In this research, we present color filter which is patterned by screen printing method. Analysis of screen printing process, screen printing system, experiment for uniform printing in large area, characteristics of screen printed CF are investigated .In spite of limitation of precision, screen printed color filter is very cost- effective in respect of manufacturing facility and ink usage.

Exposure System is used for printing a prescribed pattern on a printed board, a liquid crystal substrate or the like. In this paper we are trying to develop projection Optics Exposure System for manufacturing Color Filter of LCD Display. This paper explain the Projection Optics Design and Illumination Optics Design of Color Filter Exposure system.

We report the recent progress and future prospects of flexible, large-area sensors and actuator using organic thin-film transistors (TFTs). In particular, we describe printing technologies to manufacture electronic artificial skins (e-skins) for robots, sheet image scanners suitable for mobile applications, and Braille sheet display with plastic actuator arrays. We also present recent progress of reliability and stability issues.

We have studied ink-jet printing method for patterning conductive line on flexible plastic substrates. Synthesized silver nano-particles of ${\sim}$20nm were used for the conductive ink and the printed patterns exhibit a smooth line whose linewidth is below 100 ${\mu}m$. This ink-jet printing technique can be applied to flexible displays and electronics.

The need for low cost flexible TFT display backplanes has focused attention on new processing techniques and materials. We have developed backplane technology based entirely on jet-printing, using a combination of additive and subtractive processing, and have applied this technique to both amorphous silicon and polymer TFT arrays.

This paper investigates the effects of coating such as Invar (Fe-36% Ni), Fe-Ni Alloys and $WO_3$ on the doming property of aluminum killed (AK) shadow masks, which may be used for flat CPTs. Invar and Fe-Ni Alloys are deposited on AK shadow mask in plasma atmosphere and annealed. $WO_3$ is screen-printed on the deposited layer. The coating is observed to cause a decrease in the doming property of the shadow masks due to their lower thermal expansion coefficients and anti-doming properties.

In this paper, We have developed the Internet web browser for the blind and visually impaired person. The Internet Web browser system consists of personal computer connected to Internet, braille display, voice synthesis devices for character information, tactile display for the representation of web image and braille printer for web page printing. We convert character in the web page to braille and print it to braille display. The image in the web page is printed with tactile display actuated by solenoid. The blind can acess the Internet web site with this web browser system and understand the Internet information.

점차 고성능화 되어가는 Display 제품들을 더욱 저렴하고 일반화하기 위해 제품 공정수를 줄이고 설계 기간을 단축하여야 한다. PCB(Printed Circuit Board) 층수(Stack-up)를 줄이고 회로개발 면에서는 회로를 간략히 하고 부품소자를 최소화하여야 한다. 그리고 기구개발 면에서는 공정을 최소화하고 견고하게 하는 것이 시장 추세이다. 불량 없으면서 초단납기 설계와 대량 생산을 위해 일원화를 추진하고 있다. 곧, 어떤 Customer에게 나가도 A/S 문제가 발생되지 않도록 초기부터 적용하는 최적설계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 Display의 대표라 할 수 있는 PDP(Plasma Display Panel)를 CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)를 이용해 설계함으로써 PDP 회로 최적설계를 하는데 CAE의 활용 사례를 알 수 있다.

By ink-jet printing method, organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) having soluble 6,13-bis (triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS pentacene) as an active material were fabricated. The TIPS pentacene solution was made with chlorobenzene and anisole. The solutions were printed on poly (4-vinylphenol) (PVP) dielectric layers and source/drain electrodes by piezo-type heads for bottom contact OTFTs. The dielectric layers had untreated or HMDS-treated conditions. The chlorobenzene device showed the highest field effect mobility of $0.016\;cm^2/Vs$ and the anisole HMDS-treated device shows the highest $I_{on}/I_{off}$ ratio of $10^5$.

Some of the coding method have been discussed by extracting characteristics from vowels and consonants of Korean characters. given letters were sampled through 3$\times$5 mesh and also constituted first matrix system which taken subpatterns of vertical Conponent as variables and then, characteristics of the letters are extracted from the second matrix system expresses by common characteristics which are combined-with first one. Single coding was obtained by scanning the characteristic pattern. a good agree between theoretical values and their measurements and the reproducing of all vowels and consonants of Korean chasacters about coding were certified on the display designed.
