Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth with social development that lead the social structure environment. In recent years, the security industry and market seems to be increasingly affected by new social environment changes. In addition to that, efficient management for the private security needs to many security managers. So, the management for the private security is a matter of primary concern to all security managers. The purpose of this research is to apply efficient management for the private security and how security managers leadership type effects on working attitude for guards. Then, this study is composed of the introduction in the first chapter, theological consideration of leadership and working attitude in the second chapter, research application in the third chapter and finally the conclusion in the fourth chapter. For the security managers, the organization can be altered its efficiency by organizing groups applying what kind of leadership to how it wed. Considering to its characteristic of security organization, the leadership is not only important factor effecting on outcome of organization but also core activity achieving the goal of organization to private security managers.

Various kinds of performances and events have been held by local governments along with the worldwide popularity of K-pop, and there is a growing concern about possible accidents. Actually, a large-scale of accident took place during the MBC pop song concert in Sangju Sports Stadium in October 3, 2005. And another great safety accident occurred during an open event in the Lotte World in Seoul in March 26, 2006. The purpose of this study is to propose improvement of security company that carry out security activity through the analysis of the cases of accidents and common causes in the event sites. The improvement of safety management for large-scale event site by the study are as followings; First, institutional measures should be taken to extend the size of private security companies. Second, more education and training should be provided for security personnels who work for the event. Third, private security companies should prepare for the security measures more thoroughly in advance. Fourth, private security companies should make every possible effort to maintain order in the event site. Fifth, private security companies should bolster their collaboration with relevant organizations. Sixth, security companies should take actions to make themselves completely ready for any possible unexpected situations.

In modern society, citizens' quality of life aspects of safety and crime prevention activities are actively considering the incidence of crime prevention in advance. It also can be quite important elicit the interest of who community members through effective crime prevention strategies. For crime prevention policies and techniques over time as more scientific and advanced methods are made. Today, A typical crime prevention strategies is private security zones and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a corresponding to the new strategy. CPTED is a diversification can be called a crime prevention approach that emphasizes the principle of natural surveillance, access control, territoriality, activity support, maintenance and management. The defensible space of the space area related to crime prevention setting the activities of private security and CPTED determine. Also, the reality of crime prevention and protection should be considered space. The emphasis on proactive prevention of crime in modern society for the prevention of crime how to approach differing perspectives and disparate aspects of private security and CPTED. Technical and professional areas that overlap to some extent in a homogeneous aspect. Ultimately, CPTED is a crime prevention through space and environmental approach for crime. In addition, Ultimate goal of convergence, crime prevention, with the same or higher is required to study for the area after looking for the characteristics and limitations of private security and CPTED.

BACKGROUD/OBJECTIVES: Registered dietitian nutritionists (RDN) are providers of medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to address health and chronic disease. Traditionally, RDNs have provided care in healthcare facilities including hospitals and private care facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine how RDN individualized MNT in the home impacted nutrition, physical activity, and food security. SUBJECTS/METHODS: This is a secondary data analysis. The mean age of the participants (n = 1,007) was 51.6 years old with a mean body mass index (BMI) of 34.1 kg/m². Individualized MNT visits were delivered by an RDN in the home setting from January to December 2019. Participants were referred by healthcare professionals or self-referred. Participants had MNT benefits covered by their health insurance plan (43.3% Medicaid; 39.8% private insurance; 7.9% Medicare, 9% other). Health outcomes related to nutrition care were measured. Outcomes included self-reported consumption of nutrition factors and physical activity. Our secondary outcome focused on food security. The changes in weight, BMI, physical activity, and nutrition factors were analyzed by a linear regression model or linear mixed model, adjusting for age, sex, baseline value, and number of appointments. Food security was summarized in a 2 by 2 contingency table. RESULTS: Baseline values had significantly negative impacts for all changes and number of appointments was significant in the changes for weight and BMI. Increases in physical activity were significant for both female and male participants, 10.4 and 12.6 minutes per day, respectively, while the changes in weight and BMI were not. Regarding dietary factors, the consumption total servings per day of vegetables (0.13) and water (3.35) significantly increased, while the consumption of total servings of whole grain (-0.27), fruit (-0.32), dairy (-0.80) and fish (-0.81) significantly decreased. About 24% (of overall population) and 45% (of Medicaid population) reported improvements in food security. CONCLUSIONS: This study found that home visits were a useful setting for MNT delivered by RDNs. There is a strong need for individualized counseling to meet the participants' needs and personal goals.

