  • 오늘날 유통구조의 변화는 오프라인에서 온라인으로 급격하게 수요가 변화해 가고 있다. 이러한 현상은 상품을 편리하게 구입하고자 하는 소비자의 심리가 반영되어 있다고 할 수 있다. 농산물 역시 내용물을 보호하려는 안전성과 소비자들에게 신뢰를 줄 수 있는 브랜드 및 디자인이 어느때보다 중요하게 인식되어지고 있다. 특히, 딸기 과채류는 다른 과채류에 비해 껍질이 얇아서 약한 충격과 흔들림에도 상품의 품질이 떨어지기 때문에 패키지의 지기구조나 소재에 안정성 영향을 많이 받는다. 또한, 직거래 유통이 많은 과채류다보니 생산농가의 열약한 환경 때문에 패키지디자인이 다른 상품에 비해 경쟁력이 떨어지는 것이 현실이다. 즉, 딸기 수요가 날로 증가하는데 비해 딸기패키지는 생산자와 소비자 욕구에 충족하지 못한다는 점이다. 딸기판매에 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 패키지개발의 기초연구가 시급한 실정이다. 패키지요소(형태, 소재, 디자인) 조사 분석을 통하여 패키지의 문제점을 파악하고, IPA MAP(중요도, 만족도)분석을 통하여 생산자와 소비지가 추구하는 개선점을 파악하고자 한다.

  • Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. Namely those need to establish target market segmentation And marketing strategy stages according to the green degrees of market And commodity.

초등학생들의 먹이 피라미드 예측 모형 구성에서 과학적 추론의 역할 (Role of Scientific Reasoning in Elementary School Students' Construction of Food Pyramid Prediction Models)

  • This study explores how elementary school students construct food pyramid prediction models using scientific reasoning. Thirty small groups of sixth-grade students in the Kyoungki province (n=138) participated in this study; each small group constructed a food pyramid prediction model based on scientific reasoning, utilizing prior knowledge on topics such as biotic and abiotic factors, food chains, food webs, and food pyramid concepts. To understand the scientific reasoning applied by the students during the modeling process, three forms of qualitative data were collected and analyzed: each small group's discourse, their representation, and the researcher's field notes. Based on this data, the researcher categorized the students' model patterns into three categories and identified how the students used scientific reasoning in their model patterns. The study found that the model patterns consisted of the population number variation model, the biological and abiotic factors change model, and the equilibrium model. In the population number variation model, students used phenomenon-based reasoning and relation-based reasoning to predict variations in the number of producers and consumers. In the biotic and abiotic factors change model, students used relation-based reasoning to predict the effects on producers and consumers as well as on decomposers and abiotic factors. In the equilibrium model, students predicted that "the food pyramid would reach equilibrium," using relation-based reasoning and model-based reasoning. This study demonstrates that elementary school students can systematically elaborate on complicated ecology concepts using scientific reasoning and modeling processes.

유기농산물 생산자 조직의 유통활동과 소비확대 방향 (Marketing Activities of Producers' Organization and Direction of Consumption Increase on Organic Farming Products)

  • This study analyzed marketing activities of producers' organization on organic farming products(O.F.Ps), and was inquired into direction of consumption increase by it. As a result, in order to raise marketing efficiency and to increase consumption of O.F.Ps, the present questions and issues which are to be solved is as follows: Consumer's confidence for O.F.Ps should be obtained broadly and formally. Particulary, the use of brand such as 'no pollution' or ' no pesticides' should be forbidden without institutional certification. Thus cosumers should be able to distinguish O.F.Ps from general farming products(G.F.Ps) by the brand. Also physical marketing is inefficient since many items are marketed in small amount, and marketing cost is spendedtoo much relatively. Physical marketing center to cut down this expenses should be constructed under government support largely. And the consumers' price of O.F.Ps tends to be fixed all the year round. Owing to this feature, the consumers' price of G.F.Ps have severely influece upon at once demand and supply of O.F.Ps. The associations of consumer and producer should allow O.F.Ps price to fluctuate in proportion to G.F.Ps price. Besides, both should vary marketing patterns. Finally, government should help both associations legally and institutionally to improve all economic activities.

중요도-성취도 분석을 이용한 소비자의 친환경농산물 구매 결정요소 평가 (Evaluating Some Influential Factors on Consumers' Purchasing Decisions of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products (EAP) Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA))

  • It is important to facilitate consumers' purchases of EAP (Environment-friendly Agricultural Products) for establishing the successful Environment-friendly Agriculture (EA). This study was conducted to evaluate the present state of some potentially influential factors on consumers' purchasing decisions of EAP using Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA). A total of 299 Gwangju citizens participated in the questionnaire survey during September and October, 2007. Urgent improvement efforts are needed for "reliability about the safety of the EAP", "reliability on EAP certification mark", "credibility of EAP producers", and "growth of EA". Respondents also seem to have positive attitudes to EA activation.

