A liquefied seasoning material was manufactured by using the enzymatic hydrolysis for the benefit of highly effective utilization of cockle shell by-product, and their quality was investigated. The weight ratio of by-product to whole cockle shell was 32.7%, and the contents of moisture and crude protein in the raw cockle shell by-product were 83.1% and 10.7%, respectively. The optimal concentrations of protease such as Protease N. P.(Pacific Chemical Co.) and Alcalase(Noo co), used in order to reduced the hydrolysis period, were effective at 4%(w/w), and optimal hydrolyzing time was 8 hours and after 8 hours were little changed. To improve flavor of the liquefied seasoning material, by Maillard reaction used thermal treatment, addition of glucose was very effective. And addition in hydrolysate with 10% glucose, 9% table salt, 2% starch and 0.5% caramel were suitable for promotion of taste. Total nitrogen and amino type nitrogen in the product were 1,607mg% and 1,264mg%, respectively. And the ratio of amino type nitrogen to the total nitrogen was 78.6%. The major free amino acid were glutamic acid, lysine, leucine, valine and aspartic acid, and content of glutamic acid was 1,027.5mg%.

J sewage treatment plant (WWTP) in Busan has used methanol as an external carbon source for the biological denitrification process. Methanol is widely used. but rather expensive and very dangerous in handling. Therefore, it has been required that the economic alternative carbon source must be developed. By-product from a fine chemical industry can be Purified by removing high molecular weight substances using the ultrafilter membrane separation process and RBDCOD fraction becomes $98{\sim}99%$ of COD substances in the purified by-product. The purified by-product containing three types of alcohols, methanol, prophylenglycol and methoxypropanol; showed similar chemical characteristics to the methanol, a main external carbon source, in biodegradation pathway. Shown above, the compatibility between main and alternative carbon sources has been achieved. Also very short or no adaptation period is necessary in the case of exchanging these carbon sources. The compatibility between external carbon sources is an essential element for stabilizing WWTP operations. During the full-scale application test of the by-product, the alternative carbon source line got on par with the treatment efficiency of the methanol line. With the test result, J-WWTP changed methanol to a fine chemical by-product, in two out of three J-WWTP lines. Moreover, it is expected that 55.4% of the external carbon source cost reduction can be achieved in the alternative carbon source applied lines.
This study attempted an empirical analysis study on the Meal Kit Product, whose interest and demand continued to increase according to the eating out trend in the Untact era. In addition, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between the factors of Home Meal Replacement Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes, Consumers Satisfaction, and Other Recommendation Intention. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using Meal Kit Products released by food service companies and start-up companies. The investigation period was conducted for about one month from July 01, 2020, and the final 285 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the price (β=.241), convenience (β=.317), and diversity (β=.191) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on Consumers Satisfaction. Price (β=.482), convenience (β=.133), and diversity (β=.342) were found to have a significant effect on the intention to recommend others. It was analyzed that Hypothesis 3's Consumers Satisfaction (β=.443) had a significant effect on Other Recommendation Intention. Finally, through this study, we expect to be provided as basic research data related to Meal Kit Product. It is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction for the development of milk kit products for catering companies and restaurants.

Cabbage (Baechu) Kimchi in its truncated form was placed in four different packing materials, Ny/PE/LLDP, OPP/AL/PE, PP and PET, and quality changes were observed during storage. Changes in pH and total acidity showed an x-shaped cross-curve as pH decreased and total acidity increased during storage. PP tray showed the slowest change at $5^{\circ}C$ with time. The pH was initially 6.25, but decreased to 4.12~4.16 at 20 days, and total acidity showed a 4 to 4.8-fold increase after 20 days of storage compared to the initial value. During storage at $5^{\circ}C$, total bacterial count and lactic acid bacterial count rapidly increased after 4 days. The total bacterial quantity decreased after a period of time and there were differences according to packaging material; OPP/AL/PE packaging showed the most dramatic decrease. Change in microbial count mostly followed a similar pattern to that of total acidity for all packaging materials. Changes in the color of Kimchi liquid, when examined by color index in $L{\cdot}b$/a form, rapidly decreased over time, similar to pH. Small Ny/PE/PP and OPP/AL/PE packages of Kimchi were examined for changes in free volume inside the packaging. After 13 days of storage at $5^{\circ}C$, the volume was 243 mL, but storage at $20^{\circ}C$ resulted in a volume of 372 mL, a more than 1.5-fold increase in free volume. There were changes in the quality characteristics of small package Kimchi according to storage temperature and packaging material, and large changes in pH, total acidity, and microbial count were evident upon storage at $5^{\circ}C$ for 8 days, which was the optimum palatability period. Mostly, PP treatment showed the slowest quality changes upon storage at $5^{\circ}C$. However, due to small package Kimchi's fast consumption system, the appropriate choice of packaging material must consider the product's turnover ratio. Further, the varieties of small package Kimchi should be diversified according to different consumer preferences by offering Kimchi with different maturity levels. Further, since the leading consumer base ranges in age from the teens to thirties, the development of various products targeting such consumers is necessary.