The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digitalization on the transformation of the banking system, taking into account current innovative development trends. The article analyzes the impact of key factors on the development of the digital economy. Ukraine's ranking positions in terms of digital competitiveness are shown. The necessity of using digital technologies in the sphere of banking activity is substantiated. The dynamics of changes in the number of operating banks in Ukraine is analyzed. The directions of introduction of information technologies in the sphere of banking activity are determined. An analysis of changes in the share of the population of individual EU member states that use the Internet for Internet banking. It is noted that modern transformation trends, digitalization of the economy have a significant impact on the landscape of the banking sector, in this context, the rating of Ukrainian banks in the categories of "Internet Banking" and "Mobile Banking". The advantages and disadvantages of using the capabilities of Internet banking are identified. Based on the study, the importance of expanding the boundaries of digitalization of the domestic banking system is substantiated, which will further increase the level of availability of online services in the field of banking. Prospects for further research are identified in the study of the impact of digitalization on the development of the banking system of foreign countries.

Recent massive data breaches or major security incidents show that threats posed by insiders have greatly increased over time. Especially, authorized insiders can cause more serious problems than external hackers can. Therefore there is a growing need to introduce a system that can monitor the insider threats in real time and prevent data breaches or security incidents in early-stage. In this paper, we propose a EITMS(Enterprise Insider-Threats Management System). EITMS detects the abnormal behaviors of authorized insiders based on the normal patterns made from their roles, duties and private activities. And, in order to prevent breaches and incidents in early-stage, a scoring system that can visualize the insider threats is also included.

The occurrence of complicating, multilateral social condition demands the strategy for facing many social state and consolidating public security against criminal loss. The lacking ability of local police for preventing crime can't satisfy the demand of security and can't get rid of fear of crime. At last, it brings a distrust of public confidence and became a factor of serious social crisis. We have problems - not only making an alternative plan for preventing crime, but also introducing CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) by environmental design, to expect crime prevention and to select systemic crime prevention system and the most suitable model. And we have a goal - to recognize the importance of guard activity for local crime, analyse public safety activity in community & focusing guard activity as a strategy for them, apply CPTED in police and private security company as a local crime prevention & setting effective model, and, make it as an index for preventing & dealing with intellectual, brutal crime. The rapid growth in the guarding-activity field lighten the burden of police for crime-prevention. But the misjudgement of some people blocks it to be settled institutionally. It needs to reconsider what is the effective crime-prevention method, at this point of time when the all parts of a nation changing into unlimited competitive, private self-control system.

We propose an improved M-ISMS(Military-ISMS) model which is based on common ISMS model for regarding military's unique characteristics. Our model focuses on 'Internal Security Audit' and 'Management of external activity' as military circumstances. So, we added the six control new items as internal security audits. Because the confidentiality is more important than availability in military service as compared with private sectors. In addition, we propose some control suggestions for establishing security management standards and keeping level maintenance when it will becomes to lose a value as confidential. The M-ISMS model in this paper has effectiveness which prevents security incidents in advance rapidly throughout a variety of common ISMS's advantages and security incidents of private sectors in consideration of military characteristics.

The article presents the idea that in the conditions of modernization of higher professional education, there is an obvious contradiction between the practical need of higher education for a scientifically grounded theory and methodology of distance learning for students and the lack of the necessary didactic and content-methodological guidelines for its implementation. In theoretical research and applied development, as a rule, the technocratic approach prevails. The emphasis is on the technical capabilities of modern computers and telecommunications. Productively, from a pedagogical point of view, this contradiction can be resolved on the basis of modeling distance learning management for students, developing and implementing a corporate information educational environment in universities, increasing the effectiveness of the methodology of pedagogical interaction between students and teachers during the implementation of distance learning.

This study is to propose the improvement of security related regulations to reinforce security activity and actualize constitutionalism in the National Assembly. For the purpose, some improvements could be considered as followings; First, legislating of regulations including some articles on the scope of security activity such as order preservation at assembly hall, facility security, security agents' right and protection of personal is necessary. Second, changing the organization and command system of security management is necessary for the unification of security activity and efficiency of the job. Also clear definition of terminology on the security job is need. For the shake of above object, one officer in charge of situation management and three section such as the personal protection section, facility security section and order preservation section could be substructured under security department. Third, elimination of unnecessary article on the arrest of red handed criminal in the assembly hall and on the physical checkup of audience by security agent is need. Also legislating of regulations on the hoarding of person who could disorder is necessary. Forth, legislating of regulations on the cooperation with government branch, judicial police power, carry and use of weapon and uniform and equipment to reinforce practical efficiency of security activity. For the proper legislating of the regulations, comparition with other public organizations such as presidential security Service, police, private security could be considered.