친환경 채소의 소비자 선택 속성에 관한 연구: 당근과 참외를 대상으로 (Study about the Determinant Factors of Consumers about Environment-friendly vegetables : Focusing on Carrot and Oriental Melon)

  • Even though Korean consumers have shown the strong preference for environment-friendly agricultural products, the real market of environment-friendly agricultural products may reach a plateau. In order to overcome this problem, researchers should find the more specific consumers' needs, including taste, flavor, shape, and others. and offer some implications to farmers and marketers. The object of this paper is to analyze the determinant factors of Korean consumers about environment-friendly carrot and oriental melon, through survey and fuzzy multi-criteria decision making approach. The results of analyses present that Korean consumers have the unique determinant factors about environment-friendly carrot and oriental melon, which are different from conventional carrot and oriental melon. Korean consumers' experience of the buying of environment-friendly vegetable is also influential in the determinant factors. Findings and implications from this research may be useful to Korean producers and other researchers.

인공지능 비즈니스 생태계 연구 (A Study on AI Business Ecosystem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인공지능 기술 발달과 관련 산업 발달의 기반이 되는 생태계 구조에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 또한, 인공지능 기술을 기반한 인공지능 비즈니스 생태계에 대해 연구하고 활성화 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다. 생태계는 생산자, 소비자, 분해자들이 유기적으로 연관되어 역할을 수행한다. 인공지능 생태계에서 생산자인 인공지능 서비스 생산자, 생산된 서비스를 이용하는 인공지능 서비스 소비자, 인공지능 서비스의 기반이 되는 데이터 및 관련 인프라 서비스를 분해자로 분류하였다. 또한 인공지능 비즈니스 생태계에 등장하는 이해관계자는 인공지능 서비스 생산, 소비, 운영에 직간접적으로 영향을 주는 요인이 이해관계자로서 정부 및 각종 관련 민간단체 들이 있다. 특히 국내의 경우 정부가 가장 영향력 있는 이해관계자로서 역할을 수행하고 있다. 대표적인 사례로 관련 인력양성 지원인 생산자 증가에 기여하고, R&D 자금 지원으로 생산되는 서비스의 증가에 촉매제 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구에서 인공지능 비즈니스 생태계의 활성화를 위한 정책은 (1) 생산자 증대 환경 확보, (2) 소비자의 인공지능 인식 확산, (3) 데이터 교류 및 공급 인프라 확보, (4) 관련 서비스 지원 법 및 관련 제도 확보이다. 본 연구는 국내의 인공지능 기반 환경 구축 및 관련 연구에 기여 및 활용되는 것에 의의를 가진다.

  • The features of special brand eggs are growing more and more diverse and it is hard to draw a clear distinction between these and ordinary (no-brand) eggs. Special brand eggs range from those with objectively recognizable characteristics to those given only an unsubstantial product image and price differentials are among them great, too. The relation between product features and prices is unclear. Special brand eggs are the commodity whose characteristics are the vaguest of all livestock products. Farm's brand eggs produce a high profitability to producers is they are directly sold to consumers, by, for example, home-delivery service. But if they are sold to supermarkets, etc., producer's (poultry farmer's) income becomes lower by the amount of distributors' margin, reducing the profitability substantially. Thus how to increase the ration of retailing is important for farmers to secure a high profit. The sales strategies of poultry are the combination of two elements, that is, new product development (product differentiation) and creation of new market. But it is difficult for special brand egg producers to develop products with clear characteristics (use value) distinct form ordinary eggs and so these producers depend on the factors of appearance, such as the color of egg shells and package. Special brand eggs manage to keep their marketable value by the combination of the few product features and product image. Thus NB eggs from feed producers have a great market-ability since they can take advantage of the power of patents and TV commercials. However, market differentiation affects profitability much more than product features and price gaps are very wide between directly sold and wholesaled eggs. The producers of special brand eggs have come to the turning point where they have to decide whether they will content with being the subcontractors for NB and PB eggs or they will continue to keep their independence in production and marketing.

쌀 브랜드에 대한 소비자 인식과 구매 행태 (Consumer Perceptions and Buying Behavior of Branded Rice)

  • Recently, rice producers and related institutions have started to brand rice to increase sale. Despite such trend and the significance of rice branding to many parties including policy makers, no previous research has studied the relationship between consumers' psychological and socio-economic factors that underline consumer choice and judgment of branded rice. This paper discusses the variables related to branding through a survey based on 242 convenience consumer samples selected in Seoul metropolitan area in Korea, and presents the results and their implication for future research. The major findings are: 1) Consumers are reasonably well aware of rice-branding practices, and the main source of such information is in-store displays and packages, 2) It appears that consumers in general choose a rice brand based mainly on its taste and nutrition, and 3) the perceived difference among rice brands differs depending on some consumer characteristics. The perceived differences among rice brands in taste and in nutrition are relatively high for brand-loyal consumers and high-income consumers respectively. The perceived difference among rice brands in brand reputation is also relatively high for young, low-income, and brand-loyal consumers.
