  • From now on, the direction of fishery products circulation measure should be improved the system to give just the right of free choice of sale route like retail, direct sale, direct dealings and direct shipping only for fishermen to produce them diversifing the function and the role of current fish market in the production to prepare the fishery internationalization, to improve the competitiveness of coastal and off-shore fishery. Practically wholesale market in land and fish market in the production have the different function and role, the organization of wholesale market in land can't substitute the essential function and role which fish market in the production should perform. So far, fisheries cooperatives as a managing subject of fish market in the production have depended on the consignment sales and purchases of fishery products but, from now on, it should be explore the widespread supply way of fishery products by producing value - added fishery products that should bring higher demand from the consumers, producer - consumer direct marketing system through not only consignment sales but also direct sales that common processing and manufacturing system of fishery products under the management of FC has been established. The direction of the idealest structural improvement of fishery production circulation organization is to establish the the position of the fishery retail price leader based on the standard of market in the fisheries production due to existing characteristics of fisheries, accordingly, to harmony the market organization of direct transportation, direct sales and direct dealings form by producer and group of producers with market organization in the fisheries production, and to make the condition to do the appropriate distributive function.

남해안 전기 백악기 진주층의 호성 퇴적층에서 산출된 Lockeia gigantus ichnosp. nov. (Lockeia gigantus ichnosp. nov. in the Lacustrine Deposits of the Early Cretaceous Jinju Formation, Southern Coast of Korea)

  • 남해안의 경남 진도에 분포하는 전기 백악기 진주층의 호성 실트암에서 약 450여 개의 생흔 화석 Lockeia가 발견되었다. 이 생흔 화석들은 상당히 길쭉한 씨앗 모양이며, 대부분 길이가 60-70 mm, 폭이 15-20 mm이다. 그들은 특징적으로 날카로운 세로 고랑이 양쪽 가장자리에서 급하게 경사진 부분과 접하며, 주변부는 융기되어 있고, 세로 고랑의 양쪽 끝부분은 뽀족하다. 이 생흔 화석은 신종인 Lockeia gigantus ichnosp. nov.로 기재한다. Lockeia gigantus와 함께 드물게 발견되는 담수 이매패류인 Plicatounio는 이 휴식 생흔 화석의 가장 유력한 생성자로 판단된다. 이 신종 생흔화석은 현재까지 알려진 Lockeia 중에서 가장 크고 백악기 육성 퇴적층에서 세계적으로 처음 보고된 Lockeia이다. 이 화석은 또한 얕은 호수 환경의 생물 군집에서 살았던 생흔 화석 생성자 (이매패류인 Plicatounio)와 관련된 휴식 생흔화석의 특이한 예이다.

미역양식업의 생산조정과 가격지지 (A Study on the Production Adjustment and Price Support Program of Sea Mustard Aquaculture)

  • The market conditions of sea mustard is changing by overproduction, decreasing price, Import of blanched and salted sea mustard from China into Korea domestic market and increasing market share of sea mustard of China in Japan. In addition, the price support program in sea mustard aquaculture must be modified due to the restriction of domestic support by international organization such as WTO. There are two ways to solve those problems. First is that finding a way to solve the overproduction of sea mustard. One of possible ways is the production adjustment by Marketing Order. Second is that finding an alternative way to replace price support program. The possible way is Direct Payment instead of purchase stockpile system. To introduce marketing Order, outlook center, organization of self-management, production adjustment through output control measure, improvement of market structure, and education/publicity arc necessary. Also, to implement marketing order, setting a model business by government is required. There are two steps for implementation of marketing order. First step is to construct Order Committee including organization of producer, people related marketing. However, this committee must run by government for certain short-term. Second step is to improve quality of product and acceleration of demand. At visual point that enforcement of the first step is completed, government has process that government transfers Order Committees self-correcting. It is desirable that government only conduct the support acts such as quality improvement and acceleration of demand. Also, at early stage it is necessary to have aid system for marketing order For example, we can expect that income increase by production adjustment in long run. However, in short run the income of producer may decrease so, it is required to compensate his economic lose. For compensation, The useful means that can be utilized is direct payment. Direct payment is not continued policy. Also, when production adjustment policy such as Marketing Order has effective results, Direct Payment as an assistant measure must be reduced or abolished. Therefore, when production adjustment acts as an effective tool to control overproduction, Direct Payment system.