In this paper, I tried to study the change of the Chinese performing arts market during the 10th 5year development plan, from year 2001 to year 2005 by both of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, because it's really the time when we need to understand the growing market of chinese culture along with the development of the Chinese cultural industry. During that period, the Chinese government developed the policy to establish a healthy cultural market and strengthen it's cultural power; the parts who product the piece of performing arts including the performing troupes, the theatres and the production companies were consolidated and became familiar to market through the reformation of the organization; and the audience who consume the performing arts and entertainments still shows very Chinese characteristics in the cities and villages. In the village, the audiences invite the troupe to play their local theatre in many occasions of their life according to their traditional beliefs, also somehow to show their wealth. The fact that the local governments and the companies are very important consumer groups in China is also very 'Chinese' characteristics. It means that Chinese performing arts are still more or less under the influence of the political ideas. Nonetheless it is worthy of notice that Chinese performing arts not only develope the new contents in very creative way and also try to learn the knowhow of the excellent items of foreign countries by inviting them to the festivals or organize a co-productions on the basis of the upgraded cultural power through the 10th 5 year development plan.

The problems of lack of skilled worker and poor productivity at the construction site continue to be raised, and the introduction of construction automation as one of the solutions to this has been considered. The development of various types of equipment and systems has been carried out, especially for earthwork operations with multiple construction equipment. However, the level of commercialization of developed equipment or systems is very limited. Although the single-product type of earthwork equipment has been applied to the site, the integrated type of earthwork system is still in the field testing stage. Considering these constraints, the limited budget and research period, a strategy is needed to identify which technology areas and core technologies should be developed first. In this study, the technology areas and detailed core technologies that are essential for the development of earthwork systems at the level of commercialization are set and the priority of development is determined. In addition, the earthwork system that has been developed so far is analyzed and the detailed development direction is presented based on it. The findings can be used for a decision making to set the priority for core technologies that should be developed first in the limited budget and period.
I have felt seriously a desire to study and analyse the medicine of the period of the Three Kingdoms when I thought and studied the ancient medical history. Therefore in Chapter II I inquired into the background of Politico-social and the currency of thought. In the Chapter III inquired into the system of Medical politics in the period of the Three Kingdoms. In the Chapter IV inquired into the general view of the period of the Three Kingdoms. In the Chapter V inquired into the writings of Medicine and Doctors. From this study, I reached at following-conclusions. 1. The Three Kingdoms are politically opposed to each other, but socialo culturaly cooperated, connected each other to import the technique and thought which developed in China, so generally their system and life pattern are alike. 2. On the system of medical politcics Goguryeo(高句麗) had the system of court phisician, Baek jeo(百濟) had medical doctor and collector in the Ministry of Drug which took charge of teaching and medical treatment and specially had spellchanting doctor who treat epidermic and psychological diease untreated with herb and acupuncture, Shilla(新羅) had the system of Yak chun which was charge of teaching and treatment, and had the Chimbang(針房) which assist doctor in the system of Yagchun(藥典制度). 3. The medical interchange with China made the Three Kingdoms to import the medical books. So the theory of medicine was systematized and the art of treatment developed. In the aspect of Herb the Three Kingdoms and China actively exchange their own district product. 4. The medicine of Three Kingdoms accommodated Yin Yang Ohang theory(陰陽五行說), the theory of body compose with four element(四大 : 地水火風) and the theory of life cultivation and breathing(導引養生說) with Therefore in many aspect of oriental medicine basic theory and treatment would improved. 5. The epidermic diease occurred in period of Three Kingdoms, is represented Yeok(疫), that is after all Ohn Diease(溫病), and epidermic diease, is relfected by earthquake, heavy rain, terrible droughty and eclipse of sun. The treatment of this diease did not developed in that time, we presume that there are many persons killed. 6. As the record of five starr(五星), comet(彗星) and eclipse of sun was showed, the astronomy of oriental medicine in the Three Kingdoms was high level and it became the mothers womb of Korean astronomy. 7. The medicine of the Three Kingdoms, concreted with Chinese medicine and their own ancient one, was reflect on Japanese medicine to improve the medical theory and treatment. 8. The Three Kingdoms peculiarly published Korea Nosabang(高麗老師方) Baekjyeo Shinjipbang(百濟新集方), so this independent medicine reflected on the development of natural hurb(鄕約) of the period of Korea(高麗).
