계약 조항의 애매모호성에 의해서 발생되는 공기지연 클레임의 책임 당사자 확인 프로세스 (The Process of Identifying the Responsibility Party of Caused Delay Claim by Ambiguity of the Conditions of the Contract)

  • 본 연구에서는 EPC/턴키 프로젝트에서 발생 가능한 클레임의 주요 원인들을 발주자와 건설사의 관점에서 분석하였다. 그 원인들은 EPC/턴키 프로젝트의 표준 계약서인 FIDIC 실버 북을 기반으로 도출하였다. 발생 빈도가 가장 높은 클레임의 유형은 공기지연으로 분석되었다. 그 후, 가장 발생 빈도가 높은 클레임에 대한 책임이 계약 당사자간에 누구에게 있는지를 분석하는 프로세스를 제안하였다. 제안된 프로세스는 2010년에 수행한 2건의 대규모 EPC/턴키 프로젝트들과 FIDIC 실버 북의 공기지연 클레임에 관련된 계약 조항들을 기반으로 제안되었다. 제안된 프로세스는 발주자가 공사기간 지연에 대해 배상금을 설정하는지에 대한 의도에 따라 분류된다. 본 연구의 주요 기여도는 사례 프로젝트의 계약 조건을 기반으로 다양한 계약 유형에 적용할 수 있는 프로세스를 제안한 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 계약서 작성 전에 발생 가능한 클레임의 유형을 확인할 수 있고, 공사기간 지연 클레임이 발생할 경우에 책임 당사자를 예측할 수 있으므로, 명확한 계약서 작성에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • As the Internet has been used widely in modern firms for gaining competitive advantage in the market, EC (Electronic Commerce) emerged as one of strong alternatives for this purpose. Many researchers and practitioners have proposed a wide variety of EC frameworks that can consider only the structured conditions, but there exists no EC mechanism in which engaged entities can take into account the various unstructured conditions. With the conventional EC framework, the structured EC conditions such as price, quantity, delivery date, etc. can be fully negotiated during the EC process. However, no studies have been conducted on the issue of incorporating those unstructured conditions which are difficult to represent in an explicit form and therefore hard to consider explicitly during the EC process. They are characterized by causal properties. This means that we should have a new EC mechanism which is capable of dealing with causal knowledge. In this sense, we propose a FCM (Fuzzy Cognitive Map)-based simulation framework for EC to resolve the problem of considering the unstructured conditions during the EC process. We experimented our prototype with several illustrative examples and proved that our approach is robust and meaningful.

  • 본 연구에서 탐구된 새로운 설계조건과 설계원칙들을 적용함으로써 세탁기용 트랜스미션으로 대표되는 기계 시스템을 효과적으로 설계할 수 있었다. 개발된 자동설계 프로그램을 이용함으로써 다양한 설계시뮬레이션을 단기간에 수행할 수 있었으며 설계 실무자로 하여금 설계변수와 상태변수 등에 관한 민감도를 파악하게 하는데 매우 효과적이었다. 본 연구에서 새롭게 제안된 시스템 설계조건들과 설계원치기들은 세탁기용 트랜스미션 뿐만 아닌 일반적인 기계시스템 설계시에도 적용될 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper proposed on the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turning. If you want to introduce automatic manufacturing system into the cutting process of cage motor rotor, the selections of effective cutting conditions are necessary. The cutting process of cage motor rotor requires the precision and the out of roundness of cage motor rotor. The surface roughness of cutting face. it is very important factor with effect on the magnetic flux density of cage motor rotor. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of cutting condition. upon adapting this results, we will improve the production rate in the cutting process of cage motor rotor. As a result, the selection of cutting conditions are important factors to production rate. And these are chosen by the investigations of cutting characters and surface roughness. The experimental result, showed that the increase of cutting speed caused the decrease of cutting force and the high surface integrity. The increase of feed rate and increase of depth of cut caused the increase of cutting force and surface roughness. Thus, the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turing are cutting speed 291m/min, feed rate 0.10mm/rev, depth of cut 0.05mm.

  • $MgF_2$ is a current material for the optical applications in the UV and deep UV range. Process variables for manufacturing the $MgF_2$ thin film were established in order to clarify optimum conditions for growth of the thin film depending upon process conditions, and then by changing a number of vapor deposition conditions and substrate temperature, Annealing conditions variously, structural and Optical characteristics were measured. Thereby, optimum process variables were derived. Nevertheless, modern applications still require improvement of the optical and structural quality of the deposited layers. In the present work, the composition and microstructure of $MgF_2$ single layers grown on slide glass substrate by Electro beam Evaporator(KV-660) processes, were analyzed and compared. The surface Substrate temperature having an effect on the quality of the thin film was changed from $200[^{\circ}C]$ to $350[^{\circ}C]$ at intervals of $50[^{\circ}C]$. and annealing temperature an effect on the thin film was changed from $200[^{\circ}C]$ to $400[^{\circ}C]$ at intervals of $50[^{\circ}C]$. Physical properties of the thin film were investigated at various fabrication conditions substrate temperature, annealing and temperature, annealing time by XRD, FE-SEM.

  • $MgF_2$ is a current material used for optical applications in the ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet range. 초경 인서트 드릴의 절삭 조건에 관한 연구 (Cutting Conditions of Carbide Insert Drill)

  • Drilling is a crucial process that takes up a significant amount of weight during machining operations. In addition, drill tip-type tools and related operations have been developed for manufacturing industries to achieve economic efficiency. In this study, SM45C carbon steel, widely used for machine structures, was utilized as the working material after quenching and tempering. Insert-tip types of carbide tools, such as TiN and TiAlN, were used as tool materials. Drilling conditions such as the spindle revolution, feed rate, step of cut, and tool diameter were used to measure roughness, roundness, and straightness using the orthogonal array table statistical method. The surface roughness, roundness, and straightness characteristics based on the conditions were analyzed using ANOVA. The results showed that the spindle speed and feed rate were the main factors influencing carbide insert-tip drilling under the same conditions as the experimental conditions.

  • 초미립 자성 입자를 이용한 MP(metal particle) 테이프의 특성을 개선하기 위하여, 제조 공정상의 여러가지 인자의 영향을 조사하였다. kneading 조건, milling 고형분, coating 두께, 배향조건, calender 조건, 경화 조건 등 주요 제조 조건에 따른 MP 테이프의 휘도(luminance) S/N, RF 재생 출력등의 전자 변환 특성과 광택, 점도, 강성 (stiffness)등의 물리특성이 조사하였으며, 이로부터 각 공정의 최적 제조 조건을 결정하였다. 이상의 제조 공정 조건으로 제조된 테이프는 High Band 8 mm 비디오 테이프에서 요구되는 전자변환특성, 툴리특성 및 내구성 등의 기본특성을 모두 만족하였다.

  • There was not the evident analysis about the cutting process of CNC machining, and wouldn't be difficult to estimate the result of machining for the various cutting conditions. Therefore they were not founded the systemic technology about the optimum cutting conditions and selection of cutting tools. So this study have investigated the common facts for needs through the end-mill cutting machining by Machining-Centers or High-speed cutting machines, and developed the user-centered intelligent decision system to selection of the methodology about cutting conditions to improve the machining efficiency of end-mill cutting process.