ICT 발전과 패션산업에서의 고객 참여 (ICT Development and Customer Participation in Fashion Industry)

  • With the pervasiveness of digital environment and expansion of new media, ICT (Information and Communication Technology) leads the role of consumer to change from a passive customer into an active co-producer. As customer participation in the fashion industry increases, this study attempts to explore the cases of customer participation as a co-producer in fashion industry through analyzing business models of companies, including Threadless, Blank label, Cut on Your Bias, Acustom Apparel, Thinkgivers. The results show that customer participation is mainly facilitated through design participation in fashion industry, with different level of participation and IT as well as different contribution target. Compared to the past, consumer’s preference is reflected through participation before the stage of production. Results indicate three main characteristics of customer participation in fashion industry. First, value co-creations using customer experiences and understanding customer needs are important. Second, active online communication among customers are critical. Third, it is important to ensure customer’s own item. From a customer perspective, participation enables them to purchase their own distinctive product and offers exciting experience and satisfaction over the production processes, and compensation can be used to increase customer participation. On the other hand, companies using customer participation can take advantage of cost reduction in product development, inventory, and marketing. Customer participation, as a win-win strategy for business and consumer, is expected to expand further in the future with the development of ICT.

Varietal characteristics of new white button mushroom 'Seolwon' in Agaricus bisporus

  • Commonly known as the button mushroom, Agaricus bisporus is one of the most widely cultivated mushroom species of edible fungi. In the breeding of new button mushroom, Seolwon was developed by crossing two homokaryons. Because of the predominantly pseudohomothallic life cycle, only a small percentage of homokaryotic meiospores are produced, which do not fruit. Homokaryotic cultures derived from these types of single spores produce a vegetative mycelium that contain a variable number of genetically identical nuclei per cell. After crossing two homokaryons, hybrids were cultivated on a small scale and on a commercial scale at a farm. The spawn was made by a commercial spawn producer and the spawned compost by a commercial compost producer. Mycelial growth of Seolwon on CDA was better at $25^{\circ}C$ when it was compared with that of Seolgang. The mature cap shape of new strain Seolwon is oblate spheroid and the immature cap shape is round to oblate spheroid. The cap diameter was 39.7 mm on average. In comparison with white strain Seolgang, the strain had a yield that was 11% higher. It produced fruiting bodies which had a higher weight on average per fruiting body and were 9.7% firmer with a good shelf life. Days of fruiting body were 1-2 days later than those of Seolgang. The physical characteristics such as springiness, chewiness, adhesiveness, gumminess were better than that of Seolgang.

계획 이주와 자발적 이주 간 연계 -베트남 닥락 성 커피 생산에서 이주의 역할- (The Linkage between Planned and Spontaneous Migration: The Roles of the Migration on Coffee Production in Dak Lak, Vietnam)

  • 베트남이 세계 제2의 커피 생산국으로 도약하는 데에는 닥락(Dak Lak) 성(省)을 포함한 중부고원지대의 농업 발달이 있었으며 그러한 농업 발달에 연안지역에서 내륙고원지대로의 이주가 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 기존 연구는 이러한 이주의 중요성을 인지하면서 계획 이주와 자발적 이주로 나누어 논의를 전개해 왔다. 하지만 이들 연구는 계획이주와 자발적 이주 간의 연계 관계를 명확히 파악하지 못했으며 이들의 연계 관계가 커피의 생산 현장이라 할 수 있는 꼬뮨 단위에서 차별적으로 구현되었는지 밝히지 못했다. 이에 본 연구는 닥락 성으로의 이주 흐름을 통계자료로 분석하고 Ea H'Ding 꼬뮨과 Doan Ket 꼬뮨을 사례지역으로 선정하여 전문가와의 면담 그리고 농가 설문과 면담을 통해 이주 과정을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 닥락 성 스케일에서 계획 이주가 초기에는 많았다가 점차 감소하였으나, 대신 자발적 이주가 점차 증가하면서 꾸준한 인구 유입이 이루어져 이 지역이 커피 생산지로 발돋움할 수 있었다. 하지만 커피 생산의 구체적 현장이라 할 수 있는 소지역 스케일에서는 계획 이주와 자발적 이주 간 연계 관계가 서로 다른 민족 구성, 정주 시기, 정부 개발 프로그램, 이주민 폭증 시기를 갖는 꼬뮨별로 상이하게 구현되었음이 밝혀져 국지적 맥락의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Isolation and Characterization of a New ${\gamma}$-Polyglutamic Acid Producer, Bacillus mesentericus MJM1, from Korean Domestic Chungkukjang Bean Paste

  • Poly-${\gamma}$-glutamic acid (PGA) is an unusual anionic polypeptide and has great potential as an environmentally and industrially significant biodegradable material. A new ${\gamma}$-PGA producer, Bacillus mesentericus MJM1, with high production capacity was isolated from Korean domestic Chungkuckjang bean paste. It produced ${\gamma}$-PGA at the level of 10 g/l in suitable media. The viscosities of 5% initially extracted mucin and purified ${\gamma}$-PGA solutions were 660 cps and 600 cps, respectively. The produced ${\gamma}$-PGA polymer consisted of 2,000 glutamic acid residues with even proportion of L and D types with molecular mass of about 200- 300 kDa. Bacillus mesentericus MJM1 displayed ${\gamma}$-glutamyltranspeptidase (${\gamma}$-GTP) activity that is known to play a key role in ${\gamma}$-PGA biosynthesis. The ${\gamma}$-GTP coding region was located on the plasmid of 5.8 kb. The plasmid, named pMMH1, is a rolling-circle replication (RCR) plasmid and additionally contained a replication origin and type I signal peptidase (sipP) coding region.

