Lymphangioma, or cystic hygroma, a malformation resulting from the sequestration of lymph vessels, is owing to a failure of the primitive jugular lymphatic sacs to join with the venous system. They are rare benign lesions found more frequently in children than in adults. We experienced a case of huge mediastinal lymphangioma in 37-year-old female patient. It was associated with a cervical prolongation, and caused deviation and compression of the trachea and the heart. The cervicomediastinal lymphangioma was completely resected by means of median sternotomy, and the post-operative course was unevenful.

Congenital cystic disease of the lung is very rare and controversial disease. But in general is regarded as developmental anomaly. Occasionally failure of the primitive lung bud to develop combined with cardiac anomaly had been reported but it was very rare. Recently a case of cystic lung disease combined with pulmonic valvular stenosis was seen in this clinic with clinical pictures of nonspecific respiratory infection and X-ray finding very similar to that of far advanced pulmonary tuberculosis, destroyed left lung. This case was treated by closed pulmonic valvulotomy and left side pneumonectomy successfully.

Lichen is one of the most widely distributed eucaryotic organisms in the world. Lichen is the result of a symbiotic association between two unrelated organisms - a fungus and an alga (or cyanobacterium). Researches in Korean lichens were mainly focused on investigation of Korean lichen flora and most of them were primitive and short-term based projects until 1990's. In this communication, current status and prospect of Korean lichen research are briefly discussed with emphasis of KoLRI (Korean Lichen Research Institute) activities and roles in national research projects on bioresource development in Korea.

In this paper, a primitive study of yacht is carried out and an attempt to design a typical yacht is pursuited. General characteristics and types of a yacht is examined and the 1st step to design process is outlined. A model ship of an environmental adaptive yacht is presented and principal dimensions of the yacht is decided.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personal computer aided 3-D geometric modeller. To perform this study, we set up a cube, a cylinder, and a prism as a primitive in the first segment of this study. By modelling the 3-D object through their transformation, addition, and subtraction, we proved the validity of the developed algorithm and its computer program. Some examples show the results of applying the program to modelling a few simple shape of the machine parts. These results met the first aim of this study.

본 논문에서는 다중 로보느의 협조제어(Coordinated Control)를 위한 로보트 콘트롤러의 설계에 대해서 연구한다. 첫 부분에서는 다중 로보느의 연구배경 및 연구동기에 대해서 논의하고 이어서 Coordinated Task를 묘사하기 위한 Programming Primiitive Set을 정의하며 구현에 대해서도 논의한다. 특히 Motopn Primitive는 synchronous(Coordinated Motion), Asynchronous Motion, Conditional Motion, 특수 Motion으로 분류하고, 각각의 궤적계획 및 구현에 대해서도 간단히 논의한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 외부의 변화하는 환경에 효과적으로 적응할 수 있게 하기 위하여 Vision센서, Encoder신호와 Limit센서, Force센서 등의 다양한 외부 센서를 융합 처리할수 있는 다중 로보트 제어 시스템을 개발하였다.

시트 커버 직물은 철도차량 내부 인테리어와 실내를 구성하며, 시각적으로 커버 직물의 디자인 요소 중 패턴과 쾌적한 커버지가 철도차량에 대한 전체적인 이미지를 형성하게 된다. 본 연구는 한국인의 감성에 따른 시트 패던 디자인과 쾌적한 시트 커버 직물의 요건을 제시하고자 한다. 디자인 분석체계는 패턴 디자인의 최소단위를 Pattern Primitive(PP), 최소 반복 단위를 Repealed Pattern Unit(RPU)로 개념화하여 분류하여 파악한다. 또한 쾌적하고 안락한 시트를 위해서 착석 상태에서의 열수분 전달특성과 직물의 발수도, 일광견뢰도, 마찰견뢰도, Q-max, 공기투과도, 마찰대전압 등 물리적 특성을 비교한다.

Researches on weed control in vegetable and fruits are reviewed in the aspects of technical dissemination of research results and problems to be solved for the establishment of integrated weed control measures. The future researches in relation to the possible changes of cultivation pattern in horticultural crops are also discussed. The current situation of weed control in horticulture in general is classed as a primitive stage comparing to other food crops and is well behind of other advanced countries. It is strongly suggested that only steady and extensive researches in this field will produce a significant contribution to the minimization of labor cost in horticultural crop production.

동일화학종이면서 \ulcorner량이 다른 두 단분산 고분자를 혼합한 2성분 다분산 농축계에 equivalent primitive chain model을 적용하여 사슬주위의 제약완화에 따른 관의 재형성 효 과를 각 사슬의 특성완화시간으로 산정하여 나타내었다. Polystyrene 시료에 대하여 동력하 적 실험을 실시한 결과를 이용하여 사동모델에 따른 각 사슬의 최장완화시간은 복소수 점도 의 허수분분(η＂)대 주파수($\omega$)의 관계, 관의 재형성 시간은 $\omega$ 변화에 따른 storage modulus(G＇) 로부터 각각 도출하였다. 이러한 작업을 통하여 특성완화 시간들이 분자량 및 각 성분 농도에의 의존성을 더욱 상세히 파악할 수 있었다.

The primitive beachflea, Paciforchestia pyatakovi (Derzhavin, 1937) living in gravel beaches was previously reported only from Japan and Russia. This species can be easily distinguished from another species in the same genus, P. klawei (Bousfield, 1961), by the degradation of all plepods and both rami that each consist of single article bearing 2-4 distal plumose setae. Descriptions of the diagnostic characteristics of the species are presented.
