중국 H자동차의 조달물류에서 시뮬레이션 방법을 활용한 최적 배송주기 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination of Delivery Cycle for Procurement of H Automobile in China)

  • 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)의 목적은 공급사슬에서 발생하는 재고 및 운송에 관련한 비용을 최소화하는 것이다. 여기서 발생하는 비용은 여러 변수에 의해 결정되기 때문에 공급망 전체를 하나의 시스템으로 보고 모델링하여 분석할 필요성이 있다. 여러 구성요소들을 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 모습을 분석하기 위해 수학적 접근방법을 사용하는 것 보다 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용해 모델링하는 것이 더 효과적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 H자동차의 조달물류의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 시뮬레이션 방법을 활용하여 조달물류의 최적 배송주기를 도출하고, 재고관리의 문제점을 개선 하고자 한다.

  • The Electropia system is a practical model based on up-to-date CALS/EC technologies to support major Korean Electronic Manufacturers to cooperate in designing, purchasing and marketing processes. With this system, they could develop common parts, enhance their logistics and procurement capability, and provide more convenience to customers in their buying processes. This system is expected to raise the productivity and reduce material and marketing cost, which will essentially help to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean Electronic Industries.

  • 본 논문은 효과적인 물류 Process를 위해 일본의 도요타에서 만들어진 JIT(Just-In-Time) Process를 이해하고, 이를 SAP R/3 System을 이용해서 구현함으로써 물류 Lead Time 감소와 재고비용 감소에 얼마나 효과적인지를 분석한 다음 향후 실증연구를 위한 연구 모형과 검증 가설을 제안하였다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyse affecting factors of Test and Evaluation and to improve the institution of Test and Evaluation in the Domestic purchase program. Methods : The domestic acquisition program is currently small in terms of size, but it is gradually increasing every year. Still, the domestic purchase program has insufficient regulations and procedures compared to the other procurement methods including research & development. Various problems are likely to occur between test and evaluation group, and defense industries regarding the regulations during Test & Evaluation. Therefore, the regulations and methods need to be amended to upgrade the current domestic purchase program into an effective and flawless one. In this paper, six variables have been chosen by the help of experts working in Ministry of National Defense (MND), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Army Headquarters and DAPA. Results : The six variables are effectiveness of proposal evaluation, fairness of test and evaluation, sufficiency of operational capabilities, seasonal period of test and evaluation, fulfillment in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of the industries, and guaranteeing appropriate environment for related enterprises' participation. Conclusion : This paper can help defense industries to enhance their development capabilities, and to perform tests more fairly and effectively considering the key factors identified in this research.

  • 본 논문은 대학에서의 SAP R/3를 이용한 ERP 교육을 하는데 있어서 실습의 중요성을 강조하고 설습의 효과를 높이기 위해서 교육용 가상기업을 생성할 필요성을 주창하고 있다. SAP R/3 시스템에서 교육생들이 직접 가상 기업을 설정하고, 해당 모듈 내에서 프로세스를 생성하는 것을 직접 구현 한 사례를 보여줌으로써 ERP 교육의 효과를 보다 높일 수 있는 새로운 실습 교육 방법을 제시하고 있다.

전시 155밀리 포병탄약에 대한 제 3국 조달의 계량적 효과분석 (A Quantitative Analysis on the Effect of 155M Artillery Ammunition Procurement from Third Party Countries in the Wartime)

  • 본 연구는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 전시 3국으로부터의 탄약조달 효과를 계량적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전시 탄약확보, 조달계획, 통합수송계획 그리고 3국과의 군수협력에 관한 개념에 대해 알아보고 3국 탄약지원 가능성을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 전시 미국과 한국의 해상수송과정에 대한 기본모형을 만든 후 미국 및 3국과 한국의 해상수송과정에 대한 비교모형 (3국모형)을 만들었다. 마지막으로 모형별로 탄약의 최종수송완료일, 작전단계별 수송량에 대해 비교 분석을 실시한 후 3국 탄약지원량에 대한 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 3국모형은 기본모형보다 탄약을 약 10% 더 조달할 수 있었다.

  • Korean automobile industrial is in a difficult situation because of more competitive global market and lower demand. Therefore, domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. According to statistical data, logistics cost in domestic manufacturers is higher than advanced countries. In this study, we developed program to effectively manage standard time of procurement logistics, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour. Program is not just for calculating and managing standard man-hour, scenarios analysis function will be added to calculate benefit while introduce logistics automated equipment. In this study we propose scenario using AGV instead of electric motor while move component. In the scenario analysis, job constitution is changed, and then we use system to compare the result. We can confirm standard man-hour is reduced from 22.3M/H to 14.3M/H. In future research, it is necessary scenario analysis function, and develop algorithm with realistic constraint condition.

철도망 구축을 고려한 철도시스템의 기술개발전략 (A Strategy of Technology Development for the Railway System based on Railway Network)

  • Studied was a strategy of technology development for railway system in terms of railway network. First, The successful launch of the Korean HST system has not only decreased logistics burden but also significantly transformed the Korean trunk-line railway network, revolutionizing the logistics and technology sectors and reinvigorating the Korean railway industry in one century. Korean railway industry sector is now investing to develop many different types of railway system(G7, Post G7, tilting train...) so that these kinds of various railway system development should be integrated with the National Inter-modal Transportation Network Plan. To secure sufficient capacity that is required by the National Railroad Plan, the railway industry needs to establish mid- and long-term train purchase and operation strategies in compliance with railway construction and operation policies. During a railway construction planning, train operators, based on their train operation strategies, should come up with measures to closely cooperate with project operators from the planning stage through to the opening of a railway system. To be more precise, train operators should establish long-term train procurement plans reflecting both long-term national railroad network plans and plans for each railway line in order to suggest appropriate roles and schedules for each line. Also, based on the long-term railway plan, directions should be decided concerning the research and development of trains in advance.

물류창고 불출자 로드밸런스율 증대 휴리스틱 알고리즘 개발 (A Study on the Heuristic Algorithm Development for Load Balance Ratio Increase of Workers in Warehouse)

  • Companies are pursuing the management of small quantity batch production or JIT(Just-in-time) system for improving the delivery response and LOB(Line Balancing) in order to satisfy consumers' increasing demands in the current global economic recession. And in order to improve the growth of production for reducing manufacturing cost, improvements of the Load Balancing have become an important reformation factor. Thus this paper is aimed at warehouse which procures materials on the assembly line in procurement logistics of automotive logistics and proceed with research on heuristic algorithm development which can increase the Load Balancing of workers. As a result of this study, when applied the primary target value, it was verified that the whole workers decreased from 28 to 24. Furthermore, when specified the secondary target value and applied algorithm once more, it was verified that the Load Balance Ratio was improved from 44.96% to 91.7%.
