  • This paper overall and systematically investigates of basic design know-how on commonly indwelling timber framework in a folk house in Yeosu area. in other words, Setting the goal of 'investigates of common form of timber framework', and for this goal, surveyed and analyzed for folk house a lot of findable in Yeosu area. As a result, elicits for four types plural common form((1) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front 'toi'/3 'ryang' - no central pillar/side beam type, (2) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front 'toi'/3 'ryang' - one side central pillar/central side beam type, (3) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front/back 'toi'/2'kozu'5'ryang' - no central pillar/side beam type, (4) 4 front 'kan' - a hipped roof construction - front/back 'toi'/'2kozu'5'ryang' - one side central pillar/central side beam type). Common form is at that time, so commonly located in the head of the technician that a form that play an exemplary role in design, or it is concretely assumed for commonly aimed form. in other words, Common form is come into existence on premise for basic design data. Documentation of folk house design know-how is done through this, and the base design and specification of korean private house is written in the contents divided into by areas.

한.중 대학생의 주거관에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Housing Viewpoint between Korean and Chinese University Students)

  • Today, we are living while interchanging with various countries in multilateral measures and residential culture have been changed while interchanging in the same manner. In order to become an internationally recognized residential environment designer in this environment, we must understand the housing viewpoint of residents in that country first. Therefore, this study is intended to obtain the useful materials for residential environment design of Korea and China by comparing the housing viewpoint between Chinese students studying in Korea and Korean students. A survey using questionnaire was conducted on 205 Korean students and 193 Chinese students (Chinese race) from Y University on a random sampling basis. The result of survey is as follows. First, as both Korean and Chinese university students have a similar tendency on previous house type, current house type, and desired house type, it can be understood that they are similar each other in the experience and preference of house type. Second, Korean and Chinese university students consider and as the most important functions of residence, but Chinese university students consider more functions of residence than Korean students. And, both Korean and Chinese students consider a living room as the most important space among housing spaces, but Chinese consider a private room more importantly than Korean. Third, Chinese university students have stronger desire to possess houses, and desire to purchase houses with larger and more rooms at earlier time than Korean university students. Fourth, when selecting the house, Chinese university students give a higher consideration in terms such as , , , , and than Korean university students. Fifth, satisfaction level of Korean students on current houses was average as a whole, and most Chinese students were generally satisfied with their houses. Sixth, as both of Korean and Chinese university students have higher level of consideration in the items such as safety>, , , , , , , , , , and compared to the level of satisfaction, thoughtful consideration should be given to those items in housing planning.

이화장 소장 미술품의 4·19 이후 처리경위 -대통령기록관 소장 「이박사(李博士) 재산태장(財産台帳)」(1970)의 검토 (The Management of Artworks in the Collection of Ihwajang House after the April 19 Student Revolution: An Examination of the "Property Ledger of Dr. Rhee" (1970) in the Collection of the Presidential Archives)

  • 본고에서 소개할 자료는 1970년 청와대 비서실에서 작성된 「고이박사 재산처리」의 첨부문서인 「이박사(李博士) 재산태장(財産台帳)」이다. 이 자료는 1970년 2월 청와대에서 소장하고 있던 집기와 미술품을 이승만 전대통령의 유족에게 인계하면서 작성된 목록으로 총 311점이 기술되어 있다. 이 자료가 작성된 경위는 다음과 같다. 1960년 4·19이후 이화장에 소장되어 있던 미술품을 포함한 동산은 이후 조사가 진행되었고 한때 국립박물관으로 이관을 검토하였으나 일괄하여 청와대에서 활용하는 것으로 결정하였다. 그러나 1963년 이를 다시 국립박물관으로 이관하라는 지시가 내려지자 이 중 사유물로 분류된 것은 이화장으로 반환한다. 1970년에는 청와대에서 소장하고 있던 집기·미술품에 대해서도 이화장으로 반환이 이루어지게 되었고 이 「이박사(李博士) 재산태장(財産台帳)」은 당시 작성된 목록이다. 본 대장에는 조선시대부터 당대를 아우르는 작가의 작품이 망라되어 있으나 사진이 첨부되어 있지 않고 기술사항도 소략하여 개개작품을 식별하기는 어렵다. 그러나 1960년 전후 경무대·이화장 소장 미술품의 규모를 일정부분 확인할 수 있다는 측면에서, 또 이들 미술품의 소유권 귀속을 둘러싼 시비와 그 전개과정을 살펴볼 수 있다는 측면에서 가치가 있다.

자발적 자가용 이용 저감의 의사결정과정 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Decision Making Process in Voluntary Reducing Private Car Use)

