  • An advanced and proactive response mechanism against diverse attacks should be proposed for enhance its security and reliability on android based commercial smart work device. In this study, we propose a user-oriented vulnerability analysis and response system on commercial smart work device based on android when diverse attacks are activated. Proposed mechanism uses simplified and optimized memory for monitoring and detecting the abnormal behavior on commercial smart work device, with which we can find and determine the attacker's attempts. Additionally, proposed mechanism provides advanced vulnerability analysis and monitoring/control module.

OCB affects the work performance of nurses in clinical practice is very important and organizational justice is an important influencing factors of OCB. The purpose of this study was to determine the influential factors of organizational justice on OCB of nurses. The descriptive-correlational method was applied. The study was carried out less than a 500-bed hospital. Participants of the study included 230 nurses working in secondary hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the 18.0 SPSS/Window program. Considering the components of organizational justice, there was a significant positive correlation(r=.172~.540, p=.000) between OCB and distributive, procedural and interactional justice. Also, Total organizational justice explained 29.1% of total OCB with influencing factor (${\beta}$=.540) and was statistically significant(F=93.777, p=.000). The influencing factors to OCB were distributive justice(${\beta}$=.283) and interactional justice(${\beta}$=.249) except procedural justice. The findings suggest that strategies of nursing management are needed to focus on distributive justice for compensation and interactional justice for social relationship in order to induce nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

  • Bridges are an integral part of Transportation that is always open to traffic. To effectively manage bridges today, more needs to be done to assess the day-to-day condition and behavior of bridges, and the deterioration rates of their components, so that efficient and proactive measures can be taken. Conventional methods consumemore time and they lack flexibility to reach all locations in high convoluted structures which most bridges offer. Instead, this work uses a new concept of robot, termed as Bridge inspecting robot, which, as its name suggests, possesses superior ability to flex, reach, and approach all points on the bridge. This study also provides economical feasibility model for the same and a comparison with existing bridge inspection and automated inspection work. Finally, we have uncovered few issues and did not analyze some information because of limitation to data.

  • Personal creativity is critically important for organizations seeking to survive and thrive in today's highly turbulent business environments. Organizations must effectively identify and mobilize the creative resources of their members. When organizational members perceive a work environment that restricts or fails to encourage individual creative expression, a gap may exist between the level of individual creative potential and the actual amount of individual creativity practiced within the organization. In this situation, this paper will examine the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, creative self-efficacy, and personal initiative on personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy is the subjective belief in one's personal ability to be creative, that is, a personal assessment of one's own creative potential. A strong internal belief in one's ability to successfully engage in creative behaviors is generally considered an important part of the creative process. Personal Initiative refers to behaviors, mainly directed toward work and organizational issues, that are characterized by the following aspects: self-starting, proactive, and persistent in overcoming barriers. Creativity-related creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are critical components to understand motivation that coordinates the relationship between perception and behavior of individual employees. Based on role theory, researchers have focused on role conflict and role ambiguity as the two key ingredients of role stress. Role ambiguity is defined as an evaluation about the lack of salient information needed to perform a role effectively. Role conflict results from two or more sets of incompatible demands involving work-related issues. Employees are usually pursued work-roles more than one in work-focused organization. Too many work-roles and perceived uncertainties at employee's work can be obstacles to personal creativity. In an analysis of results, while role conflict is not negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy. While role conflict is significantly related to personal creativity, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship among role conflict, role ambiguity, and employee creativity. Personal initiative mediates the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employee creativity. This paper shows that creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are the driving force behind personal creativity. Organizations can get some implications of creative-related role conflict and role ambiguity that employees have experienced. As a result, organizations must not only encourage creativity of employees by greater involvement but also encourage their input towards their-focused own works and tasks. And employees should be developed to pace with the organizational needs and development. Management must enable employees to think of new ideas and practices that promotes personal creativity.

A total of 301 employees working at various companies in Korea participated in an on-line survey and the data were examined by statistical analysis. The results showed that surface acting positively affected job burnout. It was found that deep acting positively affected job engagement, while negatively affecting job burnout. The results also demonstrated that job crafting moderated the relationship between surface acting and job engagement. It is suggested that employees' proactive behaviors designed to relieve the stress of work can mitigate the negative effect of emotional behavior.