Recently, the importance of the efficient production pipeline design has been increased for 3D animation, which becomes more delicate. In this paper, we propose 3D animation character development pipeline using 3D printing technology. We introduce 3D printing procedure into each step of the classical 3D animation and character development pipeline to incorporate the feed-back from the designer immediately. Specially, during the production step, we can find the design errors and minimize the period of production by using 3D printing of approximate shape of designed character. Using proposed method, eight DreaMegg characters were developed and their quality was very high with respect to 3D virtual graphics and real product. Using our method, high-quality 3D animation character can be developed with the minimized time and cost for development by reflecting the feed-back into production line from designers and researchers immediately.
This study shows that a sustainable competitive advantage and entrepreneurial characteristics are necessary for a software company to achieve competitive innovation and growth. This study investigates various software company characteristics and the effects of various company factors as its main research objectives. The data used in this research model were collected from software companies in South Korea. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected over a period of two months in 2013. EXCEL, AMOS, and SPSS were used to derive the study results. The hypothesis testing results of this study are as follows. First, a software company's entrepreneurial innovativeness and risk-taking behaviors have a positive influence on software innovativeness. A greater sense of innovativeness and entrepreneurial orientation leads to a higher propensity to take risks in software development. Second, the characteristics of software innovativeness, and flexibility have a significant influence on software company performance. Innovation during the initial periods of software usage can create a high demand for improvements and new features, requiring a flexible software design. Finally, this study analyzes the software features of entrepreneurial characteristics and the influence of institutional factors on the characteristics of individual innovativeness and software development. Entrepreneurial characteristics can affect governmental or institutional support, policies, and legal frameworks to promote the role of software innovativeness. The results of this study imply that software companies can adopt an entrepreneurial approach to promote technology development and product development for achieving a competitive advantage in the industry. This study also analyzes the environmental factors that affect the software industry and their implications for policy makers.
This study aims to produce dolomitic hydraulic lime (D-NHL) using domestic low grade dolomitic limestone and to determine the effect of adding blast furnace slag (BFS) and gypsum as part of an investigation of the hydration properties of D-NHL to increase the mechanical properties. The main mineral phases of D-NHL as a hydraulic lime binder were $Ca(OH)_2$, $Mg(OH)_2$, $C_2S$, $C_3S$, and MgO residues. $Ca(OH)_2$ transformed into $CaCO_3$ in D-NHL paste over the period of 28 days, but the carbonation of $Mg(OH)_2$ and the hydration of $C_2S$ did not occur until hydration, after 28 days. Through an investigation of the hydration properties of D-NHL pastes mixed with BFS and gypsum, Al-based compounds such as calcium aluminate hydrates ($C_4AH_{13}$) and ettringite were observed at early hydration time. The compressive strength was improved due to the increased quantities of these hydration products. These results show that good performance results from the application of dolomitic hydraulic lime and that a high value product can be made from domestic waste materials.
