스피와 상관계수값이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났으며 최소분산포트폴리오로 구성했을 경우에도 표준편차가 매우 낮게 나오는 등 음식료업종과 같이 투자포트폴리오에 편입했을 경우 위험분산 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 투자시장은 향후 미래의 불확실성에 따라 항상 위험을 감수해야 함에 따라 위험 대비 수익이 어느 정도인지가 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 리츠를 활용하여 포트폴리오를 구성할 경우 위험분산 효과를 획득할 수 있는 바 충분히 그 투자 효용성을 가지고 있을 것으로 판단된다.

업사이클 브랜드 패션가방제품의 표현 특성 연구 (Study on Expression Characteristic of Fashion Bag Products of Up-cycle Brand)

  • The consumption trend of fashion in modern industrial society is developing from the rapid changes, and the lifespan of fashion products becomes shorter due to the various industrial wastes. Due to the attitude change caused by the ethical consumption consciousness and environment awareness, the up-cycle fashion products got to receive attention, and it is in the limelight as a new trend to realize the sustainable fashion products in the domestic and foreign fashion. The purpose of this study lies in drawing the expression characteristics by investigating and analyzing the cases of each type on the fashion bag products of up-cycle brand, and contributing to the diversification of product family fitting to the characteristics of fashion bag product of up-cycle brand, systematic strategies of up-cycle fashion products, and activation of up-cycle fashion market. In research methods, the theatrical researches were conducted centered the relevant domestic literature materials, preceding papers, etc., which ran paralleled with the actual case analysis study. Through the preceding research and websites related to selected products, websites of up-cycle companies, relevant books, related articles, etc., the expression characteristics of up-cycle fashion bag products were drawn. The results of this study are as follows: First, as it has the feature of historicality, the designs can be created by containing the designer's story, story of materials, and consumer's story. Second, since it has the characteristic of sustainability, the application of manufacturing process and materials, extension of product life, conversion of original material's function, etc. can be sustainable. Third, as it's a trait of scarcity, all products may be produced by hand, and it can have the specialty which the original materials have. Fourth, since it has an eco-friendly trait, even while saving the original materials, the aesthetic needs could be met according to the consumers' continuous demand.

소금 첨가량에 따른 갈색 육수의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성 (Physiological and Sensory Characteristics of Brown Stock Depending on Salt Content)

  • This study applied high-pressure extraction cooking, which has been proven superior in processibility and stock extraction, for the preparation of stock, which is widely used as a basic material of dishes, and examined the physicochemical and sensory properties of the extracted stock by adding salt. We observed changes in the chromaticity of brown stock according to salt content, and pH decreased with increased the salt content, suggesting that stock was acidified. Regarding the mineral content, Na was the highest, followed by K and P. Regarding total free amino acid content, the content of essential amino acids, enhancing free amino acids, and other amino acids also showed the highest level in S2, which contented 0.3% salt. In the sensory test, saltiness grew stronger with an increase in salt content, and overall palatability was highest in S2. Regarding ranking, preference was highest for S2. Utilize to data that study finding of above is actual in development for mass production of brown stock product licensed cooks' traditional mesh dipper technology quality that make mass production direction that change and normalizes product that can keep excellent taste and improve conservative property develop. Culture formation and our country foodservice industry development that reduce damage of informed people ashes through development of brown stock product that is changed in large quantity, and improve quality of food more positively contributing to reappear diversification of menu, systematization and taste of specialty store as well as can contribute in rationalization of informed people ashes purchase, personnel expense (labor power) curtailment, waste decrease etc. but is developed still more being utilized.