  • 최근 지구환경 보호를 위한 도시지역의 온실가스 배출량 저감은 중요한 이슈이며, 특히 도시교통에 있어 자가용 이용 저감을 통한 배출량 감소를 위한 정책들이 추진되고 있다. 이러한 도시교통정책 중 대표적인 것이 교통수요관리(Transportation Demand Management; TDM)기법이며 혼잡통행료 부과, 유류세 등 규제를 통해 자가용 이용을 억제하는 방법이다. 반면 사회심리학이론에 바탕한 모빌리티 매니지먼트(Mobility Management; MM)기법은 커뮤니케이션을 통해 자발적 자가용 이용저감을 유도하며, 의사결정과정에 내재되어 있는 심리적 요인에 초점을 두고 있다. TDM기법이 자가용 이용저감에 일정부분 기여하고 있으나 지금까지 자가용 이용의 최종 판단주체인 개인의 의식전환을 통한 자발적 교통행동변화를 유도하는 노력은 미흡하였다. MM기법의 유효성에 대해서는 기존 해외 연구에서 논의된 바가 있으나 아직까지 자발적 행동변화의 의사결정과정에 대한 명시적 분석에 관한 연구는 활발하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회심리학이론에 바탕을 둔 MM기법의 중요성과 국내도입을 위한 기초 연구로서 자발적인 자가용 이용저감 행동변화에 대한 의사결정과정 분석을 목적으로 한다. 분석을 위해 사회심리학적 접근방법론의 하나인 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 사례분석을 통해 개인의 의사결정과정에 내재되어 있는 심리적 요인(예, 환경의식, 개인규범 등) 등이 개인들의 자가용 이용 저감에 유효한 영향이 있으며, 규제 중심의 자가용 이용저감 기법뿐만 아니라 MM 도입의 필요성에 대해 논증하였다.

한국 도시근교 목조주택 평면구성 특성의 유형학적 연구 (The Typological Study on the Floor plan of Wooden House in the suburbs of Korean Cities)

  • This studies is the typological study to classify the characteristics of Floor plan in wooden house that is built in the suburb of Korea through case studies. For this type classification, I took several criteria as follows: number of floors, location of entrance, approach way to inner room, location of step, arrangement way of public space and private space, those are considered as important elements for the determination of Floor plan. Ive got 10 representative types by analysing and synthesizing the relationship between these elements. I expect that these study results would be good materials for the developing new model of wooden houses that is more proper to our life.

유럽 접지형 연립주택의 개념적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Conceptual Characteristic of the Row House in Europe)

  • In 1990’ idyllic housing complex is spreading surrounding metropolitan areas of Korea as a result of needs for quality change of housing environment, which was caused by the increase of income, the spread of cars and the change of working environment. On the contrary to the idea of idyllic housing, however, while it is just surrounded by natural environment, it has some critical problems such as the lack of public facilities and its development which often damages the nature. The row houses which this study deals with are popular with working class especially in Europe as an idyllic urban housing. It is noticeable that they have separate private gardens which satisfy the residents'basic needs and save lot areas and building costs more than detached houses. This study intends to suggest row houses as an appropriate housing type for environmentally friendly housing in Korea through the analysis of cases of row houses.

서울지역 아파트의 규모별 실내디자인 리모델링에 대한 심층 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Interior Design Remodeling of Apartment according to the Floors Space in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study is providing useful information for consumer-friendly house plan by investigating remodeling apartments according to the area type and size. In order to achieve this aim, case study was applied. The case study was conducted of five small, medium, and large size apartments through depth-interviews, actual survey, and questionnaires on the remodeling behavior, interior design, and interior atmosphere. The results of the study are as follows: Structural alterations were frequent in communal area, and then in private and household areas. Changing lighting fixtures was frequent in all area types, and especially, in communal areas installing extra decoration was frequently observed. Besides, alterations of doors and window frames were carried out in communal, private, housework and service areas by using wood, aluminum sashes, double-glazing, and paint coating. Finally, in housework areas the material and color of counters were changed into wooden and achromatic.

주거환경이 고교생의 사회성에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the residential variables on high school students' social personality)

  • This is a study to grasp the correlation between high school students' social persenality and residential environment. THe samples were 197 boys and 200 girls who were attending the high schools located in Pusan. Social personality which contains family relations and social relations was measured by the standardized test of K.T.C. The path-analysis was used to make the causal relations of the collected data clear. RESULTS : 1. Feeling on the residential environment underwent the most potent influence by the floor space per person and social personality by feeling on the residential environment. 2. For the boy-students, the family relations andsocial relations was affected by the case of renthouse, the family relations by the case of noisy residence, and the social relations by the case of no-private room. 3. For the girl-students, the cases of higher stories and having private room made the family relations unharmonious, the cases of narrow floor space per person and the single house made the social relations troublesome, too.

  • Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.

공유주택 공급 및 계획기준 설정 방안연구 - 국외 공유주택의 제도적 특성분석과 국내 함의를 중심으로 - (A Study of a Shared Housing and Planning Criteria - Focusing on the Domestic Implications and Institutional Analysis of Foreign Shared Housings -)

  • The number of 1 or 2 households is rapidly increasing due to the participants of women in the working society, the increment of unmarried men, and the change in family structure. The current housing market and the housing administration focuses more on the bigger number of households so that single person households are being neglected. As more individuals move to the capital, living in the city for a single person household has become very difficult. Sharing has become an important aspect among the society and shared housings have hit the minds of single person households as a new way of living. Comprehensive properties, boarding houses, housings for studying (Go-Si-Won), and officetels match the ideas of shared housings. The absent of clear standards on private rooms and shared facilities is making the living very challenging. This study aim to understand foreign (England, Australia, and Japan) institutional characteristics for shared housings to build foundations in order to bring in shared housings into Korea. The residential concept can not be applied to shared housings in Korea directly since the idea of living is different for each nation and its cultural distinctions. However, a clear classification and standards on shared housings depending on the size of the house and number of residents are needed alongside with an index of principles and residential criteria.