보안성 및 범용성이 강화된 3세대 블록체인 플랫폼 "큐본" ("Q-Bone", a 3rd Generation Blockchain Platform with Enhanced Security and Flexibility)

  • 본 논문에서는 보안성이 강화된 3세대 블록체인 플랫폼인 "큐본"을 개발하였다. "큐본"은 3세대 블록체인의 특징인 BP(block producer)를 도입하여 처리 속도를 높였다. "큐본"의 장점으로는 보안성이 높은 RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman)와 속도가 빠른 AES (advanced encryption standard)를 혼용하여 보안성과 속도를 모두 높였으며, 서로 다른 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하는 앱과 블록체인을 연결해주는 게이트웨이를 채용하여 범용성을 높였으며, 과도한 횟수의 트랜잭션이 발생하는 경우에는 이 트랜잭션을 하나로 묶어서 배포함으로서 처리 속도를 높였으며, 트랜잭션 데이터에 시퀀스 해쉬를 삽입하여 검색 속도를 높였다. "큐본"은 펫 커뮤니티 서비스, 학원-강사-학생 매칭 서비스에 적용되어 정확하고 효과적으로 동작하는 것을 확인하였으며, "큐본"의 트랜잭션 처리 속도는 3,557 TPS (transactions per second)로 매우 높은 성능을 보여주었다.

Continuous Production of Succinic Acid Using an External Membrane Cell Recycle System

  • Succinic acid was produced by continuous fermentation of Actinobacillus succinogenes sp. 130Z in an external membrane cell recycle reactor to improve viable cell concentration and productivity. Using this system, cell concentration increased to 16.4 g/l at the dilution rate $0.2\;h^{-1}$, up to 3 times higher than that of batch culture, and the volumetric productivity of succinic acid increased up to 6.63 g/l/h at the dilution rate $0.5\;h^{-1}$, 5 times higher than that of batch fermentation. However, in the continuous culture using a high dilution rate, operational problems including severe membrane fouling and contamination by lactic acid producer were observed. Another succinic acid producer, Mannheimia succiniciproducens MBEL55E, was also utilized in this system, and the cell concentration and productivity of succinic acid at the dilution rate of $0.3\;h^{-1}$ were found to be above 3 and 2.3 times higher, respectively, compared with those obtained at the dilution rate of $0.1\;h^{-1}$. These observations give a deep insight into the process design for a continuous succinic acid production by microorganisms.

만경, 동진강 하구 표영생태계의 무생물 환경과 일차생산자 I. 환경 특성과 식물 플랑크톤의 군집 구조 (Abiotic environment and primary producer of estuarine pelagic ecosystem in the lower water of the Mankyung river and the Dongjin River I. Environmental characteristics and phytop)

  • 만경, 동진강 하구 표영 생태계에서 일차생산자의 군집 구조와 분포 양상 그리고 이들과 무생물 환경과의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 1989년 10월부터 1990년 7월까지 5회 에 걸쳐 시료를 채집, 분석 하였다. 그 결과 식물플랑크톤은 159종이 동정되었으며 규 조류가 70.4%로 가장 우세하였다. 생태특성으로는 연안종이 52%로 가장 우세하였고 담 수종 18%, 외상양 12% 순으로 나타나 담수와 외양의 해수에 의해 영향을 받는 하구역 의 특성이 뚜렷하다. 식물플랑크톤의 종 조성은 염분 변화에 좌우되는 것으로 사료된 다. 연구해역에서 일차생산자의 현존량은 시, 공간에 따라 크게 변하는데 투명도와 밀 접한 관계가 것으로 보이며 서해의 다른 해역에 비해 높은 수준이다. 종 다양성 지수 역시, 시, 공간적으로 변화가 컸으며 10월에 최대, 5월에 최소치를 보였다. 연구해역 은 가을과 겨울에는 외양수에 의한 영향으로, 봄과 여름에는 강으로부터 유입되는 담 수에 의한 영향으로 크게 두 개의 해역으로 구분되어 진다.
